Chapter 17 : The book of the dammed

emotions, hurt, feelings these things can make you strong or break you, again and again,no matter how we tried to be strong be happy or act like happy.. the pain caused by the people who love or the people who they even not know you that way hurts, how you can be strong? how you can you move on? its a question that we do not have any answers for.

 it was very dark night, everyone was a sleep,  but not shanaya she was thinking of some unanswered questions. she was not getting some answers but she got few but not much. the questions like why they are here? what inaaya wants with saumya? why everyone got possed but not samira, shanaya, saumya and sparsh? whats with the train which they came here and they saw in honeycomb? whats with her or her look alike or maybe inaaya reading the book? there was many questions which herself did not know what they are she looked ahead staring at her bracelet which sparsh give her her mind was flashing back to there dance, the masquarde ball, and seeing innaya.. 

the door swang open and someone step inside the room, the person got on shanaya bed and started shaking her body, shanaya wakes up and sees kanak "kanak? what happened?" she asked, her face was looking like she had not slept she was trying to sleep. "i am not able to sleep" kanak said "well same though, come on lets go out for a while" shanaya said as they both got up, they went to kitchen and shanaya opened the fridge "i told them to bring food which be expired but they never listen to me" shanaya said as she took ice cream out but she smirked as she had a plan, "do you want ice cream?" she asked and kanak happy nodded her head. they both were outside eating ice cream.

"shanaya didi, can i ask you something?" kanak asked "yeah?" shanaya said nodding her head "what is life to you? does everything become better?" she asked "not really though. well life is not very much a simple concept to understand.. but for what ever i have learned till now that. we do not know what comes into our lives, happens to us.. we just have to be ready, there might be some bumps in road that, you have a shitty boyfriend, your mental health is fucked up, in short life is shitty but it is also great, you have amazing family, friends who be there with you no matter what. " shanaya said looking at her "oh" kanak said, before they could say anything someone shot the arrow, but shanaya caught in just in time, "go and hide" shanaya said as she got up, kanak hide herslef. 

shanaya eyes turned dark buring red, she was twirling the arrow around her fingers and it  started to change from a broken and weak to strong one, using her magic shanaya made the bow then she aimmed at the same postion "were are you?" she said later she changed her aim and shot the arrow, as she went there she saw noone.

as she came back, kanak came and hugged her "everything is alright now" she said as she touched her head. 

the next day, shanaya told her friends everything "wait someone tried to kill you and the girl?" alisha asked shanaya looked at her and said "no they sent aarow as a gift.. yes it tried to kill me and the girl, i just told this. by the way the girl name is kanak" shanaya said as sakshi brought water, "you said that you found some answer for some questions, what are they?" ahan asked "oh yeah, so lets start. just a warning i do not have all answers. so here we go. during the motel thing, me samira sparsh did not got possed with the dark mist which happened. because i guess that during the whole the people will go this side and all, they were possed by same thing before so they turned bit bad, alot bad you may say. and for me i do not how its a bit of working theory, 2. innaya else wanted to be in everlock for what ever reason. and she had planned everything from like we the monster attack on the bus, we going to the train and we getting around to this! and infact the train was the same train which some of us saw in that honeycomb it is the same train, so it may have happen that the train start from somewhere else and got us then throw us somewhere, and went back to honeycomb" shanaya said 

"oh shit that explains it" samar said as he was eating the apple "but why innaya wants us here?" dhriti asked "that i have to work on that, but maybe she wants something from us." shanaya said as saumya came inside she was holding a book as preeti saw it she said "shanaya, ahan.. it is the same book right which we saw back in cave?" and ahan nodded saying "yeah"

"wait what cave?"  samar asked "well we went to a cave and there we found the book, which shanaya said she knows this book" ahan said shanaya felt herslef drawn towards the book "shanaya" she heard rohan saying then rohan snapped his finger in front of her eyes, she snapped back and looked at both saumya and sparsh "yeah?" she asked "you okay?" saumya asked "maybe... i do not know.." shanaya said as she took a seat "what did you not understand?" rohan asked "i saw this book, many times once in that room back at motel star or what ever that name is, and i have seen this book and was reading it i do not know since many times.. and i now know the name of the book" shanaya said pointing toward that book.

