𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣.

Camilla Cooper lay in her bed sleeping soundly. After her breakdown last night, FP made sure she was okay before walking her home.

Waiting for her to walk inside before he left the Cooper house and the moment she got inside she changed and laid down falling asleep easily.

She was exhausted. In every way, she could possibly be.

But a piece of her felt a little bit more healed after her breakdown last night.

And as she slept peacefully her bedroom door was cracked open and two figures walk in before laying down beside the girl with smiles on their faces.

"Wakey wakey Cami," a familiar voice tells the blonde who groans turning over trying to sleep.

"Cami. Cami. Cami!" Another says making her glare as she peaks her eye open to see her sister staring at her with an amused expression.

"Leave. Before I smother you with a pillow," Cami tells Betty making Veronica laugh from behind her as Cami groans.

"You are not a morning person," Veronica states making Cami pull the blanket over her head.

"Nope! We are kidnapping you! So get up!" Veronica states pulling the covers off of Cami who pouts.

"Why?!" Cami whines curling into a ball trying to stay warm.

"We realized that we haven't really been there for you through everything," Betty tells her sister as she smiles at her softly.

"And that you need a self-care day! Which we are doing! So get up!" Veronica tells her clapping her hands.

"If you want to be there for me. Let me sleep!" Cami tells the two with a huff as they laugh at her.

"Come get up!" Veronica says as she and Betty begin pulling Cami up by her hands making the middle Cooper daughter groan.

"I hate you both," Cami tells them with a glare as she sits up and begins heading towards the bathroom while Betty and Veronica smile at her.

"Love you too," Veronica tells Cami who flicks her off already done with both of them making Betty laugh.

"So what are we doing?" Cami asks as the girls walk down the street. Cami between Betty and Veronica dressed in a lace cropped top with leather pants along with black heels.

"We have an entire day planned. First breakfast at Pop's," Veronica tells her interlocking her arm with hers as Cami nods at her.

"Then we have appointments at the nail salon for manicures and pedicures," Betty tells Cami who smiles at that making Betty smile at her.

"And then we are going to go shopping for some clothes," Veronica says making Cami look at her.

"And then we will be getting takeout from Pop's and go home to binge-watch your favorite show. Or watch a movie," Betty finishes making Cami nod.

"As we do face mask," Veronica says smiling brightly at Cami who shakes her head at her.

"You know you two don't have to do this. I'm-," Cami begins to say as the two girls look at her.

"If you say you are fine one more time I will slap you," Veronica tells Cami who looks at her wide-eyed.

"I've never hated those words more in my entire life. Truly!" Veronica says shaking her head.

"And we are doing this because you need a self-care day and we want to," Betty tells her sister who sighs nodding her head as the three girls arrive at Pop's.

"Hey, Pop," Cami greets the man as she walks in making him look towards her.

"Morning Cami Betty Veronica," the older man greets the three girls. Cami walks towards him kissing his cheek making him smile at her.

"Chocolate chip pancakes with a fruit bowl and a strawberry milkshake," Pop states whether then questions making Cami nod at him.

"Ugh I love you Pop," Cami tells the man kissing his cheek once again before heading towards the table where the waitress was getting Veronica and Betty's order.

Cami smiles as she sits across from the two who were sharing a booth.

"We should watch The Other Woman tonight," Cami jokes looking at Veronica and Betty who stares at her before laughing.

"You know I truly thought you were going to go all Kate but instead you've been a Carly," Veronica tells Cami who rolls her eyes at her laughing slightly.

Cami looks towards Betty who was staring at her slightly making Cami reach her hand across the table grabbing Betty's hand.

"Ask," Cami tells Betty softly who stares at her before looking at Veronica. The two girls look towards Cami both wanting to know what Chuck was talking about but neither wanting to ask. They wanted today to be about Cami.

"It was a year ago at a party I went to with Polly. I had one drink and suddenly I felt weird and was trying to find someone. I found Chuck well he found me," Cami says rolling her eyes as Betty and Veronica watch her carefully.

