' You both are sooo sweet that it makes me sick' Jimin said fake gagging...as Taehyung just rolled his eyes

' We all should have met sooner...you both are so fun' Yeonjun said looking at Jimin and Taehyung

' It's still not late and we all are a family now...' Taehyung smiled

' And aren't you a cutiee' Jimin said pinching the younger's cheeks ' So Yeon...Soobin huh?'

' What Soobin' Yeonjun's cheeks heated up seeing the smug smile of the alpha

' Now don't act innocent...' Taehyung laughed earning a hit on his arm...

Just the Soobin and Namjoon walked towards them....

' Have you seen Jin and Kook' Joon asked looking around the place...the festival still going on

' They are near the drinks stall' Taehyung said

' Oh... Do one thing...when you see them just tell them that Sana Noona's fever got worse and we..I mean me and Eunwoo are going back to the palace..'

' Sure hyung' Taehyung nodded ' Take care'

' Ok' Namjoon smiled walking off

' Heyy sweetheart' Soobin said grinning

' What do you want' Yeonjun asked bored

' You'

Jimin and Taehyung snickered hearing that

' Shut up'

' Yaa!!! Just accept that you want to be my mate' Soobin said...his eyes never leaving the other

' Go already' Yeonjun scoffed... looking done

Soobin sighed as he turned around and started walking only to stop after two steps

' Yeonjun ah' He called...a small smile on his lips 'You know I love you'

Yeonjun's stomach did a stupid flip...but he ignored every flutter in him like always and said ' And you know that I don't like you'

Soobin huffed cutely as he walked off leaving Jimin and Taehyung a laughing mess

The three of them were still in some deep conversation when a small kid came running

' Luna' The kid called

' Yes pup' Taehyung smiled softly

' Alpha gave this' He said extending a small note

Taehyung took the note opening it as the kid ran off

' What is it hyung?' Jimin asked as he and Yeonjun peeked into the letter which said

Hey Tae

Meet me near the barn at the back of the village... I'll be waiting for you

' Go Taehyungie...your Prince Charming is wai-oh..I mean your King Charming is waiting for you' Jimin said giggling

'Shut up' Taehyung too laughed shaking his head ' You guys go join the others... I'll go meet him'

' Sure sure...come on Jiminie hyung... let's not be the reason for an alpha's wrath' Yeonjun teased as he and Jimin left Tae

' You should visit Alwarak soon.... it's a very good place even the people are so good...ah..yeah the only problem with that place is it's current king'

' God hyung....' Yeonjun laughed ' Am loving your sass'

' Am nothing Yeon' Jimin was quick to say ' You should see Taehyung.... goddess you would just wish to be swallowed by the earth once you get a taste of Taehyung's sass and savageness'

Yeonjun burst out laughing hearing that...but his smiles died down when he saw something

' Jimin hyung... Isn't that Jungkook hyung?'

Jimin looked at the direction to which Yeonjun was pointing only to see Jungkook talking and smiling with Yoongi and Jin

' He is here?' Jimin frowned ' Come Yeon... let's see'

' Kook hyung!' Yeonjun called ' Why are you here?'

Jungkook blinked hearing that ' Where should I be?'

' At the barn?' Jimin asked

' Why?'

' What do you mean why?' Jimin asked..his heart dropping

' What is happening?' Yoongi asked confused

'Kook hyung sent a letter for Taehyung asking him to meet him at the barn'

' Why would I send a letter...if I wanted I would have took him all by myself ' Jungkook shrugged ' Also... Taehyung knows my handwriting more than anyone else... Come on guys...he can recognize it even in his sleep..I used to write letters for him..so he could have easily made out that the letter was not from me'

' No...no no please' Yeonjun suddenly said... His eyes widening in realization

' Whats wrong?' Jin asked and just then Jihoon and Soobin joined them

' Sehun...' Yeonjun turned towards Soobin ' It's Sehun...'

' Welcome Taehyung ah.... welcome' Sehun smirked when he saw the omega walking towards him
' What did you think...that your alpha had called you here? No you filthy creature.. it's me and you have walked into my trap just like the naive omega you are'

Taehyung stared at the alpha whose evil laughs filled the air

' I'll give you two options' Sehun said walking towards him ' Either....let me use you whichever way I want...let me get a taste of you till am satisfied Or die at my hands...and become someone's sacrifice...now the choice is yours'

Sehun's smirk faltered when he heard the omega's laughs resonating around....

