After a few days, everyone returned back to the castle. They saw the four of them, sitting in the great hall, studying, well Hermione and Nora at least. They all were busy again seeing as the new started a coupled of days ago.
Harry and Nora more busy than the others. Quidditch had started up again. Wood had made other schedules, making them train harder and more than ever before.
Harry found that Wood was going crazy for having almost practize everyday and his sister was going down the same path as their captain. She was almost obsessed with winning the next game. But he wouldn't let Slytherin win. Which will be a very hard task since Snape refereeing.
"I still don't like the game." Elijah said. She was getting to worked over, over it. James heard him.
"I love the game." He still didn't like Elijah very much for getting Jasmine pregnant but without the Original, mini prongs wouldn't have been here.
They twins had told Ron and Hermione about Snape's sudden interest for Quiddicth.
"Don't play." Hermione said immediately.
"Say you're ill." Ron suggested.
"Pretend to brake your leg." Hermione continued.
"Really brake your leg." Ron said.
"Don't listen to him." Lily scolded as if Harry and Nora could here her from the other side of the screen.
"Yes, indeed. Don't." Finn said.
"I will break his leg." Niklaus also said.
"Yeah, not doing that." Nora said, taking something over from her transfiguration book and write it in her notes. There was no way in the whole wide world she would ever not play in a game.
"There isn't a reserve Seeker. If I back out, Gryffindor can't play at all."
Hedwig came flying in and sat down on Harry's books.
Belle was laying on Nora's lap, curling up against her. From time to time Nora petted her.
Hermione sighed, seeing Ron. "Look at you, playing with your cards. Pathetic. We've got final exams coming up soon."
"I'm ready. Ask me any question."
Harry and Nora shared a funny look.
"Alright, what are the three most crucial ingredients in a Forgetfulness Potion?"
"I forgot." Nora let out a laugh, but quickly stopped seeing Hermione's face.
"And what, may I ask, do you plan to do if this comes up in the final exam?"
"Copy off you." Hermione shook her head.
"No, you won't." Not accepting the idea of him cheating. "Besides, according to Professor McGonagall, we're to be given special quills bewitched with an Anti-Cheating Spell."
Nora and Ron looked at each other offended. "That's insulting!" They both said at the same time.
"They are quite right. Where in the hell if the trust?" Kol said.
"Indeed, they are eleven. Who cheats on a test at that age?" Caroline asked.
"Didn't you look at my paper?" Bonnie asked but was soon shushed by Caroline.
"It's as if they don't trust us!" Ron went on as he laid a card on the table. "Dumbledore again." He said frustrated.
Neville hops in, making all people laugh at him. Nora shot them a glare, making some of them stop, the other ones went on, not noticing her.
"Oh poor Neville." Rebekah, Elena and Lily said at the same time.
"Leg-Locker Curse?" Ron asked.
"Malfoy." Harry said and Ron nodded in agreement.
The boy hopped over to the four. "You have got to start standing up to people, Neville."
"How? I can barely stand at all!"
Seamus stood up, happy. "I'll do the countercurse!"
Neville looked at him, horrified. "No, that's all I need! You to set my bloody kneecaps on fire"
Seamus slammed his wand down at the table. "I don't appreciate the insinuation, Longbottom." Nora and Hermione gave him weird looks, on his out bursting. "Besides, if anyone cared to notice my eyebrows have completely grown back!"
He pointed towards them before standing up and walking away, turning around in the process. One look at his half shaved head and Nora started to laugh. Even Hermione did.
"BAHAAHHA!" Kol and Damon laughed. The others in the room also chuckled.
Harry nudged Ron. "I found him!" He handed the card to Ron and the two girls looked at them in interest.
"Dumbledore is particularly famous for his defeat of the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945." Ron read.
"Go on."
"For the discovery of the twelve uses of dragon blood and his work on alchemy with his partner, Nicholas Flamel."
Three pairs of eyes went wide open. "I knew the name sound familiar. I read it on the train that day."
Hermione packed up her books and said to the three. "Follow me!"
They quickly grabbed their books and ran after her. Nora holding Belle close to her. Naturally after they helped Neville from the Leg-Locker curse.
They walked into the library. Everyone sat down, except for Hermione, who went of to find the book.
"I had you looking in the wrong section. How could I be so stupid?" She slammed the book on the table. "I checked this out weeks ago for a bit of light reading."
"LIGHT?" Kol asked, horrified. "I can't even remember when I picked up a book for the last time. Probably a while ago, don't you think, Nik?" Kol asked his older brother, throwing a glare in his direction.
