𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙨.

Driving back to the Sunnyside trailer after the press conference Cami left as soon as she could. Not wanting to even speak to Veronica or her parents.

Vee knew where she stood and Cami knew where she stood. The two were known on opposite sides of the chest board.

Looking at her radio Cami notices Betty calling her making her answer the call worriedly.

"Hey is everything okay? You weren't at the press announcement which sucked by the way," Cami informs her sister with a sigh.

"Chic's not our brother," Betty blurts out making Cami jerk the wheel looking wide-eyed.

"What?!" Cami screams in disbelief staring at her radio as if it would have all the answers before looking back at the road.

"Well, not our full brother. Mom admitted that he wasn't Dad's son after I stole some blood and gave it to Blossom's lawyer to run the test," Betty tells Cami who just stares with her mouth slightly opened.

"Can Mom like not be our birth Mother then so we aren't related to him?" Cami asks hopefully as Berry laughs.

"I wish. Cam you should have seen his face when Mom hugged him telling him he was still her son. Something just not right," Betty confesses as Cami sighs.

"I agree wholeheartedly. Are you okay staying there Betts? I can come back or we could stay at Fred's. We can figure something out. Heck if I need to I'll apply for guardianship over you," Cami tells Betty who laughs smiling at that.

"Thanks, Cam but I'm okay. If something happens you'll be the first to know," Betty says making Cami stare worriedly as she pulls into Sunnyside Trailer Park.

"Only if you are sure. I'm just worried about you, and if anything happens you call me straight away. I don't care about the time. I'll be there," Cami tells Betty who nods knowing the truth behind Cami's words.

"I will. I love you Cams," Betty tells her older sister.
"Love you more Betts," Cami responds before hanging up and putting her car in park before getting out and heading towards the front door of the Jones's trailer.

Opening the door Cami walks in to see Jughead in the kitchen unwrapping something.

"Hey I'm surprised I beat you back I was just putting one of your dinners you made in the oven. Dad has to work the night shift," Jughead states making Cami smile as she sits down on the couch.

"Talking to Betty on the way home and had to stop to say goodbye to Polly and the twins before they left," Cami tells him laying her head against the couch.

"Yeah Betty told me what happened with Chic and the twins," Jughead says coming to sit down beside Cami who nods laying her head on his shoulder.

"Yeah, I don't blame Polly for leaving. If Chic ever did something like that to my kids he would no longer have a heart or a head," Cami informs Jughead who laughs nodding his head before looking down at Cami

"You would be a good Mom," Jughead informs Cami who opens her eyes that she didn't even know she closed to look at Jughead.

"Not for a long long time. I don't know if I even want kids. Too scared I would turn out like my parents," Cami tells Jughead who looks at her confused.

"I know for a fact you would never be like them. By the way, you take care of everyone. From acting like the oldest sister to Betty and Polly. And you are already a Mom," Jughead tells Cami who laughs shaking her head at him.

"And who are these children I have?" Cami questions as Jughead laughs at her.

"Sweet Pea and Fangs of course. Your two children," Jughead tells the blonde who laughs at him shaking her head.

"And me," Jughead says softly making Cami stop laughing as she looks at him tilting her head slightly.

"The way you treated us and took care of all of us is like a Mom would I imagine. You are the one who held me when my Mom told me I couldn't come to see her. You feed all of us. Listen to us. Protect us. Fight for us. Even love us when we don't deserve it and screw up. That's a Mom, Cami," Jughead says as tears well up in Cami's eyes.

"I never told you thank you Cami for coming into our lives. You've changed everything by just being you," Jughead tells the blonde who shakes her head.

"Yes, you did don't try to deny it. I can't even list everything you've done for the serpents but for me and my Dad heck you blackmailed a warden to get him out of jail. He stopped drinking, and don't think I didn't see you take the shot out of his hand at your party so he wouldn't break sobriety. He's actually acting like the Dad I remember growing up before everything fell apart. And with me, you were always on my side. I've never had that before. Especially someone who puts me in my place when I need to be, but gently while still making sure I know you love me," Jughead tells Cami who stares before throwing her arms around his shoulders and pulling him into a tight.

