𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧.

Slipping on an oversized grey sweater that went with her black leggings before walking towards her uggs and sliding them on.

With her hair now in a messy bun, Cami grabs her keys and heads out of her room downstairs before walking out of her house.

Looking towards her left she sees Betty, Archie, and Veronica in the Andrews house along with all their parents arguing.

Ignoring the group Cami hurries towards her car getting in and cracking it on and turning the heat on full blast as she begins driving.

Only a few minutes later Cami pulls up at Pop's and gets out of her car heading towards the door. The bell ringing as she enters makes Pop turn to her.

"Two hot chocolates Pop. Extra whipped cream and marshmallows," Cami tells the man making Pop nod as Cami goes and sits in a booth waiting.

But she didn't have to wait long only halfway through her hot chocolate when the bell rings again and Cami looks up to see Jughead walking in.

"It's cold out there," Cami says sliding the other cup of hot chocolate across the table. Jughead stares at it and then Cami before walking towards the booth grabbing the hot chocolate taking a sit.

"I didn't know," Cami tells Jughead who nods sitting down in the booth across from her.

"I know. I saw your face," Jughead whispers to her as he sniffles slightly.

"Oh Jug," Cami whispers getting up and walking towards the booth Jughead sat in. Sitting down in it Cami wraps her arm around him pulling Jughead towards her.

"Do not try to fight me on this. You need a hug," Cami tells Jughead who was tense before nodding leaning more into Cami.

Cami holds him tight to her as she runs her fingers through his hair.

"I tried to call my Mom to see if I could go to Toledo...she told me not to come," Jughead tells Cami who glares at that holding him tightly.

"Seriously?" Cami asks before scoffing and shaking her head.

"Well, she's a bitch. And if I ever meet her I will be giving her a piece of my mind," Cami tells Jughead who chuckles slightly at that.

"Who wouldn't want you in their lives, Jug? And if she doesn't want you I do," Cami tells Jughead running her fingers through his hair.

The two sit in silence neither saying anything as Cami comforts Jughead and the two drinking their hot chocolate.

"I don't think he did it," Cami whispers to Jughead who shakes his head.

"Just give me a second Jug to explain before you completely dismiss me," Cami tells Jughead who sighs.

"It just doesn't make sense why he would kill him. What does he gain? What motive? What's the point? Someone might say get back at Blossoms but Clifford would never do anything to get his son back that was trying to leave and everyone knows that. Clifford Blossoms is a cold-hearted man who cares about money that's all. Somethings not adding up Jughead," Cami tells him as Jughead looks at Cami closely taking her words in.

"Who do you think killed Jason?" Jughead asks Cami who looks at him processing that question. No one has ever asked her that before. Well yes, she did have her suspicions but watching all her crime shows and channeling her inner Spencer Reid.

"I think it was Clifford Blossom," Cami tells Jughead who looks at her.

"I have known that man my entire life. He's cold, cruel and, maple syrup is his life. He wouldn't let Jason leave easily. And what son would fake his own death just to get away from his family? And did you know he didn't even cry once due to Jason? He had this look in his eyes like he knew what had already happened," Cami tells Jughead as she thinks about everything Jughead stares at her.

Before Jughead could say anything the doorbell chimes once again and a familiar voice speaks.

"Jug," Archie says making the two turn their heads to see Betty, Veronica, and Archie.

"And Cami?" Veronica questions staring at the blonde who smiles slightly taking a sip of her hot chocolate.

Cami gets up squeezing Jughead's hand softly before moving to the other side of the booth and Veronica following to sit with her.  

"Jug, we're so sorry...about everything," Betty tells the boy but he doesn't look at them just stares out the window.

"Juggy, we screwed up. We all did," Archie says making Cami nod.

"Yes, you did," Cami says as she drinks her hot chocolate making Archie send her a look which she shrugs too.

"Breaking into your dad's trailer was wrong, but at least some good came out of it," Archie tells Jughead making Cami look at him as if he was an idiot.

"Pretty sure my dad was just arrested for murder," Jughead tells him not even looking at Archie.

"That gun wasn't there when we searched his trailer. Someone put it there after we left," Veronica explains to Jughead making Jughead and Cami turn to her. 

