Dakota's Point of View

It was starting to get dark out, maybe I should put the dress on now and do my makeup.

I slipped on the red dress, realizing I didn't have nice shoes, "Converse should be fine." I said slipping on my low top black and white converse, this made the style more like me.

I did simple makeup, just enough to where I felt comfortable with how I looked but still allowing my pores to breathe.

There was a knock at my door, "Come in!" I called.

Nathan walked into the room, "Wow, you look gorgeous."

"Thanks Nathan," I smiled, I noticed his face was beat up with bruises.

"What happened Nath?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it, seriously, don't."

He walked over to me and kissed my lips. I grabbed his arms, kissing him further. He placed his wallet down on my desk without disconnecting us and pushed me backwards onto my bed.

As I fell backwards onto my bed, he crawled on top of me, sliding up the dress.

He looked down at me, "This okay?"

I nodded my head, "Nathan I've-I've never done this before," I stammered.

"Shh," He whispered and continued to kiss me. "I know."

Nathan and I were walking to the party now, hand in hand, I was still shaky from what had just happened — I lost my virginity to Nathan Prescott. The "it" boy of Blackwell.

"You ready to get in there?" Nathan asked as we stood outside the Blackwell Pool entrance.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"Don't feel pressured to do anything to do anything you don't want to do," He said. "And remember — you fucking belong to me. Not to any of these Blackwell bitches."

"Mhm," I nodded my head.

Holding my hand, he walked passed the girl with glasses signing people in. I guess it was his party, did he really have to sign in?

The music was loud, there were light flashing, and people swimming in the pool, "Wow," I said. "You really outdid yourself."

"Well it is the end of the world," He laughed. "And at least you won't be dying a virgin."

"Shut up Nathan," I rolled my eyes. "Don't make me push you into the pool."

"Don't you fucking dare," He laughed. "Let's go to VIP."

He grabbed my hand and walked me around the pool, heading towards a curtain labeled, "VIP" with a bouncer blocking the entrance.

He pushed past the bouncer holding my hand, inside were a bunch of people I didn't know, except for Amelie, Dana, Juliet, and Victoria.

"Hey Amelie!" I called.

"Converse Dakota?!" She shouted over the music. "I would've gave you a pair of heels!"

I laughed with her, "Converse suit me way better, I don't think I'd be able to walk in heels!"

"Who's this?" A girl asked walking over to us.

"This is Courtney," Nathan said. "Courtney this is my-my girlfriend."

"Girlfriend?!" Courtney exclaimed. "It sure has been a crazy week in Arcadia Bay, maybe it is the end of the world!"

Everyone laughed, including Nathan, he seemed to serious.

"Do you wanna get a drink Nathan?" I asked hoping a drink would help him calm down from whatever has been bothering him all day.

"Yeah," He said grabbing my hand and dragging me towards the bar.

He grabbed two cans of beer and handed one to me, he instantly cracked his open and practically chugged it, reaching for another can.

I was starting to get super worried Nathan, sure I've never been to a party with him, so I don't know how he acts when he parties, but still he seemed to tense and angry.

"Nathan," I started. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, everything's fine, go have fun with Amelie and everyone, I just need a breather."

"Okay," I nodded. "Call me when you want me to come back, okay? Or come find me."

He nodded his head but looked back down at his phone. I was super worried and confused and I couldn't seem to shake the feeling of it. Maybe a drink would help me.

I started to drink my beer, I wasn't too fond of the taste though. But as long as it kept me calm, I'd keep drinking it.

"Whats Nathan doing?" Amelie asked me.

"I think he's just having a rough day," I said. "He wants his space right now."

"At his own party? That's odd."

"Yeah, but I understand, so I'm just giving him his space."

"Come hang with Warren and I."

"Who's Warren?" I asked.

"My boyfriend!" She called over the loud bass playing through speakers all throughout the pool.

She grabbed my hand and brought me towards a boy with brown hair, it was long and wavy, "Hey, you're Dakota, right?"

"Yeah," I said smiling.

"I'm Warren," He answered.

"I assumed you two might've known each other since you're both science majors," Amelie said.

"Chemistry," Warren clarified.

"Bio," I answered.

"Isn't that similar or something?" Amelie asked.

"Or something," I laughed.

"I'll be right back," Warren said. "I'm gonna go outside for a second." 

Warren walked away leaving just Amelie and I. But it wasn't long until I felt someone brush against behind me, I turned around and it was Nathan.

"Sorry," He said. "For being in such a bad mood."

"It's fine," I smile hugging onto his arm and looking up at him.

"I'm gonna steal her back now," Nathan said. "Where the fuck's your boyfriend?"

"Why?" Amelie asked worried.

Nathan pointed to his face, Warren did that?

"I'm gonna fucking kill that fag."

"You must've gave him a reason Nathan," Amelie said angrily with her hands on her hips.

"No, he was with those dyke bitches," Nathan said. "Max and the blue haired bitch."

"He was with Max and Chloe?" Amelie asked, her face scrunched up in confusion.

"Let's just go," I whispered to Nathan, I didn't want the conversation to escalate any further than it already had.

He gave Amelie an angry glare, before taking me away from her, to another side of the pool.

I threw my arms around his neck, swaying my hips from side to side, rubbing against him. He held me tightly, we both moved to the rhythm. I threw my head back, the breeze flowing through my long dark waves.

"Seriously," Nathan said. "You look so beautiful."

"Thank you," I said standing still for a moment. "You look handsome."

His phone was buzzing over and over in his pants, he grabbed it, looking down and frowning. He looked back up, staring at the entrance. There stood Max and Chloe.

"Let's get the fuck out of here," He said angrily, ruining the moment.