"He kissed me and I tried to push him off but k couldn't. But then my knight in shining armor appeared," Cami says chuckling slightly and shaking her head.

"Jughead," Cami says staring at Betty who watches her wide-eyed.

"Punched him and got me out of there," Cami tells them before looking at Veronica.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you before you even agreed to that date. I just wasn't ready-," Cami begins to say but Veronica stops her placing her hand on top of Cami's which was on top of Betty's.

"You don't have to explain. You warned me and anything after that was Chuck's fault," Veronica tells Cami who smiles at her.

"But your name wasn't in the book," Betty states making Cami look at her.

"I ripped it out before anyone could see it and burned it," Cami tells her shrugging her shoulders.  

"Here you go girls," Pop says placing the three milkshakes on the top.

"Thanks, Pop," the three girls say simultaneously making Pop shake his head with a smile before walking away.

"To us. Three powerful gorgeous girls who could easily destroy a man," Cami says smiling brightly as she holds up her milkshake.

"Absolutely!" Veronica states nodding her head as she holds up her milkshake Betty laughs the three clinking their glasses smiles on their faces.

The next morning Cami stood in her room with a soft smile on her lips as she dresses for school. It was Homecoming week which was one of the reasons the girls did nails and toes, but it also meant Cami had a lot to do especially due to it being reunion weekend.

As Cami puts on her light nude lipstick with a touch of lipgloss her phone begins to ring making her look to see Archie calling her.

Ignoring the call Cami heads towards her shoes putting on her light brown platform sandals that went with her high low blue skirt with white flowers and her white top.

Cami's phone begins to ring again as she puts on her watch and rings already having her gold earrings in. Cami ignores it but her phone continues ringing making her huff as she grabs it.

"Archie what?!" Cami exclaims annoyed. It was too early and she had too much to do.

"My mom is here-," Archie begins to say but Cami hangs up and runs out of her room and takes two stairs at once before running out the front door and towards the Andrew's house. Not even knocking on the door Cami throws it open and squeals seeing the redhead Andrews.

"Mary!" Cami squeals making Mary turn to her and smile brightly at the girl who runs into her arms.

"Ooh, Cami! I've missed you," Mary says wrapping her arms tightly around the blonde who smiles happily.

"I've missed you more Mary!" Cami tells her as Mary pulls back and cups the blonde's cheeks looking her over.

"How is it that every time I see you, you get even more beautiful?" Mary asks Cami who blushes at that smiling at her.

"It's because she's our Cami-Cam," Fred says walking down the stairs towards the two girls as Cami rolls her eyes playfully at him.

Fred walks towards the blonde kissing the top of her head as she leans into him hugging him.

"Fred told me everything that's been happening," Mary tells Cami making her look at her and then at Fred who shrugs at her.

"Which we will be talking about," Mary says sending a pointed look at her son who nods at not meeting Mary's face.

Cami turns her head trying not to laugh at the upcoming scolding Archie was about to get from Mary Andrews.

For she might look like a kind and polite woman but when she wanted to Mary Andrews was scary. Very scary.

And while Cami was trying not to laugh Fred had a smirk on his face knowing that if sometimes Archie didn't listen to him but he did listen to his mom.

Cami and Fred look at each other slightly and they both try not to but they burst out laughing. The two of them stared at each other as they tried not to fall down from laughing.

"Do I need to have a conversation with you two as well?" Mary questions the two making Fred and Cami freeze and shake their heads.

"Run?" Cami questions Fred quietly who nods.
"Run," Fred tells her as they turn around quickly leaving the house laughing as Mary shakes her head.

"Children," Mary says before she looks back at Archie and goes to sit beside him at the table to have a conversation regarding respecting a woman.

"Pancakes?" Fred questions Cami as the two calm down making her nod.

"I will never say no to pancakes with you Freddy," Cami tells him as she heads towards Fred's pickup truck who smiles at the blonde shaking his head.

But he was happy to see her truly happy. She seemed to have that light back in her eyes. The light that he saw deeming and never wanted to see deeming again.

