The class sat quiet as Aizawa spoke on the work studies with everyone.

"About the hero work studies that are like a more serious vision of the internship, where you go to a pro Heroes work and help. We talked about them in our faculty meeting yesterday, and almost all the teachers, including the principal thought you shouldn't do them" Aizawa broke the news causing the class to yell at the denial of work.

Kiri worried his eyebrows scrunched as he spoke, "After we had that big meeting about it?". Denki on the other hand sat there confused, playing with Ojiro's tail, "But thinking about why we ended up in the dorms, I guess that makes sense..." he said still confused about the whole thing. Bakugo soon stood up yelling, Y/N tuned it out as Aizawa spoke again.

"Some think we won't be able to raise strong Heroes with our current policies, so we came to decision their first years will only be allowed to go to agencies with a good track record of accepting work-study students," Aizawa explained causing Bakugo to freeze up at the new information. The red haired girl only snickered at his change of demeanor while listening in to everyone's new choices.

She said confused for herself, there weren't many heroes that came to mind for work studies that she thinks could tolerate her. There was somebody that came to mind that she could definitely ask, Tamaki think about it. He's a third year most likely already completing his work studies, he could probably put in a good word for whoever he worked under for her.

After class she wanted to go find him, excitement and nervousness rushing through the same veins. When she finally met her friend she waved at him only for Mirio to wave at her. "Woah Y/N whatcha doing over here?" Mirio questioned as Y/N skipped over to them. "I just needed help with finding a pro hero with a good track list of accepting students!" Y/N said hoping for heroes to flow left and right.

To Y/N's surprise Mirio answered, "You should come try and join Sir Nighteye's company. I've been with him for a while, it'd be nice to have another female on the team!" Mirio suggested as he grasped Y/N's hands. She nodded at the eagerness of the blonde in front of her.

"Well if you say so Mirio-senpai, I'll come with you when you go-" "Third year, Mirio Togata. All Might us calling for you. Please go to the counseling office at once" the intercom announced before repeating. Mirio looked up excited at the pro hero wanting to see him, before Y/N knew it she was dragged alongside him. Tamaki and Nejire only frowned at the absence of the first year.

As the two walked into the room Y/N only stared at the second guest. "Izu-chan!!" Y/N blurted out surprised at him with All Might. The green haired boy just smiled at the girl, a faint blush running around his cheeks. As the two looked at each other Mirio took his seat on the couch, leaving Y/N at the door.
Y/N soon feeling out of place standing up jumped between the first and third year males.

"You...are...here!" Mirio expressed finally realizing All Might was in front of him. "Sorry I got a little too excited when I heard you wanted to talk to me All Might," Mirio explained rubbing the back if his neck. Deku sat confused, "Umm, I don't really understand what's going on.." he wondered. Mirio just agreed adding, "What a coincidence, right? me neither".

All Might spoke, "Young Togata is currently doing his work study under Nighteye". Deku immediately turned his attention to Mirio. "Is that true, Togata?!" Deku asked getting a yes from Mirio in return. "Yup! I've been with him for a year now!" Mirio cheered as Deku beamed speaking to his senpai as Y/N only sat.

Picking up the tea in front of her she took a sip, mellowing out at the hot yet warm liquid hit the back of her throat. It was needed as the two golden retriever like boys beamed in front of All Might. "Getting to the point, do you think Young Midoriya can work under Nighteye Young Togata?" All Might asked as Mirio thought upon the question.

"I see, so this is what you called me to talk about, right?" Mirio pieced together before bringing a hand across Deku's shoulder, intern squishing Y/N between the two. "You want me to introduce Midoriya to Sir! But why use me as the middleman?" Mirio asked soon wrapping his arm around Y/N. She only nuzzled into his bicep like a pillow as she listened in.

"Honestly, I can't really face him right now...Because in the end, I ended up exactly as he warned.." All Might sadly admitted before speaking again. "So anyway, what do you think about Young Midoriya...and Young Y/N?" All Might questioned ready for Mirio's answers. "Well..what kind of hero do you two want to be?" Mirio quizzed ready to hear their answers.

