𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙡.

Cami was lying in her bed after the last few days. The Black Hood gave everyone a test which they all failed. Camil failed along with Veronica and Betty due to spying on Sheriff Keller due to Betty thinking he was the Black Hood.

He wasn't no instead he was sleeping with the mayor which Cami will never get the image out of her head now. It was scarred into it.

Which was why she was locked in her room watching Friends also due to wanting to avoid her Mom as much as possible. Neither had talked since the whole serpent jacket situation.

Cami stashed it at the Andrew's now so her Mom couldn't find it in case she tried to look for it in her room.

As Cami was laughing at her computer due to the disaster of Emma's first birthday party her phone began to ring making her look to see Veronica calling.

Pausing her computer Cami picks up the phone and answers it.

"Hey, Vee if you're going to brag about your sex life please call Kevin instead. I'm single and I'm pretty sure I'm never going to have sex again," Cami groans out into the phone as she laughs slightly.

"Archie told me he loved me," Veronica blurts out making Cami freeze at that.

"Ooh," Cami says quietly making Veronica nod on the other side as she bites her lip.

"Did you say it back? Or thank you? What did you do?" Cami questions Veronica coming out of her shock slightly.

"I changed the subject. I didn't know what to say or feel. I mean I would know if I loved him right? I've never loved anyone before though," Veronica rambles as Cami sighs slightly at her.

"I wished I could tell you what to do Vee but I can't. It's a feeling you just know. I've never felt it before not like that feeling in books or movies. The one that feels like you can be your best and worst. The one that makes your heart speed up just a little just by seeing them or thinking about them. The way your body and soul both call out to them," Cami tells Veronica softly who doesn't say anything back to her.

"Vee? Veronica?" Cami questions softly when she hears a sniffle.

"Ooh Vee it's okay if you don't love him or even if you don't know if you do. Don't pressure yourself to feel something that you might not truly be ready for yet. One day it'll just all fit together like a puzzle piece," Cami tells Veronica who nods.

"Want me to come over and bring some ice cream?" Cami questions Veronica who shakes her head.

"No no no it's fine. Just...stay on the phone until I fall asleep?" Veronica asks softly as Cami smiles turning off her lamp and putting her computer on her nightstand.

"You never even have to ask Vee," Cami tells her softly as she lays down in her bed.

"I love you Cami," Veronica tells her sleepily making Cami smile.

"I love you more Veronica," Cami tells her as her eyes begin to close and Cami and Veronica fall asleep still on the phone.

The next day Cami was walking through the hallways at the high school checking all her emails when she got a message from Betty to meet her and Jughead in the newsroom. 

Cami spins her heels heading towards that way running into Veronica who smiles at her laying her head on Cami's shoulder.

"I got you some brownies," Cami tells Veronica who smiles up at her shaking her head as they walk into the newsroom already seeing Archie in there along with Betty and Jughead.

"Morning everyone. Why were we summoned?" Cami questions straight away as Veronica Archie and her stand in front of Jughead and Betty who both had excited smiles on their faces.  

"So the reason we called you guys in here...," Betty says holding her hands and looking at Jughead who smiling brightly.

"My dad's getting out of jail," Jughead says smiling brightly as Cami squeals rushing towards Jughead and hugging him tightly to her.

"Ooh Jugs! I'm so happy for you!" Cami tells him smiling brightly as she rocks him side to side as Jughead laughs at her hugging her tightly back.

"Jug, that's... That's great," Archie tells him a bit surprised as Veronica smiles.

"Yeah, what heralded this miracle?" Veronica questions as Jughead looks towards Cami who has an innocent look on her face.

"What?" Cami questions as everyone looks at her making her sigh as she shrugs slightly.

"I might have blackmailed the warden," Cami tells them like it was no big deal making Veronica gasp at her before laughing and smiling.

"You did what?" Betty questions Cami who waves her off.

"I just looked into the jail's finances and found out the man was stealing money and might have told him that if didn't find an excuse then I would send it to the governor. And then he would be a prisoner in his own jail," Cami says smiling at the group who just stared at her.

"Oh I love you, Camilla Cooper," Jughead tells her hugging her tightly as Cami smiles.

"Everyone does I'm amazing," Cami tells him jokingly as she pulls back looking at the rest of the group.

"What do you need from us, Jug?" Archie asks the boy as Cami looks at him and Veronica notices the tension between them.

"Both of us. We have a new lead on the Black Hood case. And Jughead and I, we were wondering if you and Vee would follow up on it for us. We can give you all of the details, the articles," Betty tells Archie and Veronica as Cami tries not to laugh. Those two together work to solve a case while having awkward tension. That should be a reality TV show.

