No matter how many times they see him...the beauty of Kim Taehyung never failed to fascinate the Mirawikians... and it was again proven to be true when Taehyung walked in wearing a white frilled shirt with black suit embroidered with golden thread beside his mate Jungkook who was clad in a in a somewhat similar attire as they both followed Namjoon and Seokjin in to the throne room

The whole Mirawik was assembled along with the royals of Alwarak for the coronation ceremony of their new alpha and Luna...

Jaewan along with Jihye and Hyorin had arrived early morning and had helped Taehyung in getting ready.... Hyorin had made something special for Jin who by now was the number one fan of her cooking...

Jimin was with Soobin... wandering around the kingdom while Yoongi went with Yeonjun who showed him the pack warriors...

Junghyun didn't even bother coming...nor did anyone ask for his presence.....

Jin took in a deep breath as he looked at the people gathered around....he could see the hesitance on the faces of the Mirawikians...and he knew the reason for the same

' Greetings to the Mirawikians....and hearty welcome to our Royals of Alwarak...' Namjoon spoke up grabbing everyone's attention ' We are very happy with the renewed friendship between Mirawik and Alwarak and also in having the eldest Prince of Alwarak as our Crown Prince's mate'

' With each and everyone of yours support and love...I have been ruling the kingdom since I was eleven...' Jin said smiling ' And now I think it's time for my brother to take over the crown.. along with his mate Taehyung and become the next Alpha and Luna of Mirawik also From today onwards Kim Namjoon will be the new royal advisor' Jin turned towards Hayoon ' Let's start the ceremony'

Hayoon bowed as he stepped forward and the whole room filled with murmurs.... Taehyung frowned...he could feel the shift in Jungkook's scent as it turned sour

Jungkook raised his hand stoping everyone of Hayoon's movements as he came forward bowing to the crowd

Jungkook's mismatched orbs raked over every tensed face in the crowd...a sigh left him even though his heart dropped ' Before my crowing I want to make somethings clear....'

Jimin and Yoongi shared a glance as they listened to the alpha

' I know that you all despise me with all your heart... And I also know how you all through your friends or family at Alwarak has warned Taehyung about me... But am thankful to you Tae for not listening to them' Jungkook said looking at Taehyung who felt life creeping back into him when he saw the Alpha smiling at him after days...

' As the crown prince of Mirawik' Jungkook turned back to the crowd..his face back to being cold and stoic 'I promise you that I will protect you no matter what the situation is...There are many reasons for you all to be scared of me..or even to despise me...you all have seen the destruction I have caused..and you have the right to keep on hating me..but I would be greatful if you'd grant me a second chance... All these years I just wanted to somehow live just for the sake of living... but after meeting my Tae...I have been craving for second chances in my life..so that I can mend all of my mistakes....also I can assure you that no kingdom will ever dare to invade the land ruled by the Merikh himself...I hope you all will take my request into consideration and will see me as your Alpha king somewhere in the near future' Jungkook bowed as the crowd erupted into loud cheers hailing for their new King Jungkook... as Hayoon started with his chants

Taehyung now had a wide smile....his heart erupting with happiness hearing his mate's words...he felt relieved seeing the Jungkook he knew coming back.... He couldn't stop grinning as he saw how a gleaming Jin placed the Crown on Jungkook's head

' Taehyung' Namjoon called pulling Tae out of his thoughts...

Taehyung smiled moving closer as he sat next to Jungkook on the throne...as Jin set the crown on him....

Jimin and Yoongi were beaming in joy seeing their brother finally getting everything that he deserved whereas Jihye Jaewan and Hyorin were in tears..way too happy for their little Taehyungie

' Long live the Alpha and Luna' Yeonjun hailed kneeling as the crowed followed...

Taehyung was in his chamber getting back into his normal clothes with Jin on the bed arranging the mess when Taehyung noticed something...

Jin felt relieved seeing the genuine smile on the younger after many days...

