Sun shining brightly , but not so hot , wind breeze in my face , my hair swaying gently as I walked to the school gate.

I was greeted by the whole team , and we entered the bus , and arrived safely at Aoba Johsai , everybody laughing and smiling happily , ready to have a match with a powerful school who greeted us pleasantly.

Or so I thought.

"Oh my God.Where's Hinata?" I facepalmed as I glanced at the noisy team.

"He went to the bathroom.Again." Koushi sighed.At this moment , I realized Koushi was more patient and motherly than me.

I side eyed at Tanaka , who's wearing his black shorts now , holding a black plastic bag.

In case if youre wondering what was happening , well , it's because of Hinata.

«A few minutes ago»

"Let's play!" The team bowed at Takeda-sensei, and in a minute , the bus is ready to leave the school grounds.

The bus ride was peaceful at first , Daichi and Sugawara reminding each others about homeworks , Kageyama snoring next to Ennoshita who had been staring at the back of his front seat for 15 minutes , Kinoshita and Narita wondering about Seijoh's girls uniform , and Tanaka munching his pocky happily.Shimizu sitting next to me , still making sure she brought all medic equipments , And Takeda-sensei drove.

I was going to sleep , when I vaguely hear Tanaka offering Hinata some pockys.*

"Hey hey , Hinata , do you want this?? E-Eh , Hinata , are you..okay?"

"I-I'm fine...I just can't sleep last night.."

I shivered , and looked to the back of the bus.

His face is pale..

I tugged Shimizu's sleeve , still keeping an eye at the orange haired male who tried to reach the window.

" Nande , [F/n]?"

"Hinata...doesn't seems so good...Ah!" I startled as I saw Hinata stopped from reaching the window and vomit on Tanaka's lap.

And that's how the chaos begin.

«NOW»

I cringed as I remembered when Koushi , Kageyama , and Daichi yelled out loud their thoughts.

"What the..." Koushi stared in unbelief.
"This is..." Kageyama facepalmed.
"Worst than.." Daichi deadpanned.

"..What we imagined!!" All of them screamed with a panicked expression.

"Ah..there he is," I sighed as I saw the boy walking towards us.

His haggard pale face literally explaining how nervous he is.

"Sumimasen , Tanaka-san , Sumimasen," Hinata bowed at Tanaka , guilt showed on his face.

Tanaka assured him a lot , and being a good senpai he is , he forgives his kouhai and asked him if he's alright.

"Fine then! We will be relying on you today!" Tanaka laughed as he smacked Hinata's back , and this didn't go unheard by Koushi.

"Tanaka! Don't put pressure on him!" He whisper-yelled , while crossing his fingers.

"Eh?Nande?"

"I-I will do my..b-best! Ugh..I need to go to the toilet.." Hinata dashed to the building , panicked to find a toilet.

Poor Hinata , I better save a protein bar for him...He haven't eat to refill his stomach after he vomited..

I dig my hands to the supplies and grab some protein bars and jelly drinks , and stuff them to my bag.

At the corner of my eyes , I saw Daichi sighed in concern.

I decided to follow Hinata , but before I could enter the front door of the building , I heard a voice.

"About Karasuno's team arrival today.."
About us?

I walked to a the corner and peeked to see two tall males , chatting while walking to my way.

Aoba Johsai volleyball team tracksuits.

"Didn't he apply there too? The King of the Court." The light brown haired one wondered , and I immediately knew they talked about Kageyama.

"Oh Kageyama? He's no big deal.He might be a prodigy , but he couldn't play in a team, because he's too selfish," the turnip head twitched in annoyance , answering the shorter male.

"Well , but now he's in Karasuno , he's supposed to develop.And I heard that their manager is a very beautiful third year!" The shorter one cooed.

An invicible arrow stab my heart , and I sighed in frustration.

That is , obviously Shimizu.

They even said 'is' ! The haven't heard about me yet!

I internally cry , as the turnip head mumbling 'Seriously?!' to his friend.