' Oh goddess...' Taehyung laughed clutching his stomach ' I never thought that you'd be this stupid! The Mirawikians heart still flutters thinking of how their  Alpha used to write letters for his Luna and you expected me to fall for you shitty plan by seeing a piece of paper?'

Sehun's brows creased as Taehyung's sharp gaze stopped over him 'It's not me who walked into your trap Sehun.... it's you who reached out to your own death'

' I'll give you two options' Taehyung offered..his voice deepening ' Either leave all this... surrender yourself...or die at our hands...the choice is yours'

' Should have known that it won't be that easy to kill you'  Sehun scoffed ' After all you are Junghyun's son.... black magic runs in your veins....' Sehun said drawing out his sword

' Am a soothsayer's son too Sehun....that just makes this more interesting ' Taehyung said...his hands glowing as silver sparks swirled out on to his palm integrating into a sword

Sehun's breath hitched when he saw the scene unfolding...his eyes widening a bit before he regained his posture

' You will regret this Taehyung' Sehun lunged forward with his sword only to be met with Taehyung's silver one....which shone under the moonlight..

' What are you?' Sehun asked pulling back his sword before striking again...

' For you...I can be your doom' Taehyung smirked as he charged forward

' What about Sehun?' Jihoon asked

' It's him..he sent the letter to hyung' Yeonjun said..his whole body shaking

' Yeon..Relax' Soobin tried to hold him but the alpha just stepped backwards

' Jungkook hyung ... Tae is in danger...we should go' Yeonjun said restlessly

' But what's wrong?' Jin frowned

' Yeah... Yeon it's just Sehun... don't mind him' Jungkook waved his hand ' He is all words and no action'

' He is not all words and no action! ' Yeonjun yelled.. grabbing the attention of some of the villagers including Hyungsik and Boyoung

' Yeon?' Jungkook frowned...he has never seen Yeonjun behaving like this

' Why can't you all fucking understand that Oh Sehun is a fucking beast who will stoop any low to get what he wants!' Yeonjun yelled helplessly ' You....you all wanted to know right that why I didn't attend last year's festival? I'll tell you'

' Yeonjun stop' Soobin said..his own heart breaking as the rest of them stared at him with wide eyes

' I didn't attend because Sehun didn't let me!! I...I was molested...' Tears flew down his cheeks as he revealed the most painful truth ' Sehun had forced himself on me in the middle of the forest where no one was there to hear my cries... I begged him to leave me...but he didn't stop...He used me...he..he ruined'

Jungkook stumbled back..his back hitting the wall when he heard it....his eyes brimmed with angry tears as he looked at the crying alpha in front of him... The rest of them were no different..no one expecting something like this

'Hyung....My Taehyung h-hyung is in danger...s-save him please' Yeonjun fell on his knees and that seemed to snap everyone out of their shock

' Did tell you that you won't last long' Sehun growled as Taehyung's sword fell to the ground.... ' Should have chose the first option.... atleast I would have shown you what heaven is'

Taehyung spat out the blood...he knew that he is as weak...but the evil glint in his eyes never faltered as he stood up.. holding onto some log 'Who needs heaven when I guard the gates of hell'

Taehyung's lips stretched into a devilish smirk as a red hue started spreading in his eyes as if a fire was started....his hair a dark ash as he stepped forward.... every kind of plants and flowers drying out on his first step.. leaving the place barren as if hit by drought...He bent down picking up his sword..only for it to disintegrate and vanish into thin air...

' Who are you?' Sehun's voice wavered as he frantically looked around... ' W-what are you doing?'

' Why? Are you scared now?' Taehyung giggled making Sehun's blood run cold ' Why Sehun shi...why are you so shocked...you only told me that black magic runs in my veins...'

Sehun's eyes widened as he saw how the already dried grass burning under the omega's each step

' You know who won't hurt me Sehun?' Taehyung asked tilting his head as the distance between him and the alpha kept on decreasing ' It's my mate'

' Stay back Taehyung' Sehun said...his hands shaking 'Just stay back'

' And do you know who will kill you?' Taehyung's voice dropped ' It's my Seraphine'

Sehun held his sword forward to strike the omega only for him to let out a painful scream as a ball of fire brushed past his arm burning him a bit and setting the part of the forest behind him on fire followed by an angry growl

'Don't even think of touching him!'

Taehyung's orbs turned back normal as he looked at his mate whose eyes were burning ember.....

