𝐓𝐡𝐞 night Rhaenyra Targaryen gave birth was a chaotic one to say the least. Her screams filled the castle, like a banshee rattling the windows and doors, but that was not what worried and frightened most during that dreadfully long and painful night. The night Rhaenyra gave birth to her eldest and only daughter the sky dawned a deep blood red from the passing red comet.

Everybody knew the symbolism and warning of a red comet and the rumours of said comet and what it warned spread through kings landing like wildfire, it even reached the red keep and the king himself but Viserys denied anything said about his soon to be born granddaughter and the talk of it in the red keep was kept to discreet whispers.

While most, most referring to princess Rhaenyra and her supporters, believed the comet was a sign of victory and vengeance in the child's future but others, others referring to the queen Alicent and her green council, claimed the comet was a warning of war and bloodshed that would be caused by Rhaenyra's daughter.Alicent and those who supported her son as heir spread this rumour around hoping it would weaken Rhaenyra claim to the throne but the princess was unbothered by it and out of spite named her daughter after one of the greatest warrior queens in Targaryen history, Visenya Targaryen.

Those who viewed Visenya Velaryon from afar would assume the rumours of the girls birth was right and that she would bring war and blood with her bold and agressive behaviour but those who truly knew the girl would never believe she would hurt her fly unless in an act of vengeance or self defence. For example, even if the girl was unhappy with her mothers choice to remarry a man she most despised, Dameon Targaryen, not even a year after the passing of her father, Laenor Velaryon, she accepted it and was at peace with the decision of them having children together as long as her mother was happy.

However, if something was to take away her family's happiness or harm them in anyway the rumours of the war and bloodshed might just become true after all and the blood queen shall emerge.

"The red comet..."Visenya murmured to herself as she ran her hand over the lettering of the book she sat on the beach reading.

One of Visenya's favourite places to find peace was the beach of dragon-stone, even if she was forced to be followed by at least two guards. She enjoyed the refreshing wind washing away all noise both in and outside her mind as she watched the ocean waves, that were almost the same shade as her eyes with there slight purple tone that swirled in the blue and enchanted those to drown in them like a siren.

"Visenya!"She heard Jaehaerys yell her name over the wind as loud as he could.

She turned around standing up from where she sat on the beach shore, walking towards her brother since she could barely hear his voice over the wind.

Although younger Jaeherys was clearly taller than Visenya and obviously stronger as even his baggy clothes outlined and showed off his muscular arms and toned chest. He was the only one of his siblings with curly hair giving him, as much as Visenya hated to admit it, the look of the late Ser Harwin Strong. She didn't want to believe the rumours but her brothers looks were making them very hard to deny.

"What is it?"Visenya asked closing the book and tucking it under her arm as she approached her brother, having to look up at him as he towered over her.

"Mother says we are to visit kings landing shortly"Jaehaerys lips turned into a thin like already preparing for his sisters reaction.

As if she didn't already hate spending time around the members of the green council and others enough since the fight between the children which resulted in Aemond loosing an eye Visenya hated visiting kings landing even more for some unbeknownst reason.

Visenya groaned and threw her head back in annoyance as she brushed past Jaehaerys, who turned around to walk besides her."What is her reasoning for this visit?"She sighed rubbing her forehead.

"Ser Vaemond is making a petition of his right to be lord of the tides instead of me"Jaehaerys mumbled his head hanging in shame, he knew deep down it was not truly his birthright.

Visenya came to a sudden stop in her tracks looking to Jaehaerys with her mouth agape in shock and offence, shock that he seemed ashamed of himself and offence that Vaemond had the audacity to question and embarrass her brother like that.

"Ja-...are you serious?"Visenya stepped in-front of her brother placing a hand on his arm when he refused to meet her eyes and stayed staring at the floor.

"Vi, it is not a big offence, you and I both know we're not the children of Ser Laenor...atleast we don't look it..."Jaehaerys trailed off glancing between his feet and his sisters wide eyes.

"Blood does not equal family Jay-..."Visenya was cut off.

"But it does equal birthrights and the lord of the tides is not mine"Jaehaerys whispered to avoid the guards stood only a few feet away from over hearing.

Visenya had used those exact same words many times when Jaehaerys would doubt who is father was or feel he was not capable of being heir to driftmark. She toke after there mother in the sense of her 'comforting' talks repeating the same quotes over and over like she was determined on hammering them into your head but eventually Jaehaerys began to tune her out.