"It's just that I have to be there for my dad to help with his re-entry, so," Jughead tells the two as Archie takes the papers Betty put on the desk c

"Uh, yeah and I'm just...I'm taking a break from the Black Hood," Betty tells them as Jughead wraps an arm around her shoulders squeezing it slightly as Cami squeezes her hand.

"Wait, so, you want us to be you guys?" Veronica questions pointing at the two as she processes what they want them to do.

"Essentially, yes," Jughead tells her smiling as Archie and Veronica share a look as Cami laughs slightly over her hand.

"Why, is there a problem with that?" Jughead questions the two who shake their head but it is clearly a problem making Cami laugh even harder.

"And Cami...," Betty says looking towards Cami who begins calming down.

"Yes?" Cami questions slowly as she looks at the two.
"We need a ride," Betty tells Cami who stares at the two and begins laughing.

"Alright but not passenger driving or I make you both walk," Cami says pointing at the two who smile at her.

"Promise," Betty and Jughead tell Cami who nods grabbing her bag.

"Alright I have class," Cami says walking out of the newsroom with a bright smile on her face. It was the best birthday week by far so far.

Back in the newsroom Veronica and Betty look at each other smiling.

"I got her present and I'm getting the cake shipped in from New York. It's the best bakery I've ever tried besides Cami's," Veronica tells Betty who smiles at her.

"I've got all the decorations and Kevin said he'll go get the banner," Betty says smiling excitedly as Veronica tries not to squeal.

"All the serpents said they will make sure the place looks clean and help decorate," Jughead tells Betty who squeezes his hand on her shoulder.

Betty smiles thinking about her sister's birthday. A day that she hadn't celebrated in eight years and a part of her worried that Cami would hate it but just because their parents forgot and didn't celebrate it didn't mean everyone else didn't want to with her.

"I have an announcement to make," Jughead says later that day as he stands in front of the pool table at the Whyte Wyrm.

"My dad's getting out," Jughead says smiling as everyone cheers at that smiling happily.

"And when he does, I'll bring him up to speed about our plans with Mayor McCoy," Jughead tells the serpents.

"That's brilliant," Tall Boy says from his stool slamming his drink down and making Jughead take a deep breath done with the man.

"Do you have a problem with that, Tall Boy?" Jughead questions him sighing.

"Your old man? No. I got no problem with him," Tall Boy tells Jughead standing up and walking towards him as Jughead glares at him only the pool table separating them.

"But you want us to sit down with the Mayor," Tall Boy finishes as Jughead nods his head.

"I do," Jughead confirms before looking around at the serpents.

"He's right. I think we can bring the Southside back. But it's going to take work and it's going to take compromise. I already have Cami to begin drafting up a plan and she's happy to help make sure we get what we all deserve. She knows the way Mayor McCoy works," Jughead tells the group making Toni and Sweet Pea share a look smiling as Tall Boy laughs but there was no humor in it.

"Bring the Southside back. You've been here all of five minutes. And that Northside Princess only cares for her Northside friends," Tall Boy spits out angrily.

"Tall Boy, I am sick of you acting like a little bitch. Whispering behind my back that I'm half a Serpent or that I don't belong here. Or making some comment every time Cami's mentioned. I saw that bruise you left on her after the race," Jughead says glaring at the man making Sweet Pea in the back stand up at that.

"Why don't we put it to a vote? If you guys think what I'm doing is wrong, I'll step aside and I'll have Cami step aside as well," Jughead declares staring at Tall Boy.

"All those who stand with Jughead and think that Tall Boy should shut the hell up...," Toni says making more than half the bar raise their hands at that making Jughead look at Tall Boy just as Sweet Pea walks towards Tall Boy.

"If I find out you left one bruise on My Sunshine you won't have a hand anymore," Sweet Pea whispers to Tall Boy with a glare as the older man walks away.

Sweet Pea glares after him crossing his arms he hates him more and more by the second. If he saw Tall Boy even looking in her direction he would have punched him.

The next day Cami stood beside her car outside the prison dressed in black leather jeans and a red cropped sweater her blonde hair curled and a pair of black heels on as she leaned against her car.

Jughead and Betty stood at the gates waiting for the man at the entrance hearing the door buzz Cami's entire body without her permission stood straighter and a bright smile overcame her face once she spotted the man walking towards them behind the gates.

Cami smiles softly as she sees Jughead and FP hug trying not to cry. It was becoming really hard to do so.

"Hey, Betty," FP greets the girl who smiles at him.
"Hi, Mr. Jones," Betty tells him as FP begins walking and Jughead wraps an arm around Betty.