'Step back Taehyung' Jungkook ordered and soon a hand pulled the omega back... making Taehyung look around to see Yoongi

' Come' Yoongi dragged him back towards where the rest of the royals gathered.... Taehyung saw how the Mirawikians were also crowding up

' Hyung' Yeonjun ran into his arms ' I was so scared... why did you come here when you knew that it was not Kook hyung'

' I did ask him to stay away from me if he loves his life' Taehyung said shrugging ' Guess he was not much interested in living that he walked right into my trap'

' Your?' Jin asked as the omega turned towards him...a devilish glint in his eyes

Jimin felt a shiver run down him seeing this side of his hyung....but his thoughts broken when he heard a thud from behind and saw Sehun falling onto the ground with his sword at some distance beside Jungkook whose arm was ablaze

' You dared touch my brother and now my mate!' Jungkook growled...firey trails raising over his neck..as sparks filled the air...his eyes all ember as he kicked the alpha

' Taehyung stop him' Jihoon begged ' Please stop Jungkook...he will kill him please'

' He should die hyung....he should have been dead a long time ago when he dared touch your mate' Taehyung said...his eyes reflecting the fire on Jungkook

Sehun kneeled on the ground as he struggled to stand up..He raised his head looking at the alpha King with a sly smile ' I did...and you know what I wanted? I wanted to get a taste of your mate just like I did with Yeonjun!'

' Yeonjun?' Namjoon who just ran into the scene with Hyungsik and Eunwoo froze on his steps hearing Sehun's words...his eyes trailing towards his brother who was silently shedding tears.... ' What did he mean?' He turned towards Hyungsik who visibly flinched under his gaze

' When you went to the palace Yeonjun said why he didn't attend the last years festival' Hyungsik went onto explain whatever that happened as Namjoon seethed in anger...

He whipped his had towards Sehun who was now coughing out blood earning another kick from Jungkook

' What are you going to do to me now Jungkook?' Sehun spat ' Kill me? Just like how you killed your parents? That will only taint your hands again... that will only make you a murderer again...'

Jungkook's heart drop....the intensity of the fire spreading around them reducing a bit as he froze at his place

' Why Kook? Fell weak at that?' Sehun laughed evilly 'And you know what Jungkook....you are going to suffer now...You will become the reason of your own mate's death.... You willl cry and scream helplessly while Taehyung will be in your arms.. lifeless and y-'

Sehun stilled when he heard the screeching of metal against rock...

Every eyes turned towards the source of voice only to see Namjoon walking towards them...his eyes glowing green and his hand holding a long sword... dragging it over the ground...

Namjoon came to a stop beside Jungkook....his eyes never leaving Sehun ' It was me who held you back all these years....it was me who told you to control your powers...it was me who stopped you from reacting to anything...but today am letting you go Jungkook.... today I am asking you....kill this fuckers who dared touch my brothers!' Namjoon growled...as his eyes glowed emerald green....

A painful yell left Sehun as Namjoon used his powers on him... sending him flying into a tree... Bone cracking noises were heard the second his back hit the tree bark...

Namjoon handed over the sword to Jungkook ' Make him beg for his life!'

Jungkook's eyes flared up as he held the sword...his lips stretching into a deadly grin as he walked towards the squirming alpha on the ground...

The fire from his arms crept down onto the sword as the sparks around him flamed up.... People ran around finding a safe place away from the fire as the whole barn burned

' I should have done this a long time ago' Jungkook said as he raised his sword

' It's not me... Don't kill me...Ju-Jungkook spare me it's not me' Sehun begged as he crawled backwards ' Its Akari...she wants Taehyung's blood..she-'

A loud painful howl was heard as Jungkook's burning sword found it's place deep in Sehun's chest.... setting the alpha on fire...He pulled the sword out and heard the screams and yells of people around him.... Old memories swarmed up his head sending his wolf berserk as he plunged the sword deeper into the alpha again and again till he was satisfied...

Jungkook's fangs and claws were out by now...his breath heaving as the fire flamed up... his eyes a menace as he howled in anger...

Jihoon begged for his brother's life...as Yoongi and Jimin held him back...

Yeonjun cried tears of Justice while Soobin had his arms wrapped around him....

Taehyung went forward from his place.... Moving past Namjoon... walking directly into into the fire...in the middle of which stood his mate... staring down at the burning body

Jimin was about to run behind him when Yoongi held him back... shaking his head.... letting Taehyung walk into the flames

The flames danced around him as the omega walked ahead..his head held high and eyes glistening...his gown fluttered in the soft wind yet not even a single spark touched him

What doesn't kill me...helped me kill you Sehun.... Fire won't kill me as long as he is my mate...Death won't touch me as long as it's not from my mate

A tear slipped past Taehyung's eyes as he raised his hands wrapping it around Jungkook.. backhugging him....