Visenya bit her bottom lip having been caught at a loss for words, she gently rubbed her thumb in a sympathetic manner where her hand was planted on Jaehaerys arm before linking her arm into his and continuing there walk inside, staying in complete silence as they did so.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 carriage ride to kings landing was not a particularly long one but with how Visenya was dreading there arrival it definitely felt like one.She knew the second she arrived all eyes would be on her and her brothers, immensely judging and watching there every move, waiting for them to mess up and cause a scandal so that they can create more cruel rumours about them.

She knew that when they left kings landing the supports of the greens grew largely and that likely every gaurd in the red keep was in support of Alicent and Otto and there claim to have Aegon on the throne. But Visenya was not nervous to return to the red keep because of the actual reason that they were visiting, the reason her leg bounced and she bit at the skin of her lip the entire carriage ride was because of the person who threatened her place on the throne in the first place, except her anxious await of seeing Aegon was nothing to do with the throne at all.

Visenya didn't waist anytime in heading to one of her favourite spots in the red keep the second they stepped out of the carriage. She sat on a bench in the courtyard which a beautiful, autumn coloured, tree stud. The same tree she used to read to her brothers under many moons ago.She leaned her head back on the bench watching the few white clouds as they grazed over the crystal blue sky in silence until she felt the presence of another sit besides her.

"I've been searching for you since I got word of your return"Heleana spoke from besides her, although her voice a-lot deeper from when they where younger it still possessed the soft and comforting enchantment of a dreamers riddles, although Visenya rarely heard her riddles know days as Healena grew comfortable to speak normally with the girl."Couldn't image you'd be anywhere else but here, hiding of course"

Visenya lifted her head back up to look properly at the girl and so that there eyes were on the same level.

"Well usually when one hides they do not wish to be found"Visenya titled her head at Heleana."But I suppose you are not the worst person to be found by"

Heleana nodded making an "ahh" sound in understanding."I suppose you have yet to run into Aegon"

"Believe me, I'd be in an even sower mood if I already had"Visenya scoffed as she placed her hands between her lap.

"He seems to have that effect on people"Heleana looked at her, seeming deadly serious with her show of sympathy as she placed her overs over Visenya's, until the two couldn't hold the it in any longer and they broke out into a laughter.

"How did your tour go?"Heleana asked still laughing slightly as she patted Visenyas leg.

"I think I lost my mind from the boredom of sitting idle all day"Visenya sighed in exhaustion just at the memory of her tour for suitors.

Visenya had been forced on a three month tour for suitors by Daemon but she turned down every respectable man who put himself forward even if it angered Daemon, that just made it all the more fun for her.She knew everyone who asked for her hand, high ranked and powerful or not, where only interested in her because she had Valyrian blood which they wanted for the children that she would be forced to birth and care to.She also knew that if she were to marry, when she inherited the iron throne she wouldn't be the one ruling, her husband would.

When Visenya returned from her tour she gave her mother and Daemon those exact reasons as to why she hadn't accepted a single man but a twisted feeling in her gut told her that most of those words were a lie, and the seething glare Daemon gave her told her he saw right through her tale.In reality, Visenya had sat upon a stone throne rejecting lord after lord, prince after prince, not even bothering to give them a chance as she silently wished somebody else would walk through the doors and kneel before her, asking for her hand. She hated to admit it but as the tour went on she could no longer deny how badly she desired for a certain blonde prince to show up out of the blue and present himself as a one of her suitors.Obviously that would only ever stay as one of her wild fantasies.

"Oh How terrible it must be to have line of men fawning over you and wishing to make you there wife"Heleana sarcastically complained rolling her eyes.
"It is a miracle that any girl in this realm to have two suitors asking for her, never mind over thirty men from different realms, you should be grateful"She shot Visenya back a stern, disappointed-mother like, look which she had definitely mastered after having two children.

"They only want my blood and name for their children, not to mention my throne"Visenya murmured nervously fidgeting with the hem of her dress sleeves.

"I think it's rather romantic"Heleana whispered faking a sweet smile as she shifted closer to Visneya.

