From the view provided by the window, you saw Baymax waddling across the street, focusing on the container.

"What?!" Hiro gasped, hurrying downstairs while you stumbled behind. He pulled on his sweatshirt and shoes as he ran towards the door. Speaking of which, Cass just happened to be right by it. How convenient.

"Hiro, (Y/N)?" she questioned as you approached the exit.

"H-Hey, Aunt Cass," Hiro greeted with a wave.

"Wow! You're up, and—"

"Yeah! Figured it was time," Hiro said impatiently.

"Are you registering for school?" Cass asked, smiling.

"Uh, yes! Thought about what you said, really inspired me."

"Took a bit of convincing, though!" you added, trying to make the conversation seem a bit less rushed. You made a mental note to talk to Hiro about not being awkward and suspicious.

"Oh, honey, that's so great!" she exclaimed, enveloping you both in a hug.

"Uh-huh," he said. He continuously glanced towards the door.

"Okay, special dinner tonight! I'll whip up some chicken wings, you know, with the hot sauce that makes our faces numb," she said, imitating the expression. "(Y/N), you come on over, too!"

"Okay, sounds good," you Hiro replied.

"Great! Last hug," she finished, hugging you once more. You acted natural until she turned away and then immediately sprinted out the door.

Hiro dragged you through the streets by your wrist, dodging the plentiful amount of pedestrians.

"Baymax!" you called for the robot, maneuvering around the crowd as best you could. You made it to a calmer area of the street and stopped to scout for your inflatable companion.

You both gasped when you saw him on the back of a trolley, and you scurried after it. After getting delayed by some bikers in your path, you caught it at a stop, only for Baymax to have left already.

You rushed up a flight of stone stairs and past a market area full of people. Attempting to call for Baymax was fruitless despite the number of times you tried. He was steadily walking in the direction of the microbot's rustling. You made your way through the backstreets quickly, but not without falling once from an abrupt stop.

After stumbling back to your feet, you turned a few more corners and found Baymax standing at the door of an old, abandoned warehouse. You both stood for a moment, huffing for air, before calling out one last time, "Baymax!"

"Are you crazy? What are you doing?" Hiro questioned while approaching the robot.

"I have found where your tiny robot wants to go," he answered.

"I told you, it's broken!" Hiro reminded, taking the container back. "It's not trying to go— huh?" He observed the bot clanking against the glass repeatedly in the same direction. You gave him a look for dismissing it earlier. He glanced at Baymax, then at you, before walking towards the entranceway.

"Locked," he said, picking up and then dropping the lock securing the door.

"There is a window," Baymax noticed, looking up at the building.

With that, Hiro dragged you over to it. You stood carefully atop Baymax, hoisting up Hiro closer to the window.

"Please exercise caution," Baymax lectured, "a fall from this height could lead to bodily harm."

From what you could tell, Hiro was peeking over the edge of the window and into the warehouse. He pulled himself up before helping you through, while you were blushing at the contact.

You stood up together, taking in the surroundings. He took the container out of his pocket to reference. Then, you heard a squeaking noise. You both gasped and turned around to see Baymax stuck between the window.

"Oh no," the robot said with Hiro shushing him frantically. "Excuse me while I let out some air." Baymax deflated at a slow rate, the air hissing unpleasantly. After a few moments of interrupted silence, you and Hiro gave a glance to each other. The hissing came to a halt shortly after.

"Are you done?" Hiro asked.

With one more gust of air, Baymax replied with a "Yes." You pulled him through the window. "It will take me a moment to re-inflate," he noted.

"Fine, just keep it down," Hiro said, leaving the robot to do so.

He took your hand, seemingly out of habit, and warily guided you down the nearby staircase. The microbot repetitively clanked on the glass. You turned a corner and spotted a room with moving figures inside. Hiro turned back and grabbed a broom as a defense mechanism. If it weren't under these eerie circumstances, you would have smiled at the gesture.

You made your way to the room, looking through the translucent material of the walls. There were some robots moving about inside. A small noise from the right caught your attention, and you brought Hiro with you to investigate. You found multiple microbots on a conveyor belt being dropped into a bin sequentially.

Hiro reached into it and let the bots sift through his fingers.

"Our microbots?" you queried. You then looked out into the building, noticing dozens and dozens of the same containers.

"Someone's making more," Hiro realized, nervously looking at you.

Your gaze drifted around the rest of the building, and you saw a wall with papers plastered all over it. One of them had a birdlike symbol on it. As you went over to examine it, you were startled...

"Hello?" Baymax said through the silence, causing you and Hiro to let out surprised screams.

"Baymax!" you whisper-shouted.

"You gave me a heart attack!" Hiro scolded.

"My hands are equipped with defibrillators," the robot stated, rubbing his hands together. "Clear—"

"Stop, stop, stop!" Hiro interrupted. "It's just an expression!"