"Yeah , she has a very erotic aura , and I heard they have a scary faced player , who's stupid as hell,"

I stepped back from the corner , and sighed.

Tanaka would be so angry if he heard that.

I opened my eyes to see Tanaka and the tall first years heading towards me.

Did they all hear that?!

Tanaka popped his head from the corner with a deadly stare , while the first years walked calmly to face the two tall Aoba Johsai players.

"IF YOU GUYS UNDERESTIMATE IS TOO MUCH.."

I flinched as I heard crows noises and saw a dozen of them flying from nowhere.

This totally giving a very big effect on Tanaka's words...

"..WE'L EAT YOU ALIVE,"

The two players flinched in fear , but that didn't stop there.

"Don't say that , Tanaka-san, look , you're scaring these poor elites, now I feel bad for them," Tsukishima smirked in the most annoying yet scary way possible.

"W-We're not scared!" The turnip head shrieked.

"Ah , right , we're supposed to save the bullying for later in the match," Tanaka added.

Seriously , these guys..

"Guys..Stop it!" I sighed , but the only one turning to me is Yamaguchi.

Well I have no choice.

"Daichi!" I yelled to the captain , who dashed and rolled up his sleeves.

"Oy you guys! I just left you for a second!" He yelled.

Tsukishima slightly flinched , but he walked calmly away from the crowd.

Daichi forced Tanaka to bow down , but to no avail.

I sighed before approaching the bald second year and pushed his head lower.I also bowed.

"Sorry...! He's always like this.." I apologized.

The two player flinched.

"N-No..that's alright.."

Daichi finally let him go , but when Kageyama walked past the two , the turnip head acted again.

"Long time no see , your Highness.What kind of dictatorship did you do to them? I can't wait to see it,"

The others wait for Kageyama's burning rage to show up , but no.What he did was saying a little 'yeah' and leave , and grunted when Koushi and Tanaka slapped his back.

"Why did he pretend to be nice?" The turnip head stared at the back of the ravenette in disgust.

"He's not pretending," I muttered , not bothering to look at the two.

The two seems like they didn't notice my presence there.

"He might be a selfish setter back then , but let me tell you , he's no longer the old Kageyama Tobio," I glanced at them , their wide eyes.

"Oh , Sorry for not introducing myself.Sugawara [F/n] , third year.Manager.See you later," I waved without looking back.

"Karasuno's other manager..?" The light brown haired male's jaw dropped.I walked to the door and entered , not bothering to look back anymore.

Inside , the team admired the huge gym , and gave them a greeting.

"Onegaishimasu!"
"Onegaishimasu!"

I spotted Hinata in the crowd.

Oh good he's fine..

"What are you saying?!" Tanaka's laugh echoed."Now we have Hinata who'll destroy all those blockers!!" Tanaka exclaimed.In the same time , Hinata's face become pale.

I deadpanned.

It's haven't been a minute since I said he's okay and now...

"I know you're nervous , but leave the defense thing to us!" Tanaka announced proudly.

Koushi and Daichi turned to Tanaka in disbelief.

Wow , nice speech you got there , Tanaka.

"But if you fail , the enemies will get a point.So don't fail , alright?"

What...the hell...

I facepalmed , and before I know , Hinata has disappeared to the toilet.

"Just kidding! It's no big deal..eh? Where is he?" Tanaka wondered.

I sighed.

"I'm going to check on Hinata ," I muttered to Shimizu , which also heard by the others.

I walked to a hallway , but I can't spot and restroom.

Don't tell me I'm lost..!

I looked around , and my gaze met with a pair of brown ones.

I don't need to approach him , because he immediately approached me.

"Oooh , what did a sweet girl like you doing here? Hm? Oh , are you the Karasuno's beautiful manager they're talking about?" He chuckles , smiling on me after glancing at my tracksuit.(Kuu: [F/n] have changed into Karasuno's tracksuit , by the way :3)

Somehow , I didn't get anxious or shy.Or even flustered.

Maybe because I know for sure that it was Shimizu that he talked about.