Visenya scoffed a laugh turning her head away for a brief moment."How romantic it must be to locked in a castle and made to squeeze out children"

When Healena didn't respond and instead dropped her head to stare at the floor, her lip subtly quivering, Visenya immediately regretted her choice of words. She reached out and placed her hand over Heleana's, feeling the guilt of her words on her shoulders.

"Sorry"Visenya spoke barely above a whisper as she grasped at Heleana closed fist, which Visenya toke as forgiveness when she unclenched and allowed there fingers to intertwine."I do hope Aemond treats you well"

"Even if you despise him?"Heleana looked up at her a small grin having returned to her face.

"Even if I despise him"Visenya repeated with a soft laugh as she nodded.

Heleana opened her mouth as if to say something but no words had a chance to leave as another voice spoke from behind them.

"I do hope that's Aemond your speaking off"Visenya didn't even need to turn around to know it was Aegon who stud behind the two.

Heleana stud up from where she sat ignoring the desperate look Visneya sent her silently begging for her not to leave her alone with Aegon but Heleana simply grinned at her knowingly.

"Unfortunately not every conversation revolves around you, Aegon"Visenya sighed standing up, taking a step closer to Healena only for her to begin walking away.

"It's time I go check on the children"Healena quietly whispered with a small mischievous smile resting on her rosey lips as she brushed past her brother.

Aegon slowly craned his head to watch his sister leave before turning back around and stepping closer to Visenya, purposefully close enough so that he towered over her, with his hands behind his back and a smug smirk while the rest of his face hung tiredly.

"What do you want?"Visenya muttered her tongue making a clicking noise of the top of her mouth as she spoke.

Aegon stud with his mouth open for a moment as if he hesitated his words, you, is what he wanted to say but of course he didn't."I'm not here about what I want but rather what you need"Aegon lowered his voice to a whisper, even if no one was in ear shot, nodding to Visenya.

A grin flickered across Visenya's face as she raised in an eyebrow in curiosity."And what do you presume I need?"Visenya mimicked his whispering tone back titling her chin up and snaking her eyes at Aegon, failing miserably at hiding the grin that tugged at the corner of her lips.

Aegon clicked his tongue of the top his mouth and licked his lips as he looked around him to double check no one was watching them, the few guards that were turned away when met with the princes cold pale eyes.Visenya furrowed her eyebrows in confusion as she watched him, when she glanced down at his hand and caught glimpse of a golden edged scroll that he gripped tightly.

"What is that?"She asked causing Aegon to snap his head back in her direction.

"This..."Aegon brought the scroll from behind his back waving it in the air before he leaned in so his lips where right beside Visenyas ear, causing her body to freeze and goosebumps to spread across her arms, thankfully her dress had long sleeves.

Visenya didn't look down at her hands as Aegon brought his from behind his back and handed her the scroll, she stared straight ahead with her lips slightly parted as she tried to focus her gaze on anything but him.She eventually looked down at her hand to see the scroll placed in them, Aegons hands still lingering over hers.

"...-is something you should only open once your alone in your chambers"Aegons whisper sent a shiver down Visenya's spine, despite having a cold touch Visenya felt her as if entire body was on fire whenever she even slightly brushed past Aegon.

She could practically feel the grin on Aegons lip against her ear as he leaned away from her, clearly aware of the effect he had on her, so much for keeping her guard up.Visenya quickly fixed her expression back to her overconfident and curios grin when they came face to face again, even if Aegon was sure of the power he had over her she would never purposely show it or admit it, not out loud at least.

"And what makes you think I will listen to you?"Visenya cleared her throat and intertlaced her hands together behind her back.

Aegon lifted an eyebrow as if to question if Visenya was serious with her words, opening his mouth to speak but his words seeming to be delayed for a moment."You will"He nodded beginning to walk away
"You will"He repeated before finally turning his back to Visenya and exiting the courtyard.

Visenya stud frozen in place for a moment, she bit her cheek and closed her eyes for a brief moment in an attempt to fight back the cheesy smile that was trying to fight it's way onto her face. She would, goddamn it she would.

𝐔𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 for Visenya her mother hunted her down not long after she escaped to the courtyard and practically dragged her by the ear to her grandfathers, Viserys, chambers. She didn't really love the man as she did the rest for her family but she didn't exactly hate him either, he felt more like a stranger than anything else to her.