"Trouble," FP says spotting Cami who smiles at him.
"Jones," Cami greets as FP walks towards her and once right in front of her wraps his arms around Cami's waist picking her and spinning her around making the blonde squeal as she wraps her arms around his neck.

"You are just trouble aren't you Trouble?" FP questions her as Cami laughs at him shaking her head.

"Is it true what they say about men who have just been
released from prison, Jones?" Cami questions him with a smirk as FP looks at her already knowing this was going to make him laugh.

"What do they say?" FP questions her neither realizing that they still had their arms wrapped around the other.

"That they're incredibly sexually frustrated," Cami states as if it was common sense trying not to laugh as FP shakes his head at her.

"Cami! What?" Betty exclaims looking at her sister wide-eyed.

"Wow," Jughead states heading towards the backseat of the car.

"It's good to have you back though. It's been a little bit boring," Cami tells the man who smiles down at her.

"Camilla Cooper's life boring? That doesn't sound right at all," FP states teasingly as Cami pushes him away heading towards the driver's side.

"Be careful Jones I was going to be nice and take you to Pop's to eat I could always just drop you at home," Cami warns the man with a pointed look.

"Where we have enough food to feed an army due to you cooking and then freezing anything you could," Jughead informs as he sits in the back making Cami turn to look at him.

"Shush you!" Cami says pointing a finger at Jughead who laughs at her as FP shakes his head getting in the car.

"I'll be careful if you actually drive like a sane person," FP says making Cami scoff at his words.

"I drive perfectly fine for your information," Cami says as she puts the car in drive and speeds off before Jughead and FP even shut their doors.

"Yeah. Perfectly fine," Jughead mutters shaking his head at the blonde as Betty leans back.

"That's why no one likes riding with her. She acts like a NASCAR driver driving. Fred taught her how to drive," Betty informs making FP nod at that. He can remember the amount of almost accidents he had with the man when they were teenagers.

At Pop's Betty and Cami sit on one side of the center booth with Jughead and FP across from them. All four eating some type of food.

"I bet the serpents are going to be happy to see you once again. Sweet Pea keeps texting me asking what we are doing," Cami chuckles looking at the five text messages from the boy and the ones above them making threats regarding Tall Boy ever touching Cami again.

"I'm not going back to the Serpents," FP informs making everyone at the table look at him confused.

"I thought a lot about this while I was in Shankshaw, and I'm done with Serpent life. It's gonna be one last
ride for my boy and I. But it's too much of a slippery slope for me. I'm in AA. Started in jail and I don't plan on stopping," FP says looking towards Jughead before looking right at Cami who smiles at him nodding her head.

"The Serpents need you, Dad," Jughead tells his Dad.
"Jughead needs you, Mr. Jones," Betty says as Cami sighs at the two.

"Good for you. Do what you need to for yourself FP," Cami tells him smiling at him with a soft smile on her face making FP nod at her.

"Saw a "Help Wanted" sign in the window. Thought I'd talk to Pop about picking up some shifts," FP tells Cami who looks over her shoulder waving Pop over.

"There's the birthday girl," Pop says placing the strawberry milkshake with a candle in the middle making her laugh.

"It's in a few days Pop but thank you," Cami says kissing his cheek before closing her eyes and blowing out the candle.  

"Well who knows if I'll see you and you get a week of birthday wishes and milkshakes," Pop tells Cami with a soft smile as she shakes her head at him.

"Well, you can make one wish come true. Give FP a job?" Cami asks him hopefully as Pop looks at FP and nods his head.

"You can start tomorrow if you want," Pop tells FP who nods at him smiling.

"Thank you Pop," FP tells the elder man who squeezes Cami's hand with a squeeze before walking away. 

"It's your birthday in the next few days," FP states not questions as Cami shrugs a little removing the candle from the milkshake.

"Sort of. It's not a big deal at all just another day," Cami tells him as she begins to drink her milkshake as Betty looks at her sadly.

"So what did you wish for?" FP questions Cami who looks at him with a teasing smile.

"If I tell you that it won't come true. I have seven birthday milkshakes which means seven wishes already done a few," Cami tells him like it was common knowledge as FP laughs making Cami smile at him.

Two motorcycles drive along the coastline of Riverdale before they park off-road, where they look off into the nearby forest.

FP stands beside his motorcycle as Jughead sits on his neither saying anything for a moment before Jughead begins to speak. 

"Things got ugly when you were away. I asked myself every day what you would do if you were here," Jughead says but never makes eye contact with his Dad while FP stares at him.

"Has Penny bothered you?" FP questions looking at his son who finally looks up at him and sighs slightly.

"I did a job for her," Jughead tells him before turning his eyes back to the coast.

"What kind of job?" FP questions him making Jughead look back at him.

