Title : 8/10

I wasn't sure about the title at first. It seemed like a character but after reading the story I realized about 'Giselle'. She wasn't just a character they were playing rather she was life-changing. The title sounds simple but holds a much powerful meaning. I think it is very unique and distinct.

Cover : 7/10

Using flowers as the background picture is a great idea. It goes well with the covers of the other series. And the color coordination is perfect, some dark and some light. It would be a good representation of their ups and downs in life.

Description : 8.5/10

The description doesn't have any hidden metaphors which are difficult to capture. It is straight to the point but provides a brief idea about the story. I was surprised how a simply written description attracted me so well. It's the way it is written!

Pace : 10/10

The pace was very accurate. Each part was paid equal attention to. It wasn't hurried nor was it slow. So it was easy to understand things.

Concept and plot : 8.5/10

The plot I would say is there in some other books too. But what made this book so special was the concept. It wasn't just about love or about the main character defeating the evil people in her life. It was about accepting one's mistakes and moving on while correcting them. The prime representation of humans with their misconceptions, sentimentality, ego, carelessness and at last developing was what made this book stand out from the crowd.

Character Development : 10/10

A perfect score, I don't think I have given this to any book I have reviewed till now! I don't usually give one so easily but after indulging in the world of Giselle, I am amazed and I can't help but give it a ten!

Every single person in this story had major development. Starting from the main character to the person who was the conflict in the MC's life! Along with the one who was supporting our mc! Everyone had some fault and they were hurting one another in a way but at the end of the story they cleared it all and formed a strong bond. It showed in depth that even the one who seemed good, who was suffering also had some negative points.

I can write pages on this but I have to stop now. *ahem*

Grammar : 10/10

I didn't find a single error in the sentences. The vocabulary used fits quite well and the punctuations are also error less. This story is edited skillfully!

Writing style : 10/10

The writing is flawless! It has such beautiful descriptions which are precise and easy to grasp. It doesn't have any ornamental words or difficult twists. The writing is in such a way that the characters can be related to and understood easily thinking from separate pov. This is in third person but it feels like watching a movie or in fact being in the character's shoes itself. So another perfect score for the author!

Overall impression : 9/10

Overall all the elements are present in a perfect amount. The theme and idea is interpreted easily. The story was addicting and touched sentiments. The author has done an awesome job!

Rating of the book : 10/10 

Personally, now I am going to recommend this to people one by one. Yes it's that good! The journey was filled with anger, jealousy, guilt, forgiveness and moving on. Which are all essential for every story regardless of genre. I think this will also be my first time rating a book full marks and when I say this I mean it from my heart.