"What is the point of me visiting him?"Visenya whispered as her mother dragged her through the great doors of the kings chambers by her arm, which she had tightly linked in hers to make sure the girl didn't squirm away.

"Because he is your grandfather"Rhaenyra hissed shooting a lethal glare at her daughter but if of course didn't scare or scold Visenya in the way she had hoped, she gave her brothers the exact same look therefore was unbothered.

"Grandfather, more like decaying mummy"Visenya scoffed under her breath as Rhaenyra pulled her around the cluttered and dusty room before wafting her way through the thin white curtains which split the chamber into two.

Rhaenyra forced Visenya to come to a stop at the edge of Viserys bed, where he lay half alive, planting her daughters feet into the ground and tightening her grip on her arm when she noticed her trying to back up and possibly escape.

"Do we just stand here and wait for him to stop b-..."Visenya was cut off by the feeling of a sharp pinch on the skin of her hip."Ow!"

"Father..."Rhaenyra whispered slowly approaching the man as he groaned and mumbled to himself.

Visenya practically dragged her feet as she was forced to walk closer to Viserys, almost being sick when she saw the horror of his injured face.An empty eye socket, a hole in the side of his cheek with left over skin that looked like string desperately trying to keep his face in one piece.Visenya didn't even want to think about what horror lay further down his body.

"I have brought your granddaughter here to see you, she will be heir after me"Rhaenyra smiled warmly at her father rubbing up and down Visenya's arm, as if she wasn't almost cutting of its blood circulation while trying keep her daughter in the room.

Visenya huffed at the mention of her being the heir to the iron throne, she became exhausted and stressed just at the thought ruling.Viserys sighed a breath of realisation as he turned his head to Visenya and Rhaenyra.A small smile tugging at the corner of his white and dry lips as he seemed to admired the two.

"I shall leave you alone"Rhaenyra whispered in Visenya's ear finally unliking there arms much to Visenya's dismay.

"Wait don't-..."Visenya didn't have time to protest as her mother left as quickly as she finished her sentence.

Visenya awkwardly sat down on the edge of Viserys bed with a sigh off defeat, she usually would just slip out the room but she knew her mother far to well, she knew the woman would stand outside and make sure Visenya stayed in her grandfathers company for as long as she wanted.Visenya knew because she would use the exact same tactic on her brothers when they were younger and to afraid to be alone with there dragons, not understanding that quality time alone with them would grow there bond even stronger.

She pursed her lips as she waited and sat in the awkward air of the chambers, hopping and begging that night would soon arrive and she could escape to somewhere, or someone, else.

Visenya couldn't help but feel awfully guilty and neglecting towards her grandfather as she sat on his bed in silence, even if he had ignored her most of her life. She frowned tilting her head to inspect the man and his face even if she found it rather disturbing to look at for too long.

"You must've done something terribly bad to deserve such karma"She mumbled to herself as she stud up to snoop through what was placed on his cluttered bedside table.

She found books, old paper and cups pilled up and collecting dust as if they had been sat there for decades, much like Viserys. She looked to the old man, who was deteriorating before her very eyes, a slight shine of sympathy lying beneath her cold ocean coloured eyes, which quickly faded when he breathed his next words.

Viserys had reached out his hand to Visenya as he toke a sharp breath, she was excepting him to speak to her, to call her name or ask her to fetch him something but he did the exact opposite."Rhaenyra...my...my only child"Visneya quickly stepped back from the man before he could even graze her arm with his wrinkled hand, any sympathy and love in her eyes having turned to disgust and anger.

The call of her mothers name and not her own stung Visenya like a bee, like someone had toke a sharp dagger to her heart and dug it right where it was most delicate. She gulped back any tears that dared to try reach the surface of her eyes, crossing her arms over her chest as if she was attempting to keep herself warm but in reality she was trying to hug and comfort herself. No one would understand her in that moment, her feelings probably seeming dramatic to most, paranoia filled her head and told her that if she dared to speak to anyone of it she would be mocked and accused of being an attention whore, a word she'd heard many green supporters use to describe her and her mother many times before.

Viserys mumbled under his breath but Visenya did not care to listen, she uncrossed her arms and quickly whipped around storming out the chambers.

𝐇𝐞𝐫 angry stomps echoed in the halls as she walked incredibly fast through them, as if she was making it her life's mission to get to her chambers before the sun disappeared behind the castle walls. She gripped at the sides of her dress so tightly her knuckles turned white, avoiding any comment from the concerned guards that stud at her door and barging into her chambers.