"It's a one-time thing. Figured it best not to ask too many questions. We're squared away. For good," Jughead tells his Dad who has a bit of doubt in his mind regarding that. Penny never just backed away after just one favor.

"You know, when I was 16, my old man kicked me out and told me to go to hell. Instead, I joined the Serpents. And then the army, and then back again," FP says staring at Jughead who looks down slightly.

"I don't want that life for you, Jug. I want you to go to college, get out of this godforsaken town," FP finishes wanting more for his son than he had. Wanting him to truly succeed.

"I ran the gauntlet. I fought with the Serpents. And for them, I have to stay...I wanna stay. And I need your blessing," Jughead tells his Dad as the two stare at each other but FP doesn't say anything for a few seconds.

"Just promise me you'll keep writing," FP tells Jughead.

"I will. I do every day," Jughead tells his Dad who stares at him before turning around and getting on his back and sighing before putting on his sunglasses and staring at Jughead neither saying anything else.

"Y'all finished?" FP questions Betty and Jughead who sit at the counter at Pop's dressed in Pop's mandatory uniform for the Busboys.

"Yeah, thanks, Dad," Jughead tells his Dad handing him his plate.

"Thank you," Betty tells him with a smile handing her own plate.

"Thank you," FP tells Betty as he walks towards the back just as the bell rings. 

"Ooh Pop he just made this week the best one ever," a familiar voice speaks making a smile appear on FP's face as he drops the plate and turns around just as Cami begins taking a picture.

"Milkshake?" FP questions Cami who smiles leaning against the counter.

"Is that even a question?" Cami questions him making FP laugh slightly as Cami reaches up fixing his hat with a nod.

"Perfect," Cami says making an o with her pointer finger and thumb as FP smiles at her and then looks slightly over her shoulder before suddenly a glass breaking was heard making Cami look to see Cheryl and a broken milkshake at her feet.

"Clean that up, Plebe. The way you did my brother's blood," Cheryl says staring right at FP and Cami can feel the way he tenses behind her and then footsteps heading towards them.

"Jug, don't," FP tells his son as he goes to bend down to pick it up but Cami puts a hand on his chest stopping him.

"Cheryl dear cousin clean up the glass and make sure you apologize to Pop. Do you understand?" Cami questions the girl with a pointed look who stares at her.

Neither of the two girls breaks contact as they stare the other down knowing whoever looked away first last.

"Fine," Cheryl bites out as Cami smiles nodding her head before looking back towards FP.

"Put her a milkshake on my tab and get me a map, please," Cami says softly to FP who shakes his head at her.

"I'll clean it up and bring you a milkshake. Go sit down," FP whispers to Cami who hesitates but a pointed look makes her roll her eyes and nod walking towards Betty and Jughead.

"My dad used to be a king. A leader of men. Now he's being demeaned by the likes of Cheryl Blossom. He deserves to be honored, not humiliated," Jughead says towards Betty angrily and with an aggravated sigh making Cami freeze before smiling brightly.

"Oh Jug I just had the best idea ever," Cami says leaning on his shoulder and making Jughead look at her.

"We can throw your dad a retirement party fit for a king? It can be tomorrow and I'll take care of everything! Ooh yes! You just have to get him to agree," Cami says with a bright smile as she shakes his shoulder. Jughead looks at Betty who looks at him with a shrug.

"I'll do it Cami. It's your birthday week you don't need to stress at all," Betty tells Cami who nods at that slightly just as FP brings Cami her milkshake with a candle in it.

"One more day," FP says making Cami close her eyes and make a wish with a soft smile on her lips.

She would never say it but this year might be so far the best birthday in the last eight years maybe her whole life.

Later that night FP opens up the door to his and Jughead's trailer with Jughead behind him carrying the bag of food to eat. They were going to fix one of Cami's dinners but Pop gave them a bag of food and they had to accept it.

"A party? No, no, no, no. The problem is, I'm trying to keep the Serpents in my rearview mirror, remember?" FP reminds Jughead who sits at the table while FP grabs two plates from the kitchen cabinet closest to the stove.

"It's one night. Not even, it's like three hours. You've done right by the Serpents, more than right. Why
can't they do right by you?" Jughead questions his Dad putting the food on the table as FP sits down with forks and plates.

"Come on, it's the end of an era. And Cami's really excited this was all her idea it actually helps us with her surprise party tomorrow as well. It will be a joint thing so the attention won't be all on you," Jughead tells FP who sighs at that pausing a moment.

"Okay," FP says softly making Jughead smile.
"Okay, let's do it," FP tells Jughead who nods.

"Great," Jughead tells his Dad as his phone begins to vibrate.

