"My boy Rory, he got some free tickets to the drive-in tonight." Kyler walked toward Cora, Tory, and Robby as they continued their stretches. "They're going old school, something called Bloodsport?"
"I know that movie. My dad left an old VHS at our place. It was the only evidence I had that he existed." Robby spoke up with a nod of his head. Cora rose her eyebrows, clearing her throat as she rubbed Robbys shoulder.
"I heard it's dope. So, if you guys are in-" Kyler put and arm around Cora as she tried to shrug him off. "I've got a spot open for you, C."
"Depends on how late I have to work tonight." Tory shrugged his way as Kyler finally let Cora go after how she squirmed to get free. "My new boss put me on the schedule for today. Guys a total creep."
"Gross." Cora commented with an eye roll.
"You got a new job? Where?" Robby asked.
She stared at him. "Non of your business."
"If you're boss is being a creep, I can make anonymous complaints for you." Cora said to Tory, stretching her arms behind her back. "Like, G-Force style."
Tory gave her a half grin. "I can handle it."
Kenny walked in, his gi on after making the cut. "Look who made it."
Cora frowned her eyebrows at the look on his face.
"I was at the high school yesterday." Kenny looked toward Robby. The teens shared a look before finding Kenny's face again. "And these older kids started messing with me."
"For what?" Cora question on.
"One guy told me I should quite Cobra Kai." Keenly went on, pretty much answering Cora's question for her.
"Who was he?" Robby asked.
"I don't know. He had this spiky red hair." Kenny shook his head his way. Cora was hoping he wouldn't come up, because she didn't wanna encouraged Tory or Robby to do anything.
"We still owe that Judas some payback." Tory spoke up confidently.
"Hell yeah." Kyler grinned.
"Shouldn't we just save it for the All Valley?" Cora spoke up with curious eyes. "I mean, save our strength."
"What? You wanna protect him still?" Tory asked in disbelief, because she saw straight through Cora's excuse.
"No- No." the blonde said quickly with a shake of her head. "I'm just, you know, being more logical."
"Right." Tory said bitterly, thankfully, Sensei Kreese saved Cora as she was red in the face and her heart was thumping.
"Everyone fall in." Kreese spoke up as they all headed to their respectable spots on the mat. "As you know, our enemies are working together. They are combining their styles to beat us. But they are destined to fail. Because there is only one way. And what is that way?"
"The way of the fist, sir!" they all yelled back his way.
"Exactly." Kreese agreed. "However, that doesn't mean that we can't double down. Class, meet Sensei Terry Silver."
A man with his hair pulled back walked in before Kreese continued to speak. "Co founded of Cobra Kai and one of the most ferocious fighters in the history of the sport. Together, we built Cobra Kai from the ground up, and now he is here to help you prepare for the All Valley."
Kreese and Silver turned to each other, bowing. "Thank you, Sensei Kreese. It's an honor to be here.
"With two senseis, you will receive twice the instruction. That means twice the work." Kreese scanned over each of the students. "And if you are not prepared to put in 200%, then you can leave right now."
"But if you dig in and follow our lead, we're gonna take you to the next level." Terry Silvers grinned at the students. Cora couldn't place why, but she felt terribly sick thinking about any of it.
"That's it?" Cora asked Robby as she got out of the jeep, Bloodsport playing on the large drive in projector. "No popcorn? Butterfinger?"
"I'm good, thanks." Robby said back, Cora shut the door as she walked past the cars, going for the snack bar, waiting in line.
A few people before her went before it was Cora's turn, greeting the girl behind the counter with a sweet smile. "Hi. Can I get a small water and a cherry cola, with a shot of vanilla, and a red and white twisty straw?"
"You got it." she gave a nod, disappearing deeper into the stand.
"A cherry cola, with a shot of vanilla, and a red and white twisty straw." a voice rung from behind her, Cora looked back as a knowing grin was staring back at her. "Very specific."
Cora rose her eyebrows at Hawk. "Are you stalking me now?"
"Hey." he rose his hands in defense. "I'm just getting a refill, baby. No need to bite my head off."
Cora tried not to grin, turning back around before she could break character. Hawk follower, leaning on the counter to stare at her. "You like the movie?"
Cora wanted to laugh at his way of small talk. "I liked The Last Dragon more."
"Yeah, me too." he gave a small hum, eyeing her over. "Did you know the director also directed Tarzan In Manhattan?"
"Michael Schultz, right?" Cora nodded, not realizing how natural this conversation came off. Hawk nodded. "Yeah, he attended The University of Wisconsin."
"You applied there, didn't you?" Hawk hummed her way, remember she mentioned it. "Heard anything yet?"