Cami sat across from Fred in a booth at Pop's as she pours syrup all over her pancakes Fred puts two pieces of bacon on her plate from his plate making her smile at him.

"So the serpents?" Fred questions Cami who looks at him knowing this was coming.

"They're really nice once you get past the hard exteriors. They made a bad night not that bad," Cami tells Fred shrugging who nods at her as he eats some of his breakfast.

"FP told me about you going back and thanking them," Fred tells Cami who nods her head.

"I did. That day I saw you outside my house with all the desserts. And then I cleaned the entire bar. Hog Eye loves me now and told me I get free Cherry Cokes. I just can't tell anyone," Cami tells Fred who laughs at her shaking his head.

"I just want you to be careful," Fred tells Cami worriedly who looks at him.

"Freddy...," Cami says smiling softly as she places her hand on his.

"They are more afraid of me than I am of them," Cami tells the man who begins to laugh at her.

"I know they won't hurt you. FP already told me how much they cared about you and how you screamed at not one but two members," Fred says making Cami shrug.

"Well, the first one wouldn't wipe his shoes after I cleaned!" Cami exclaims to Fred who shakes his head at her.

"And the second one wouldn't help me find the idiots who ambushed your site. He should be happy I didn't punch him for the way he talked to me," Cami tells FP who smiles at her.

"Just don't go at night, but if you do make sure someone walks you to your car. I know the serpents will look after you but there are more dangerous people," Fred warns Cami who nods at him.

"Will do," Cami tells him as she cuts up and eats a piece of fruit as Fred smiles at her. He's missed her. This her.

Once she arrives at school Cami heads towards the newsroom after getting a text from Betty to meet her, Veronica, and her mom who was helping Betty at the newspaper.

As walking Cami spots Veronica and hurries toward her.

"Veronica Lodge. A sight for the eyes," Cami says winking at the girl who laughs at her.

"Camilla Cooper. A sight for the soul," Veronica says winking back at her as the two laugh walking into the newspaper room.

"Hello," Cami greets seeing her Mom and Betty.
"Oh, finally, close that door," Alice tells the two making Cami close the door before the two walk towards Betty who was standing in front of their Mom.

"Ladies, I need you to look around the room," Alice says making Cami look towards Betty and Veronica before looking back at her Mom.

"Whoever is not in this room is on the table as a possible murder suspect. Including those Pussycats," Alice tells them making Cami raise an eyebrow at her Mom shaking her head.

"Oh, my God, Mom...," Betty says shaking her head as Cami tries not to laugh.

"Now, let's talk about your father," Alice says looking at Veronica as Cami sits down on the table staring at Veronica.  

"He has an epic grudge against the Blossoms, so yes. It's totally within the realm of possibility that he hired someone from jail to kill Jason. Maybe Jughead's Dad," Veronica says making Cami raise an eyebrow at her.

"I'm sorry who?" Cami asks getting off the desk.
"You think Jughead's Dad killed Jason Blossom?" Cami questions slowly looking between the three before bursting out laughing.

"I've never and I mean ever heard something so ridiculous in my life!" Cami says laughing so hard she was bent over as everyone watches her.

"My dad paid Jughead's dad to trash the drive-in. Maybe he paid him to," Veronica says looking at Cami.

"-commit murder. And, for all we know, that gay Greaser Serpent is an accomplice," Alice finishes looking at her Mom.

"Ooh wow going from trashing an already dump to murder. I think you skipped a few things and need a little bit more evidence," Cami tells the two with her arms crossed.

"And Mom not all Serpents are evil," Cami says staring at her Mom as if to say you should know making Alice state at her daughter. 

"And what are you basing that off of? That you saw FP
and Joaquin talking?" Betty questions her Mom as Cami looks between the two.

"Joaquin?" Cami mouths tilting her head confused.
"It didn't look like they were talking. It looked like they were conspiring," Alice says as Cami groans her head back.

"Conspiring about what?" Betty asks her Mom her arms crossed.

"That's what I need you to find out. Either through Jughead or FP directly, without raising suspicion, of course. Which is why I have prepared a seemingly innocuous list of questions," Alice tells Betty as Cami squints her eyes at her Mom who walks towards the desk grabbing a list of questions.

