── their first encounter during the war, adelina acted uninterested at first until she became more involved with steve and his progress with the super soldier project.  she admired his bravery despite not realizing that she was in the beginning. 
── there is no doubt that steve will always be a gentleman.  he would always be on time, and he would always have her as his first priority, no matter if they were together or not, or had issues, or if they were apart from each other.  he had gained the confidence to always ask for a dance with her.

── years after the blip, adelina discovers that she is pregnant with their first child, which she thought was impossible from what erskine warned her about the serum's effects.  during that time, her and steve were apart and going through differences, especially when he's been busy running a support group, who going through a tough time trying to understand the blip. almost the whole team had lost hope in how to bring back everyone. adelina used to stay with natasha at the avengers facility before moving near tony and pepper because she'd never see steve coming home. otherwise, she kept her pregnancy a secret from him since then and he never knew until needing tony's knowledge on how to work with quantum physics and developing a time-space gps. that meant steve got to see adelina again and their newly born baby girl of two months, named elodie ana rogers.