"What are you talking about?" Jughead questions Veronica in disbelief as Cami smirks.

"Told you," Cami tells Jughead sipping her hot chocolate.

Walking into the sheriff station along with Betty Jughead Archie and Veronica. Archie runs up the steps as Cami just walks.

"Excuse me, sir. We need to see Sheriff Keller," Archie tells the officer behind the counter.

"There's been a huge mistake," Betty states just as Sheriff Keller walks towards them.

"Sheriff, we need to talk to you about FP Jones," Veronica tells the man.

"What about him?" Sheriff Keller questions staring at the three teenagers.

"He's innocent," Archie tells him.
"He's being framed," Veronica says to him.

"Then why did he just confess?" Sheriff Keller questions surprising everyone as Keller looks towards Jughead.

Cami interlocks her hand with Jughead squeezing it tightly just as FP walks past the group with an officer in handcuffs staring at Jughead before looking at the blonde beside his son. Clifford Blossom's words ringing in his head.

"You know I've noticed the perky little blonde around you and your boy...Camilla Cooper," Clifford tells FP who clenches his hands.

"It would be a terrible thing for her to suddenly just disappear. Just like your boy," Clifford says making FP glare at him.

"Come on Jug," Cami whispers to him as FP is escorted away.

The next day Cami stands in the Blue and Gold room at school dressed in a thick sweater with a black mini skirt with tights underneath and rain boots as she stared at the murder board.

Looking up to see Jason's dead body Cami grabs the picture staring at it. The bullet wound was directly in front of him.

It was as if an execution. As if the person who shot him had a grudge. Staring at the murder board Cami removed everything and begins repining everything based on what she knows.

With a picture of Jason in the middle during his autopsy, Cami begins pinning everything around it.

"Cami! There you are!" Veronica exclaims rushing into the room making Cami look at her as Veronica walks towards her.

"What are you doing?" Veronica questions Cami who sighs looking back at the board.

"I'm redoing everything. Removing everything I find unimportant. And inclusive I figured out it was the Blossoms," Cami tells Veronica staring at the board.

"Probably Clifford," Cami tells Veronica who looks at her and then the board.

"Why though?" Veronica questions Cami as she sits on the desk.

"Because Jason wanted to leave the family business. And something else...I just don't know what it is," Cami says as she sighs and stares at the board.

"Why are you doing this? I know you care about Jughead but why?" Veronica questions Cami who sighs looking towards her.

"You know that night when I found out about Grundy and Archie? I just wanted to get drunk and be somewhere no one knows me," Cami tells Veronica who nods understanding as she listens.

"I ended up at the Whyte Wyrm completely drunk...and all the Serpents were actually really nice. We played pool and they took my mind off of what happened. Even told me I deserved better and it wasn't my fault. Something I needed to hear," Cami explains to Veronica before sighing.

"Then FP showed up and tried to call me a ride home or to Fred's. But I didn't want to see my parents. My Mom would just get mad and my Dad would tell me we're Coopers Camilla. We don't do this kind of stuff. And going to Fred's meant seeing Archie so I begged him to not take me or call anyone and then passed out," Cami says chuckling slightly as Veronica looks at her sadly.

"Woke up the next morning with a terrible hangover and in an unfamiliar place. FP took me to his trailer. Made sure I was safe and made my breakfast the next morning. And after everything happened with Chuck he didn't say anything but just held me as I sobbed."

"I owe him this as much. To figure out the truth. I just can't for the life of me see the same man who did all that kill Jason for no reason at all. It doesn't make sense," Cami explains to Veronica who nods processing everything.

"Okay. What do you me to do to help?" Veronica questions Cami who stares at her confused.

"You're helping me?" Cami questions Veronica who laughs nodding.

"You're my best friend Cee. If you believe he's innocent so do I. I trust your judgment. And if you say Clifford's done it let's get some evidence," Veronica tells Cami who smiles at her.

"I already have some leads. The good thing about being the Serpent's favorite Northsider and the Whyte Wyrm owner loving is that I have ears everywhere," Cami tells Veronica with a smirk as Veronica laughs at her.

"You are truly an enigma Camilla Cooper," Veronica says as Cami winks at her.

"Don't forget it," Cami tells her looking back at the board as Veronica watches her carefully smiling softly at her best friend.