"I already asked Jughead, point-blank, if he thought his father had anything to do with Jason's death, and he said no. And I believed him, and I still believe him," Betty tells her Mom and Veronica walking closer to the desk. 

"Betty, you're too close to this," Alice tells her daughter who had her arms crossed.

"I'm not going to insult Jughead or betray him by entertaining this," Berry tells her Mom sternly as Cami smirks at her sister.

"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a Homecoming Dance to help plan," Betty tells her Mom as Cami stands up.

"Come on, Cam Vee, let's go," Betty says leaving the room with Veronica as Cami stares at her Mom.

"Mom," Cami says making Alice look at her daughter.
"Thank logically Mom. Why kill Jason? Think who would want him dead? Besides you and Dad. And don't think it's for some stupid revenge that doesn't even make sense. Buying something from jail is one thing, but planning a murder is completely different," Cami tells her Mom before grabbing her bag and heading out of the newsroom.

Alice watches her daughter leave before looking back at the murder board Jughead Kevin and Betty created.

In the gym, Cami was yelling at people as they decorated for the Homecoming dance.

"What are you doing? You can't just hang them! They're supposed to trickle down!" Cami exclaims watching as they hung the lights on the ceilings.

"And there needs to be an even amount of yellow and blue balloons! I will know if there are not," Cami says pointing at the ones helping her and making them nod.

Cami looks around with her clipboard before tilting her head slightly staring at the banner hanging above the stage.

"That's is too low on the left," Cami says staring at the banner before snapping her fingers at it making someone head towards the banner to fix it.

"Cami," Betty says walking towards her sister who hums staring at the banner.

"Mom invited Jughead and FP to dinner before the dance," Betty says making Cami snap her head towards her sister so fast Betty was surprised she didn't break it or at the very least hurt it.

"She what?!" Cami exclaims making many looks towards her but Cami waves them off. 

"Yeah, Jughead just came and told me. He's so excited Cami," Betty tells Cami who sighs wrapping an arm around Betty.

"It'll be okay Betty," Cami tells her trying to reassure her before looking at the stage.

"Perfect," Cami says nodding at the banner making everyone sigh in relief.

"You know you're scary," Betty tells Cami who smirks at her.

"Don't forget it," Cami tells her with a wink before heading back to bossing everyone around.

Betty and Cami walk into their house and Betty walks straight into the kitchen as Cami sighs following her sister leaning against the doorframe.

"I know what you're doing, Mom," Betty says walking towards the island their Mom said as she places peaches in a pie.

"Whatever do you mean? I'm making a peach pie for our guests," Alice asks playing innocent making Cami shakes her head.

"No, you're laying out some kind of trap for Jughead's dad," Betty corrects her Mom c

"On the contrary, Betty, I took what you said earlier to heart," Alice tells her daughter as Cami just stares at her.

"So you're not going to question Jughead or his dad about the murder then?" Betty questions but she already knew the answer.

"I mean, only if it happens to come up as casual dinner conversation," Alice tells her daughter as Cami stares at her. There was more than just this surprise dinner party tonight.   

"I'm not playing this game with you, Mom. And neither is Jughead, not after I tell him what you're planning here," Betty tells her Mom watching her Mom closely.

Are you sure that's a good idea, Betty? When I invited Jughead, he seemed so excited. Like it really meant a lot to him that our families are gonna get to know each other. That's all I'm after, honey," Alice tells her trying to guilt trip Betty as Cami shakes her head.

"FP is innocent, Mom. Jughead said so, and I trust him," Betty tells her Mom who continues making the pie.

"I'm sure the question of FP's guilt or innocence won't even come up at dinner," Alice tells her daughter before smiling and turning around to the sink.

Betty looks at Cami who nods her head making Betty sigh as she heads towards her room.

"Mom...whatever you're planning stop it," Cami tells her making Alice turn to her shaking her head.

"I'm not planning anything," Alice tells Cami who stares at her.