"Ugh, no, not yet." Cora shook her head. "But, you know, still have senior year."
"Yeah, I mean, you'll definitely get in." he had to admit with a shy grin. "And make a crazy good journalist."
"That's the plan." Cora shrugged with a minor exhale. She then realized who she was talking to. "Didn't think you were actually listening when I told you."
Hawk frowned his eyebrows, shaking his head. "I'll always listen to you, Cora."
She blinked at him before the girl was back. "3.50."
Cora blinked, handing her the five, a smile to go with it. "Keep the change."
Hawk watched Cora walk off, staying put. "Cora!"
"I gotta go!" She called over her shoulder, waving him off.
"Coraaaa." he sang-sung after her, making the girl grin as she continued to walk. "I'm gonna keep stalking you!"
Cora laughed, spinning on her heels to walk backwards. "Sounds like a threat."
Hawk had to smile back at her. "A promise."
"I might need to get a restraining order." Cora gave one final grin, turning back on her heels. "Do not underestimate me!"
"Never!" he called back, watching her disappear in the swamp of cars.
She couldn't stop thinking about him. Cora rubbed her knees, not being able to sit still in the jeep. Robby and Tory were talking next to her, but she didn't even bother to listen. Cora exhaled, leaning back in the seat. She popped the button of her shirt to get some air. Tory looked over. "You hot?"
Cora looked over quickly. "A lot of body heat going on."
Kyler flipped the air on more as Cora sighed in relief, resting her head back as she shut her eyes. Nope, that didn't work. She gave a groan, ramming her head forward and slamming her head right into the back of Kylers seat. He jumped at the massive impact. "Aye! What are you doin back there?"
Cora did it again, making Kyler sit up with a crazy look. "Aye! C!"
Robby was laughing. "What are you doing?"
Cora threw herself back in the seat, the pair from next to her looking over in disbelief. Tory rose her eyebrows. "You done?"
Cora huffed, rubbing her head. "I have a headace now."
"Ugh, I can imagine." Robby eyed her oddly. "Do you- like, have spasms?"
Cora pointed at her forehead suddenly. "Voices in my head."
"Well, that explains a lot." Kyler confirmed from the front.
"I'm gonna get a water." Cora rubbed her head, getting out. "You think they sale aspire?"
"At a snack bar?" Tory rose her eyebrows. "They'll probably give you something a lot stronger then that."
"Ugh, drugs are not good for me. I got some second hand smoke once from my uncle." Cora stepped on the ground. "Thought I saw my dead relatives."
"Maybe just stick with water." Robby hummed, Cora shutting the door with a salute.
She headed back toward the place she was just thirty minutes ago, huffing at the line. Only, a few seconds later, her eyes were occupied by something else.
Or someone, for that matter.
Her feet were traveling over before her mind even made up its mind, walking past the snack bar and stopping before the red hair. "Who are you talking to?"
Hawk hung up the phone, turning to her. "Miguel called. Said to grab a thing of nachos."
Cora nodded, her eyes racking over him. Did she want to? Absolutely. Was it smart? Definitely not. She met his eye again, holding her hand out. "Come with me."
Hawk looked in confusion, grasping her hand. Cora lead him deeper down the side of the fence, making it to the back of the snack stand so they hadn't been seen by anyone. Hawk looked down as her, his heart raced as she circled him, letting his hand go. "What are we doing back here?"
"Nothing." Cora whispered, leaning in to place a little peak to his lips. He didn't kiss her back, mainly because it was so quick, but also because it took him off guard. Cora sucked in her lips, staring back, waiting for any type of movement. "Do you not wanna kiss me?"
He didn't answer her, leaning in and letting her do the rest, finishing the kiss. The blondes arms flew around his neck, her body shoved against his. Hawk hummed into her mouth, his hands balling up as his sides and trying to kiss her the best he ever had. Cora held his face, smooshing her lips into his. She found his hands, grasping his wrist, pulling back. "It's okay, you know."
He looked in confusion. Cora cracked a minor smile. "If you want to touch me."
He had been waiting for her to bring that up, blinking. "I don't wanna do something you don't like."
"I'll tell you if I don't." Cora promised, a small smile on her lips. Hawk saw her again, saw the same girl that he knew before he made the horrible decision on bringing her to Cobra Kai. He swallowed a minor lump in his throat, his right hand placed on her hip, over the dark washed jeans. Cora grinned, nodding her head when she gave a questionable look. She took his other, placing it on her left boob after making sure it was okay. Hawks eyes went wide, frozen in place.