Visenya immediately threw herself onto her bed covering her hands with her face as a single tear slipped from her eye, which she quickly wiped away with a grunt of frustration.Crying was her worst enemy, she was sure of it.She lay staring up at the beige plain ceiling of her chambers for a good stretch of time, staring blankly as if she was contemplating her entire life...which she was.

No matter what she did Visenya was and always would be 'Rhaenyras daughter' and if she was not that she was nothing but a weak bastard born girl. She sighed, not in frustration or exhaustion, she just sighed, like she was letting the day fade away and roll of her back to be forgotten and locked away somewhere deep in her mind.

Visenya propped herself up on her elbows once having calmed and collected her thoughts, her eyes scanning over the chambers she hadn't entered in six years and finally taking the time to notice that nothing had significantly changed.Everything was in the exact same place she left it, even a golden hairbrush she'd left on her beside table that now had its shaped outlined in dust from being stuck there for so long.

Visenya wandered around the room tracing her hand along the golden rim of her mirror and it's curved edges to the old decaying wallpaper, that had changed colour from the amount of dust left uncleaned, until her eyes landed on something she was positive had never been in her bed chambers before until that very moment. She cautiously approached a brown leather bag which sat in one of her chairs, looming over it to see a small note stuck to its side.

Open the scroll.Visenya eyes widened in realisation and the cheesy grin she had fought so hard to hide earlier spread itself onto her face. She pulled the scroll out her pocket and began to unravel it eagerly, like a small child opening a present on their birthday. She had to step closer to the balcony doors to use the moonlight as a lamp to read the scroll and when she finally made sense of its contents her grin grew even more, if that was even possible. It was a map, not of the castle but it's secret passage ways. She could tell Aegon had marked out the passage for her to take based on the messy and smudged ink that didn't look nearly as faded as the original drawing of the map.Visenya cringed slightly at the thought of an Ancient, clearly rare map being ruined by Aegons, she had to admit, scruffy hand writing.

Visenya turned her attention back to the brown bag, placing the scroll down on the table and pulling the string to reveal its contents. It was a disguise, an outfit not even a maid would wear or any girl for that matter. The bag only contained three items, a pair of grey pants, a baggy white undershirt and a hat.Visenya's face screwed in confusion and disgust, it was not exactly an outfit she would ever choose but it clearly served a purpose to whatever Aegon had planned so with a sigh and a lot of curses being mumbled under her breath, mostly lecturing herself and degrading the outfit, she toke of her dress and replaced it with the clothes supplied from the bag.

She almost threw the scroll across the room trying to figure out it's instructions and how to even open the secret passages but when she did Visenya was met with a gust of wind brushing her hair behind her back, giving her a clear indicator that the tunnel lead somewhere outside the castle walls. She toke a step into the dark, narrow tunnel glancing back into her room a few times as she hesitated on staying and just going to bed but something in her gut told her to keep going, so she did.

Something drove her down the tunnel, curiosity she assumed was what nagged her to keep walking but the twisting in her stomach that seemed to tighten the further she went told her otherwise.Visenya cursed at herself as she toke a deep breath and turned the last corner of the ever twisting tunnel. To no surprise Aegon was leaning against the wall and wearing a disguise of his one, except he had a cloak with a hood instead of a hat, smirking at her.

"Toke your time"Aegon titled his head against the wall he leaned on and crossed his arms, his mischievous smirk turning into a more proud grin as he looked Visenya up and down.

"Well your smudged map wasn't exactly helpful"Visenya sarcastically smiled, holding a slight grudge against Aegon for the horrendous outfit he'd picked out for her.

"Well I think it suits you"Aegon replied like he'd just read Visenya's mind, or her face which told him all he needed to know about her feelings towards his chosen clothing.

Visenya stared at him blankly turning her lips into a thin line as if to say 'are you serious?' silently, clearly unimpressed with what Aegon saw as humour.

"Ok, ok"Aegon chuckled pushing himself of the wall and unfolding his arms."But I promise it will be worth it"He nodded taking Visenya's delicate hand in his own and leading her out the end of the tunnel and down the small set of stairs, which led out the back of the castle.

