┊ ➶ ❁۪ ｡˚ Jiusi was born in Hong Kong in the town of Kwun Tong. Jiusi was quite a tomboy in her childhood with a lot of attitude and not much impulse control. To manage their child's loudmouth insolent personality, her parents put her in soccer and dance lessons to see if she could find a healthy way to express her anger and wear off her hyperactivity. Jiusi immediately fell in love with both, she loved the running and yelling of soccer but she also loved the personality and exactitude of dance. Becoming an official member of the Hong Kong Football Club at 14, Jiusi was determined to making a living out of the sport, but her mother had a different idea. Noticing her daughter's blooming beauty behind her tomboy behavior and bad manners, Jiusi's mom, a cosmetics executive, started putting her in her brand's commercials, planning to make her the face of the brand. Jiusi hated modeling, she hated being treated like a doll. She and her mother would fight everyday over it, and their relationship slowly soured. When Jiusi was about 17, she had a meltdown during a modeling shoot. She screamed at all the stylists and directors, knocked over a camera and ran off in a golden metal swimsuit. She has this huge fight with her mom on the street and her mother said: " As long as you live under my roof you have to obey me "
With this, Jiusi walked all the way to her absent father's apartment, a beauty executive who only spent a few weeks in Hong Kong to see her , and begged him to take her to Korea, to live with him for the first time in years. There she became a backup dancer for acts such as Sistar, Hyolyn and Yubin, her connection with kpop eventually landing her a trainee spot at HSS Entertainment

┊ ➶ ❁۪ ｡˚ There is a lot of controversy concerning Jiusi's personality. Even her stans can't really agree on whether if she is a fake maknae hyperactive sweetheart or an chaotic badass thot ready to throw hands with anyone she meets. In reality, Jiusi is just an overheated oven of energy, and that doesn't always manifest in a pleasant contained way . Everything she does she does with 100% intensity . This girl is always hugging, picking up, kissing and offering herself to fight for the honor of her members. She's incredibly loyal and loving person, a natural extrovert happy to play the fool and unrelenting about being herself . Yet , nobody can deny Jiusi has a temper, a strong one. She's prideful and quick to take offense, and just like she is intense in love, Jiu is intense in hate. Fighting Jiusi is kind of like fighting a tsunami. There is honestly nothing that can stop Jiusi once she has decided on doing something, no matter how dumb it is or how many times you try talking her out of it, there is no winning. With that said, Jiusi does not seem to fear death, she is incredibly reckless and impulsive, she often gets scolded by staff for making jokes too dirty and trying to skate on a half pipe with wheelies.

🍵—- Jiusi is known for having veiny hands and arms, she's very muscular. Fans like to joke about her veins turning you gay

🍲—- Jiusi is THE DIMPLE QUEEN OF SODABUBBLEZ and she WILL throw hands with Pinhan if she feels like challenging her about it again.

🥮—- She got an eyebrow piercing when she moved to Korea, but when she joined the survival show the company said she needed to take it out.

🍱 — Jiushi's EYES are like.......breathtaking bruuh.....they're puffy when she's smiling but get this sharp freezing look when she's on stage....shit's breathtaking

🍥-— Jiusi is thought of as one of the most mistreated trainees on the survival show. She was put into the CUTE concept team, which clearly wasn't what she wanted to do. She would often take up a more " girl crush" persona during stages, and even though her performances were immaculate, the judges punished her for it.

🍥—- Jiusi went viral once when she was asked on vlive " What's you motto?" her response being " Burn Towns Get Money " before softly giggling

🍥-—- Jiusi really helps SodaBubblez be better with her fearless spirit, she's always encouraging them, supporting them to try new things and step out of their comfort zone

🍥—- Jiusi is the member who does the most fanservice, although she doesn't like to call it that. She just thinks it's funny to fluster her members and act sexy and weird. Her favorite victims are Hina and BongCha.

🍥-—- Jiusi is so so so protective of her members, especially the babies. If a random man on the street looks at Aoi, ( their maknae) for 0,0001 seconds too long she's on his face like " is there something on her face sir? "

Her solo stans are people who became fans during the survival show and think that being in SodaBubblez is slowing her down, that she should be a soloist with a girl crush concept. Her haters are people who started disliking her because of this " Jiusi is better than SodaBubblez" agenda, and find Jiusi's teasing and talkativeness to be just mean and annoying.

🍥—— Jiusi is one of the shortest members, being towered by most of the maknae line. The members often make fun of Jiusi's willingness to fight due to her size. There is a video where Jiu tries to square up to May, so older girl just lightly leans her hand on Jiusi's forehead to stop her and Jiusi can't walk towards her anymore.

🍥-—- Jiusi is often pegged as the " sexy " member of SodaBubblez, this makes her happy as it means she doesn't have to act cute on stage all the time and can be more herself.

🍥—- Jiusi is the leader of the Throwing Hands All The Time Line, along with Taiwanese members Pinhan and Bo. She isn't as blatant as the other two, who kick in each other in the middle of Idol Radio performances, but there is a lot of vlives where you hear these weird tumbling sounds in the background, and after 10 minutes Jiusi's leg slips into the frame and you can see her and Pinhan wrestling.

🍥 — Jiusi loves to " Love Attack " her members. Pretty much whenever someone says something cute or precious that makes Jiusi love them more, she has to jump on the person and bear hug them while attacking them with kisses. She makes monster noises when she does this and picks the members up.

🍥 —- Once it got out that Jiusi's dad was an executive from a big beauty brand, so many international Co2s left thirsty comments on his LinkedIn. On a Vlive Jiusi did in her house her dad passed by and said " I'm sorry your lovely compliments were deleted from my LinkedIn, but my boss thought it was best "
