𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐵𝒰𝐵𝐵𝐿𝐸𝒵 is an 8 member group under Chungnam Creative. The group was formed as an initiative from the members of the disbanded group SUGARPOP, after the survival show the 8 members were a part of, revealed in a last minute twist that instead of the previously announced 8 , only 4 girls would be able to debut in the final group SUGARPOP. This change is rumored to have only happened because 
" too many " foreigners would debut if the 8 member lineup was kept.

Outraged by the injustice comitted against their peers, the 4 winners decided to leave their company H&S Entertainment and try to debut together with their friends as an 8 member group. Luckily the girls managed to leave their company through a joint mistreatment lawsuit and quickly find another label, having their debut set for 2019 under Chungnam Creative.

The girls incredible closeness and extreme crackhead behavior made them one of the most anticipated debuts of the year, and ever since then, SODABUBBLEZ have went on to stablish themselves in the industry, climbing to the top alongside groups like ITZY and G-IDLE.

Their unique concept dubbed " beachy candy " revitalized interest in cute concepts among the kpop consuming public and SODABUBBLEZ is often credited for inspiring a certain
" Cute Concept Renaissance " among 4th gen idol groups. Despite their many achievements throughout the years, SODABUBBLEZ still have their success cheapened by many, with some people saying they had an unfair headstart from having a very public media scandal surrounding their debut and others downplaying their impact due them not being a Big 3 girl group