"Where are we going?"Visenya whispered, laughing nervously as she spun her head back and forth between Aegon and the back wall of the red keep.

Aegon only briefly glanced back at Visenya as he spoke."You'll see"

𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 felt she was under some sort of hex.

When Aegon had led her out the castle walls and into the town of kings landing shed excepted them to just innocently walk around for a while, see what life and culture was like outside the walls of the red keep but she clearly mis read the situation and his plans.

The street of silk, something Visenya was very much in awe her of but had been brave enough or able to explore herself. She heard the rumours and wild story's being whispered between guards and servants in the red keep causing her to think off some rather unholy scenarios but it was even more than she had imagined.

There were people everywhere, thankfully Aegon kept tight hold of her hand the entire time, some where simply just strolling, some harassing passer buyers to buy whatever they were selling and others where doing the exact unholy things Visenya imagined, completely unfazed that they were in view of everyone who passed.

"That's something you don't see everyday"Visneya mumbled to herself, loud enough for Aegon to hear, as her gaze lingered on a couple, pleasuring themselves at the edge of an alleyway, for longer that she'd like to admit.

Aegon pulled Visenya in front of him and moved his hand from her own to her shoulders, so he could guide her through the crowded streets while keeping her in his sight.Every time someone bumped into or interacted with Visneya and failed to recognise her or referred to her as boy she would turn around and look up at Aegon her mouth open in shock, smiling like an excited little girl.

"Turn around, you'll trip if you don't watch where your going"Aegon chuckled at the shocked yet proud expression on her face after a man had told Visenya to "watch yourself boy!".

"Oh, turn around he said" Visenya mocked Aegon deepening her voice but she still obeyed and turned back around."I didn't think you would want to do such a thing in the middle of the street"She snickered to which Aegon rolled his eyes, although unable to stop himself from grinning at her joke.

They eventually came to a stop in a much less crowded area of the streets in front of a cheap, small wooden stage which was holding a play.A play Visneya found quite funny and entertaining. There were three actors on stage in total, all re-enacting the fight which caused Aemond to loose his eye.Obviously it was not the true story as Alicent told everyone a fake story and made it out to be an accident.

Aegon stayed stud behind Visenya, his arms wrapped around her shoulders which he also rested his chin on, unimpressed with the play as he grimaced at it.Visenya noticed his dislike towards it and turning her head slightly in his direction."I think it's rather accurate don't you?"She sarcastically joked with a grin, glancing at Aegon out the corner of her eye.

Aegon frowned, humming as he shrugged."Perhaps if they added the part of what me and you were up to during this 'accident' I'd find it a lot more worth watching"He tilted his head to whisper in Visenya's ear.

Visneya scoffed a laugh and rolled her eyes as she shrugged Aegons arms of her shoulders and pushed her way back through the crowd that had formed around the stage, Aegon quickly and closely following behind her.

They wandered the streets of silk for a little while longer, surprisingly managing to avoid any trouble or being recognised until Visenya stopped dead in her tracks to taste some a food, unaware the man whom she'd toke them off was excepting money in return.

"Your aware you need to pay for food here?"Aegon spoke up from where he had stopped a foot away.

Visenya looked to him with a blank expression and her cheeks still full with the food, looking back to the man who was almost growling as his angry glare gloomed over the princess rather menacingly. She cleared her throat, averting her gaze to floor and harshly swallowing the rest of the food, before taking of running down the rather empty and darker street.

The man went to run after her but Aegon quickly intervened by holding his arm out in front of him."Ill catch them"He nodded, attempting to put a fake much deeper voice before casually strolling in the direction Visenya had disappeared. He didn't feel the need to run or rush after her as he knew she wouldn't be able to go far in a place she had no direction off.

𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 kept running straight, to frightened to split off down a dark alleyway even if it gave her more chance to loose who ever was chasing her.She eventually came to a stop, leaning her hands on her knees as her chest heaved up and down and she tried to catch her breath.

As she turned her head towards the alleyway which she had stopped in front of the dim flicker of a what looked like fire to her eyes.Visenya slowly stud up straight and toke a step into the alleyway, tilting her head and squinting her eyes as she tried to depict the flicker of light but before she could fully grasp what it was an arm wrapped around her waist and she was pulled into a narrow, cut off section of the alleyway that contained no light and was nothing but a dead end.