"It's Archie," Jughead says but the look in his eyes is full of panic as FP begins to open the food.

"Don't bogart the egg rolls," Jughead tells his Dad as he walks down the hallway slightly.

"What the hell do you want, Penny?" Jughead questions angrily.

"We have business. How fast can you get to Pop's?" Penny questions Jughead sitting at a booth in Pop's.

"No. No, I told you that I'm out. That I'm done," Jughead tells her as he walks into the bedroom angrily.

"Don't keep me waiting long, little doggie, or I'll have your father back behind bars before I finish my cup of burnt coffee," Penny tells Jughead before hanging up the phone and making Jughead take a deep breath before leaving the room heading towards Pop's.

"I won't be held hostage by you. I did my one favor, I'm out," Jughead tells Penny as he sits across from her in a booth at Pop's.

"No, no, you have debts to pay. And ours is an ongoing arrangement," Penny tells Jughead who has his hands placed on the table sliding a bit closer.

"You know what, Penny? I'm about to have a sit-down with Mayor McCoy. She's not really so big on the whole drug dealing thing and I'm sure that she would love to know who took over Clifford Blossom's operation," Jughead tells her well more like threatens her.

"You'd need proof to make an accusation like that stick. Like the video, I have of you and your pal making that delivery for me. What do you think of that?" Penny questions Jughead knowing she has all the power and he has nothing.

"I think that an attack against me, or my father, is an attack against all of the Serpents. And not even some fuzzy surveillance footage of me delivering a crate is going to stop us from coming for you," Jughead tells Penny before he gets out of the booth ready to leave but the next few words out of Penny's mouth stop him.

"Your girlfriend...Betty Cooper, I believe? She's quite fetching," Penny says making Jughead turn around and slide back into the booth.

"What did you say?" Jughead questions with a look of disbelief on his face.

"All snakes have a soft underbelly. She's yours, am I right? Along with her sister Camilla or is it Cami? Although she might be your Dad's instead," Penny states making Jughead jump up and leave Pop with a panicked expression on his face.

Betty. Cami.

Cami. Betty.

The two names repeat in his head repeatedly as he runs his finger through his hair trying to figure out what to do next but he has nothing to hold over Penny while she has all the cards.

A voice in his head told him exactly what he needs to do. Exactly who he needs to go to but she didn't need this right before her birthday. And if he told her Cami was going to be mad.

No mad wouldn't even describe how mad she was going to be mad at both him and Archie. Enraged is more like it.

Cami was sleeping when something suddenly licks her across her entire face making Cami groan as she opens her eyes to see Vegas staring right back at her with his tongue sticking out.

"Oh, happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Cami-Cam. Happy Birthday to you," Fred's voice is heard as he walks into the living where Cami fell asleep the night before on the couch watching a movie with Fred and Vegas with a plate of birthday pancakes with whipped and a candle in the middle.

Cami chuckles slightly as she sits up wiping her eyes from the sleep as Vegas and Fred stand right in front of her. Cami smiles slightly before closing her eyes and blowing out the candles making a wish.

The same wish she makes for every candle she blows out. The wish to truly be happy and enough.

"I can't believe you are eighteen. Eighteen," Fred says wiping his tears slightly making him laugh at him slightly.

"You are such a big teddy bear," Cami says getting up to hug the man who hugs her back tightly.

"Ooh here. My gift for you and Mary sent one as well," Fred tells Cami handing her two presents. One wrapped in light blue wrapping paper and a golden bow while the other was wrapped in grey wrapping paper with a lot of tape around it making her smile knowing exactly whose was was.

Opening Fred's first with the lot of tape Cami opens the box and smiles seeing a lavender color Instax Mini camera and a lot of film making her smile brightly at it having wanted one for a long time.

"Freddy it's perfect! Thank you!" Cami says hugging him tightly making Fred smile at her and hug her back tightly.

"You're welcome Cami-Cam," Fred tells her kissing the top of her head as Cami smiles at him pulling back to open the next one from Mary.

Opening it Cami sees a shoe box and tries not to bounce as she opens the box only to find a pair of black Louboutin pumps making Cami just stare at them.

"My precious little babies. I'm never putting you on," Cami says rubbing her face across the shoe and smiling them as Fred laughs at her.

"You have a problem Cami," Fred tells the girl who sticks her tongue out at him as she gently puts the shoes down and grabs her pancakes.

"The best thing about my birthday though will forever be the pancakes," Cami says winking at Fred who laughs at her sitting beside her.

Fred wraps an arm around her as he turns on the table letting Cami lean into him as they watch whatever movie was on.

Halfway through it, the front door opens and a squeal was heard.