' Can I ask you something' Taehyung asked sheepishly... Now it was a question to really think about.. because considering the curious nature of the younger Jin was sure that nothing normal would be asked by his new luna

' Yes' Jin nodded chuckling anyway

' What... happened to your arm?' The moment Taehyung closed his mouth after asking the question he saw the beta pulling down his sleeve... hiding the dark scar on his left hand.... Taehyung felt bad seeing the uncomfortable look on Jin... ' Hyung Am sorry if I asked something inappropriate..you don't have to tell me anything...'

' No.... it's.. it's just a long story... I'll tell you some other day' Jin said forcing out a smile... And stood up 'Taehyung.... I'll send Yeonjun or Sana here...I have to see Namjoon...I forgot to tell him something'

' Sure hyung' Taehyung smiled.. knowing well that it was just a mere excuse by the elder.... Jin ruffled his hair before walking out...

Taehyung sat back on the bed..and continued to arrange the clothes when Yeonjun walked in

' At your service my Luna' Yeonjun bowed dramatically making the omega laugh...

' Where were you?' Taehyung asked walking towards the mirror adjusting his crown

' Jungkook hyung was never keen on wearing one....' Yeonjun sighed ' Anyway if you want to change your crown...we can do that now... let's do one thing..come with me... Let's tell Jin hyung and he will do the rest...but you know where he is?'

Jungkook's voice dropped ' If I could plan this whole thing on my own...if I could make the Prince of Alwarak fall for me....if I can make false promises to love him and make him my mate... if I can hurt an omega on the night of our own wedding just because I couldn't hold back the devil in me...and if I can burn down the whole palace and hurt my own brother without thinking twice... then don't you think I can kill my own mate whose life was made a living hell by me by faking some love just for decades old revenge?'

'You knew about this?' Taehyung asked...his hands shaking ' Ofcourse you'd know...' He scoffed making Namjoon look so small in front of him ' Is that why Jin hyung got angry with you or was he also a part of this game?'

' Taehyung you need to hear me out' Jungkook said desperately

' Hear you out?' Taehyung asked unbelievably ' I did hear you and I think I had enough!'

Yeonjun go call Jin and come Namjoon linked as the said boy ran out

' All these days...I was dying here thinking where I messed up... what I did wrong for you to ignore me like this..for you be this angry with me....I was desperately trying to find out even the smallest of mistake I did because of which you were treating me like something untouchable...unseen...I even thought that you hated me-'

' I can't hate you Tae' Jungkook cut him off

' Ofcourse you can't' Taehyung's voice broke..tears never stopping as he finally said the biggest Truth of his life aloud ' You can't hate me because you never loved me Jungkook.... You never did even for once'

' You were right...you just made a single promise of making me Your mate...as per your plan..about which the stupid me was unaware off....and you did fulfill that promise' Taehyung chuckled dryly ' The rest was just me right? ' You used me like a fucking ragdoll...you hurt me... ignored me but all that doesn't compare to the pain I felt when I heard that you never loved me... that all this was a lie..that all of it was just fake love...Why Jungkook?' Taehyung sobbed ' Why did you make me see all those dreams about a beautiful life with you when in the end you just had to break them? Why did you save me that night when in the end you just wanted to turn me into a living corpse? I would have forgiven you if you have ruined my face and scarred my body...but you... you broke my heart and tore my soul Jungkook..you killed my dreams and ruined my already fucked up life...'

' Tae' Namjoon whispered...his heart clenching in pain as hatred for himself crept up his chest

Jungkook stood frozen at his place... listening to the painful sobs of his mate...but the words that left the omega next stabbed him in heart like a silver dagger

'I fought against my whole kingdom...I fought against my own family just to be with you Jungkook!!! I fought with everyone just to be with a Merikh!!'

Jungkook's head shot up towards the younger when he heard that...his heart screaming at Taehyung to not continue what he was going to say..but his fears came true when Taehyung finally said it

' I fought against everyone just to be with the one who burned down his whole family' The weight of his words did dawn on him but Taehyung was not ready to think of anyone else's pain today... enough being the selfless omega he was... enough of all the pain ' What was your plan Jungkook?' He clearly saw the hurt in his alpha's eyes but for the first time he didn't feel bad for him 'Tell me Jungkook...what were you guys planning for? Killing me? Just like how you killed your eomma appa'

' Enough Tae' Jungkook said.. gritting his teeth...' You are crossing the limits'

' Limits?' Taehyung scoffed ' I have just started Jungkook and you already had enough? No way in hell am I stopping now!'