Visenya, naturally, screamed but it was quickly muffled by the hand of whoever had grabbed her being slapped over her mouth. It was then Visenya realised it was Aegon who had ahold of her.He eventually pulled his hand away and held his finger to his lips signalling for Visenya to stay quiet.

"As much as I'd love to say I made you scream, I'd rather you not make people think I'm kidnapping you and draw the wrong kind of attention to us"Aegon whispered his voice low and husky in Visenya's ear as both his hands held hips.

"Oh shut up"Visenya rolled her eyes hitting Aegon on the chest to which he chuckled.

Aegon fell silent for a long moment tilting his head as he examined Visenya's face and features. He couldn't admire her completely as half of her face was hidden by the shadows but the other was illuminated by the moonlight, which reflected in her eyes and made her skin appear as pale and shiny as snow, and he enjoyed that all the more the same.

"What?"Visenya nervously laughed as she noticed the small smile that had subconsciously made its way onto Aegons face.

Aegon frowned shaking his head."Nothing"He pushed him hands off the wall, grabbing Visenya's to drag her along and out the alleyway with him.

"Enjoyed that did you?"Aegon asked after a few moments of silence, grinning as Visenya already became lost in her own world once more as they reached the end of the silent, dead, street and she spotted a group of men singing and dancing, clearly having had one too many glasses of ale.

"Who knows when I'll next taste freedom"Visenya sighed, smiling and snickering under her breath like a little girl as Aegon chuckled and shook his head.

"Where are we?"Visenya kept her voice to a low whisper, her head constantly whipping back and forth as Aegon led her through a dimly light hall.

Visenya was quickly beginning to regret her decision in venturing the streets of silk as she now entered a dirty, abounded looking, building with a man or practically naked women in the shadows of every corner she turned. She adjusted her hat, making sure it was still covering her silver threads of hair, as Visenya grew uncomfortable under the lingering stare of passing men.Visenya felt Aegons hand let go of her own as they walked past a crowd of people watching naked women dance together, but her eyes were fixed on the sight Visenya did not notice where she was following Aegon too until he pulled her hat off her head and she whipped her head around in a panic.

The words where exchanged between them as Aegon simply held his hand out for Visneya to again take, which she quickly did, as he continued to walk away from the obscure scene to a much darker room.

Aegons hand in her own was only the form of comfort Visenya had while walking through the curtains into the, practically pitch black, room surrounded by couples, or even groups, of people indulging in forbidden and illicit activities, actives, Visenya couldn't lie, perked her interest and grasped her attention.

Visenya felt as if the room could go on for eternity as she awkwardly pushed herself in between naked, sweat body's until Aegon finally stopped walking and turned to face her, keeping his hand firmly intertwined with hers as he held her close.

"Look at me"Aegon whispered, just loud enough for Visenya to hear, as he leaned his forehead on the side of her head and spoke directly into her ear, sending a sudden chill down Visenya's spine and fixing her eyes back on him.

He lifted his hand up to cup Visenya's cheek. He scanned over her face for a minute longer, his eyes falling from Visenya eyes to her lips and once his gazed fixed on them everything in his mind seemed to turn to mush and his desires toke over. For Visenya, everything and anyone around them seemed to disappear as she gazed intensely into his eyes, her breath already seeming to have left her lungs when Aegons thumb brushed over bottom lip.

Aegon leaned down and fixed Visenya's lips with his own into a deep passionate kiss.Visenya smiled against his lips, having waited for him to do just that the entire night.Aegon toke a step forward pressing Visenya against the wall even more as he shuffled one of his legs between hers and then moving his hands back down to her hips. Her hands staying trapped against his chest.

Visenya couldn't stop herself from smiling no matter how passionately she kissed back, the feeling in her stomach tightened even more and her head was completely fogged with desire. All she could think about was the taste of Aegons lips on hers and the warm tingling feeling that followed and spread throughout her body. She moved her hand up his chest just enough to grab the collar of his shirt and pull him even further into her.

Through all the years she spent at Dragonstone Visenya explored the feeling of pleasure with various young knights and guards but no one fuelled her fire pit of of desire like Aegon was doing in that moment. No one lingered in her mind like he did and made her body squirm and tingle for more.Visenya almost stumbled backwards and fell over when Aegon began to walk her backwards while still deeply kissing her, snapping her out of her thoughts.Visenya desperately clung to the material and collar of his shirt to keep herself standing until her back hit a wall and all her senses seemed to obliterate.

