Sarah's Pov:

I woke up with Ibrahim sitting beside me and papa was standing a distance away.

I tried getting up Aaahh!, why is my body sore?

"Hey hey relax Birdie....Dad Sarah's awake". Ibrahim called papa as he was standing facing the casement.

"Alhumdulillah"..... Sarah  we were soo worried , a boy gave us a call and he told us your here .

"He bought me here, I owe him a big time"  I replied with a sigh.

"Where's Mumma" I asked while looking for her .

"Mumma was here since morning, she just left an hour ago" Ibrahim replied .

All of a sudden there was a knock on the door and Uzma entered.

"Habibtiii! How are you?" said Uzma approaching towards me.

"You scared the hell out of us we were so agitated"

"Ohh ummm... Assalamualaikum uncle, I just noticed you all" she said while lowering her gaze.

"Walekumassalam" Dad replied with a small smile.

"Ummm.. hey how are you..." I head a boyish voice...is that JAKE'S

"Asalamualaikum Sarah how are you feeling now" Umar asked breaking the chain of my thoughts, he was  standing behind Uzma .

Beside him was Jake ....

'JAKE' what is he doing here ... I thought to my self .

I was stunned .... I mean why is he here and what is he doing with Umar, does he know I stormed off because of him.

Suddenly my head started paining

"Ahh!!!" My  hand went to my forehead due to the pain.

"C'mon now take rest" Ibrahim said while helping me lie down.

"Hello, you must be Umar's friend, I've never seen you around" Dad asked Jake .

"Umm yes hello.. I'm Jake, I have classes with Sarah so I bought notes for her as she missed her's today" replied jake while panicking .

He started searching something in his bags and removed some papers to show papa.

I was enjoying his relentless...

Ummm "NOTES" he showed papa some paper's which he was holding.

"You're going to give her notes here,  right now in the hospital" Dad asked .

"Umm...noo...l mean..." he stammered.

A knock broke the awkwardness and the doctor entered..

"How are you feeling Sarah" asked doctor coming in.

"My head is throbbing " I replied touching my forehead.

"You hit your head really bad but most headaches are tension headaches. These headaches tend to happen again and again, especially when you are in stress, They are not usually a sign of something serious so you don't need to worry, your wound are also drying up so its a good sign" he explained to me.

I nodded in distress.

"We'll see you're health and accordingly you can get your discharge tomorrow...I'm giving you some medicine which you have to take"

"And please you need to take rest after your discharge also " he said while moving towards the door.

Jakes pov:

"Why am I so nervous.. fuck my hands are even sweating" I mumbled under my breath.

Ohh shit !!!  why did  I show him the papers ,that too in the hospital ,what the fuck is wrong with me.

"What if he thinks I'm scorning him. Wait a sec, why does it matter, I thought to my self .

I saw Sarah looking at me , an there was a small smile playing on her lips ...

"Is she enjoying my awkward fraught moment" I asked my self.

Thank God the doctor saved me.

"Sir we'll take a leave now" I told to Sarah's dad .

"Ummm... bie take care" I told sarah and left with Umar .

While i was heading out I heard some one taking my name.

"Hey Jake what are you doing here in the hospital" I turned around to see James .

I was walking behind Umar and Uzma so they did not see him approaching me

"I was here to see a friend " I replied and what made you come here I asked raising my eyebrows.

Ohh , "didn't I tell you about the girl that day, who met with an accident while I was heading to school and I was the one who bought her here, soo I just came to visit her" he replied without any hesitation.

"Thanks a lot, you called the ambulance on the right time yesterday"... I saw a doctor approaching us

"Are you speaking to me" I frowned.

"Your were the one who bought the girl here am I right"he asked me

The doctor got confused between both of us

"Oh, you both are twins" he replied looking between me and James.

"So who's James Smith here" he said with a dazed look of bewilderment.

"I am" James replied.

Then he said "Now she's much better, thank you for the help"

"No.. No, Thanks to you'll the ambulance came up on time" My brother replied to the doctor.

As soon as the doctor left

"Are you heading home" he asked turning towards me

"Yes" I replied.

"Wait for me I'll just catch you in a bit " he said running inside.

I saw James entering Sarah's room.

Wtf......she is the girl who crashed in front of him .

"Who was that boy he look similar to you" Umar asked as he was standing far away.

"Yeah!! He's my twin brother" I replied.

"Oh, I just came to asked are you coming with us?" he said.

"You guys carry on, and thanks for the ride though" I replied while shaking his hand.

My mind was filled with questions, I was being impatient, a feeling of restlessness was making it difficult for me to wait out.

I wanted to see what is he doing inside, what are they talking about, Does Sarah knows that he's my brother.

Cautiously, I crept up to the door and peered around it, jerking my head back instinctively when i spotted James smiling at Sarah with twinkle in his eyes.

Jealously over took me and I flung the door open being the restless one, I am .

"You're still here" asked Sarah's dad

"Umm... yeah , I was waiting for James" I
replied .

I saw Sarah starting between me and James.

"You both are soo alike" said a guy who was sitting beside Her.

"Yes We are twins" replied James with a chuckle.
Uncle we'll take a leave now he said.

He ushered me to the door.

"I must say i was totally surprised like How do you even know her " he asked while unlocking his car.

"We are in the same class" I replied shrugging it off.

"Ohh , I never knew she studies in our school" replied James.

Here we are he said while parking his car.

I'm home , i said ascending upstairs.

"WE ARE HOME " James said contentedly.

"I don't understand whats with his joyous behaviour " i ruminated to my self.

Never mind ill just go and freshen up .
