  This takes place after the
Post Wanted Arc
   Steven is fourteen years old.
                                                    
Steven just wanted to know the truth he always ended up with more questions than answers after he gave the list of humans to Peridot,
Aquamarine and Topaz came to Earth in their ship he didn't want to lose his friends and his family and he thought the only way to protect his home and save his friends family was to sacrifice himself he had his mother's gem so that meant he had to pay for his mother's crimes
But that wasn't the only reason he was also looking for answers that the Gems won't give him!
Steven had to go on trial in front of Yellow and Blue diamond
He didn't exactly know what a trial was and he didn't know what he was doing he didn't know what he was getting himself into he confessed that he was guilty and all that
Thanks to blue Zircon  maybe his mother Rose Quartz didn't shatter Pink Diamond but that only led to more Questions than answers if his mom didn't do it than who could've?
He and Lars were on the run they met some new off-colour gem friends and he had to watch his best friend Lars die in his arms after all the events on HomeWorld that he went through he revived Lars and went through his head and came out of Lion's mane he couldn't believe he was back home on Earth and he reunited with the Gems they were happy that he was back safe and sound. Steven was happy to be back too! He still had so many questions though and he wanted to find answers he felt bad for making his family worried but he felt like it needed to done which led to the fallout with Connie he felt so bad
He tried texting Connie and contacting her but she never responded he couldn't even enjoy his vacation! And then He had to deal with Peridot and Lapis he explained to them what happened to him on HomeWorld and Lapis left Earth. And Kevin invited Steven over to his house cause he was throwing a party and Connie and lion were
Steven and Connie were still friends but Steven just didn't have those feelings for her anymore with everything going on he didn't want Connie as his girlfriend he just didn't have those feelings anymore he just decided to stick to being friends
Steven wanted to know if things would get better if the future would be more brighter maybe he would finally get the truth about his mom so he goes into his Mom's/Rose's room in the Temple he imagines/visualizes what the future is like and the room projects his thoughts he finds out the truth about his mom but it's not so pretty!

When he finds out about his Biological mother's true identity he feels all these emotions

Ruby and Sapphire split up after an argument Sapphire goes to his mother's fountain, Ruby runs away and becomes cowboy they reunite and Ruby proposes to Sapphire and they get married bismuth is back and Steven tries to change the diamonds mind Steven gets to see what Sunstone and Rainbow 2.0

He forgot that he was in the room the whole time none of this stuff ever happened