She moved her hands to hold his face, her thumbs stroking the edge of his jawline, causing Aegon to shiver under the soft caresses of her skin.Visenya giggled, like a little girl, rather proud Aegon had reacted like that under her touch. The noise of her laughter became lost between there lips but Aegon heard and mumbled a "shut up" as he pulled away from the kiss, a lazy, proud smirk growing on his face when he saw how red and swollen he'd left Visenya's normally pale pink lips.

Aegons grin suddenly faded as alarm bells began to go off in his head.Visenya screwed her voice into confusion, the ghost of a grin still present on her face as she moves her hand to the back of Aegon's neck, trying to pull his face back to hers but he was froze, with a blank and unreadable expression on his face.He turned his lips into a thin line, inhaling intensely as he attempted to talk himself out of it in his head, the words 'don't do it' and 'you don't deserve her' repeating in his head like a stuck record until another word jumped in, fuck it.

Aegon fused his lips against Visenya's in another slow burning kiss, biting her bottom lip gently as he pulled away causing Visenya to grow a little weak in the knees as the single kiss consumed her entire being. She almost whined when he pulled away again not wanting it to end, she was addicted, she was addicted to the taste and hunger she felt when Aegons lips was latched with her own, she was addicted to the shivers and goosebumps that ran through her body every time his skin touched her.Visenya was addicted to the point that when Aegon pulled away for more than a few seconds she was almost tempted to beg and plead for more. She was in far to deep and she knew how it would end but she could not complain. She got herself in this mess, a passionate addicting mess but still a mess.Visenya knew how it would result it nothing but disaster but she did not what to think about that in that moment or for the next few moments to come, all she wanted to think about was the swirling and satisfying feeling in her chest and lower stomach.

Visenyas breath hitched when Aegons grasp on her hips forced her to turn her back to him, his chest pressed against her back as she faced the wall, and his lips moved to her jawline, beginning to softly kiss and bite down her neck. Her eyes widened in surprise but she did not stop him, instead she moved her to hold the wall, desperately trying to keep her legs from collapsing beneath her.Aegon smirked against her neck as her heard her breath grow more heavy and shaky, beginning to kiss Visenya's neck more hungrily as he slid his hands underneath her shirt, caressing around her stomach and hips.Visenya let out a shaky breath tilting her head to allow Aegon more access to her neck as she closed her eyes and enjoyed the feeling of his cold lips and hands on her warm skin.

Visenya knew when the sun rose she'd probably regret this, cursing and lecturing at her self for days on end, just like she had when they first kissed, but for once in her life she didn't want to worry or think about the future and instead enjoy the current love and pleasure she was receiving. All the young knights and guards she'd seduced while at Dragonstone wanted nothing but pleasure for themselves. They did not care for how she enjoyed it or how they treated her, they simply wanted to be able to say they'd laid with a princess but Aegon, of course being a prince himself, did not care about that.

Visenya felt wanted and needed by Aegon just from a single kiss or act of affection, he fulfilled the craving she had to be loved and touched even if it what just psychically and had no true feelings or strings attached.Even if there was any true feelings they couldn't be together but thankfully there wasn't and Visenya planned on keeping it that way.Feelings only hurt people and caused chaos, Visenya knew that far to well and whatever feelings she had towards Aegon she knew she would have to push down and ignore them even if it choked and killed her to do it.

No I did not unpublish this chapter and make the changes I did to that last scene with intentions to "romanticise" the idea of a brothel, ok, it's a f*cked thing but it's relevant to the plot and will make more sense in the later chapters (chapter 7 hints as to why Aegon took her there, and hesitated to do so, but it will make more sense in chapter 8/9 as the plot twist is revealed/explained more)

Visenya 🤝 Aegon = being the oldest siblings that are shorter than the second child

This entire chapter is Vi just hating on Viserys and walking Aegon like a dog and I love it.This is defo my fav chapter to write so far.

Also I had to change Healena being married to Aegon cause I just couldn't bring myself to write a "cheating" trope especially since they had kids together in the show so I changed it to Aemond🥲

I didn't really know what to say near the end of the chapter so ignore that nonsense, I wrote half this chapter at like 2am and the words just slowly began to make zero sense to me.
