┊ ➶ ❁۪ ｡˚ Bo was born in Taichung, Taiwan as the oldest of four in a family of starving artists. Her father was a musician and while very respected he was  severely underpaid, which forced her mother who worked as housewife managing 4 kids, to take a part time job as a waitress . From a young age baby Bo showed a talent with school, earning high grades in English, History and Science. Noticing her family was struggling with money Bo signed herself in an essay competition, even though the competition was for high schoolers and she was a 9 year old, Bo won and took the prize money home. Her family saw this as the answer to all their prayers, especially her mother who was sick of trying to force Bo's brothers to become decent students. Since then Bo's education became the family's priority, while the men in her family were left free to do whatever they wanted and explore their artistic ambitions, Bo and her mother stayed the whole day locked in their house studying for competitions.

But, having your life reduced to studying can have it's perks. When Bo was 13, she earned enough Science Fair money to buy herself a computer, telling her parents it would be for research. Bo, of course did not use it for that and was quickly sucked into 2014's youtube world where she found the kpop group Nu'est. She immediately fell in love with  their music, their message, personality and of course their gorgeous ass faces, especially Baekho's. Bo fell hard into the kpop hellhole, she became the main admin in several taiwanese Nu'est facebook fan pages, started teaching herself korean and subbing Vlives , she studied every aspect of the korean music industry. The passion a young Bo had for studying was translated into kpop, if there was a grading system for how good of a kpop stan you are, Bo would be a Straight A student. As she fell deeper and deeper, in those long nights of lip synching in the dark while waiting for an MV release, Bo started to wonder what it might feel like to actually be an idol. Bo never felt allowed to explore her artistic expression, the thought seemed insane. Bo's kpop obcession didn't intervene with her grades or competition wins so her parents quietly allowed her to go crazy on it, her father just dropping a hurtful comment about it not being 'real music ' once in a while. That was until Bo, as a joke, uploaded a rap cover of JR's rap in Face on his birthday. The video once posted, was submitted by one of Bo's online friends to H&S Entertainment as a prank to make fun of her. By a miracle of Jehovah, somehow H&S saw the video and decided they would like her to go through an online audition process. A very weirded out Bo worked her entire ass off in her tiny living room to submit good audition tapes, and July 7 2018 H&S offered to fly her to Korea and give her a trainee spot. Bo begged her parents to death, assuring them she would still participate in competitions and study while over there. Seeing how happy the whole thing made their daughter, her parents hesitantly let her go.

┊ ➶ ❁۪ ｡˚ JIUSI'S PERSONALITY

┊ ➶ ❁۪ ｡˚ Bo is just so starved for fun!! Spending so much of your childhood and adolescence locked in her room with her face shoved in a book really makes you earn for human connection and some goddamm mothertucking entertainment!! Bo is that friend who is always following the other's around, hyping them up and coming up with reasons to hang out together, she just really wants to have friends and feel like she's not an weirdo with 0 social skills, so she overcompensates. She's always hyper and bubbly, trying to fill every moment of silence to make sure nobody has forgotten her, although this makes her extremely loveable and funny ,  the overlying insecurities that make her act this way are very palpable. Bo's got a creative mind that was repressed for too long, so now she's overflowing with weird art, ever since she got to Korea she's filled a dozen of notebooks with story, song and beat ideas alongside some doodles and character design concepts. She's prone to giving long pointless rants about her ideas to the members and getting scribbling random ideas she got in the middle of the day in her arms and the member's. Her brain doesn't really have a stop sign, when she likes something she learns literally everything there is to know about it, when she's developing an idea she goes as crazy and flashy as she can with it and when she has something to master, be it rapping or Facebook Fanpage administration you can bet your ass Bo will work tirelessly until she's the best.

🍓—- Bo is really pale and flushes very very easily. When she's nervous, when she's embarrassed, angry, startled, happy she's always blushing . That's why her nickname is Little Shrimp

🍿—- Bo is always doodling and writing things on herself. Her hands always have pen ink marks

🍉 —- Bo is very very skinny, fans often worry for and judge her because of it but she's always trying to make sure everyone knows she's eating well and that's just her body type

🍦— Bo is known for her BABY and I mean BABY feet. They literally are the size of a Hot Wheels car it's too cute.

🥞 —- Bo has elf like ears, she's kind of self conscious about them and always covers them in photos

🍘 -— Bo is one of the biggest teasers in the group, unfortunately for her she is also one of the lightest members, May and Jiushi often carry her over their shoulders in retaliation for Bo calling them hags

🍘 —- Bo has one of the closest relationships with the fans, she's known for giving them advice on how to run fanpages and organize streaming and projects. She likes to call them her " bubblies"

She's always going on about crazy stage effects they could have, like May driving into Mama on a Honda Civic with a pair of butter wings attached to her back, this habit made the members create something called the " Gwoktasy". It's an inside joke whenever they are dressed up to say " I'm living my Gwoktasy " . Award show hosts suffer a lot (!!!) with them

  🍘 -—- Bo's best friend in the group is Pinhan. When she saw that " The Girl From The Toothpaste Commercial " was gonna be in the show, she immediately had to be her friend. They get on really wonderfully and as much as they love to fight all the time, both girls are each other's biggest supporters

🍘 —- Bo once saw Baekho on Music Bank and started to have a full body reaction, her entire body got red and she started sweating madly. She was breathing heavily all the way home and it was hilarious

🍘 — Bo sees BongCha as a mother figure. BongCha was really the first person to recognize Bo as an artist and value her ideas. Bongcha gave her so much mentoring and pretty much held her hand throughout all their time in the Girl Crush team

🍘 —- Bo loves to dye her hair!!! During SUGARPOP her hair was pink, orange and black. Since she debuted the staff has been keeping an eye on her for any illegal hair dyeing but she has been able to smuggle in some paint.

🍘 —- Besides helping produce some songs , Bo really wishes she can contribute to SodaBubblez'sconcepts and stage outfits in future!!

🍘 —- Bo has so so so much untapped potential, she just has so many artistic qualities and really just needs to stick with one long enough to become the triple threat she has the potential to become

🍘 —- Bo often gets herself in trouble because she never thinks before doing stuff!! She just runs with it whatever it is, unnie line has to constantly make sure she hasn't gotten lost or got into a negotiating fight with a street vendor

🍘 —- Bo's parents don't really believe that Bo's idol career is serious, they think it's a phase and whenever someone asks where is their daughter they say she's studying abroad and will come back soon