"There's the birthday girl!" Veronica screams running towards Cami to hug her making her fall into Fred who laughs at the two.

"Happy Birthday!" Veronica yells before kissing Cami's nose who laughs at her loudly while Vegas barks.

"Alright, now we have a packed day. We have a mani pedi appointment along with getting ready tonight for FP's party! I have your dress so don't worry!" Veronica tells Cami who nods at her.

"Well, I guess I'm being taken. Thank you Freddy I love you," Cami says smiling as she kisses his cheek.

"Of course Cami-Cami Happy Birthday," Fred tells her as Veronica smiles before pulling Cami out of the house she laughs at her holding both of her gifts while Fred smiles happy she is finally actually celebrating her birthday.

Veronica Lodge might have been the best thing to ever happen to Cami in Fred's opinion.

Later that night Jughead enters the Whyte Wyrm seeing the balloons and banter that says Happy Birthday Cami with a cake under it before walking towards Archie.

"Archie, hey," Jughead greets him looking around. "Hey," Archie greets although seemingly distracted.

"I just did a sweep of the perimeter. You good?" Jughead questions him looking at the boy concerned.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ronnie's almost here with Cami. We're gonna clear the air, it's gonna be a good night. Especially for Cami and FP," Archie tells Jughead who nods slightly.

"Here's hoping. I'll catch you later, okay?" Jughead says patting Archie's back before walking away and seeing the crowd playing Pool and having a good time.

"Jones, you look nervous. Want a drink?" Toni questions him beyond the bar.

"No, I'm good. I'm just getting a lay of the land," Jughead tells her as he looks towards the door just as Betty and Alice walk in.

Alice was back in her old Serpent-looking clothes while Betty was in a light pink skirt and a blue top.

"Wow, Betty. Mrs. Cooper. You look incredible," Jughead says looking mainly at Betty with a smile on his face.

"Tell me about it. Unfortunately, I couldn't convince this one to dress appropriately," Alice says pointing at Betty before looking towards the bar.

"Hog Eye, get me...," Alice says snapping her fingers that are now pointed at the man.

"Tequila, straight up, hold the worm," Hog Eye says already knowing the answer.

"Hold the worm," Alice says to him with a smile on her face.

"I was talkin' to you," Betty says with a smile as she looks at Jughead.

"I have a surprise for you. Later," Betty says with her arms under his serpent jacket as Alice takes a shot of tequila.

"Mmm. Hit me, Hog Eye. Honey, what do you want? A Shirley Temple?" Alice questions Betty who just smiles at her.

"Just give me two," Alice tells Hog Eye who begins fixing the drinks as Sweet Pea comes into the bar.

"She's here!" Sweet Pea yells making everyone pause and turn down the music just as the door opens and Veronica walks in first with a laugh Camilla Cooper behind her dressed in a short little black lacy dress along with a black belt to give her a waist and a pair of knee-high black heeled boots. Her blonde hair curled and down along with her serpent jacket around her shoulders.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Was screamed making Cami jump she looked around and covered her mouth in disbelief as tears began to fill her eyes.

"Told you she was going to cry," Sweet Pea says laughing as he wraps an arm around her shoulders handing Cami a shot of tequila who glares at him.

"Here's to being eighteen!" Cami yells as she drowns the shoot making everyone yell as she laughs.

"Happy Birthday sunshine," Sweet Pea tells her making her smile at him.

"Thanks Sweet Pea. This is..thank you all," Cami says whipping her tears as Veronica walks up to her and hugs her tightly.

"We had to do something for your big day! You deserve a party!" Veronica says as she holds Cami's wrist that has her birthday gift from Veronica on it.

It was a simple golden pearl and diamond bracelet and Cami absolutely adored it. Veronica said it was a mixture of the two. The pearl (Vee) and the diamond (Cami).

"Come on! The birthday girl needs to dance!" Fangs yells as he pulls her onto the dance floor spinning her as Cami laughs loudly letting Fangs dip her being careful of how short the dress was.

Cami with a cherry vodka coke in her hands smiles she rushes towards Jughead who laughs hugging her tightly.

"Thank you," Cami whispers into his eye who nods hug a look of worry still in his eyes.

"Jug, what's wrong?" Cami questions the boy who looks at her shaking his head.

"Nothing. Nothing it's your day. We'll talk tomorrow," Jughead says making Cami worried but nods her head as she hears Archie's voice making her look towards the stage to see Veronica and Archie sing a heartbreaking song making her wince.

Sweet Pea grabs her hand and begins twirling her. He wasn't going to let anyone else destroy her day today. He didn't even let her see how Veronica ran off the stage while everyone booed.

But Sweet Pea did let her go as Betty climbed the stage. Cami smiles softly watching Betty sing although confused about where Archie and Veronica went.