"Oh get over it." The Hybrid rolled his eyes. How long were they gonna come after him for what he did?
"Even I enjoy reading, but this is not light." Elijah said.
"This is light?" Ron asked.
While Hermione shot him a glare, opening the book as Nora spoke. "Some of us here like to read, Ron."
Elijah felt proud of her. Even though she was spending her time pranking people and playing Quidditch, she still found a way to read and do her homework.
"Of course, here it is." Hermione started reading. "Nicholas Flamel is the only known maker of the Sorcerer's Stone."
"What?" The boys asked in confusion.
Nora rolled her eyes at them. "Honestly, don't you two read?"
"The Sorcerer's Stone is a legendary substance with astonishing powers. It'll transform any metal into pure gold and produce the Elixir of Life, which will make the drinker immortal."
"Immortal?"
"It means you'll never die." Hermione explained.
"I know what it means!" Ron said, offended but Harry shushed him.
"The only Stone currently in existence belongs to Mr. Nicholas Flamel, the noted alchemist who last years celebrated his 665th birthday."
"That is some really old dude." Nora said, and Ron and Harry nodded at her. "Why would anyone wanna be immortal, though?" Nora wondered.
"Wonder what Nora will think of her families old age when you all meet." Damon said, smirking. She hoped the first thing she would say to them was something offending.
"You're not young yourself, now are you, Salvatore?" Kol asked.
"That's what Fluffy's guarding on the 3rd floor. That's what's under the trap door. The Sorcerer's Stone."
The screen changed to the four kids, running down the path to Hagrid's hut, in the dark night. As they stood in front of it, Harry knocked multi pule times until Hagrid opened the door. "Hagrid." Harry said but he was cut off.
"Oh, hello, sorry, don't wish to be rude, but I'm in no fit state to entertain today." He went to close the door again but stopped when the four spoke in union. "We know about the Philosopher's Stone."
And the door opened again. "Oh." He let them in and they sat down on the couches, taking off their cloakes.
"We think Snape's trying to steal it." Nora spoke taking her place next to Hermione.
"Snape?" Hagrid asked. "Blimey, you're not still on about him, are you?"
"Of course they are. He's a slimy git." James said.
"Yeah he really is." Jeremy said, and he though his teachers were bad. Well maybe Tanner was quite as bad as the Potions master. Maybe they could have become best friends if the history teacher hadn't died.
"Hagrid, we know he's after the Stone. We just don't know why." Harry spoke, defending his little sister.
"Snape is one of the teachers protecting the Stone. He's not about to steal it." Hagrid explained.
"What?" Harry asked as Nora started to pet Fangs, who laid his head on her laps.
"You heard. Right. Come on, now, I'm a bit preoccupied today." Hargid made some hand gestures to try and make them leave.
"Wait a minutes. 'One of the teachers'?"
"Of course!" Hermione spoke, nodding her head. "There are other things defending the Stone, aren't there?"
"Spell and enchantments." Nora added, agreeing with Hermione.
"That's right. Waste of bloody time, if you ask me. Ain't no one gonna get past Fluffy. Ain't a soul knows how, except for me and Dumbledore." He realized what he said. "I shouldn't have told you that. I should not have told you that."
"Yeah indeed."
Suddenly something in the boiler started to make a ticking sound, making Hagrid turn around and the others sitting up a bit tighter to see behind him. He took the egg out of the boiler and placed it on the table. And Nora being Nora, quickly jumped of the chair and stood next to Hagrid. The other three joining them.
"I don't have a good feeling about this." Klaus said, looking at the boiler.
"Me neither." Jeremy said.
"Hagrid, what exactly is that?" Harry asked, looking down, worriedly at the egg, which was continue to move.
"That? It's a -" Hagrid stuttered, not really sure to tell them or not.
"I know what that is!" Ron said, eyes big.
"But, Hagrid, how did you get one?" Nora asked, knowing what it was.
"I won it. Off a stranger I met down at the pub. Seemed quite glad to be rid of it, as a matter of fact." Hargid responded.
The egg started breaking, while everyone -except for Hagrid- went further away from it, Nora watched in amazement. If it wasn't for Hermione pulling her away, she would have had a piece of a shell on her face.
A wing appeared out of it. And then a head and the other wing. The egg lay shattered underneath it as the dragon looked at Nora.
"A DRAGON!" Jeremy screamed.
"I want one." Kol said.
"Kol, no." The whole lot of Mikaelson's screamed at him.
"But what if Nora's wants one?" Kol asked, looking at Elijah with a smirk on his face, knowing he wouldn't say no to his daughter.