"what is the name of the book?" samar asked "the book of the daamed." shanaya said "but how it can be out, we locked it safely with all those spells no one not even innaya can enter that apart from we three" dhriti said "maybe innaya made us fools and she must have given a fake copy of this book to someone who u give it to you.. " aanshi said

"but how shanaya knows like about the book, like she said to us that day she has read half the book?" ahan said "that i do not know, i was only seeing visions of me reading it" shanaya said "dream walk" sparsh said "dream walk?" rashmi questioned  "dream walking is like when a person is using witchcraft to come to the person who they want and use there body as a puppet. and mostly the people only remember it as dream or a vision. " sparsh said "so it may have happen that innaya must have dream walk into shanaya brain heart or body what ever and was reading the book so she read this book and learn something on what she wants" samira said "thats correct" sparsh said 

the door swang open as we saw eric and samay comming inside talking to someone "hey guys, we brought someone" samay said as dhriti samar and sparsh got shock seeing the face.. it was sparsh father.

as innaya was looking outside the window one of her wise men came inside and said "you told us that you will go something dangerous.. but you let them go when you had the chance? why?" he said innaya started saying "well hi to you too, and i am great by because i wanted to. i mean i can not have the thing which i want that easly am i right? then what will be the fun?" as smirked appeared on her lips she turned around and said "so, you have any news for me about them or not?"

"yes my queen, one of our mens found out that sparsh and samar father is there" hearing this innaya got shocked then her mind rushed with all the memories, "i just come" innaya said as she used her magic to to fly.

the gang was on table eating the food, everyone clearly saw that the samar and sparsh did not had great bond with Vineet.as shanaya came with pasta she place on table, rohan looked at her shanaya sighed what happened, rohan mouted that he does not think that sparsh and samar father is good man. like who makes dark jokes, and instead of remembering the good moments, not the moments which made him angry and not talking about there family moments talking about Himself?

shanaya took a seat with sparsh, who was looking bit scared, "and i caught biggest fish!" his father said and everyone faked there smile "so, shanaya i heard you are the leader of the soutern werewolves?" he asked shanaya and she nodded as a yes "well it is hard to handle two jobs? and would not this affect your future being part of a dangerous group?" he asked "well southern werewolves are not dangerous and murderous as before it is helping the everyone in the town who needs help now, and i know what i am doing and i know how to handle certain situations, so sweet for you to think like that way" shanaya said and faked her smile, then Vineet started laughing before it turned anymore serious, shanaya looked at the 4th wall and said "yeah, this guy is bad news" 

as shanaya went outsidie holding the book of dammed, she took a seat and place the book "shanaya" she heard  samar saying her name "whats wrong samar?" she asked as samar came in front of her "why you brought the book here?" he asked "i.. even do not know samar this book is giving me some kind of feeling which i am getting form this book and i do not know why" shanaya said "well as far as i know about this book is that, it is book of the sins is ancient and evil." samar said "well i know that, but why i am feeling that this book is calling to me" shanaya said "it may have happen because you were reading this book many times even innaya was using your body for reading the book." samar said and shanaya nodded her head. 

ahan was walking pass riva room then he heard something, it was riva talking to someone but it did not sounded like riva, "yes these bitches are under my trap, well this body made up to some good use, yeah i have to better careful today other wise ..."