"You've changed me too you know. I went from the preppy fake smiling Northsider princess to actually being happy and having people to count on. I love you Juggie," Cami tells the boy hugging her just as tight.

"I love you more Cam," Jughead tells her as Cami pulls back wiping her face slightly.

"Just so you know you will never be getting rid of me. Ever. I'll always be on your side," Cami tells Jughead sternly who nods at her.

"Cami, believe me, the last person I would ever want to get rid of is you," Jughead tells her as Cami smiles laying her head on his shoulder.

"We can be in the same nursery home when we're old. Solving all the crimes on the TV," Cami tells Jughead who laughs at her.

"We might need practice," Jughead comments as Cami nods.

"Definitely. I'll turn on Criminal Minds you grab the drinks and ice cream," Cami tells the boy who laughs.

"And the food. You can't just eat ice cream Cam," Jughead tells her as Cami rolls her eyes at him but a bright smile on her face.

It felt too long since she'd had an actual conversation with Jug. One not involving a problem with the serpents, Hiram, and something like that. Just an actual conversation.

But then the guilt started building. She was lying to him. Keeping a secret from him.

And Cami knew with all that was in her heart that when Jughead found out he would hate her with everything he had.

Cami groans as she hears her alarm making the blonde reach towards her phone to turn it off but couldn't move.

Opening her eyes and blinking repeatedly Cami realizes she fell asleep in the living room on the pullout sofa watching Friends with Jughead.

But she realized she couldn't move because sometime during the night Jughead rolled over and now his head was on her stomach sleeping hard.

Chuckling slightly at the boy Cami moves him off her carefully before standing up and heading towards the bathroom the entire time craving something very chocolatey.

Cami had no idea why until she went into the bathroom.

She started her period.

Groaning annoyed the blonde got into the shower after her shower Cami grabbed a pair of leggings and someone's button-up before heading towards the kitchen.

Grabbing a bowl and some pancake mix Cami begins mixing some pancakes and then grabbing the entire bag of chocolate chips.

Staring at the bag Cami shrugs before pouring the entire thing in the bowl with a bright smile.

As Cami begins making her double chocolate chip pancakes a groan is heard before footsteps walk towards her.

"The only reason I'm not mad at being woken up before my alarm is if I get a pancake as well," Jughead tells the blonde who nods smiling.

"Of course Jug," Cami tells him as Jughead smiles kissing her forehead before heading towards the bathroom.

"I'm pretty sure my son likes you more than me," FP states walking in the kitchen making Cami chuckle slightly.

"Well, I'm amazing. Oh and are double chocolate chip pancakes good for breakfast? I want a lot of chocolate," Cami states as FP laughs at her walking towards her.

"Whatever you want baby," FP tells her wrapping arms around Cami who smiles leaning into him before wincing slightly when a cramp hits her. She was ready to eat something so she could take some medicine.

"Hey, what's wrong?" FP questions looking cami over worriedly who shakes her head.

"Nothing," Cami stares as FP stares at her before turning her around and grabbing Cami's chin tilting it up.

"What's wrong?" FP questions her as Cami stares at him before sighing slightly.

"I have cramps and just want some chocolate," Cami tells FP who nods looking at her before pulling Cami into a tight hug who smiles resting her head on his chest.

"Do you need anything? Want me to take over so you can sit down?" FP questions Cami kissing the top of her head making Cami smile.

"I'm okay. I promise," Cami states pulling away to kiss FP's lips before turning back to the pancakes not wanting them to burn.

FP doesn't let the blonde go through wrapping his arms around her waist to rub her stomach and applying pressure as Cami leans into him sighing in relief.

FP kisses right under her jaw softly as he places his head on her shoulder making Cami smile finishing up the pancakes just as the wet from the shower in the bathroom shuts off.

