── every response will be in character, wherever in the story the characters last find themselves before i announce an active q+a session

── important to note i will not be able to take questions unless i specifically make an announcement beforehand saying they are open; such announcements will lay under a considerate time crunch (a.k.a. "q+a sessions")

── q+a sessions will be announced both in the designated COSMIC book, and here as well. same with the answers. i MIGHT change that and make it strictly this book, but that's speculation at this point. i will make an announcement if anything changes/moves