"I would make sure it's safe before she gets one."
"See I can-"
"No, Kol."
"Is that a dragon?" Hermione asked Hagrid slowly.
"No, it's a unicorn." Nora replied, sarcastically.
"That's not just a dragon. That's a Norwegian Ridgeback. My brother Charlie works with these in Romania." Ron answered, still looking at the creature with amazement. While Harry just looked between Nora and Ron as if they were crazy.
"Isn't he beautiful? Oh, bless him. Look, he knows his mummy. Hello Norbert." Hargid spoke as Norbert walked towards him and Hagrid stroked him under his chin.
"Norbert?" Harry asked, silently laughing at the name.
"Yeah, well, he's gotta have a name, don't he?" Hargid replied, simply.
"Well, I think it really fits him, Hagrid." Nora commented, stroking the back of the dragon, close to it's head as the dragon spewed fire.
Her finger would've been burned if it wasn't for Hermione, slapping her hand away once more. Instead, Hagrid's beard got burned. He put the fire out, quicklywiththegiganticoven mitts hewaswearingonhishands.
"She's gonna be the dead of me." Elijah muttered. They had another Kol.
"He'll have to be trained up a bit, of course." Hargid eyes smalled, when he looked over to the window. "Who's that?"
The four quickly turned their heads just to see a wide-faced Draco before he ran off. "Malfoy."
"Oh, dear."
"This is not good." Bonnie said.
π₯ έ ΛΦ΄ ΰ£ͺββ βΉΛ
"Hagrid always wanted a dragon. He told us so the first time we met him." Harry spoke as he and the other walked back in the castle.
"It's crazy and worse, Malfoy knows." Ron spoke.
"I don't understand. Is that bad?" Hermione asked.
Nora and Ron nodded, staring at McGonagall, who had appeared in front of them. "It's bad." Hermione and Harry turned to look in the same direction, both gasping as they see the professor standing there.
"This is really not good." Jeremy said.
"Good evening." She spoke as Draco appeared behind her, with a smirk on his face.
"I wanna smack that smirk of his face." Klaus said.
"Me too." Lily said. But she hadn't exactly expected Draco to be some sort of angel, he is after all Lucius Malfoy's son.
"Nothing, I repeat, nothing gives the student the right to walk about the school at night. Therefore, as punishment for your actions, 50 points will be taken."
"50?" James yelled horrified.
She hadn't even taken that much points from the Marauders when they had pranked someone again.
"50?" Harry and Nora both half-yelled as the professor spoke.
"MINNIE!"
"Each." Nora saw Draco smiling from the corner of her eyes. "And to ensure it doesn't happen again all five of you will receive detention."
Draco looked confused as he stepped forwards. "Excuse me, professor, perhaps I heard you wrong. I thought you said the five of us."
"No, you heard me correctly, Mr. Malfoy. You see, honorable as your intentions were, you too were out of bed after hours. You will join your classmates in detention."
Draco glared at the four Gryffindors, while they just smiled. Yes, Nora felt bad that she had disappointed McGonagall, but seeing Draco receiving the exact same punishment as them for ratting them out by her, was a gold worth moment.
π₯ έ ΛΦ΄ ΰ£ͺββ βΉΛ
The five of them walked down to Hagrid's hut the next day with Filch. To get to their detention.
"Oh right. This is absolutely reasonable. Punish kids for going outside after curfew so sent them back outside as punishment. Really logical." Rebekah said, worried for the four kids.
"A pity they let the old punishments die. There was a time detention would find you hanging by your thumbs in the dungeons. God, I miss the screaming."
Another person on the list to be killed.
Nora grabbed Hermione's hand out of fear, just imaging her or her friends hanging by their tumbs.
Hagrid made his way out of his cabin. "You'll be serving detention with Hagrid tonight. He's got a little job to do inside the Dark Forest." He turned to Hargid. "A sorry lot, this, Hagrid."
Filch saw Hagrid's sad expression, dried tears on his face. "Oh, good God, man, you're not still on about that bloody dragon, are you?" He asked annoyed.
"Norbert is gone?" Nora asked horrified.
"Dumbledore sent him off to Romania to live in a colony." Hagrid answered sadly.
"Well, that's good, isn't it? He'll be with his own kind." Hermione tried to sheer him up.
"Yeah, but what if he don't like Romania? What if the other dragons are mean to him? He's only a baby, after all."
Filch rolled his eyes at him. "Oh, for God's sake, pull yourself together, man. You're going into the Forest, after all. Got to have your wits about you."
"What a ray off sunshine, isn't he?" Stefan asked.