"You're forgetting how well I know you Mom and I know when you are scheming," Cami tells her as she lays her hands on the island.

"Betty is really falling for Jughead Mom. She's happy with him. Don't mess this up with your schemes. You already lost one daughter because of your own hatred you don't want to lose another," Cami tells her before turning around and heading towards the stairs as Alice watches her go looking down at her pie.

A part of her knew her daughter was right but another part told her she was doing the right thing. Especially with what she saw after Jughead's party.

Alice was watching the whole thing and she saw Cami leave from the back door. She was heading after her when she saw FP follow her and watched through the window as her daughter fell apart in his arms.

And Alice was not going to lose another daughter. She lost one due to a Blossom she wasn't going to lose two more due to a Jones kid and a serpent.

The next day Cami stood in her room putting in her earring as she stares at herself in the mirror dressed in a lavender lace dress with flower details for the Homecoming dance. Her hair was down in curls but pieces were pinned up to frame her face.

Slipping on her white formal elegant heels Cami heads a knock on the door making her look to see Betty in her light off-the-shoulder dress.

"Do I have to go to this?" Cami asks her sister hopefully as Betty nods her head.

"Yes. I need someone to help me with Mom," Betty tells Cami who groans at her.

"You better be happy I love you," Cami tells Betty pointing a finger at her and making Betty smile at her brightly.

"Thank you!" Betty tells her sister as a doorbell rings. Betty and Cami look at each other as they hear it open and the greetings.

"Betty! Cami! Our guests have arrived," Alice says up the stairs for the girls.

"Let's go for this very awkward dinner," Cami says interlocking her arms with Betty as they head down the stairs.

Betty smiles at Jughead who watches her as if she was the only one in the room as Cami smiles at the two. She was happy her sister was so happy.

Walking down the rest of the stairs to give the two some privacy Cami smiles at FP.

"Hello," Cami greets him making FP look at Cami with a soft smile on his face as Alice walks back.

"Dinners ready," Alice tells the group as they head towards the dining room table. Betty and Cami sit beside each other with Jughead and FP in front of them and Alice will sit at the head of the table.

"Super-delicious, Mrs.C," Jughead tells Alice who smiles as she places the rolls on the table

"Sure is, Alice. Been a long time since I ate something that didn't come in a combo meal or a snack pack," FP says laughing softly as Cami takes a sip of her water and Alice finally sits down.

"So, FP...," Alice says making Betty send a look to Cami who sips her water wishing it was something stronger.

"Mmm," FP says as he cuts up his food.

"Cami and Betty tell me that you're working for Fred Andrews now. How do you balance that with all of your other responsibilities?" Alice questions him as Cami sighs playing with her rings.

"You mean like being a father?" FP questions her as he pauses and Jughead looks between the two.

"And being a part of the Southside community," Alice adds.

"Mom," Betty says shaking her head slightly as Cami sends her Mom a look to stop.

"You can say "Southside Serpent," Alice. I'm not ashamed. And it's not just me, there's a bunch of us working on Fred's site," FP tells Alice as Cami nods.

"They started helping after the whole ambushed thing Mom. Really helping Fred out," Cami tells her Mom as tears apart a roll. Alice stares at her daughter for a second before looking back at FP.

"So, if you don't mind me asking, I mean, I'm just curious, how did you make your living before that?" Alice questions FP as Betty stares at Jughead who stares at his plate.

"I scraped by. Odd jobs," FP tells her as Cami and Betty share a smile-side-eyed look.

"I know that you worked for the drive-in, Jughead before it was closed. Did you find work there, too, FP?" Alice questions acting as if she was being genuine but Betty and Cami knew the truth.

"Dad," Jughead says looking towards his Dad slightly.
"Well, hung out a bit. What can I say? I'm a movie buff," FP says making everyone laugh slightly.

"Like father like son. Jughead gave me a list of movies I have to watch. More than halfway through them," Cami says smiling at Jughead who smiles back at her.
Betty looked between the two with a smile.

