Quarantine. What can I say? I can't go out and meet my friends as I used to. I can't meet my boyfriend as I used to. I can't do anything. I'm trapped in my apartment and I have nothing to do. I'm literally trapped. And it's raining outside as well, so I can't go out for a walk.

I was laying on my couch scrolling through my phone as the TV was on in the background. I have been laying like this for days. I can't work from home, because the place where I was working had to close. So now I'm unemployed and trapped in my own apartment. Yippie.

I heard a knock on my door, I groaned and went out of the couch and dragged my feet behind me towards the door. When I opened the door I couldn't believe it. He was standing in front of me. "Hi baby" he had his goofy grin on his lips. I jumped up and wrapped my arms around his neck and his strong arms quickly wrapped around my body and rocked us side to side. "I- you- you said that you weren't able to come"

"Guess that I change my plans" he smiled and kissed me softly. "I have missed you so so much. I'm about to die of tediousness in this apartment" "Well, then I guess that it was a good idea of me to come and spend the rest of the day with you"

He took up a grocery bag and we walked into the kitchen and put all of the stuff he bought in its place. "So what do you want to do now?" he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and rested his chin on my shoulder while I put the milk in the refrigerator.

"I don't know? Maybe we can bake some muffins for our brownies? I have had such a craving for something with chocolate"

"Brownies it is then," he said and let go of my waist and started to search for a recipe on his phone. He told me what ingredients we would use and I took everything he said from the refrigerator and the pantry.

As we let the batter blend in the KitchenAid mixer we cleaned up the mess we made. I looked at the flour bag and then at Shawn who had his back facing me. I shoved my hand in the bag "Shawn?" "Yes sweetie?" he answered and turned around and I threw the flour on him. His black t-shirt was now white, he tried to brush it off but he just made it worse and I couldn't stop laughing. "Sorry baby"

"No, it's okay" he leaned in closer to me and reached for the flour bag behind me, and placed it in the pantry. Okay, I thought that he would do something back.

"You know what?" he asked and turned around to face me, and all of sudden a cloud of flour hit my face. "You little piece of-" I mumbled for myself and laughed. "Huh, what was that?" he took a few small steps closer towards me. "Nothing" and I started to run away from him with him chasing me around my apartment.

And it ended up with a flour war between us two and when my entire apartment and both of us were covered with flour and the bag of flour was almost empty we decided that it was enough.

We put the brownie batter in the oven and looked at each other. He was covered with flour and he even had a little pile of flour on top of his head. We set the timer to 30 minutes and decided that we have time to clean that apartment and ourselves during that time.

We both enjoyed our bubble bath, his one arm wrapped around my waist, my back against his chest, and our fingers playing with each other. He placed a tender on my right shoulder. "So how is quarantine treating you?"

"Horrible, like I can't even go out and meet my friends" I turned around in the bathtub and faced him. "So thanks for coming. I have missed you" "And I have missed you" he grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. I looped my arms around his neck and our lips moved, in perfect sync. "I have missed you so so much" he whispered against my lips which caused a smile to spread over my face.

I was just going to say something back to him when I placed my hand on his chest and pulled away. "What's wrong?" he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and looked at me as I went out of the bathtub and wrapped a towel around my dripping body.

"I think you left your phone downstairs and we forgot the time," I said as I walked out of the bathroom and headed downstairs.

I opened the oven and a cloud of smoke hit my face. I quickly took out the brownies and they were burned. "That doesn't look good," Shawn said behind me. "It's your fault" I turned around and crossed my arms and he put his hand on his chest, pretending to be offended. "You distracted me. And you left your phone here in the kitchen"

"Well, was it a bad thing to distract you?" he had his cocky smirk on his lips and raised one eyebrow. He placed his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to me. "No. But still, now we don't have any brownies to eat" I pouted.

"Then it was a good thing that I bought other sweet stuff for us" he let go of my waist and walked to the refrigerator and took out chocolate and muffins. "I kinda understood that this would happen" he pointed at the burned brownies on top of the oven. "So I thought of a plan B. And my plan me is this" he held up the chocolate bar and the muffins in front of him.

The day ended up with us two laying on the couch, me on top of Shawn and snuggling into his chest, his arms wrapped around me and we looked at a movie.

I looked up at him and run my fingers through his soft curls. "I love you"

He looked down at me and got a big smile on his lips and his one hand cupped my cheek. "I love you more," he said before he placed a tender kiss on my nose.

"Impossible" I whispered back.