"The Forest?" Draco asked, eyes fulled with fear. "I tought that was a joke. We can't go in there. Students aren't allowed. And there are" Draco stayed silent for a second as a howl was heard somewhat further from them "werewolves."
"There's more than werewolves in those trees, lad. You can be sure of that. Nighty-night."
"Right, let's go."
The six of them started their path in the forbidden forest towards a place where some silver liquid.
"Um, Hargid what exactly is that?" Harry asked.
"What we're here for. See that?" He showed his fingers more visible with the silver. "That's unicorn blood, that is. I found one dead a few weeks ago. Now," he looked back at the ground. "this one's been hurt bad by something."
Both Nora and Harry saw something moving from the corners of their eyes. Nora quickly looked back to Hagrid.
"So, it's our job to go and find the poor beast. Ron, Hermione, you'll come with me."
"Okay." Ron let out.
"Harry, Nora, you'll go with Malfoy." The Potter twins gave each other a look but agreed none the less.
"NO!"
"He is not seriously letting them alone with Malfoy in a deadly forest."
"Okay, but then I get Fang." Draco Malfoy said.
"Fine. Just so you know, he's a bloody coward." At moment the dog looked up at Nora with tired eyes.
The two 'teams' parted ways and not even two minutes after they did, Malfoy started complaining. Making Nora roll her eyes at him.
"You wait till my father hears about this. This is servant's stuff."
"If I didn't know better, Draco, I'd day you were scared."
"I'm not scared, Potter."
Nora seriously regretted walking in between the two. While Harry thought it was an amazing idea. Malfoy didn't seem to hate Nora as much as him. Maybe not at all.
Nora just kept walking, not wanting to hear them starting to bicker again.
A loud sound from behind them was heard. "Did you hear that?" Draco asked, looking back.
While Harry was looking around him.
"Where's Nora?" Draco asked, not seeing the Potter girl in sight.
Elijah and the other immediately felt the worry settel in. This was not happening.
"I don't know." Harry said, quickly before starting to walk in the direction Nora could have gone in.
After a few minutes they found her. "Nora, don't do that again." Nora spoke as the two boys finally caught up with her walking.
"Oh thank God."
"Sorry, I thought you were following."
Suddenly Fang started growling.
"What is it Fang?" Harry asked, as if the do could actually reply. But the other two were staring white faced forward.
Harry looked to them and then turned around to look at the figure in front of them. Their scars started to hurt, badly. Nora's more then Harry's.
Fang's ran off with Malfoy leaving the Potter's there with the cloaked person coming forwards them.
Harry wanting to go and step backwards, took Nora's hand in his and started to slowly back up, only for his foot to get stuck behind a branch of a tree and make them both fall.
"Oh, Harry." Lily sighed, anxiously.
"They will be fine, Lily-flower."
"I'm not the one who needs convincing. I know they will be alright. They always get themselves out of dangers moment at the end for some reason. We've watched it before, James." Lily then looked over to the Mikaelson's, all sitting at the edge of their seat, watching in worry.
The figure would have gotten to them if it wasn't for the galloping that could be heard. The man took one last glace at them before leaving fast. He got away just in time when something showed up or rather say someone.
"Nora and Harry potter, you must leave. You are know to many creatures here. The Forest is not safe at this time. Especially for you two."
"What was that thing you saved us from?" Harry asked the centaur.
"A monstrous creature. It is a terrible crime to slay a unicorn. Drinking the blood of a unicorn will keep you alive even if you are an inch from death. But at a terrible price. You have slain something so pure that from the moment the blood touches your lips, you will have a half-life. A cursed life."
"But who would choose such a life?" Nora asked.
"Indeed."
"Can you think of no one?" Firenze asked.
"Do you mean to say that thing that killed the poor unicorn, that was drinking its blood for himself, that was Voldemort?"
Firenze came closer to them. "Do you know what is hidden in the school at this very moment, Mr. Potter?" He asked harry.
"The Philosopher's Stone."
The other came back, this time, Ron, Hermione and Hargid with his crossbow included.
"Nora, Harry." Hermione yelled, making their presence known.
"Hello there, Firenze. See you've met our young Potters. You all right there, Harry, Nora?"
"Harry and Nora Potter, this is where I leave you. You're safe now. Good luck." Firenze told them before galloping away as Nora looked towards the now dead unicorn sadly.
"I have a feeling this is barely the start of their dangers 'trips'." Jeremy said.
"You think?" Damon asked, sarcastically.
"At least they're safe now." Elijah siged.
"But for how long, exactly?"