"Like a sibling; someone who cares deeply and will do anything to help other, while still being open and approachable," Y/N said twiddling her fingers. The males in the room looked at her, seeing exactly what she meant. The red haired only dropped her head hoping Deku would answer the question as well.

"I want to save everyone with a smile, no matter-" Deku spoke before stopping, looking down to the floor. He brought his head up after some time to speak again, "To always save everyone...I want to be the greatest hero". Deku was assertive about his answer, it made Y/N smile at the male to her left.

Mirio spoke, "That's a crazy goal...There's no reason for me to refuse, so I'll do it!" giving a thumbs up to Deku. Y/N followed soon after snickering at Deku, "Well said future number one hero!" Deku only smiled before thanking Mirio. The males continued to speak as Y/N got up to get a refill and sit next to All Might.

"Your successor sure is something, " Y/N confessed startlingly towards All Might. He only remained calm not wanting Deku to realize their conversation. "How'd you realize?" All Might questioned causing Y/N to smile. "Scan comes in handy, the quirks lets me see everyone's information. Didn't take me long to realize Deku has your quirk, his scan always came out blank, " Y/N explained.

All Might just listened in, "Deku idolizes you to no end and some of his moves are based off yours sir...can't really ignore that hehe," Y/N snickered. He sighed understanding, "Don't worry your secret is safe between us!" Y/N whispered while smiling. The older male smiled at her, seeing the bright smile Deku was gushing over days prior.

He was infatuated as well

As the weekend came Y/N got ready to see Sir Nighteye. The pressure didn't get to her unlike Deku who rushed over to see her in the morning, only to zoom out the dorms shortly after. Y/N followed after, walking down calmly with a tote bag in hand. Compared to Deku Y/N dressed more casual for her meeting, didn't want her nerves to get the better of her.

As Y/N walked past Denki and Mineta she waved them off. "Huh Y/N where are you going?!" Denki questioned while his toothbrush sat to one side of his mouth. She turned back to him smiling, "I'm heading to a hero agency then I'll be out for the day". Denki nodded as Y/N began to depart from the rest of everyone and heading out to catch up with Deku.

THIRD P.O.V ─

I stretched finally off the train, taking time to express happiness for the freedom to move again. After the stretch I looked up to the building in front of me. "This is Sir's agency," Mirio informed Deku while pointing up to it. Deku stiffened a polar opposite of his mood that morning in the dorms.

"Hey, don't be so stiff! It's not good," Mirio tried to reassure causing me to snicker. "I didn't get to tell you this before, but Sir's really strict," Mirio explained getting Deku's attention completely. I only listened in to their conversation noting Deku's goal; make Sir Nighteye laugh. I took a mental note on it as well seeing as to why Sir would like Mirio.

Stepping forward I pushed my head onto the waiting waiting on Mirio and Deku. As they spoke I only followed between Mirio and Deku. "Despite how he looks, or maybe because of it, so really holds humor in high regard," Mirio said as he began to walk up the spiral staircase. "The most I can do is introduce you to him. Sir is the one who will decide if he'll use you. I wish I could help you, but from here on out you need to figure out how to make Sir acknowledge you on your own," Mirio explained before going silent listening to Deku.

I only followed behind in silence still unsure of if I should have tagged alone. As we hit a corner I felt my grip on my purse tighten as I sensed someone's presence behind the door. I gulped as Deku opened the door and Mirio spoke, "I've brought the first years I told you about yesterday!"

I stared mortified to see Sir Nighteye standing in front of a girl, strapped to a device tickling her. If I didn't know any better U would have just stepped into a sex room. Still surprised by the site I turn and found my head buried in Mirio's chest. I only stood there for a while till Deku restarted moving.

Turning finally I watch Deku mock All Might's iconic smile. It babackfired as Sir frowned down to Deku, I only watched the scene unfold in front of me. Before I could think fully my mouth spoke for me, "You're totally screwed Izu". Mirio only looked at the two before down to me. As he looked to me I glanced back over to Deku and smiled.

This is gonna be fun