Jungkook could feel his wolf struggling to be let free...his heart beats rising as fear crept him..I can't loose control now He thought as he turned around leaving

' Ofcourse! Running away whenever you feel things are going against you is not something new for you but I won't let you go!' Taehyung yelled as he went behind the elder

Namjoon's eyes widened when he saw the sparks filling the air...Kook No 'Taehyung waittt don't go'

' Kill me before you go Jungkook.... ' Taehyung ran forward trying to hold the alpha's hand 'Now that I saw your real face just kill me-'

' Get off' Jungkook yelled prying his hands off the omega but his blood ran cold when he heard a loud thud and a yell

' What happened Yeonjun?' Jin frowned standing up when a panting Yeonjun ran in

' He was cheating him?' Yeonjun asked..his own voice wavering...' You all were playing with my hyung's heart?'

' Huh?' Jimin looked puzzled

Jin's eyes widened when he understood what Yeonjun was saying...He ran inside in search of Taehyung and Jungkook... with the rest of them following behind.

Jimin and Yoongi had their heart beating out of their chest as they felt something off when they rushed behind Jin into the courtyard only to stop in their tracks when they saw the firey trails all over Jungkook's neck and arms...but a loud scream left Jimin when he saw Jungkook yanking off his hand as ball of fire left him hitting Taehyung sending him into the nearest piller with his clothes all flaring up

Jungkook turned around in the speed of lightning when he heard Jimin's voice...his breathing stopping as saw the red puddle forming under the omega's head and his burning clothes....old memories filling his head making him go numb

Jin rushed forward extending his arm as a ribbon of water circled around Taehyung.... putting out the fire and raising him in mid air inside a bubble with the water still wrapping around him

Taehyung fell back into Jin's arms as he made the bubble burst

' Prepare the carriage' Jin yelled holding the limp body of the omega close to him.... The coldness from his own body soothing the omega's burnt skin

' I'll do it..come' Yoongi yelled as he ran out with Yeonjun and Jin...

Jimin's eyes flared red as he looked at the still frozen alpha ' You fucker!' He yelled throwing himself at Jungkook... knocking him on his jaw..

Jungkook stumbled back...his lips now bleeding when another blow landed on his cheeks

' The fuck did you do that to my hyung?' Jimin yelled as he continued to hit the King of Mirawik....who made no effort in fighting back nor stopping the Crown Prince

A groan left Jungkook when his back came in contact with the floor

'He loved you with his everything!!! He went against us for you...he trusted you then Whyy!!' Jimin yelled as he kept kicking the alpha's stomach... somewhere deep in his heart hoping for a reply anywhere near it was an accident Jimin I could neve hurt him But that never came....His blood boiled seeing the silent alpha coughing out blood yet refusing to open his mouth...
He could hear Namjoon begging him to stop but he didn't listen to any of those pleas...all he could think off was the state his hyung was in when Jin ran out with him

Jimin used all his might to pull the alpha up.. slamming him into the wall...the dull pain he was feeling on his nape growing beyond controllable as his fingers tightened around Jungkook's neck.... ' Just fucking tell me before it's too late' Jimin yelled raising his other hand only have it stop mid air...as if someone was holding him back

He turned around and saw Namjoon standing at some distance from him..his eyes fixed on Jimin's hand...

' Leave' Jimin growled but Namjoon shook his head...eyes never leaving his hand

' Tae has sealed his fate with Kook... Don't kill him... please lower your sword Jimin' Namjoon begged

And that's when it struck him....his eyes slowly trailing back to the glowing silver sword in his own arm...

' Please' Namjoon said again...and the Alpha Prince nodded

Jimin's grip around Jungkook loosed making the alpha hold his throat..and gasp for air... His eyes widened when the sword that was in his arm a second ago disintegrating into a blue glow before disappearing into thin air

One by one.. things started settling in him... Jungkook can control fire...Jin can control water... Namjoon can control minds and he can-

' Jimin!' Sana came running in ' You are needed at the pack hospital'
