You have picked a unique title for the book. Its hidden meaning in the story describes it perfectly.

Cover :: 7/10
The cover is blurry, and the face of the protagonist is not visible. The crimson color is all where, saying its relation with death. But you should make it more beautiful. More attractive.

Description :: 8/10
The blurb is written poetically. Compact use of words and some quotes are too good. It is attractive. Shows a tragic plot already.

Concept :: 8/10
Common yet unique. Something different from other stories. Tragic endings are personally my favorites. The person who he thought would be with him ultimately she betrays.

Characters :: 6/10
The characters in this story are few but the side role characters do we need even in the story? You mentioned a nine years old girl in the first chapter, and in the whole story You didn't write about her. 

Character of the protagonist is not fully described. Like is he a surgeon or a forensic pathologist who performs autopsy.
Character or female lead or antagonist of the story is bold, steady and perfect.

Pace :: 5/10
The story revolves around a one-night event but the description of the situation was slow. It might make readers bored at two or three chapters. Try to stress on it.

Grammar :: 6/10
Usage of strong words there, rhythmic writing, and not many mistakes noticed. One thing I would like to suggest is to try to use simple yet perfect words to describe situations rather than those bombastic words which make readers confused to understand what is going on. Nowadays in novels or books, you should notice that authors use simple sentences which are of course understandable and people like to read those more than Shakespeare-type tough novels or short stories.

I honestly did not understand what you meant by the chapter numbering. Please explain those names in the comment section( 0126, 0144 etc).

The ending quotations are really nice. Rhythmic writing. Perfectly paragraphs are divided.