"Ah , no..i'm a new manager , though i'm a third year too.I'm sure they're talking about the other one.Shimizu Kiyoko," I muttered.

"Oh , really? Well I don't care! You seems cuter! And you're my type!" He chimed.

Hah.Bullshit.I'm not even close to average.

"Well thanks for that," I muttered sarcastically, before adding."Can you tell me where is the male's restroom?"

The male's eyes widen , before smiling.I'm sure it's not a genuine one.

"Oh! It's straight , then turn left , straight until you see the stairs , then turn right..Wait.Male's bathroom?" He raised an eyebrow.

"I'm going to check on a player," I added before dashing away."Thank you so much!" I shouted , while running based on the direction.

I've never been this cold to someone..Probably because i'm scared that if happens again?

~~FLASHBACK~~

"[F/n] , I will put my books at the classroom first , you can go to the canteen," Koushi mumbled , grunting once in a while because of the heavy books.

"But.."

"Be strong , [F/n]! You can do it! Afterall , i'm only going for maybe...2 or 3 minutes!" He giggled."Can you?"

"I can!" I giggled.

"Louder!"

"I can!"

"Good girl! See you there!" He smiled , before carefully watching his steps , and walking towards the green painted door.

Alright , you can do this!

I walked downstairs , and dashed to the canteen.

"Oh..They serve fish and chips today!" I enthusiastically turned to my side , and realized.

"Ah..he's still dropping by his books.." I mumbled.

Without my knowledge , I've been living too dependant on him.

Ah , I need to do this bravely!

I stomped to the queue, and qaited patiently.After receiving my tray of delicious fish and chips , I walked around the canteen , and quickly occupied a long table with two long chairs.

Twenty kids can sit here..

Suddenly , a shadow loom over me.

"Hello , i'm Kizuna Kira.Can I and my friends sit here?" She offered her hand.

I hesitantly grabbed her hand and shook it."Sugawara [F/n].Y-Yes , you can , if you give a space for Koushi." I smiled back , an awkward one of course.

No one have ever talked or even greet me properly , even smiled at me.

This is a miracle.

"Sure! I know you and Koushi always sit here!" She laughed."Minna! Over here!" She waved to her friends.

Her friends consisted of some girls I have never seen before , and they're all smiling at me , though it's kinda like fake.

"So [F/n] , I admired you since I transfered here!" She cooed.

I gasped.Someone...admired me?

"R-Really?!"

"Yes! I love your hair colour , I love your skin , you are beautiful , nice , cute , and I love your eyes! It's red like roses!!" She smiled as she playfully poked her chips with a fork.

"O-Oh..Thank you..!" I smiled.

Can I finally have friends?

"Ah Let's be friends! Can I call you [F/n]-chan? I'll let you call me Kira-chan!"

"Yes!" I responded.My eyes spotted Koushi in the middle of the crowd , holding his tray."Koushi! Here!"

"Oh , hey, I didn't expect you to sit with them.." Koushi sweatdropped , still smiling , but I know he's supicious.

"These are my new friends! Kira-chan and her friends!" I introduced.

The whole lunch felt great , the girls keep complimenting me and Koushi , and we talked about our hobbies and it turned out that Kira and I have a lot of similarity.But somehow , I felt like the other girls are getting happier since Koushi came.

Ahh..just my imagination..

"[F/n] , where are you going?" Koushi yelled.

"I'm giving back the story book Kira-chan lent me!" I yelled as I dashed to her clubroom.She's supposed to be in the music room.

Ah , here we g-

"You sure you can hold this longer? I'm already disgusted," a muffled voice of a girl emanated from an unused room.

This room is supposed to be an abandoned room?

"Aw c'mon , we can't just give up.Or else , Ruuma-kun will think we're cowards!" Another voice whined.

"It's just a dare , Kyo.But seriously , pretending to be her friends..it's a nightmare.Even though it's just pretending.."

"Ruuma-kun's dares are the worst! But he's a great guy!"

"Well so..when will we stop be friends with her?"

"Probably one more week."

"Ughh..!"

