" Well, I was talking to Grams and she said that the comet is a sign of impending doom, the last time, it passed over Mystic Falls, there was a lot of death, so much blood and carnage, it created a bed of paranormal activity " Bonnie said as she, Alora , Elena and Caroline sat outside of the grill folding pan flits for the comet.

Elena and Alora both walked up to the door of the Salvatore Boarding House and rang the bell but no one answered.

" Damon " Alora gasped, shocked to see the man she met in the cemetery was in front of her.

" I'm sorry for barging in, the door was......open " Elena stuttered.

" He didn't tell me he had a brother " Elena replied.

" Well, Stefan's not one to brag " Damon shrugged before leading the girls inside " Please, come.....I'm sure Stefan, will be along any second ".

" Wow, this is you living room? " Alora said in awe of how big the room was as they walked into it.

" Living room, parlour, Sotheby's auction.....it's a little kitcheny for my taste " Damon replied before turning to Elena " I see why my brother is so smitten....it's about time......for a while there, I never thought he'd get over the last one, nearly destroyed him ".

" The last one? " Elena questioned.

" Yeah, Katherine....his girlfriend? " Damon replied and Elena shook her head  " Oh......you two haven't had the awkward ex's conversation, yet ".

" Oops well, I'm sure, it'll come up now....or maybe he didn't tell you because, he didn't want you to think he was on the rebound, we all know how those relationships end " Damon said

" You say it like every relationship is doomed to end " Alora added.

" I'm a fatalist " Damon shrugged before smirking " Hello, Stefan ".

Alora and Elena turned to see Stefan standing behind them.

" Elena....Alora, I didn't know you were coming over " Stefan said.

" I know, I shouldn't called...." Elena started as she walked over to Stefan.

" Oh, don't be silly....you and Alora are welcome anytime, aren't they Stefan......" Damon interrupted before turning to the girls " You know, I should break out the family photo albums or some home movies...but I have to warn you.....he wasn't always a looker ".

The front door opened as Jeremy walked into the house with his hood up.

" Jeremy " Jenna called but was ignored as Jeremy walked up stairs.

" Jeremy, where are you going? " Jenna asked as she stomped over to the stairs.

" More stoner stories? Look Jenna, I get it, you were cool once and that's cool " Jeremy shrugged before walking back up the stairs.

" Oh, no, no, no " Jenna said as she threw her apple at Jeremy's head and Alora, who saw it laughed.

" Ow, why? Why did you do that? " Jeremy asked.

" Listen up, quite ditching class or you're grounded, no discussion " Jenna threatened.

" Parental authority, I like it, sleep tight " Jeremy smiled before walking up stairs, leaving a confused Jenna.

" Hey, night of the comet, would you like a program? " Bonnie said as she, Alora and Elena were handing out pan flits " He didn't call, Huh? ".

" Then I realised, we never even exchanged that stuff, we never got to the texting part " Elena said.