"shanaya, samar i need to talk to you" ahan said as both shanaya and samar came inside "yeah?"  samar said "what's wrong?" shanaya asked outside as everyone was having there fun, riva was planning to cause a drama but then she heard "here" samar said giving  a soda to dhriti "why?" dhriti asked "you will need it" then samar  "You lying bitch!"  shanaya said as she came down and came towards riva "what happened shanaya?" preeti "well remember this girl, riva your sister? who came back and been a bitch wait worst than a bitch. who came back after leaving for like 1 2 years or something or maybe months i do not know." shanaya said as she looked at riva "shanaya what you are even talking about? and beside you also have been acting not the same while aaranv was gone" riva said 

"you mean i was acting like you? na" shanaya said with a fake smile "beside, you were the one who stole someone body, to cause some drama amongst us so we never can finsh the game and you can kill each one of us one by one, stella" shanaya said and rest of them were shock wereas samar and ahan were enjoying the drama well she deserved.

ahan was walking pass riva room then he heard something, it was riva talking to someone but it did not sounded like riva, "yes these bitches are under my trap, well this body made up to some good use, yeah i have to better careful today otherwise riva soul will walk back inside me  again, oh yeah i know right! that bitch shanaya troubled me alot during past weeks, and she stop me doing my dark magics i was doing for right things" she said and ahan understood that it was riva.

"shanaya, samar i need to talk to you" ahan said as both shanaya and samar came inside "yeah?" samar said "what's wrong?" shanaya asked "its stella the girl which we saw back around the grave area, who was using her powers in wrong things" ahan said as he began telling them what he had heard.

"okay fine the truth is out, i am stella" she said innaya was looking at the whole drama, "why did you do this?" rashmi asked "because of her, can you guys not see that this women is a backstabbing bitch! using her sad backstory as her defence she has no control on her life and anything, she is a toxic selfish bitch who only cares about her slef. i mean she never stood up for herslef in past life and she has some kind of anger inside of her which she can not do anything about it" shanaya felt bit sad and rohan felt the same, saumya and she looked at him and then back at them, saumya used her powers to throw stella away

samar along with rest were with shanaya side trying to divert her mind but then shanaya felt something different, as she streched her fingers of right hand hoping to sparsh come out and hold her hand making sure she is okay but sparsh was not there she was not seeing sparsh, were is sparsh? and were is his has father? oh no oh no she quickly tapped samar hand again and again

 "what happened?" samar asked "sparsh, where is he?" shanaya said in scared tone then sakshi along with nick and eric came outside shouting "guys!"  samar, dhriti, came there and rest were down making sure stella does not get way, 

there  as they reached   sparsh room they were hearing some voices of like a fight, samar and dhriti understood what was going on samar start to break the door then dhriti used her powers to break it, as the door was open samar saw the same thing, the thing he hates seeing it before a thing which he was not able to stop but now he has to.

 sparsh was in corner of the room holding his needs crawling up like a ball and crying saying sorry papa, please do not beat me bleed comming from his head and things shattered around and his father still beating him  

samar took his dad threw him away from sparsh, dhriti sakshi and rohan  came near sparsh as shanaya was on the door step of the room, her body began to shake her memories flashed back to chriag fighting with shanaya but then she wipped her tears and came near sparsh she touched his head and sparsh looked at her and hugged her

 "its okay, its okay" i am here she said to him in soft tone, "this bastard is not my son! he never listens to me, he makes lots of mistakes!" his father shouted "as you have not done some mistakes dad! everyone is not fucking perfect! and we can not expect anyone to be for what they are not! i am tired of you controling both of our fucking lifes! because of you this thing happened to Both of us! this thing effected ma! and fun fact she does not even know what we both are going through because of you!" samar said as rohan and ahan came there

 "you do not have a right to speck against me you boy! look what they made my perfect son the perfect guy my son who always listen to me not like him!" his father said pointing towards sparsh "he did every thing to grain your love for him! and how you can say this to him!" dhriti snapped at his father  

"you are not a fucking perfect guy either a guy who beats up there childern and treats them as a toy! i have never seen a slefish man like you" ahan said saumya give rohan the water and he give it to sparsh.

