Antares Black is a Prince charming,
is not he?
"You mean the devil in disguise?" Draco scoffed, he ignore the eyes from their family who looks confuse at his statement.
"You said something, Dray?" Antares smiles charmingly.
"Oh-! I said that my cousin is the sweetest guy alive, how lucky am
I." He replies nervously.
"10 galleons bet he is pissing himself." Daphne states with a sly smile on her face.
"What about me dรฉesse?" Antares
smiles brighten. "Hm, off with the
mask already Black." She scoffed.
"Why are you so mean?" Antares whined.
This was the true mystery.
Antares was currently standing in front of a cave with a devilish smiles on his face.
"Hot." Pansy commented with a smirks.
"Too good for you though." Delphina chuckles.
Rabastan smiled at his daughter and watched the necklace around her neck. He remember it being gift by grandfather.
The cave was dark and cold. The air was thick with a musty smell, and the ground was covered in a thick layer of mud. All around were piles of rocks and boulders, and the cave walls and ceiling were streaked with rust-colored stains.
Antares stood inside the cave, the devilish smile still plastered on his face as he looked around.
The silence was deafening, and as he took a step forward, a faint rustle of movement in the shadows caught his attention.
He could feel his heart pounding in his chest, and his hand automatically went to the sword at his side. But before he could draw it, a figure stepped out of the shadows, a tall man with a mane of golden hair and piercing blue eyes.
"He is as old as Dumbledore but look
so much better?" Marlene gasps in disbelief.
"It's because Dumbledore have no
taste." Delphina tells her mother.
The man's eyes met Antares's, and for a moment they just stood there, eyeing each other as if measuring each other up. Then, to Antares's surprise, the man spoke.
"Antares Black," he said, his voice low and commanding. "I am told you are searching for something."
Sirius frowns.
He was suspicious of the man in front
of him. This man looks powerful yet he almost look like a puppet.
"You are still alive old man?" Antares chuckles lightly. "I knew you would come after so many years." The old man answers.
"Antares Black!" Remina scolds.
"I apologize, mother dearest." Antares fools her with his cute smiles.
"You are forgiven, I guess." Remina curses the fact that her son had the same smile as his father.
"I need the book." Antares's playful attitude quickly fade away and was replace by seriousness.
"So scary." Draco chuckles.
"I am about to send you to the Chamber Of Secrets. Who know, maybe the
basilik would not mind the company
of a ferret." Antares glares at Draco.
"Back off, Black. I am the one getting
rid of him first." Coventina state, her hand on her cheek.
"Whatever you wish for, ma dรฉesse." He replies with a dreamily smiles plastered on his face.
"Grandmother, they are planning my murder!" Draco quickly snitched to Lilia who smile brightly.
Coventina frowns. "I am an expert in melody and music, grandmother." She added slyly.
"Oh my! That's amazing!" Lilia squeals happily and looked at Coventina lovingly.
"One for me and zero for you." She smirks at Draco who was pouting.
"The book. Of course, you want the book." The old man says. His face is covered by shadows, but his eyes gleams in the darkness.
"Tell me, what do you need the book for?" The old man asks.
Antares answers, "Why I want the book, is none of your business. I have come to take what is legally mine!" Antares draws his sword and it glows with a blue aura, "Now hand me the book, or I will take it from you!" He hissed.
"Really? That a litteral old man." Evan tilt his head confusely.
A smile appears on Antares's lips."He did not want to give me the thing that belong to be and I am really possessive about my belonging." Antares says while staring straight at Coventina who looks away.
The old man stares at Antares and does not move, "You can try to take it from me, but I won't let you live after that." The old man says with a serious face.
"Pretty sure that I am sitting next to to him, completely alive." Draco smirks.
Antares's eyes darken, "Old man, we knew each other for years and you know what I mean don't you? It would be bad if it end up in blood." He stated coldly.
Remina frowns in confusion, it should be the first time she saw such
expression on her son's face.
"Is that such so much important that you would threatened someone, cub?" She thought.
"A Black will always be a Black." Molly scoffed.
"And A bitch will always stay a
bitch." The Darklings trio, which contains of Antares, Delphina and Draxo states together.
"Of course I know what you mean, boy." The old man's voice is filled with grief and loss. "It will end with blood if you force me. I don't want to hurt you, so I am warning you one last time. Leave the book and forget what you know, it's not worth it. It will not end well. Trust me." The old man finishes speaking, his eyes filled with tears.