FP kisses Cami's head before moving her towards the table as he plates the pancakes.

Jughead walks into the kitchen just as FP sits the plates down.

"Thanks for breakfast Cam," Jughead tells the blonde who smiles at him as she begins cutting up her pancakes.

"If anyone should be making someone breakfast you should make Cami some for literally sleeping on although the night," FP tells his son who looks at him confused.

"What?" Jughead questions confused looking at Cami who chuckles slightly.

"Came home last night to find you both asleep on the pullout with Friends playing. After taking a shower I went to move Cami to the bed but you latched onto her. Wouldn't let her go and when I tried to wake you up you slapped my hand away," FP tells his son who stares at him open mouth a laugh snaps him out of his shock making Jughead look at Cami who was about to fall out of her chair laughing so hard.

Fp joins in laughing as Jughead huffs at the two eating his pancakes.

"I'm going to go get dressed I have to go get my posters from my Dad," Cami says laughing and shaking her head as Jughead looks at her.

"Right the student body President election," Jughead says making Cami nod as she puts her plate in the sink.

"Yep. I still have to decide on my running mate but I've won three years in a row so I think I have a good shot," Cami says shrugging and walking towards the bedroom as Jughead laughs at her.

Dressed in a black mini dress with white flowers along with a leather brown jacket and white booties Cami walks down the hallway at the high school hanging up posters with Kevin and Josie.

"So you and Veronica aren't talking?" Kevin questions the girl confused as Cami sighs at him.

"I don't want to talk about it Kev," Cami tells him as the boy looks at her before sighing wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"Okay. Let's go get you some food," Kevin tells her as Cami chuckles looking at Josie who smiles at her.

The three head into the cafeteria all sitting together at a table. Feeling eyes on her Cami looks across from her table only to spot Veronica, Betty, Archie, and Jughead sitting together Veronica looks at Cami although her eyes removed from her as Ethel walks up to Veronica with a milkshake in her hands.

"For your crimes against the town of Riverdale, for everything that you and your family have done and continue to do, we find you guilty. Your sentence is this," Ethel states as Kevin Josie and Veronica look confused while Cami looks concerned about standing up to stop whatever is about to happen, but she doesn't have the chance.

Ethel throws the pink milkshake at Veronica's face soaking her making people gasps around the cafeteria and some choke laughter.

"Kevin! Josie!" Cami tells the two who try to cover their laughter Cami sighs as she watches Betty and Veronica leave the cafeteria.

Cami went to stand up but a hand grabbed her stopping her.

"Cami no," Kevin tells her making Cami look at him confused.

"You can't run to Vee every time she calls when she treats you like she did. You told her your feelings on the matter and she made her choose," Kevin tells Cami who stares at him.

"But what was I expecting honestly between me and her parents? Of course, she would choose them," Cami states with a sigh.

"You wouldn't," Josie states making Cami look up at her.

"If it came down to someone you love and your parents you would choose them. And you deserve the same thing in return. Especially from Veronica who since got here only talked about how much her parents have betrayed her and she doesn't trust them," Josie tells Cami sternly who stares at her before nodding.

"Good," Kevin tells the blonde smiling as she laughs at him.

After school, Cami heads towards her car only to have an arm wrap around her shoulders making her jump as she looks to see Sweet Pea making her smile.

"Hey sunshine protector," Cami greets smiling as she leans into him making Sweet Pea laugh laughing at her.

"Hi, sunshine. So why did Veronica punch Reggie in the face?" Sweet Pea questions Cami who freezes at that.

"What?!" Cami exclaims as Sweet Pea looks at her tilting his head.

"You didn't know. Did something happen with you two?" Sweet Pea questions worriedly as Cami sighs not saying anything.

"Got it," Sweet Pea tells Cami kissing the side of her head and making Cami lean into him sighing slightly.

"As much as I want to continue this conversation I have a man's life to destroy," Cami tells Sweet Pea kissing his cheek with a smile.