"and beating your childern at such an age which makes them bleed and feel like home is a torture! very great! and perfect son of yours? because of you i turned into a bad person! a bad brother! you made me who am i today. i never stood up for my brother just because i want your love. but then i realised, why i am asking love from him, why we both asking love him him? so he can beat us? right Vineet" samar said as rohan looked at samar as he remembered the times he was being a brat to shanaya back then not being the brother he should have when she needed him the most.

then samar gets punched by his father  "samar!" all of them shouted as rohan came between his father to stop him punching but he never stopped he punched rohan and threw him away as Shanaya got angry

  "so you are supporting your stupid dumb brother?" vinnet said shanaya eyes turned flamming red  with anger as sparsh and saumya and preeti saw it. shanaya let go of sparsh hand and she said "enough!" she turned  turned around  using her powers which made vineet pushed aganist the wall.

 shanaya got up she walked towards him and begin chocking him "shanaya" rohan said  as he got up thanks to help of ahan and they both help ahan to get up as samira came there with aaranv "shanaya, let him go! treating him like this would not change anything" dhriti said as she started her evil smile aaranv helped sparsh to get him up 

"shanaya" sparsh said in calm and soft but weak  tone shanaya looked at him her face changed back normal "let him go" he said  as shanaya kept her hand down, and vineet fall to his feet "go, get away from sparsh, samar, my brother, and my friends, never come back to see them, others wise i will do the thing i should have done right now, slow painfull death. and if you try to hurt him again i will do this again but much more worst" shanaya said saying the last line in low voice which he came only hear.

as he ran away, shanaya looked at sparsh then back at rest "i might not come for dinner" shanaya said as she left for her room sparsh got worried for her as she closed the door  she fell on floor and broke down crying.

as vineet was out running away he saw shanaya "now what do you want shanaya"  vineet asked "wrong again" she said as she let out her smirk and took ut her sliver knife "innaya, what you are doing here?" vineet asked "heard about you comming here, thought to see why you are here" innaya said "look i am sorry" vineet said "because you did not obey my rules? and you did not listen to me!" innaya said as she stabbed him "how many times i told you to stay away from sparsh and samar? How many times i told you not to be a shit head to sparsh! have i not told you this" innaya said as she twisted the knife and she pulled it out he fell to his knees "you bitch" vineet said as blood was comming out from his mouth and he was holding his wound "well i was about to ask you your last words, but never mind" innaya said as she threw her knife and her mouth began to widen up and she ate left hand as he screamed in pain "you should be glad I made you Alive, because I still need you" she said

as rohan opened the door he saw shanaya looking ahead when she looked at him she was about to get up but rohan asked her to sit, as rohan took a seat beside her. rohan then asked "you okay?" 

"maybe, just whole shit drama happened tonight" shanaya said "i know" rohan said as he was holding her hand  "how is everyone?" shanaya asked "riva body is in her room dhriti and rashmi and trying something to bring riva soul or what ever back, and everyone is been shaken up and trying to process what happened" rohan said "and sparsh?" shanaya asked "he is okay little shaken up, samar is there with him" rohan said and shanaya nodded "rohan do you belive what stella said about me?" shanaya asked "fuck no, she just wanted to mess with you that's why she said stupid things! my shanaya is not a scared , she is strong, the bravest amongst us, and as you always say right everyone has there to deal with things, you had yours. do not listen to what any stupid people say about you" rohan said as shanaya let out a sigh she said "when i saw the whole thing which happen back in sparsh room, my knees felt bit weak, my body was shaking, as i was remembering what chriag did to me" 

"hey, that chriag is a bitch, and thats a fact. he was not good with everyone even when he went through what ever. and that vineet he makes worst jokes than our science teacher " rohan said as shanaya let out a laugh 

as samar took sparsh stuff for keeping it in van sparsh came back to the room "i was thinking when you are going to come out" sparsh said as he turned around and saw innaya who waved at him "innaya" sparsh said "the one and only" innaya said and let out a smile