But her smile begins to disappear as she watches Betty slowly unbutton her top showing a black teddy underneath.

Sweet Pea wraps his arm around Cami feeling her legs begin to fall underneath her as she watches her sister on the stage before everything goes quiet and then a clap is heard snapping Cami out of her shock before rage overtakes her face.

She didn't even notice FP walking on stage and giving Betty a jacket watching as her sister left the stage following her every move.

"Let's give her a round of applause! And show her some of that Serpent hospitality we're known for," FP exclaims making Cami look towards him with the same glare before it dims slightly seeing the look in his eyes.

Something was wrong. Something happened.

"You know what? I've been in and out of the Serpents since I was younger than my son. And it's been...a wild ride. Good times, bad times, but through it all, the Serpents stuck by my side, while most other people turned their backs on me. My own family included," FP says looking straight at Jughead making Cami look towards him confused.

"Now, the letter of the law says that I can't be here in the Serpent den. That I can't associate with my friends. My real family. My blood," FP says as cheers are heard around the room.

"But I've been thinking about that. And it'll be a cold day in hell before a snake lets a pig tell him what to do," FP says making all the color drain from Cami's face. Yeah, something happened and something was telling her it was the same thing Jughead is so stressed about.

"Northside wants me outta this gang? Well, they better bring a coffin because FP Jones isn't retiring! I am not going gently into the night! I'm here to stay! So, bring the fire!" FP yells making the cheers he heard before FP walks off the stage towards Jughead.

"What happened to retiring?" Jughead questions FP who brings him into a hug before whispering in his ear.

"I know about the Snake Charmer. And the delivery you did and the debt you owe her. It was the one thing, son. The one thing I asked you not to do," FP says towards Jughead whose eyes fill with panic.

Cami didn't know what he was saying but from the look of it, she could feel the need to drink an entire bottle of vodka.

"I can fix this. Let me just talk to her," Jughead tells his dad panicking.

"No. No. I'm in, you're out. Penny's my problem now. You broke my heart, Jughead," FP tells his son as he grabs his head and kisses his forehead.

"Shots, let's line 'em up!" Someone screams as FP pulls back from Jughead and Tall Boy hands him a shot. 

"Hail to the king!" Tall Boy says as he clicks his with FP who begins lifting the shot and before Cami could stop herself she snatches and takes the shot instead with a glare on her face. 

FP stares at her as Cami turns around and the crowd parts for her to walk through maybe it was because of the look on her face or maybe it was the bodyguard following her.

Cami grabs a piece of cake and walks outside with a bottle of vodka before going to sit down on the steps.

"Come on," FP whispers to Cami pulling her towards her car with her keys in his hands. Cami could fight him but she doesn't as he opens the door and the blonde gets in letting him shut.

Cami stared out into the window the entire time before FP put her car in park in front of his trailer. Getting out Cami heads inside after FP and sits down on the couch while she begins to eat her cake.

"Ooh here you are going to need this back now," Cami states as she takes off the serpent jacket throwing it at FP.

"Did you know?" FP questions Cami who looks at him confused.

"Know what?" Cami questions slowly because she knows whatever he is about to say is about to make her mad.

"Jughead and Archie did a delivery of drugs for Penny. She's got it on tape," FP tells Cami who looks at him and then places the cake on the table stressed as she goes to stand up.

"Well happy freakin birthday to me. Not one birthday text or word from my parents. My sister just acted like a hooker. Two of my best friends are about to be charged with drug charges! Ooh, I'm eating my birthday cake while wanting to punch someone. Best birthday yet," Cami says scoffing as she takes another bite.

"Maybe I should just become a serpent now! It's a Smith woman thing," Cami says scoffing angrily.

"Absolutely not!" FP tells Cami making her turn towards him with an eyebrow raised.

"You are not becoming an actual serpent, Camilla. If you even try to get on that stage I'll throw you over my shoulder taking you out of there. Don't try to fight me on this Cami. You. Won't. Win," FP says as he walks closer to her.

"I dare you," Cami says with a glare and neither of them would be able to tell who moved first because, within a matter of seconds, their lips were on each other and hands all over each other.

Once their lips had pressed together, intoxicated by the passion, Cami clasped both hands on either side of his stubble pulling him even closer as she was backed into the wall.

The worry she knew she should have felt escaped her completely, and all that was left was a burning desire for the man in front of her.

With one hand on the middle of her back, FP pulled Cami as close to him as he could be just grabbing her by the back of the thugs and picking her up.

Whether they would be able to admit it or not, they both needed this. They both wanted this.