"It's not me right? Is it that guy you're seeing? Does he need to lose something? Like his head?" Sweet Pea questions making Cami stare at him before laughing loudly.

"Not you sweetheart or the guy I'm seeing, and I'm not telling you who he is," Cami tells the boy who groans at her before staring at Cami. Sweet Pea walks towards Cami placing his hands on her shoulders and staring into her eyes.

"I just don't like it, Cam. No one should ever keep you secret. You shouldn't have to keep your relationship a secret. If he actually had feelings for you he would shout it from the rooftops because he would want everyone to know he got the best girl to ever exist and why out of his league," Sweet Pea tells Cami who stares at him not saying anything.

"Thanks, Pea," Cami whispers before wrapping her arms tightly around him as Sweet Pea hugs her close.

"I never had a big brother before never thought I needed one, but I have to say I'm happy I have one now," Cami tells the boy who smiles kissing the top of her head.

"Damn straight. And if he does something to hurt you I'll kill him," Sweet Pea tells Cami who laughs pulling away.

"Love you too," Cami tells him as Sweet Pea opens her door letting Cami get in her car and smiling at her.

"Love you Cam," Sweet Pea says closing the door as the blonde smiles starting her car to leave.

Cami stood in the gym beside Cheryl smiling brightly at Toni who was trying out for the Vixen's. Once she finishes everyone claps as Cami cheers making Toni laugh at her.

"Well, I doubt there's any way you amateurs are gonna top that. So practice is over, Vixens. Inner circle Vixens, hang back. You know who you are," Cheryl says as she stands in the middle of the gym.

Cami walks towards Cheryl with Josie and Toni on each side of her and Veronica and Betty beside them.

"In honor of Toni joining our squad, I think we should celebrate with a mandatory slumber party at Thistlehouse. Fancy dressing gowns are appreciated. You've all seen The Beguiled, right? Dinner at 8:00. Parlor games to follow," Cheryl tells the girls as Cami stares at her watching Cheryl walk away.

"Well I'll see you at Thistlehouse," Cami says chuckling slightly as she looks at Josie and Toni who smiles at her.

"Cam I actually need to talk to you," Betty tells her sister who nods walking away with Betty following her.

"What up Betts? Is it Chic or Mom? Are you okay?" Cami questions worriedly as she places her hands on her sister's arms who nods slightly.

"Veronica's running for student body President," Betty tells Cami who stares at her not saying anything.

"She asked me to be her running mate but I told her no. You're running. You are the President. The reason this school runs. I just wanted to let you know so you won't be blindsided," Betty tells her sister who smiles slightly at her.

"Thanks, Betts and if you want to run you can don't stop for me," Cami tells her sister cupping her cheek before smiling a little bit forcefully and then turning around to walk away.

Sadness on her face turns into anger as Josie and Toni come to stand beside her.

"Veronica's running for President," Cami tells the two who turn and stare at her before scoffing.

"Alright I know I'm running with Reggie but that's because it's Reggie and I talked to you about this. That's just betrayal," Josie tells the blonde as Toni shakes her head.

"I don't know what to do or think. Just that tonight is going to be...something," Cami says sighing as Toni wraps an arm around Cami who leans into smiling softly.

"We gotcha Cam," Toni tells her as Cami nods walking towards the locker rooms.

At Thistlehouse the six girls sat in a line brushing each other's hair. Cami sat in front of Toni who was doing hers with Cheryl behind Toni, Betty behind Cheryl, Veronica behind Betty, and Josie at the end before Veronica. All six girls were in silk pajama sets and robes.

The peaceful moment is ended when Cheryl stands up looking at the five girls.

"Inner circle, Cousin Cami Betty?" Cheryl calls making the girls look at her.

"I didn't just bring you to Thistlehouse for a girls' slumber party. The truth is I'm terrified of being alone here. There's a stranger in this house. My uncle Claudius, he's as mad as the sea, and ever since he blew in, I feel like I'm in mortal peril," Cheryl tells the girls as Cami looks at her worriedly.

