BLACKPINK's Elsie and Go Minsi set to co-star in a new K-Drama

BLACKPINK's Elsie is starring in a drama !!

On October 18th, 2020, YG entertainment confirmed that their beloved idol is expanding her horizon and is starting her acting career. Many hints of the idol being in an upcoming drama were dropped but never officially confirmed until now.

Go Minsi had been confirmed to star in the drama 'Birdie' on September 20th, and now Elsie will be joining her.

The drama 'Birdie' is about two sister, who will be portrayed by Minsi and Elsie, that create a band to gain some money while going to university. However, what they did not expect was to blow up on social media, and suddenly being judged and loved by millions of people.

'Birdie' will be Elsie's first acting role, although, like all of Elsie's debuts, it will arguably be a major success.