Cora tried not to laugh at his face, leaning in to put her lips on his once more. Hawk was quick this time, kissing her back, pulling her closer by the hand on her hip. Her body pressed harder into his, rolling her hips forward while her right hand rubbed the back of his neck. Cora grinned when the sudden movement pulled a noise from his lips, doing it again as she brought her hand to his waist band. Hawk pulled back, grasping her hand. Cora's eyes widened in a panic. "I'm sorry."
"No, it's not that." Hawk smiled down after her slightly, holding her hand. His finger slightly touched the button on her jeans. "I can- I can do it this time, if you want me to. For you, I mean."
Cora had never had a guy say that, or even want to do something that didn't involve them feeling good in return.
"But, last time, in the woods, you didn't-" she began, her chest heaved slightly from all the kissing they did.
"I know, it's okay." he stopped her from going on, curious eyes. "Would that, like, be something you'd be into?"
Cora had to smile. "Yeah."
"Okay." Hawk grinned, his hand touched her waist band. "You can tell me to stop."
She nodded her head, pushing her hips closed as he popped the button, pulling the zipper down. Cora moved her hips slightly to have the jeans not pressed so close to her abdomen, giving him enough room to dip his hands into her waist band. Cora held his arms, not sure what to do with her hands while his were trying to remember every single detail of the female anatomy. He met her eye, pausing. "Am I- is this right?"
Cora reached for his hand. "Almost, hang on."
Hawks eyes nearly fell out of his head when Cora guided his hand, a quick nod given his way a second later. "Do you know what to do?"
His thumb moved against the spot she guided him in, earning a breath from her lips. Hawk watched her with a nod. "Good?"
"Yeah." Cora said under her breath, leaning in closer, her hands tightening on his arms. Sure, doing it herself was pretty great, but non of the guys before Hawk ever seemed to care about making her feel good, or understand that only 18% of woman can reach their peak through penetration alone. Cora blamed porn for it, but Hawk seemed to understand how it worked for girls more.
Her head dropped onto his neck, a breathy sigh coming from her lips as she sucked her abdomen in, trying to squirm her body closer to his. He grinned at the low, but natural and not dramatic for no reason, sounds that she was trying to silence. He planted a kiss to her forehead, picking up his thumb movement as Cora gave a louder hum, her eyebrows knitting together as her jaw fell slightly.
"Cora! Are you back here?"
"Shit." Cora quickly moved, the relaxing feeling in her abdomen disappearing as they hurried to pull apart. Cora fixed her button and zipper. "You go."
"Who is that?" Hawk whispered, hurrying around the other side as Cora drug him off.
"Kenny." Cora pulled him toward the opening. "Go before he sees you."
Hawk eyed her quickly. "Did you like that?"
"Definitely." she leaned in, kissing him. "Go, hurry."
He gave a boyish grin, running quickly and ending up nearly falling straight over Kenny. Cora winced, thinking he was still on the other side looking for her. She waited, not wanting to make it obvious. Robby headed over as Hawk looked down at all of Kenny's spilled snacks. "You should really watch where you're going."
"Same goes to you." Robby mocked, Kenny hurrying to hide behind him. Cora stayed back a second longer, waiting to see how this would play out.
"You betrayed Miyagi-Do." Nathan gapped at Robby, close behind Hawk. "Traitor!"
"Oh, there's a traitor here for sure." Torys voice made Cora look over quickly, seeing her storming over with the rest of Cobra Kai. Cora took that as her que to hurry over. "And he's gonna get what he deserves."
Hawk and Cora latched onto each others eyes, stood on opposite sides from each other. Sam walked over quickly. "Not if I have anything to say about it. Princess."
Cora held her head up a little higher, eyeing Hawk a second later as he let Sam do the talking.
"Hey, guys!" Demetri called, walking over with two drinks in his hands. "Did you know they have Mr.Pibb and Dr.Pepper?"
They all stared at him in disbelief, earning a panicked sigh. "Shit. Not another rumble."
Tory faced Sam again. "Carful, LaRusso. Your mommy isn't here to play peacemaker."
"What's that suppose to mean?" she shot back.
"Guys, stop!" Miguel cut in quickly to silence them. "We can't do this. We'll beat 'em on the mat?"
"Oh, really?" Robby spoke up in questioning. "Let me remind you what happened the last time we fought."
Cora looked his way, because she thought that was really uncalled for and cruel to say. It didn't take her long to realize that every single person on her team would have said the same thing to him if they were given the chance.
Migeul looked offended. "Okay. Meet us on the baseball diamond in thirty minutes. No weapons."
"We don't need em." Tory mocked, backing up. "Come on, Cora."
Cora looked her way, back to Hawk and his friends, sighing as she dropped her head and followed Tory and the rest of Cobra Kai.