Why are they like this? A dare fron Ruuma called boy to pretended being friends someone? That's mean..Whatever.

I was going to continue my journey to the music room , until a familiar voice emanated from the room.

"Hey , let's be positive.We have a lot of advantages!"

Badump.

My heart skipped a beat , my eyes widen.

"Huh? Advantages?"
"Yes!"

"I don't see any advantages being friends with that satan,"

"Hey , listen! First , I hate to admit but she's a smart student.She can lend us her homework to copy! I've done it once , she doesn't mind!"

"Oohhh.."

"And then , she's very easy to trick.I was once too lazy to delivery some stuff to the teacher room when Aki-sensei told me to , but when I whined at her that I was lazy , she offered herself to help!"

"Lol.Pathetic."

"And the last , we've got a lot of chances to talk with Koushi!!" She cheered.The other girls in the rooms seems to cheer too.

"Though i'm alreadys sick of [F/n] ," Kira's voice shot an invincible arrow to my fragile heart."I pretended to have the same hobbies as her , and it's all disgusting.Well , I praised her a little bit , and she's already flustered.Pathetic.Just how beautiful a rose is , it still has thorns."

Why? Just why?

~~FLASHBACK ENDED~~

Yeah , that won't happen again,

I exhaled , and smiled when I spotted the bathroom sign.I was turning on the corners when I saw Hinata and the turnip head stand next to each other.

"But his toss is.."

"The worst!"/ "Amazing!"

Both of them looked at each other confused.

"His toss..?" The turnip head raised an eyebrow.

"Amazing," Hinata repeated.

"Ah , you never hit his toss in a real match.Let me tell you , it's impossible.That's because he's selfish," The turnip head waved his hand before squinting his eyes."The player that he doesn't need to get to victory, will be thrown away,"

Suddenly , a chuckle echoed from behind them , and Tanaka leaned on the wall , crossing his arms while smirking.

He said something about Kageyama , but when he asked for some agreements from Hinata , thr shorter male blasted back to the toilet , leaving Tanaka dumbfounded , the the two players smirking."Well , we cant wait to see it," the turnip head chuckled.

I walked calmly to them , and the others seems to notice me.

"K-Karasuno's manager-san..!" The light brown haired male stuttered.But I shrugged it off.

"Tanaka , stop that freaky face of yours," I frowned , spinning the bald male to the direction I came from and pushed him away.

"Sorry , about his words," I bowed slightly , to the two players and smiled , but my smile suddenly darkened."But not for the one he said back then.You all deserved it," I stared at their eyes, and they flinched , right when Hinata went out the restroom , and I motioned him to follow me.

"Goodbye , see you in the gym," I glanced at the two before patting Hinata's back , while offering him some protein bars as I pushed Tanaka along the hallway.

Kindaichi's POV

"She's scary and stern type..but cute...?" Yahaba clutched into his shirt , pink tinted his cheeks.

I nodded slowly as I squint my eyes at the orange haired male.

"We're gonna destroy Kageyama and him...later in the match," I mumbled.My gaze landed on the short male's blushing face as Karasuno's mana-i mean Sugawara-san offered him some protein bars and patted his back.

"...And you lucky bastard." I twitched in annoyance as I turned away.

"True.When will we got ourselves a manager..Girl manager , anyway?" Yahaba grunted.

Back to [F/n]'s POV

We arrived back at the gym , but Hinata's pale nervous face won't disappear.

Daichi asked Shimizu a favor , and in a second , she approached the first year.

Ah good , She'll calm him down.

"I'm relying on you."

....

Just..Why?

Hinata stared at the beautiful as heck manager before suddenly his head exploded , his face is covered with hundreds shades of red.

The death blow.

PHWIT!!

Ah , the match begin.

I keep an eye at match while sitting on the bench , next to Shimizu.

It's Aoba Johsai's serve , and Daichi yelled before joining his two hands , prepared to receive.

But as the ball get closer , Hinata suddenly interrupted the receive , making the ball bend outside the court.Thankfully , Ennoshita is there to cover up.

Hinata...That's obviously not your ball!