That night at the Cooper house Cami fell asleep in her bed with a lamp still on as she went through all the evidence she had when her phone vibrating woke her up. 

With a slight groan, Cami grabs her phone and answers it not looking at the contact.

"Hello?" Cami questions half asleep.
"Stop looking," a voice says making Cami sit up at that.

"What?" Cami questions confused.
"Cami stop looking into Jason's murder. You are ticking someone off. Stop," a voice says. A familiar voice.

"Mustang?" Cami questions not understanding what was happening.

"Cami stop before something happens to you," Mustang tells her making Cami pause at that.

"Was that a threat?" Cami questions angrily.
"No Cami. It's a warning. Stop asking questions. Just stop," Mustang tells her before the phone goes dead.

Cami stares at her phone before she suddenly hears muffled thumping and banging from downstairs. Slowly getting out of her bed Cami walks towards her bedroom door opening it to see Betty opening hers.

The two share a look before nodding as they interlock hands heading down the stairs to figure out what the sound was.

Taking the last step the two jump as they gasp seeing their Mom already downstairs. 

"Did you hear that?" Betty questions her Mom who shushes her holding up a gun.

"Where did you get that?" Cami questions her Mom wide-eyed.

"Mom, what are you doing with that?" Betty asks her at the same time.

"Get behind me. Be ready to dial 911," Alice whispers to her daughters as they head downstairs towards the basement Alice is in front of the two girls who have their phones off. 

"Don't move," Alice says the gun aimed and ready for the figure standing on the other side of the room.

"Hands where I can see them," Alice demands as the figure holds their hands up turning around.

"Don't shoot, Alice," Hal tells the woman.

"Dad!"
"Hal!"

The three say staring at the man as if he was crazy.

Upstairs at the dining room table, Cami, Betty, and Alice stare at the flies with Hal across from him.

"These are Sheriff Keller's files about the Blossom murder investigation," Hal tells the three girls who look at him.

"How did you get these, Dad?" Betty questions him.

"I broke into his house the night of the last drive-in,
and I took them," Hal tells them as Cami and Betty share a look.

"Well, that's impossible. FP Jones already confessed to that," Alice tells him not understanding.

"Well, I have no idea why he would do that because it was me. That's why I'm here. To destroy any evidence that could lead back to me," Hal tells the three as Cami scoffs at him.

"Instead of you know turning yourself in," Cami mutters to her Dad shaking her head.

"Wait, that doesn't make any sense. Why would FP fess up to something he didn't even do?" Betty questions making Cami look at her.

"Because he didn't kill Jason and whoever did is blackmailing him," Cami tells Betty as if it was common sense making Betty stare at her. 

"Yeah, I'm not thinking about FP right now. I'd like to know why your father is stealing and destroying evidence in a murder investigation," Alice says staring at her husband who sighs.

"Look, I was worried that the investigation would get back to Polly, somehow. To us. And somehow Sheriff Keller would figure out the connection between our family and the Blossoms. And he would think that there was some kind of motive," Hal explains as Cami just stares at him as if he was an idiot.

"Wait, you mean about Great-Grandpappy Cooper being murdered by a Blossom?" Betty questions him.

"Something that happened like a hundred years ago," Cami tells her Dad who just stares at the two for a moment.

"Betty Cami...your great-grandfather wasn't just murdered by a Blossom. He was a Blossom," Hal tells the girls who just stare at him.

"I'm sorry what?!" Cami yells staring at her Dad as if he was insane while Betty and Alice were in disbelief.

"After the murder, our family severed ties with the Blossoms and their name, and we took a new one. "Cooper"," Hal finishes explaining.

"I'm...," Betty begins to say as Cami shakes her head.
"Don't say it," Cami pleads shaking her head in disbelief and disgusted.

"...a Blossom?" Betty questions in between disgusted and disbelief.

"Polly is a Blossom, which makes her and Jason relatives by blood," Alice connects the dots making Cami gag and shaking her head.

"Which is why you wanted to...," Alice finishes as Hal nods his head.

"Yeah. Alice, that's why," Hal tells her as Cami sighs that was still no reason to try to force your daughter to have an abortion.