' It's fine...' Taehyung whispered into the alpha's ears 'He deserved it....' He said calming down the wolf

The whole Mirawik looked in fear as the flames slowly died down...with the couple standing beside Sehun's body...which was still ablaze

' He touched our Yeon' Jungkook mumbled...his eyes glowing ' He tried to kill you'

' We both are fine.... you saved us' Taehyung said tightening his grip and releasing his scent which calmed the alpha

Jin was still in shock when he suddenly heard Hyungsik's alarmed voice

' Oh goddess the crops!'

Jin looked around and saw how the flames were slowly dying down but the forest and barn still burning...he stepped forward raising both his hands holding one above the other as water swirled between his palms.... before spreading out..falling all over the place.. putting off the fire....

Namjoon was soon to follow behind.. He raised one of his hands... moving it in a double circle as a cloth used as a decoration flew down landing itself over Sehun.. hiding his burnt body

Jungkook came down from his furious state and looked at the destruction he has caused to the place.... everything was turned to ashes...the make shift stalls which were set up for the festival...the decorations... but what struck him was the burnt down crops..
He saw how the villagers looked at him...some with fear..some with hate.. while the others hurt

Taehyung was well aware of the consequence....he cupped Jungkook's cheeks making him look at him 'No matter what they say...you did no wrong.... Yeonjun deserved this justice and you provided him that... Sehun called it up on himself amd no one can blame you for his death...'

' But the village..the crops' Jungkook's voice came out so low....so weak as he held his head low

Taehyung's jaw clenched..his heart aching as he stepped back ' Hold your head high Jeon Jungkook! If you can tell me not to bow in front of anyone then you must be the one who should have his head held high'

Jungkook raised his eyes looking at the determined face of his omega...

' Either walk like the King that you are' Taehyung said ' Or walk like you don't give two fucks about who the king is...but never ever fall weak because of what others say....'

Jungkook nodded his head.. biting on to his lips as he blinked his tears off....

' And about the crops' Taehyung turned around facing the crowd ' The day I got married to your King... I had promised you all that no matter how hard the situation is... I'll be there with you all... leading the path.. finding the light...and I don't plan of leaving you all in misery...not today... not tomorrow...nor in the future'

The whole Mirawik froze when the saw how the omega kneeled down... with his eyes closed as a blue hue rose from him....small golden sparks left him as he touched the ground...spreading all around like some butterflies landing all over the barn and the forest.... It felt as if the time was reversing as the greenery around them came back to life...along with the harvested crops that were stored in the barn....

Taehyung opened his eyes...a small satisfied smile on his lips as he eyed his surroundings.....

' Thankyou so much Luna'  Someone from the crowd called out

' Its not me whom you should thank' Taehyung said 'You should be thanking your king whom you all hated...whom you all wanted to exile from the kingdom.... Its you all who should understand the fact that a mere four year could never..on his own can deliberately set a whole palace on fire....you all should have understood how a four year would feel when he lost his family in a fire unknowingly started by him..instead of blaming him and calling him names....

Realize your mistake before it's too late.... Start respecting the man who stayed with you all..all these years just to protect you....who vowed to protect you even after all these accusations... If me...a mere omega who met his just months ago could trust him with my life..then you all..who have been seeing my Jungkook for years can also trust him....

A kingdom... No matter how big...how powerful it is..will never win a battle if the subjects won't trust their king.... All these years.. Jungkook has served you..trained your warriors.. ignoring all the accusations..all the hatred Because he trusted you all..he believed that even though you will never be there for him... you all will be there for each other and now' Taehyung wiped off the tear that left his eyes ' And now it's your chance to show that trust back.... Every relationship...be that of mates.. friends.. family or even between the royals and the subject....no matter what the relationship is...it will never last until and unless the efforts are put by both the sides.... You still have time.. understand your mistakes...learn from them and correct your future'

Taehyung held on to Jungkook's hand..both of them bowing before leaving

' Arrange the carriage!' Yeonjun called out as the guards rushed

Jungkook never once took his eyes off his omega.. feeling Proud and thankful of his mate..who stood up for him even though he knew how scared his Tae was

I love you Jeon Jungkook suddenly linked making the omega giggle lightly...as he looked at the smiling alpha

Jeon huh? He linked back as Jungkook chuckled

Taehyung shook his head smiling as he leaned on to Jungkook... resting his head against his shoulder as they walked towards the carriage