"Wait, I'm confused. Is this real or are we playing a game?" Toni asks Cheryl as the girls look at each other.

"All too real, TT. I feel like they're plotting against me and Nana Rose. Mumsy cultivates esoteric herbs in the conservatory. Tannis root, jimsonweed. I'm afraid to eat for fear of being poisoned," Cheryl says as Cami gets up and wraps her arms around Cheryl who leans into Cami.

"Cheryl, are you sure you're not imagining things?" Josie asks the redhead softly.

"Well, if she is, Josie, then maybe I am too. There's a stranger in my life as well. Chic. With him lurking behind every corner, my house feels...," Betty begins to say although Cheryl stops her.

"Dangerous. Deadly. I sympathize," Cheryl finishes clutching onto Cami.

"It'll be okay Cheryl," Cami says softly although she didn't feel it.

That night Cami lay down beside her sister sound asleep when a crash was heard making all the girls jump up and head out of the room only for Cheryl to scream seeing Nana Rose on the floor unconscious out of her chair.

Half asleep Cami uses the keys she got from FP to unlock the trailer and walk in rubbing her face.

"What are you doing here so late? Everything okay?" FP questions making Cami look to see him sitting at the table.

"Cheryl's nana had a fall. I tried to stay with her at the hospital but she made me come home," Cami says rubbing her eyes half asleep as FP smiles at her.

"Go get some sleep," FP tells Cami who nods smiling softly as she heads towards the bedroom.

"Night," Cami whispers as FP watches her a soft smile on his face at Cami calling the trailer home. But home wasn't a place it was a person or people.

Walking down the hallway sipping on her second coffee of the day while writing in her notebook someone suddenly grabs Cami making her jump before sighing and sees Jughead who pulls her towards the classroom they use for serpent meetings.

Cami doesn't even question it as she takes a seat beside Toni sipping her coffee as Jughead leans against the desk in the front.

"This isn't a demolition notice. It's a notice of extermination," Jughead states holding up a yellow paper regarding the demolition of Southside High School.

"We've already said our goodbye to Southside, Jughead," Toni tells the boy down with this already.

"Today, it's Southside High. Tomorrow, it's the Wyrm. Everything that makes the Southside home is gonna disappear. If we roll over now, it's all over," Jughead tells the group using his hands to explain.

"It's just a building, Jug," Toni tells him as Jughead shakes his head.

"No! Toni, it's the soul of the Southside. The Uktena fought and died trying to protect that land. Our parents fought to keep it safe during the riots. Now it's our turn. It's our time. This is our fight. So who's with me? Who's ready to go to war?" Jughead questions looking at the group as Cami takes a sip of her coffee.

"Uhm I've already been planning a war since...how long has Hiram been here?" Cami questions tilting her head as everyone looks at her.

"Just because it doesn't look like I'm doing anything doesn't mean I'm not. A war is determined by what happens before the battle. Believe me, I have a lot of things in play," Cami states smirking proudly as everyone looks at her.

"It's times like these you terrify me," Fangs stated as Cami pats his cheek with a smile.

"Now let's get back on track. Alright, you need to do something non-threatening. If people begin to think you started the war everyone will blame you. You need to be the victims," Cami says smirking proudly as she leans back chuckling.

"And I have the best idea. What do you guys think of protesting?" Cami questions tilting her head as everyone looks at her Cami smirking.

"I'm scared," Fangs whispers to Sweet Pea who rolls his eyes at him but nods slightly. Camilla Cooper was terrifying at times.

Cami closes the chains around Sweet Pea's wrist as she looks around at the eight serpents.

"I brought some hot chocolate to keep you all warm along with blankets. Ooh and dinner," Cami tells the eight smiling as she sits down beside Jughead who looks at her.

"You aren't staying," Jughead tells her making Cami look toward him.

"I agree Sunshine," Sweet Pea tells the girl who sighs seeing the look the right serpents were sending her.