"Oh, my God, Hal. If you're willing to send our daughter away to keep her away from Jason...," Alice says rubbing her head to try to get away from the headache forming.

"How far would the Blossoms go to keep them apart?" Betty finishes as Cami jumps up.

"We need to get Polly out of that house," Alice says making everyone else get up grabbing the keys and coats, and heading out the door to Thornhill.

At Thornhill Alice pounds on the front doors waiting for someone to answer the door when it does by Clifford and Penelope Blossom.

"Don't bother calling the cops. We're not staying," Alice tells them as she walks right in making Cami smirks as she glares at the two Blossom's.

"Polly!" Alice exclaims as Betty and Hal walk in and Cami sighs seeing her sister. 

"What the hell is going on here, Alice? It's the middle of the night," Clifford exclaims as Cami rolls her eyes at the man.

"Oh, sorry to disrupt the witching hour at Thornhill," Alice tells him making Cami chuckle slightly as Hal walks towards the stairs where Polly and Cheryl stood.

"Polly, honey, are you okay?" Hal questions her worriedly.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Cami Betty, what's going on?" Polly questions her sister making Cami smile at her softly.

"We're here to bring you home, Pol," Betty tells her as Cami nods.

"And away from these psychos. No offense Cheryl," Cami tells the redhead who nods at her.

"She's not leaving us," Cheryl tells Betty as Cami looks at her sadly seeing how she was holding Polly. She couldn't imagine what Cheryl was going through. Losing her twin her other half and then finding out his girlfriend is pregnant with his babies only to see you about to lose her and be stuck with your crazy family.

Truthfully all Cami wanted to do was hug Cheryl tightly to her. She didn't mind being related to Cheryl just not the other ones. Maybe, Nana Rose, she seemed alright. Maybe.

"She chose to live here, remember? With a mentally stable family," Penelope says making Cami laugh at that.

"Please a rat is more stable than your family. You two might be related though," Cami tells Penelope with a smirk making her glare at her.

"Oh, I know all about your family, Penelope. And the incest," Alice says staring at the woman and Clifford.

"What? What incest?" Polly questions confused as Cami sighs.

"Hal's grandfather wasn't just your grandpappy's
murder victim. They were brothers, which made him a Blossom. Just like Hal," Alice explains as she walks closer to Clifford.

"Yeah, so what?" Clifford questions making Cami look at him disgusted.

"So what?" So, everything, starting with FP's confession, has a few gaping holes in it," Alice says as Clifford looks down.

"More than a few. He's being used by someone with a crazy motive," Cami says staring at Clifford as Betty stares at Penelope. 

"For example, hiding incest," Betty says as Cami shrugs. Maybe not that. That's not enough for murder.

"You were disgusted that Jason and Polly were dating because they were related," Alice finishes Betty's thoughts.

"Nothing could be more purely Blossom than those babies," Penelope says making Cami just stare at her wide-eyed trying to process those words. 

"Okay, what is wrong with you people?!" Hal exclaims making Cami nod.

"Everything Dad. Everything," Cami states she didn't agree with her Dad on many things but this she could. 

"Will you just spare us the middle-class morality. It's not like they were brother and sister. They were, what, third cousins," Clifford says as Cami just stares at him. And she thought her Dad was crazy. 

"You think I killed my son?" Penelope questions staring at Betty as Cami shrugs.

"Probably not. But as a Mother, you know some things not adding up with your son's death. I mean do you feel at peace with it? Or do you still feel like something is missing?" Cami questions Penelope who just stares at her.

"That's it. Polly, we are out of here. Enough of this Doctor Moreau experimentation in breeding and eugenics. It's over!" Alice says leaving no room for discussion walking up the stairs grabbing Polly's hand and pulling her towards the front door.

"Cami Betty, let's go," Hal tells the two as someone grabs Betty's hand and someone grabs Cami's making her look up to see Clifford.

"You need to stop little girl," Clifford says making Cami smirk at him.

"Hell no. And something tells me by that look in your eyes that I'm getting closer. Just need a few more rocks turned over," Cami tells Clifford with a glare.

"You want to piss someone off well you just did," Cami whispers to the man who tightens his grip on her.

"And when I'm pissed it's not good for anyone. Especially for you," Cami whispers before snatching her hand out of the man's hold and walking towards the door with Betty.

