"It's an early christmas present." Cora gave a little grin, pulling Hawk through the house with her. "Close em!"
"They're closed." he said back, hand clapped over his eyes.
"I don't think they areeee." Cora sang-sung, using her free hand to push over his hand. "Okay, pause."
He stopped, standing still as Cora let his eyes go. "Keep em shut!"
He sighed, listening to her feet run off before running back in moments later. "Can I open?"
"Hang oooooo- okay, now!" the blonde announced, grinning ear to ear as he opened his eyes. "Do you like it!"
Hawk blinked at the Christmas sweater she held up. To be blunt, it was very hideous. And not just in a too cool for Hawk way, in a anyone would think it was hideous. "I took up a knitting class."
"Oh!" he announced, blinking. "Oh, yeah. I love it."
"Really?" Cora gushed, adoration in her eyes. "Okay, try it on."
"Right- Right now?" he nodded, giving a nervous laugh. "Okay."
Cora held the sweater out as he stripped the shirt off, passing it her way and pulling the sweater on. It wasn't knitted in tightly, creating little draft spaces between the, what he was assuming, knitted in christmas tree. Cora clapped her hands together with a bring grin. "Perfect!"
Hawk gave her a grin. "Oh, yeah."
She met him in a hug, her arms around his waist while she rested her head on the side of his head. Hawk had to smile at the sweet gesture, leaning his head onto hers some. He looked to Coras fish in the corner. "Thor doesn't like me."
The blonde looked toward the large fish tank with just one tiny fish inside. "He doesn't like anyone. Don't take it personal."
"Do you have plans?" Hawk asked, his hands rubbing her sides.
"Only with you." she said back, leaning back with a grin. "What do you feel like doing first? Gingerbread houses or christmas movies?"
"Cora." Hawk laughed, pulling on her waist some. "We still have all day."
"I know, but i'm getting excited." she shook her head, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I've never even spend the holidays with anyone except my uncle."
"Well, now you have a boyfriend to spend all of them with." he gave a nose scrunch at his own cheesy words, never in his life would have said them infront of anyone else.
Cora's face lit up. Though it was pretty obvious with how open they had been, public wise, neither ever confirmed it. She never had an actual boyfriend, never one that lasted longer then a night. It made her happy to say it out loud, to lean over and plant a kiss to his lips that didn't have to lead to any sexual acts.
"Dark chocolate hot chocolate?" Cora blinked in shock as Tory spoke about it, Hawks hand clasped in her own as he lead the trio toward the door. "Is it any good?"
"I like it, doesn't give you that too sweet headache." Tory nodded in return, liking getting to know and talk to Cora. They never had before, coming from different groups and all around just totally different people. But, Tory had realized that Cora wasn't like how she'd expected her to be. And she really did like her.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Hawks words brought the pair from their conversation, seeing his glare focused on Robby Keene, who stood with Kreese. Cora kicked her shoes off as she watched him storm over.
"Hold on there." Kreese held a hand up to stop him slightly. Cora kept her distance, letting him have his moment before interfering. "Mr.Keene is our guest."
Kreese urged Hawk to follow him to his office, leaving Cora with Tory. "Is that the guy that kicked Miguel?"
"He's not so bad." Tory gave her a knowing look with a small nod. "Swear."
Cora nodded. "Why's Hawk so mad then?"
"When is he not so mad?" Tory joked, Cora had to crack a grin. "You guys seem to be good together though."
"You think so?" Cora cracked a grin, sitting down to stretch her legs. "He's my first boyfriend. I keep feeling like i'm gonna mess it up."
"How?" Tory frowned her eyebrows, reaching for her left leg to stretch.
Cora shrugged. "I just know how guys can be."
"You think he's gonna be like one of those guys?" Tory asked in disbelief, Cora gave a little shrug. "I think he's really into you."
"I know he's not like the other guys." Cora pointed out with a minor nod, a few loose blonde strands fell in her face. "I just....I guess I just feel like, maybe, everything I did might affect us."
Tory gave a small shrug. "Who cares about all the guys before him? If he did, he wouldn't have gotten with you."
Cora gave a sad look. "You really think so?"
"I really think so." Tory nodded, giving her a small smile in return.
"I don't know. I mean, they love me." Cora explained her parents to Hawk as they hiked through the woods together to meet with Tory and Kyler. "We've just never been affectionate like that. We don't really have the time to be, I guess. They work a lot."
"Yeah, I wondered why you were home alone a lot." he said, Cora grabbed his hand as they walked. "What's up with your uncle?"
Cora laughed slightly. "He works for my dad and is trying to save up for his own place. Hence why he's lived with us for so long."
"Are you close?" he continued on. They'd been doing this a lot, asking a lot of questions in their days spent together.
"Sorta. He's really immature so.." Cora shrugged. He opened his mouth to say something, Cora circled to stand infront of him with a little grin. "Let's not talk about my weird family anymore."
Hawk gave a little grin as her fingers laced with his, pulling him toward a large stumped tree. Cora leaned her back against it while he stayed infront of her, Cora's lips latched into his first. Hawks hand placed on either side of the tree as he kissed her back. He'd gotten more comfortable with it, because Cora was really, really, into affection through kissing. She had to explain that it was okay to kiss her back as long as he wanted to, and despite it taking a little bit, he'd gotten more comfortable doing so again.
Cora placed her hands on his lower waist, her right hand moving around and grazed across the waist band of his pants. Hawk gave a little hum into her mouth, feeling her fingers barely dip past. He pulled back first to star. Cora blinked. "Is it okay?"
"You don't have to do anything." he promised her, looking around, having no clue how close they had been to the waiting pair.
"I know, I want to." she said back, their chest pushed together as a little peak was placed to his lips. "Is it okay?"
Now would have been the perfect time to tell her he hadn't done any of this before, but didn't. "Yeah, yeah, it's great."
Cora smiled, leaning in to kiss him again. Hawk kissed her back, his palms digging painfully into the tree bark as her hand slipped past the waist band. A little gasp escaped his lips and into her mouth, making Cora smile into their kiss as she hoped for another, getting one. They pulled back, Hawk dropped his head into her neck with a breathy sigh, Cora grinning as she kept it up. He planted a little kiss to her neck, pushing his hips closer to her. "C, w-"
"Hawk! Cora! Is that you guys?" Torys voice rung, making the two pull apart quickly. Hawk hurried to adjust his waist band better with a quick clear of his throat.
"Yeah!" Cora peaked her head around the tree to see her standing a few yards north. "Had to tie my shoe!"
"Okay, we're just up here!" she called back, turning back.
Cora laughed as she leaned against the tree, looking at Hawks face as she laughed harder. "Oh my god. I'm so sorry."
"It's not- it's not funny." he shook his head quickly, but was holding back his own laugh at her own. "Stop laughing. I don't think it's funny."
"I'm sorry." she kept on, laughing again. "Imagine if she-"
"No, absolutely not." Hawk shook his head quickly, adjusting himself to not seem so obvious. "Come on."
"We can finish it later." Cora caught his hand, giving a pull so he was facing her again. Hawk met her eye and she gave a little grin, leaning in to press her lips onto his in the middle of the woods.
Hawk grinned when they pulled back. "Sounds perfect."