"If you try to stay I'll have my Dad throw you over his shoulder to take you back to her trailer," Jughead warns Cami who sticks her tongue out at him.

"I'll leave but I'll be back in the morning with coffee, warm cinnamon rolls, and maybe some portable heaters. I don't want any of you to get hypothermia," Cami says worriedly.

"This is a good plan Cam stop worrying," Jughead tells her as Cami sighs but nods.

"See you all tomorrow morning," Cami says smiling as she waves and gets in her car only for her phone to begin to ring to see Josie.

"Hey Jo what's going on?" Cami questions as she heads towards the trailer knowing she would be alone tonight with Jughead protesting and FP working and then heading towards the school with other serpents to watch over the teenagers.

"Veronica asked me to endorse her," Josie tells Cami who sighs at that.

"But you already have my endorsement, Cam. You have the Pussycats, the Vixens, Bulldogs, Serpents, RTOC, the band, wrestling team, heck even the nerds!" Josie tells the girl who laughs at her shaking her head.

"You are already the President anyone who runs against you is just idiotic," Josie tells the blonde who shakes her head.

"Thanks, Jo," Cami tells her as Josie tells her goodbye hanging up Cami sighs rubbing her face as she drives just as her phone vibrates and Cami gets a text from Jughead.

"Archie just left. Hiram knows."

Cami sighs before smiling as she continues driving.

The night morning Cami parks her car in front of Southside High seeing Betty sitting beside Jughead talking.

Someone opens her door making her look to see FP who smiles at her as Cami unbuckles her seatbelt.

"Want to help me get all the bags? One is coffee and hot chocolate and the other is breakfast. Ooh, and I brought enough for all the serpents," Cami says as FP helps her out of her seat and then opens the backseat.

"I wish I could kiss you right now," FP tells Cami who blushes slightly at that.

"Shut up and help me," Cami says rolling her eyes as she grabs one of the bags while FP grabs two of the two heading towards the teenagers.

"Morning," Cami greets as she sits down the bag and unzips the first bag.

"I brought coffee in thermos's for each other you along with creamer and sugar didn't know which you all prefer. And some hot chocolate in case someone didn't like coffee," Cami states as she goes to unzip the second bag.

"I also got some warm Cinnamon Rolls fresh out of the oven with pancakes and sausage biscuits. I got some more blankets for each of you. Did I forget anything?" Cami questions tilting her head but when she doesn't hear anything Cami looks up to see all the serpents staring at her.

"What? Is it my outfit? I knew I should have worn something different. I have the campaign rally this morning," Cami states as she looks down at her black sweater top with her brown leather skirt and black heel boots twisting her serpent necklace.

"First of Cam stop worrying you have the election in the bag," Sweet Pea tells Cami who sighs at that.

"And we were staring because we truly don't know what we would do without you," Fangs tells Cami who smiles at him.

"Good thing you will never find out," Cami tells the boy who smiles at her.

"Now I have to go but I already have someone bringing you all lunch so don't worry," Cami tells the serpents smiling as she heads towards her car.

"I'll walk you," FP tells Cami removing his serpent jacket to put over her shoulders seeing Cami shivering slightly.

Sweet Pea watches the two closely as he takes a bit of one of Cami's homemade cinnamon rolls how she did all this so early in the morning he didn't know.

Tilting his head to the side Sweet Pea watches as FP opens Cami's door telling her something Cami chuckles removing the jacket and heading it to FP who smiles at her softly.

No there was no way. Right? Yeah no neither would do that. Right? Sweet Pea thought as Cami drove away FP watching her go the entire time only turning around when Cami's car disappeared.

Walking down the hallway even though she was late for the rally Cami dials a familiar number and waits for the redhead to pick up.

"For the sixth time and fifteen phone calls Cami I'm fine and I'm alive," Cheryl tells Cami who sighs at her.

"Are you sure? I can come to the hospital and sit with you. I had Toni bring you some coffee and breakfast. Have you eaten anything? Slept?" Cami questions worriedly.