FP bit down on Cami's bottom lip making her gasp slightly just enough for his tongue to enter the two tongues fighting for dominance over the other.

But when FP's hand moved from Cami's thighs to her one around her hip and the other around the back of her neck squeezing slightly that was all it took for him to win as Cami lost herself in the pleasure of how his stubble brushed against her soft skin and how her hands moved to around his neck pulling at his hair.

And then once he started to kiss and suck on her neck Cami couldn't hold back a moan anymore.

She never felt like this before. This burning need to have all of him and then more. At this moment she didn't care about the consequences of this all she knew was she needed him.

Cami's hand fell to his flannel slipping it after his body before they went down her thighs to lift his shirt off his body.

Once it was gone her lips attacked his neck down to chest making a groan slip past his lips as his hands went to the sipper on the side of her dress but didn't pull it down yet instead he pushed Cami back slightly cupping her cheeks to look into her eyes.

"You sure, you want this? I'm only asking once but if you want to stop at any moment I'll stop," FP tells Cami who stares at him before taking his face in her hands and looking directly at him.

"Yes, FP please," Cami says softly with a hit of a beg and it seemed that was all it took before his lips were back to her neck making Cami throw her head back slightly losing herself not even realizing he was walking till she was suddenly thrown and bounced slightly.

Cami rest on her elbows slightly as she watches FP bend slightly as he grabs the zippers of knee-high boots and begins unzipping them and leaving kisses long her legs as he does so making a small moan release from her mouth.

Reaching her hands back Cami unzipped the dress she had on just as FP dropped her last heel and then grabbed her ankles pulling her towards him before grabbing her by the waist making Cami wrap her legs around him giving FP the chance to grab the bottom of her dress and throw it off only to groan noticing the lack of bra on and the black lace thong.

Surging forward FP attach his lips to Cami's again before leaning down slowly to lay down on the bed with him on top of her trailing kisses up and down her neck.

Before FP was going lower teasing Cami as much as he could as he placed kisses everywhere but not where he knew she craved the most.

"FP," Cami says with a groan as she fists his hair making him grip her waist in a tight grip before placing a firm kiss on her folds, and then, finally, his tongue slipped out and he licked a line up to your clit.

"FP!" Cami says in a moan as he begins drawing circles over her most sensitive spot and removing his hands from her waist to spread her legs with his hands, gripping hard on them.

Cami could feel him hum between your legs, which only added to her pleasure. Soon he enters her with one finger pumping in and out. When he added a second finger, stretching her out, Cami's body started trembling.

"Cami," FP moaned against her and it was all it took for her first orgasm of the night to wash over her body with a moan and tighten her tug she could create any more fraction while FP's hummed along.

Once her first one washed over her FP climbed up Cami's body and began kissing her once again letting her taste herself on his lips

One hand rubs up her sides while the other unbuttons his jeans and pulls them off along with his underwear before grabbing the condom. Pulling away from the kiss FP cups one of Cami's cheeks rubbing softly making her lean into it. 

"You're so beautiful," FP tells her with nothing but sincerity in his tone making Cami smile as she pulls him closer to her. When she felt his tip against her sex, FP paused for a moment making Cami smile as she kissed him softly.

"Yes," Cami whispers and that was all he needed to hear. With one single thrust, he stretches her out and Cami lets out a sharp breath of surprise.

When she closes her eyes, it was the first moment that Camilla Cooper just stops thinking and starts feeling.

With FP kissing her roughly and with passion. One hand on her hip, the other in her hand squeezing it as Cami just loses herself in the pleasure. Her other hand around back holding him as close as she could.

Cami could feel her second release building inside her and started to tremble again. Hearing his groans against her mouth and the small touches was just making her entire body begin to turn to jelly.

And when Cami thought it couldn't get any better, FP's hand her left leg lifting it so it was over his shoulder, and with one thrust he hit a spot filled with nerves making Cami arch her back as she wrapped anchored herself probably leaving small scratches across his back.

"Oh FP...oh, fuck!" Cami exclaims as he speeds up his pace and soon Cami feels her climax before feeling FP stiffen simultaneously the two finally come it was the most satisfying feeling Cami thinks she had ever had she screamed his name.

Once she came down from the high Cami could hardly hold her eyes open but she felt his body move off of her and the small whine that left her lips due to that followed by a small chuckle.

Her eyes just felt heavier and heavier but she could feel the small warm rag pressed against her cleaning her up before arms wrapped Cami's body pulling her closer to his side and wrapping arms around her.

"Night Trouble," FP whispers with a kiss on her forehead before Cami finally lets her body fall asleep as it was begging to do so listening to the sound of his heartbreak.

And it was the best sleep she had ever gotten and probably the best birthday she had ever had before.