Your new note to self: update Baymax's knowledge of figurative language.

Hiro took out the container again, looking at the microbot frantically moving about. You turned around when you heard a metallic noise growing behind you.

"Oh, no," said Baymax once more.

"Uh, Hiro...!" you warned. The microbots from inside all of the containers had risen up under someone's control.

He turned around and gasped. "Run!" He grabbed your hand again and hurried in the other direction.

"Wait, Baymax!" you reminded as the robot fell out of step with you.

"Oh, come on!" Hiro muttered.

"I am not fast," Baymax remarked, waddling towards you.

"Yeah, no kidding!" Hiro returned and pulled him across the distance to the door. "Go, go! Come on!"

"Kick it down!" Hiro instructed. Baymax brought his foot up to the door with little force. "Then— punch it!" His fist had made weak contact with the door, causing him to stumble back a bit. Hiro groaned in frustration and panic as a swarm of microbots approached quickly. "Go, go!" he urged, pushing Baymax forward with you.

This robot was not the best for travel or navigation. He tripped, banged his head, and had trouble fitting through tight spaces. You bet your siblings never would've considered this scenario while designing him. "Oh, come on, go, go, go!"

Hiro attempted to lock one of the doors to create a barrier, but a force from the bots shoved you back, pushing Baymax into the ground-level vent system. You decided to go with that route, crawling through the tunnel and avoiding the microbots that slowly deeper into them. The bots were right on your tails, so you climbed out, dragged Baymax to his feet, and began to run once more.

The bots had gone underneath the panels you were running on, causing you to be thrown into the air. You landed upon the upper walkways suspended from the ceiling. You turned back and saw the man controlling the bots, wearing some sort of mask. "Come on! The window!"

You both ushered Baymax to the window and shoved him out, but he got stuck again. The attacker was getting closer by the second, bringing the microbots along with him.

"Suck it in!" Hiro screamed, trying to squeeze Baymax through the window with you. Then, the window flipped over, causing you and Hiro to dangle from Baymax's legs, whose upper-half was caught inside. The microbots' impact pushed Baymax out, making you fall.

The hard surface of the ground came closer. You felt Hiro's arms protectively wrap around your torso, pulling you into his chest in an attempt to shelter you from the impact. Baymax had also enveloped the two of you in his marshmallow-grip before you were greeted by the ground, so your fall was greatly cushioned. Hiro dragged you and Baymax to your feet, "Come on, let's get out of here. Go, hurry!"

at le police station

"Alright, let me get this straight," said the officer at the desk, "a man in a kabuki mask attacked you with an army of miniature, flying robots—"

"Microbots," you and Hiro corrected while showing the container.

"Microbots," he reiterated indifferently, typing on his computer.

"Yeah, he was controlling them telepathically," Hiro explained.

"With a neurocranial transmitter," you finished.

"So, Mr. Kabuki was using ESP to attack you, your partner, and balloon man," the officer stated to Hiro.

You blushed. "Oh, uh, we're not dating," you stammered in sync with Hiro.

Thankfully, the attention was shifted to Baymax. He took a piece of tape and covered the holes in his arms while he re-inflated. The air hissing filled the awkward silence that followed. Whilst repeating this process with the opposite arm, the policeman pushed the roll of tape forward. "Did you file a report when your flying robots were stolen?" he asked.

"No, we thought they were all destroyed," you answered, rubbing your temple. This was a strange situation.

"Look, I know it sounds crazy, but Baymax was there, too," Hiro mentioned. "Tell him!"

"Yes, Officer, they are telling the tru-uuu...th..." Baymax stuttered, powering down.

"What the... wh-what's wrong with you?" Hiro questioned.

"Low battery..." Baymax reported in an unsteady tone. A flashing battery symbol was displayed on his chest as he bent over. He lazily blinked, trying to adjust his camera view, and hiccuped.

"Woah, woah, woah! Try to keep it together," Hiro tried telling him.

"I'm healthcare, your personal Baymax companion," he slurred, waving and then stumbling over. You and Hiro had to support him as he slouched over.

"Kids, how about we call your parents and get them down here," the policemen offered, not very amused with the scene.

"What?" you stuttered, propping up Baymax from underneath.

"Write your names and numbers down on this piece of paper, and we can... oh?" The officer turned around at his desktop area and grabbed a clipboard, but by then, you had already left. The tape dispenser dragged behind and clanked against the closed doors. Baymax managed to get some additional tape stuck onto him.

"We've got to get you home to your charging station," Hiro told him as he slumped over.

"Can you walk?" you asked, not expecting much of a helpful answer. You didn't get one.

"I will scan you now, scan complete!" He fell over and sat on the ground. "H-H-Healthcare."