"So, tell me, were you upset when Hiram Lodge bought the drive-in land?" Alice questions making Betty and Cami send her a discreet look as silence passed at the table.

"Stuff happens," FP tells her.
"Let me rephrase that question. Were you surprised?" Alice rephrases as another silent moment passes and then the doorbell rings.

"I'll get it," Betty says smiling as she gets up heading toward the front door.

"Are you expecting someone?" Alice questions as she looks at Cami who shrugs.

"I'm not," Cami tells her when she hears a familiar voice and turns to see her Dad making her Mom sigh as FP and Jughead stand up.

"I thought you said she wanted me to be here," Hal says towards Betty as Cami smirks looking at her plate.

"She does. I mean, it is Homecoming after all. And our families should be coming together. Right, Mom?" Betty says before heading back to her chair Cami high-fives her sister under the table as Alice gestures for Hal to sit down.

Hal walks towards the other end of the table stopping by Cami and kissing the top of her head.

"You look beautiful Cam," Hal tells his daughter who smiles at him but it seemed forced.

"Thanks, Dad," Cami tells him as she grabs her glass of water taking a sip before looking over and sharing a small look with FP.

"I'm hoping maybe you have some vacancies down at Sunnyside. You see, I've been sleeping in my office down at the paper, and it's just getting a little chilly at night," Hal says towards FP looking at Alice who rolls her eyes drinking her wine.

"I bet your office beats the trailer park," FP says making Cami shrug it wasn't bad when she stayed there although she was passed out for most of it and hangover the next day as Hal laughs but it wasn't a funny laugh.

"I wouldn't be so sure. You see, Alice here, she's been redecorating the Register. The other day, she threw a brick through the window," Hal says looking at his wife who looked done with him as FP smirks and Cami looks at Betty trying not to laugh. It was a bit funny. Now though.

"Is that so?" FP questions looking at Alice with a smirk.

"Keep talking, Hal and the next brick I throw may not be at a window," Alice tells him well more like threatens him.

"You remember our Homecoming, Alice? Hal? Back in the day? Castles in the Clouds? Your mom ever tell you about that night?" FP questions looking at Betty and Cami.

"Just that she and my dad were king and queen," Betty answers the question.

"Yeah, they were. Of hell," FP tells the girls making Cami raise an eyebrow at that.

"Dad, please," Jughead says wide-eyed.

"No, this is a fun story, I promise," FP assures Jughead patting his back as Cami looks at her Mom who was staring at FP.

"Fred and me, we were all set to play at the dance. I was backstage, dropping off our gear when I heard these voices yelling. It was your mom and dad. They were fighting about...," FP explains before looking at Cami and stopping while Cami was just thinking about Fred in a band. Ooh, she was definitely going to pick on him regarding that.

"About I don't know what. But it sounded like life or death," FP says after a moment.

"Shut up, FP," Alice says glaring at the man angrily.
"Happy to oblige if you are," FP tells the woman who tilts her head staring at him with fire in her eyes.

"I don't care what you think of me, Alice, but don't jerk me around. Not in front of my son," FP finish saying as Cami and Betty smile at each other.

"This was such a nice idea, Mom," Cami says her voice full of sarcasm as she grabs her Dad's glass of wine drinking more than half of it in a single gulp as everyone stares at her.

"-but I think it's time that we get to the dance. So, is it okay if we skip the peach pie?" Cami questions her Mom standing up along with Betty.

Alice opens and closes her mouth before sighing as FP and Jughead stand up.

"Cami how are you getting there?" Jughead questions the blonde who puts her wrap on grabbing an umbrella.

"Driving," Cami tells him as if it was obvious while Jughead rolls his eyes.

"With someone? Or yourself?" Jughead questions as Cami looks at him.

"Myself," Cami states shrugging as Jughead looks at Betty and then his Dad before staring at Cami.

"Ride with us. We will have enough room. Right, Dad?" Jughead asks his Dad who looks at Cami who went to object.

"Definitely," FP tells her nodding his head as Betty smiles at her making Cami sigh.

"Thank you," Cami says with a thankful smile on her face making FP nod at her.

