You entered the bus after Mr Aizawa finished his none energetic speech. You went to sit in the same seat with Mina but she pushed you out.

"Ai!" You yelled at her catching yourself so you didn't fall.

"You get to sit with Yaoyorozu." She said with a grin as Sero sat with her.

You rolled your eyes. "You guys are a real pain in the ass sometimes."

"And you're not?" Sero added quickly.

"I swear if I could smack you right now I would." You said and walked to the back of the bus where Yaoyorozu sat. You sat next to her, sliding your bag under the seat.

"Oh?" Yaoyorozu said looking over at you. "One would think you'd be sitting with your friends." She said looking up from a book.

"Don't be silly, last time I checked you're my friend too. Plus they wouldn't let me." You laughed slightly.

She nodded with a gentle smile. "You think you can put with me for a 4 hour drive?" She teased.

"If I have to put up with you for a week I think I can manage 4 hours."

"I wish you best of luck than." She giggled, unknowingly placing her hand on your thigh.

That same feeling of butterflies and warmth filled you again. She yawned, removing her hand to cover her mouth.

'Adorable'

"Not sleep well?" You asked.

"Not really." She sighed.

"Something wrong?" You said not being able to read her emotions.

"It's not that big, I'm probably just overreacting." She tried to shrug it off though you could tell something was bothering her.

You placed your hand on her's. "I can tell it's bothering you. You can talk to me whenever, remember?" You looked her directly in the eyes.

"You don't give up do you? Okay, venting won't hurt I guess." She paused before speaking again. "It was just my family. They're.. nice and all. It's just they don't understand how much pressure you put onto someone can break them?" She explained. "It's stupid I know."

"No! That's not stupid, not at all."

"It's like I'm not enough for them." Her voice broke a little.

"Oh Yaomomo.." You pulled her into a warm embrace. "You're more than enough. Especially for me." You whispered softly. The last part slipped out before you could even catch yourself.

"Thank you Y/n. You're too sweet." She pulled away. She caressed your cheek softly before speaking again. "I needed that, thank you for letting me vent."

Her soft side made you melt, if only she'd stay like this more often.

"Anytime Yaomomo, I'll always be here for you.''

"Sure you will, even after I get better than you?" She said with a smug look.

'And back to her old self.' You thought and shook your head.

"Sure." You rolled your eyes slightly and pulled out your phone.

She went back to reading her book as you scrolled on your phone. Awhile passed before Yaoyorozu spoke again.

"I know this drive is only 4 hours yet it feels like forever." She put her book away.

You looked up from your phone to look at her. "Someone's impatient." You muttered.

"Uh, I heard that." She huffed.

"Yeah that was the whole point." You rolled your eyes and went back to your phone.

She brushed you off, shifting her gaze out the window. She studied each thing the bus passed, trying to desperately entertain herself. It was late spring so everything had blossomed by now. The different types of forestry and plants began to thicken as the bus drove further and further away from the city.

"I've always liked this time of year. It's beautiful and so lively." She said in awe.

"Mhm, it is nice. I do hope we get time to ourselves at the camp. Although I don't see how that'll happen. I keep having to remind myself it's a training camp."

"I guess we can make the most of it. We can at least try to enjoy it a little, right?" She pursed her lips.

"You do you. I'm just looking forward to getting this over with." You shrugged.

"Don't be so negative. You're too pretty to be negative all the time." She said as it shocked both of you.

"I..I'm not negative all the time." You said once you could find words to use. "Though I will take the compliment." You chuckled.

"As long as you don't bring that same attitude when we train this week than we won't have a problem."

"Sure, let me just pack up my ego and emotions and leave them behind for the week. How's that?" You said with wit.

"Than you won't be the same Y/n I adore." She said half sarcastically.

"Oh I'm sure you adore me." You said with sarcasm.

"What do you expect after you ruined one of my school uniform shirts." She said bringing up memories of that awful past event.

You cringe as if you were having world war II  flashbacks. You thought the spilling your lunch all over your sworn enemy embarrassment had finally left, but that turned out to be not true.

"Oh god, please no. That was so.. Traumatic."

She giggled. "I will forever hold that against you. I hold grudges." She teased.

"Hey! I offered you an extra shirt afterwards. Yet you declined, so your fault." You crossed your arms.

"I was so angry with you that day."

"Aren't you angry with me every day?" You arched a brow.

"Hm, not anymore. How could I stay made at you and your adorable face." She held your chin and shook your head a little, like she was talking to some sort of animal.

"I swear to god, I will throw you out a window." You pushed her hand away as she laughed at you.

"You're too easy to mess with."

"I will get you back one of these days." You swore.

"Hm really?" She said amused.

"Mark my words. I just need to think of a good way." You trailed off.

"I'll be waiting than. I know you won't disappoint, you amuse me." Her eager glare met yours.

A slight blush tainted your face, being at a loss for words.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I need to finish my book." She pulled her attention away from you and opened her book again.

'You're an odd girl Yaomomo.' You thought, frustrated from not being able to read her or understand her like others.

You went back to your phone, finding something to entertain yourself with as best as it could. It was around another 20 minutes later when you felt Yaoyorozu's shoulder brush against yours, than her book softly slid out of her hands, down to the seat beside her. You looked over slightly to find the girl passed out on your shoulder. Your heart skipped a beat at the view.

"Look, look!" You heard someone whisper, though not very quiet because you could hear it perfectly. Not surprisingly it was Mina and Sero, they both sat a row up from you on the opposite side of the bus. They were both looking over their seat at you and Yaoyorozu, giggling.

Mina winked at you, teasing you as Sero laughed. Your face grew a warm blush as the two pestered you. You glared at them, not being able to say anything because of the sleeping girl who rested on your shoulder currently.

"Fuck you." You mouthed at them as they continued to romanticize you two. They finally stopped when they were scolded by Mr.Aizawa for not sitting properly, than got lectured about proper seating equate. You mocked them as they were lectured. You giggled slightly which made the girl move a bit. You panicked not wanting to wake her, she adjusted her self into your neck more before going back to sleep fully. Your heart rate sped up slightly, causing an odd feeling to fill you.

'I really need to get that checked out.'