"I'm sure Cam and I just ate some of it while drinking some coffee thank you," Cheryl tells Cami who hums slightly. 

"You didn't say anything about sleeping. Do I need to come sit with you and Nana Rose for a few hours so you can sleep? I'll watch over both of you," Cami tells the girl worriedly.

"Thanks, Cam. TT is here she's going to stay with me for the day so I can get some sleep but if I need anything I'll call you,"  Cheryl tells her as Cami hums.

"No problem Cheryl. I love you, baby cousin," Cami tells her softly as Cheryl smiles at that.

"Love you too cousin," Cheryl tells her as she hangs up and Cami walks into the campaign rally only to see Josie, Veronica, and Archie on the stage making her confused as she walks towards Kevin who looks at her with a smile wrapping his arms around her when something is suddenly handed to the two.

Cami looks confused before looking down to see a drawing of Veronica with devil horns on top of her head and at the top of the paper is the title: Did you know? In block serial killer letters.

Around the picture is a bunch of secrets that Veronica lied about.

She is best friends with serial assaulter. Nick St. Clair!
Veronica knew Southside was closing!
She knew they were turning Southside into a prison!
Veronica Lodge is a shareholder in her parent's business and will be profiting personally from it!
Her Dad brought Pop's Dinner. The Register and Southside Trailer Park.

Cami freezes reading everything all the paper in disbelief before looking up toward Veronica who stares at Cami.

Cami scoffs shaking her head in disbelief as she watches Betty storm out and Veronica and Archie follow her.

Once the three are gone Cami walks towards Ethel and Josie.

"Are you two fucking serious?" Cami questions as she snatches the papers from Ethel as the two girls stare at her.

"Veronica's parent's sins are not hers. Don't make her the villain for their decisions," Cami stares glaring in disbelief shaking her head in disappointment.

Cami walks out of the room throwing the papers in the trash as everyone watches her go.

Cami walks into an empty classroom leaning against the door as she takes deep breaths wiping the tears from her face feeling betrayal only from Veronica.

She lied to her, but what hurts the most out of everything is that Cami just wanted to go and comfort her. Help her, but her entire heart hurt from what she read especially regarding Pop's.

Her Pop's diner was brought by the man she didn't even trust. And Veronica knew and kept it from her.

After leaving school Cami headed to one of the only places she felt she could fall apart and feel safe.

Knocking on the Andrew's front door the door was open and Cami sighed in relief as tears appeared in her eyes.

"Cami," Mary says softly as Cami almost literally jumps in her arms making the older lady chuckle as she holds her close to her running her fingers through her hair.

"Bad day sweetie?" Mary questions as Cami sighs slightly.

"Bad year," Cami tells her as Mary nods holding her closer.

"Come on in. I was about to start making dinner. You should stay. Actually, you will stay," Mary tells her as Cami chuckles the older woman's arm wrapped around Cami's shoulder leading her to the kitchen.

"So Fred was telling me about someone new in your life," Mary tells Cami who chuckles shaking her head.

"You two are huge gossips," Cami tells the older woman who laughs at her.

"Perhaps but I just want to make sure you are happy with whoever it is since you won't tell anyone," Mary tells her as Cami chuckles.

"I am," Cami tells her as Mary nods just as Fred walks into the kitchen.

"Cami-Cam," Fred says heading towards her and hugging her tightly as Cami sighs in relief.

"Bad day?" Fred questions the girl who lays her head on his shoulder.

"Understatement," Cami tells him as Fred kisses the top of her head.

"But I feel a little bit better now," Cami tells the two smiling as Mary and Fred smile at her.

Once dinner is ready Cami sets the table as Mary and Fred bring the food just as Archie. He looks at Cami confused but doesn't say anything before sitting down at the table. 

"I was hoping to see Jughead while I was in town," Mary tells the two teenagers who sit beside each other at the table putting their food on their plates.

"He's still at Southside High, Mom, chained up like a lunatic," Archie says making Cami scoff at his comment.