Pulling up at the school Jughead opens the door grabbing the umbrella before helping Betty out of the truck.

"You be a gentleman tonight, okay?" FP says towards his son making Betty smile at him.

"He always is, Mr. Jones," Betty tells FP as Cami smiles doing a watching-you motion to Jughead who shakes his head at her.

"Thank you for the ride," Cami says smiling softly at FP who smiles back at her.

"It's no problem," FP tells her as Cami slides towards the passenger door.

"And sorry about the terrible dinner experience," Cami tells him with a slight smile before getting out of the truck and waving at FP as she walks into the school.

Walking into to gym Cami smiles seeing everyone smiling and seeing how perfectly everything came together.

"There you are, Ms. Cooper," Principal Weatherbee says walking towards the girl making her look to see him and Mayor McCoy.

"Mayor McCoy would like to review the evening's itinerary with you," Principal Weatherbee tells Cami who nods smiling at the woman. 

"Of course. What can I do for you, Mayor McCoy?" Cami questions looking at the older woman.

"Well, firstly, I was wondering would you walk me up to the stage?" Mayor McCoy questions Cami who looks at her surprised. 

"Oh...of course," Cami says smiling making Mayor McCoy smile back at her.

"Perfect-," the woman says as she begins to say more when I hand grab Cami's elbow making her look to see Fred in a tux.

"Sorry to interrupt I just wanted to steal with one for a second. I wanted the first dance," Fred says making Mayor McCoy and Principal Weatherbee nod at him as Fred leads Cami to the dance floor.

"You have no idea how much I love you right now do you?" Cami asks Fred who laughs at her grabbing Cami's hand and placing another on her waist while Cami places hers on his shoulder the two dance slightly.

"So Freddy why didn't I ever hear about you being in a band before?" Cami questions Fred who groans at that making her laugh.

"You look beautiful Cami," Fred tells Cami who smiles at him softly.

"Thank you," Cami whispers to him before laying her head on his chest as the two sway neither knowing this will be a moment the other neither forgets.

Cami and Kevin stood beside the stage talking to Mayor McCoy as Sheriff Keller walks towards the woman removing his hat.

"Mayor McCoy," Sheriff Keller says making Cami look at the man with a slight smile.

"FP Jones was just arrested for the murder of Jason Blossom," Sheriff Keller says making Cami and Kevin look wide-eyed before she begins looking for Jughead seeing him leaving the gym.

"I'll get Jughead you get the parents," Cami tells Kevin who nods his head the two leave quickly.

Cami rushes out of the gym to where Jughead was only to find Jughead and Betty arguing with Veronica and Archie looking guilty.

"Jug," Cami calls making him look towards her angrily.
"Did you know?" Jughead asks Cami who raises an eyebrow.

"About what?" Cami questions him.
"The ploy to get me and my dad to dinner so these two could search his trailer," Jughead says pointing towards Archie and Veronica making Cami look wide-eyed.

"You two did what?!" Cami exclaims looking at Veronica and Archie wide-eyed just as footsteps were heard. 

"There they are," Kevin says as he rushes over to the group with the parents.

"Betty Cami. Thank God...," Alice begins to say when Betty stops her.

"Mom, don't...," Betty tells her shaking her head.
"No, you have to listen. All of you," Alice says making everyone look at her beside Cami who stares at Jughead sadly.

"My dad just told Mayor McCoy about your dad, Jughead," Kevin tells the boy who looks confused.

"What about my dad?" Jughead questions looking at Cami who gulps slightly.

"He was just arrested...for the murder of Jason Blossom," Cami tells him softly as Jughead looks wide-eyed before rushing out of the school with Betty Archie and Veronica following him.

"Can you give me a ride home?" Cami questions Kevin who nods at her wrapping his arm around her shoulders.

"I haven't had the chance to say it but you look beautiful and did an amazing job," Kevin tells Cami who smiles at him laying her head on his shoulder.

"Thanks, Kev," Cami whispers as they get to Kevin's truck. Cami stared out of it worried. Something about all of this didn't add up. Not at all.