Antares scoffs at the old man, "Old man, you know I can't just forget about the book! It is my right!" He gritted his teeth and sighed.
Coventina watch the scene closely, she could see how suddenly Antares went from cold and angry to exhaustion.
"Something is wrong." She thought.
"We both know that it's is mine. I want it back, you are completely a stranger to it." He continued softly.
"I have taken care of it! I know what it means!" The old man shouted, "I will not give it away to just anyone!" The old man's face is filled with anger, "The book is not a toy!"
Aelora and Alice frowns, they understood that the book seem to belong to Antares so why not just
give it to him?
James layed his head on Achilles's shoulders and closed his eyes. He could take a small rest while listening to the sound of the narator.
Antares's hands started trembling, and his vision started to become blurry. He felt his heart beating faster, and he couldn't breathe. His mind is a blur, and his body felt weak.
Antares's knees buckled, and he fell down to the ground. He closed his eyes, trying to calm himself down, but his heart kept pounding and his mind keeps getting louder.
His eyes was drawn to the book that was floating in the dark blue magic around it. The same book that belonged to her.
Regulus tilts his head. "The only her which is naturally a girl that Antares will do anything for would be Heiress Potter. Does it belong to her or him?" He thought silently.
Achilles smirks while caressing James"s back hand gently. "I guess, I don't hate you anymore." He thought.
"Well maybe I still do. A lot."
Suddenly, the book glowed a bright blue, and he felt a pull towards it. It was as if it was calling to him, and he couldn't resist.
"Come to me damn it! Don't tell me that you forgot your own owner, you stupud book!" He frowned.
"He love fighting with magical yet non living thing, does not he?" Dorcas snuckers.
"He totally does."
Slowly, the book began to lift off the ground and fly towards him. The book landed in his waiting hand, and he clasped it tightly in his grasp.
The book was heavy, and the leather binding was worn and frayed, Antares quickly stood uo as if nothing happened.
"Thanks old man." He mocked.
"And you are too young?" Daphne teased.
"Duh." Antares smirks.
"You are doing a great mistake, Antares. Just because you have the book, doesn't mean that the same cruel fate would not happened again." The old man sigh softly.
"It is a circle that can't be define. Fate is cruel yes, but we change it." The
old man added catching Antares's attention. Antares stopped walkng away and froze.
"Fate is a real bitch that I will get
rid of soon." Antares thought while playing with the snake necklace Coventina guft him.
"What do you mean by that?" Antares growled lowly but coldly. His grey-brown eyes shining with coldness and anger.
"It will change if you give up." The old man said calmly. "Never." Antares scoffed with disgusted.
"If you truly want something or someone. You wouls go through everything to have them." Remina smiles.
Achilles looked at the sleepy James
and Antares stares at Coventine.
"Old man, keep quiet and you will stay alive. After all you finished your duty." Antares snapped his hand and soon enough the old man disappeared as if he was never there.
"I am not the type to give up easily, not on my belonging. Not on my goddess and surely not on our fate. Even if it's mean going back to how
I was." He whispered with calm anger.
Antares made his way out of the cave. He was in the wood. The birds were chirping, and the wind was rustling the leaves.
The sun was shining, and the sky was a clear blue. Antares took a deep breath, "It's peaceful..." He said.
"It is." Coventina looks at Euphemia who had said the same things as her at the same time.
They smiles at each other.
Suddenly, he heard a faint noise and his head turned. A bird lend on his shoulder and place a letter on it. He opened it and read it slowly.
"You couldn't wait, could you? I am coming back soon brat and I will be slapping some sense into you."
- A.E.R
"Oh please, anyone but him." Draco groans.
"I found him tolerable." Coventina shrugged while taking another chocolate.
"That's because you both love
chess game and chaos!" Draco yells
in disbelief.
"Jealous ferret." Coventina shrugs again.
Antares fowned.
His day went from boring to fascinating to peaceful and to annoyance
"Couldn't he stay in his damn
forest?" He whined.
"The guy stay in a forest?" Barty asks in confusion.
"He is taking himself for Tarzan." Rabastan snickers.
"Tar- what?" Regulus looks at him confusely.
"Muggle story." Remina states softly
"Oh it's coo- YOU KNOW MUGGLE THINGS!?" Evan gasps dramatically.
"Die." Rabastan smirks.