The match continued , it's been 25 minutes since his first mistake , but until now , he kept bumping to everybody.Even the referee.Poor him , he knocked off from a high place.

Kageyama yelled bloody hell at Hinata , trying to knock some sense to the boy , but Ennoshita's there to hold him back.While Daichi assured Hinata.

"Come on! Let's take back a point!" Daichi clapped his hands , gaining the team's attention."The next serve.." The captain's sentence stopped , he sweatdropped at the sight of Hinata holding the nervously.

This couldn't get worse...

"Oh god.." I muttered.

I heard Daichi muttering about will Hinata be alright , but I clearly know that Hinata will mess up.

And I was right.

PHWITT!

"UHHIII!!" Hinata squeaked while throwing the ball to the air.In a second he hit the ball with his hand , and a panicked expression showed on his face.

Oh no , the toss is too low-

"ARGH!" A loud grunt escaped Kageyama's mouth , and soon, as the ball rolled away from the court , Kageyama put down his arms and turned to Hinata slowly , as his eyes burned by rage.

A 'pft' filled the silence in the gym , and Tanaka , together with Tsukishima laughed their asses off.

"NICE HEADSHOT , MAN!!"
"OH GOD ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!"

Koushi tried to force them to suppress their laugh , but to no avail.

I turned to Hinata , and flinched when he had this 'im so done' face while heaven's light directed to him.

Kageyama turned and walked slowly but sure to Hinata , but Hinata can only stepped backwards in nervousness.

"K-K-Kageya-ya-m-ma...i-i know my f-fault...S-Stop! K-KagEyama i-im sor-ry!!" Hinata sqeaked each time Kageyama stepped closer , and finally , the 180cm tall male stood in front of the 17cm shorter male.

Poor Hinata...

"What made you so scared?"

A question left Kageyama's mouth.

"Was it because the gym is huge? The players are huge? Or because this is your first debut?"

Hinata stared at Kageyama with sweats rolling down his face.

"N-no.."

But that's not the end.

"What made you so scared that you..." Kageyama raised his hand to hit the back of his head , while smiling slightly and stare at Hinata with dark face.

"..hit a serve to the back of my head?"

Hinata's now wet from sweats , as he forced a sentence to go out his mouth.

"I..did not think of anything.."

"Now , you won't be scared anymore , won't you? Because you have done it, the scariest thing ever," Kageyama keeps hitting the back of his head while doing so , the dark scary aura roamed and filled the whole gym.

"So now..."

I closed my eyes , silently praying for Hinata's life.

"Get back to your position , Damnit!!"

I opened my eyes , suprised at Kageyama's sentence.

He , didn't kill Hinata?

Daichi yelled at everybody to line and bow at Aoba Johsai.

But Hinata's suffering hasn't ended yet.

"Oy, Hinata,"

Tanaka crossed his arms as he approaches Hinata.

"H-Hai."

Hinata immediately kneel down.

"Did you think you're forced to play the best by us?"

Hinata gulped.

"N-No , it's because if I didn't play my best , I will be subbed out," Hinata shrieked."I want to stay on the court as long as I can,"

"Oy , dont inderestimate us! We all know you're lousy as heck! Daichi-san knew about it , but he still let you play," Tanaka yelled in motivating manner , while the others dumbfounded at Tanaka's wise speech.

"And about subbing you out..."

Hinata perked up in curious manner.

"Just imagine when you're really subbed out!"

Eeeeeehh??

"Do we need to help him?" Takeda-sensei sweatdropped.

"No , I guess they're fine," Koushi assured.

"Listen! In volleyball , everyone in this side of net are your allies!" Tanaka pointed at everybody in the Karasuno's side court.

Wow...even Tanaka can say something wise for once...

"And about covering your weaknesses , that's a senpai's role!" Tanaka exclaimed.

"Ooh!" Hinata yelled in admiration.

"C'mon , call me Tanaka-senpai!!"

"Tanaka-senpai!!"

"Uhahahhaa....Louder!!"

He just wanted Hinata to call him senpai...