"Arch, you might not believe in what he's fighting for...," Fred says trailing off as he tilts his head making Cami nod agreeing with the words unsaid. 

"I'm not sure he's fighting for anything, Dad. I think he's mostly fighting against Mr. Lodge. Like a lot of people in this town who are afraid," Archie says making Cami stop eating mid-bite to put her utensils down and staring ahead. 

"Archie!" Mary says warning her son with a mixture of disappointment and anger on her face.

"Afraid? Afraid of what?" Fred questions his son.
"Afraid of having a vision, of seeing what has to be done and doing it," Archie tells his father who sighs making Mary drop her utensils on her place with a loud noise as Cami turns to look at Archie as if he were a stranger.

"I hope that you're not referring to your father, Archie. This man who broke rocks when he was in high school, to support his family when his dad was sick. A man who saw what had to be done and did it. And built a business out of nothing. One that pays for this house and the food you eat every day. And for your information, your father had and has a vision for Riverdale. One that doesn't, thank God, end up with everyone working in a penal colony. 

Now, you don't have to side with your dad, okay? You can side with Hiram Lodge, even though he's a crook, and has no intention of letting your father out of that contract, by the way. You can do that. That is your right. But I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit here and listen to you disrespect him!" Mary tells her son angry at the disrespect he has towards Fred before storming away.

Cami stands up and grabs Archie by the ear dragging him out of his chair. 

"Camilla! Let me go!" Archie exclaims as Fred leans into his chair rubbing his face.

Cami pulls Cami until the two are outside and in the garage only to slam the door shut.

"What the hell is your problem? You do not just say that about your Dad Archie! Your Dad!" Cami exclaims in disbelief angrily. 

"Now I know you might have some PTSD or something from the shooting and maybe you lost sight of who you are because you must have because who this is isn't the boy I've known since I was a child! My best friend growing up! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Cami screams at Archie who scoffs at her.

"You're one to talk Cami. The girl who is having sex with one of her best friends Dad's!" Archie exclaims as Cami stumbles back at that.

"What? I don't-," Cami begins to say shaking her head as Archie scoffs.

"Don't bother lying Cami I saw you get in his truck and kiss him. At first I thought I was seeing things but then you continued to do so," Archie tells Cami who runs a hand down her face.

"So you have no right to judge my decision when you look at your own," Archie tells her as Cami looks up at him before scoffing.

"I sure as fuck do! You have no right to judge me on my life, Archie! The decision I make! But I sure as hell can," Cami says before shaking her head and sitting down with a pitiful scoff.

"What happened to us, Archie? We used to be best friends. We told each other everything," Cami whispers as Archie stares at her before sitting down beside her with a sigh.

"Truthfully I think it's because everyone had expectations for us when all we wanted was to be best friends," Archie tells Cami who looks at him.

"I'm blaming myself Arch you know. Because truthfully I loved you Arch I just don't think I was ever in love with you," Cami tells him as Archie nods at her staring at Cami.

"I miss my best friend," Archie tells Cami who lays her head on his shoulder.

"I miss mine too," Cami whispers softly as Archie lays his head on her shoulder.

"I won't tell anyone about you two just so you know. I'm happy that you are happy Cam. You deserve it," Archie tells Cami who smiles at that before Archie sighs.

"I've messed up Cam. I don't know what to do or how to get out of it now," Archie tells Cami who looks at him.

"Then tell me, Archie. I'll get you out," Cami tells him as Archie pauses before nodding. For Archie had the information to bring down Hiram Lodge while Cami had the connections.

Together they were the destruction of Hiram Lodge.

With a small amount of hesitation, Archie begins to tell Cami everything from the beginning. From the moment he met Hiram Lodge Cami listened intently the entire time.

Her anger for Hiram Lodge grew by the second, and once he was done an unlikely alliance was made.

Cami and Archie stare at each other as they realize together they could destroy his empire. 

But one wrong move and it would come crashing down on both of them.