"For distrusting your sleep, dear cousin!" Cami says towards Cheryl waving at her as she leaves the Blossom house with Betty and Hal following after them.

That night at the Cooper house Polly and Betty slept in Cami's room. Betty and Cami holding Polly who cried clutching her pregnant stomach.

Cami whispers softly words to Polly as she runs her fingers through her hair rubbing smoothing circles on Betty's knuckles.

Waking up to her phone ringing once again Cami looks to see if it was Jughead and answers it.

"Jug?" Cami questions sitting up.
"You were right. It's not my Dad," Jughead tells Cami who pauses at that.

"Okay," Cami says nodding her head.
"That's it? You don't want to hear why I believe you?" Jughead questions Cami confused.

"If you believe it as well then you believe it, Jug. You don't need to explain it. I believe you," Cami tells him as Jughead smiles.

"Thank you," Jughead tells Cami who smiles as her phone vibrates making her see a text from Veronica saying come to the Andrews garage.

"Jug I got to go. Call though if you need anything," Cami tells him as she jumps up sliding on her sleepers and grabbing a cardigan.

"I will. Bye Cami," Jughead says hanging up making Cami throw her hair into a messy bun before hurrying downstairs and next door towards the garage.

Knocking three times waiting for someone to answer due to Veronica's instructions the door opens and Archie stares at Cami who pushes him out of the way and walks into the garage seeing Kevin and Veronica standing up with Joaquin in a chair.

Cami walks up towards Kevin grabbing his hand. Something told her he needed it right now. 

"We know FP used his call from jail to get in touch with you. What did he say?" Archie questions the boy as Cami stares at Joaquin figuring out what this was. It's an interrogation. 

"It was basically just a warning," Joaquin tells the group laying his head on the hand he had proped on the armchair as Veronica cross her arms over her chest.

"No one uses their one call to say "lay low"," Veronica accuses as Kevin walks closer to his boyfriend.

"Joaquin, do you know anything?" Kevin questions him making the boy look towards him as Cami crosses her arms.

"I'm not talking to you as your boyfriend, I'm talking to you as the sheriff's son. Did FP kill Jason?" Kevin questions the boy being serious which was weird to Cami. She wasn't used to seeing Kevin like this.

"Yes," Joaquin says making Cami suck in a breath.

"I mean, I... I assume," Joaquin says as Cami stares at him.

"Oh, my God," Kevin says scoffing as Cami walks closer to the boy.

"Answer and do not be vague. Did you see FP Jones pull the trigger?" Cami asks squatting down as she stares the boy down who stares into her eyes.

"No, no. God, no," Joaquin says as Cami stares at him closely.

"Then explain why you think he did it. Do not leave anything out," Cami demands the boy who gulps nodding his head.

"On July 11th, I got a phone call in the middle of the night from FP. Said he needed help with some clean-up job at the Whyte Wyrm," Joaquin explains not meeting Cami's eyes as he plays with his hands.

"What job?" Kevin asks him as Joaquin looks at Cami who nods her head grabbing his hand and squeezing it.

"Tell me. Take your time but look at me and tell me," Cami tells the boy who takes a deep breath before continuing.

"The basement of the Whyte Wyrm is off limits to everyone," Joaquin says making Cami nod she knew that rule after Toni told her. As long as upstairs but Cami still went upstairs but basements creeped her out.

"But that's where I met FP, and that's where I saw...," Joaquin says pausing as if remembering the memory. Cami squeezes his hand bringing him out of the memory.

"He'd been shot. I never asked FP if he did it. I just...I mean, I was terrified. I...I just assumed. We stashed the body in the freezer, cleaned up the mess, got rid of any evidence...," Joaquin explains as Cami looks towards Kevin who was on the verge of tears.

"You are a criminal," Kevin says making Cami squeeze Joaquin's hands and get up heading towards Kevin pulling him close to her.

"Joaquin, FP has done work for my father, Hiram Lodge, in the past. Do you think killing Jason was one of them?" Veronica questions him desperate for the truth but it seems she was desperate for him to say yes. To give her some reason to hate her Dad.

"There was a time when I heard a conversation between FP and Mustang," Joaquin says making Cami snap her head towards Joaquin at that remembering Mustang's phone call.

"Who's Mustang?" Archie questions making Cami sigh.
"He's a serpent. The guys you bumped into at the Whyte Wyrm," Cami tells Archie who looks at her.

"And the only other guy who knew about the clean-up. I heard him tell FP something about some rich guy. I don't know who," Joaquin says making Cami and Veronica share a look.

"Where is Mustang?" Veronica questions the boy looking back toward him.

"No, no, no, no. You do not want to go see him. Cami's one person anyone else. Just no," Joaquin warns.

"Yes, I do. And you're going to take us. Or...," Veronica begins to say as Kevin steps up.

"Or I'm going to tell my dad about your little clean-up job," Kevin threatens as Cami nods.

"And I need some words with Mustang. He called me last night," Cami says making everyone look at her.

"About what?" Veronica questions her worriedly.
"To stop looking into Jason's murder," Cami says staring at her as Veronica stares back at her.

Cami breaks eye contact and looks at Kevin who seems heartbroken making her say as she walks towards Joaquin.

"Nothing personal but you used my best friend and broke his...uhh I guess it is personal," Cami says nodding her head before shrugging as she punches Joaquin across the face Veronica looks wide-eyed, Kevin was trying not to laugh, and Archie winces. Her slaps hurt he didn't want to imagine her punches.

"Get him some ice Archie and let's go," Cami stares turning around in her slippers and heading out the garage door.

"I love you," Kevin tells Cami kissing the top of her head and making her smile.

The group of five ends up at a motel on the Southside. The parking lot was full of garbage and the lights and exterior signs of the motel blinking.

"Not that much money in local crime and villainy, huh? " Veronica questions making Cami shake her head as they walk to the second floor of the motel.

The group stopped in front of 226.
"This is him, here," Joaquin says before he knocks on the door and enters without permission.

"Mustang? Are you here?" Joaquin questions before ge group enters the motel room seeing bottles of beer, drugs, clothes, and a container of brownies on the floor.

Cami looks at the brownies sadly before she sees Archie heading towards the bathroom following after him.

"Oh, my God," Archie says stumbling back wide-eyed as Cami went to go see but Archie stops her.

"Camilla no," Archie tells her making her confused.
"What? Archie-," Cami begins to question before looking into the bathroom and she gasps covering her mouth.

"No. No. No," Cami says as she cries slightly making Archie pull her close to him Cami stares at Mustang dead in the bathroom with several needle marks on his arm and still injected with a needle. His whole body was pale with a blue tint.

Cami doesn't hear anything else as she stares at the man but soon Archie picks her up bridal style taking her out of the motel room while Veronica calls Sheriff Keller.

Soon the police and the ambulance arrive and the motel becomes a crime scene.

Cami stood with Veronica's arm around her just staring with Archie looking at her worriedly and Hermione beside Veronica.

Soon Fred Andrews arrives and gets out of his truck walking towards the group.

"Son. Cami," Fred says as he approaches them.
"I'm fine. We all are," Archie tells him as Fred nods looking at Cami whose eyes were still red.

"Come here," Fred says opening his arms and making Cami go into them as he holds her tightly to him just as Sheriff Keller approaches the teenagers.

"What were you doing here in the first place?" Sheriff Keller questions.

"We knew Mustang was a Serpent. We just wanted to talk to him, to see if he knew anything about FP," Archie tells the sheriff just as Alice Coopers pulls into the motel parking lot right beside Fred and jumps out of her car.

"Camilla!" Alice exclaims making Cami let Fred go as she stares at her Mom.

"Mom," Cami breathes in relief rushing towards her and making Alice wrap her arms around her worriedly.

"What do you think happened in there?" Fred questions Sheriff Keller.

"Likely an overdose. We're waiting to see a time of death, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was somehow involved in Jason's murder, and was feeling the heat," Sheriff Keller says as Cami thinks back to that phone call. Was she the last person he called before he died?

"And how'd you know he even lived here?" Sheriff Keller questions making the three share a look before a deputy approaches.

"Sheriff," the deputy says taking the attention away from the previous question.

"Found it under his bed," the deputy says as she opens the bag revealing the money inside it. Sheriff Keller looks at it before pulling the bag to see the initials H.L. embroidered making him look at Hermione.

"Hermione Lodge? Mind explaining to me why your initials are on this bag?" Sheriff Keller questions as Hermione stares. Before she could say anything Veronica speaks.

"Not Hermione Lodge, Sheriff. Hiram Lodge. My dad," Veronica says making Hermione grab her arm.

"Veronica!" Hermione exclaims making Veronica look at her.

"Mom..," Veronica says before looking back at the sheriff.

"He was doing business with the Serpents," Veronica says making Hermione bring her closer to her.

"And that's all we're saying until there's an attorney present," Hermione says giving her daughter a warning look.

"I'm taking my daughter home," Alice says pulling Cami towards her car not leaving any discussion for anyone to argue.

The walk towards the car was quiet and once inside Cami waits for her Mom to start yelling at her or asking her questions.

"Are you alright?" Alice questions Cami who looks at her in surprise but seeing genuine concern Cami sighs slightly.

"Not really," Cami tells her Mom who nods at her.
"Cami you have to stop. When I got that call I thought...," Alice says trailing off as she shakes her head tears in her eyes.

"Mom," Cami says softly making Alice look at her.
"Stop this manhunt, Camilla. I'm not loading my daughter in a body bag anytime soon," Alice tells her sternly making Cami nod.

"Yes ma'am," Cami tells her as she squeezes her Mom's hand. Alice squeezes it back before turning the car on and heading towards the house.

Later that night Cami was in her room once again on house arrest by her Mom but truthfully Cami couldn't get Mustang's dead body off her mind.

Something was thrown out her window making her get up confused heading towards the window only to see Kevin telling her to come here.

Looking at her door Cami opens her window before she begins climbing out something she's done a million times before. It was a good thing she had a tree right beside her window.

Jumping down the last hit Cami stands in front of Kevin who looks at her surprised.

"Gymnastics and I've done it before. I've also climbed up it," Cami tells Kevin who laughs pulling her towards Archie's garage for the second time that day. Cami and Kevin walk in only to see Archie wearing Jason's varsity jacket.

"Okay, what the hell is happening? This is creepy," Cami questions before she looks at Betty who holds a USB drive.

"Nancy Drew strikes again," Kevin says smiling.

"Give me," Cami says taking the USB drive from Archie and heading towards the couch plugging it into Jughead's computer.

Cami Betty and Veronica sit on the couch with Kevin and Archie on the arms and Jughead on the back.

The six watch seeing Jason tied up in the Whyte Wyrm basement making Cami squeeze Betty's and Veronica's hands.

They then watch as Mustang walks in and begins taunting Jason before the unthinkable happens. Well for everyone but Cami who already had her suspicions.

"Oh my god," Veronica says seeing as Clifford Blossom walks into view. The man pulls the ring out of Jason's pocket in his shirt who looks as if he was begging his Dad for something while Clifford turns around.

The man turns around to face his son once again but this time with a gun in his hand. Clifford stares his son right in the eyes before without hesitation shooting his son right in the middle of the eyed.

The entire group gasps as they stare in disbelief.
"Oh my god," Veronica says again crying as Cami stares before jumping up while Betty shuts the laptop.

Not wasting a second Cami with shaky fingers strolls through her phone before finding the familiar contact name. Cheryl Bombshell.

Waiting for the girl to answer Cami continues shaking.
"Cami? Cami who are you calling?" Archie asks her but Cami doesn't look at him as Cheryl finally answers.

"Cheryl get out. Now. It's your Dad. He did it, Cheryl. I just saw the video. Get out of there now," Cami warns her worriedly.

"I understand. Thank you," Cheryl tells her before hanging up and Cami turns to look at the group before making eye contact with Betty who nods.

Cami grabs the laptop turns it around and downloads the video on the laptop just in case before pulling it out and running next door busting the door open to see her Mom and Dad.

"It was Clifford. He killed Jason. And I have proof," Cami says holding up the USB drive as Alice and Hal stare at their daughter.

Alice doesn't wait for a second before grabbing the USB drive and leaving the house heading towards the sheriff's office while Cami just tries to process what she saw.

She was right.

Clifford Blossom killed his own son.

Camilla Cooper was right.
