The door to the chamber opened and in came the alpha....his eyes stopping on the figure on the bed..whose legs were dangling down the bed and upper body in a sleeping position...

Jungkook slowly walked towards the sleeping omega He fell asleep while waiting for me? This thought alone brought a warmth in his chest..a small smile on his lips as he crouched down beside him...only to have his smile vanish seeing the tear stained cheeks... He was about to pull the younger into his arms when he saw the partially healed scar on his wrist and the previous night rushed back into his head....

His eyes darkened as he stood up walking away into the washroom to get freshen up...only to come back after that and left the chamber

Taehyung groaned painfully as he sat up...his shoulder and neck hurt like hell making him scrunch his face in pain.... that's when something clicked him

' I fell asleep?...' He mumbled standing up 'Why didn't he wake me up? Wait did he even come?'

Taehyung quickly stood up running to the bathroom to get freshen up

Jin was going to wake Taehyung up when he saw the said omega running downstairs Where is he going?

' Dokhwa hyung' Taehyung called when he saw the said alpha

' My Prince' Dokhwa bowed as the omega came to a halt in front of him.. panting heavily

' Hyung when did Jungkook leave?' He asked trying control his breathing... hoping a he didn't come back as an answer

' Alpha Prince left at midnight'

' Midnight?' Taehyung frowned

' Yeah... Prince came and immediately left...'

He didn't even bother waking me up? His eyes brimmed with tears...as he stood in the middle of the hall

' Tae..' Jin called softly grabbing the attention of the younger who just lowered his head

' Hyung...Am not feeling good... I'll be in my chamber... Please tell Yeon to not send anyone in' Taehyung said without even looking at the beta

' Tae... Taehyung wait' Jin sighed seeing the boy just walking away.. ignoring his calls.

' Jin' Namjoon who was silently witnessing all this nervously stood beside Jin

' What do you want?' Jin glared at him

'Busy? Hyung the king of Mirawik is sitting in front of me feeding me...and you say that the bcrown prince is busy? ho-'

'You and Kook are going to be crowned the alpha and Luna in two days' Jin blurted out...' We just go to know about it at night only and you were sleeping so we thught of teling you in the morning..He is busy because of it....you how hectic it gets when the power of a whole kingdom is transferred to the next king...' 'What about we prepare the invitation scrolls to Alwarak and other kingdoms?'

' Will you let me write the one for Jiminie?' Taehyung asked..his azure orbs glowing in excitement...

Jin nodded smiling...his heart clenching as he nodded as a wide smile bloomed on the younger's face

'Yess come lets go' So saying he ran out of the chamber leeaving Jin alone

Oh goddess please forgive me for all this.. The king prayed as he followed the younger out....not having any idea about the storm approaching them

' You might not know but Soobin is Sana's brother' Jin smiled seeing the surprise on the younger ' And I have seen these two growing up' He said looking at Yeonjun and Soobin

' Yes' Sana smiled ' And am telling you Tae..this brat here calls me by my name even though am the eldest' She said pinching Jin's arm

' Ah Noona hurtss' Jin whinned rubbing his hand 'And look at you playing the victim when you yourself told me not to call you Noona since I am the king'

' But he never denied too' Jin spoke up ' Every time I propose he would just walk away... saying that he is just a guard and am his king so he should remain at the place he is ought to be.... But Me being me got tired of his attitude and just directly went and announced my decision to get married to my personal guard.. confident that no one's going to question their king's decision...even Kook was with me in all this... and even though the royal advisor and the ministers had held a counsel to discuss about my decision but you see the royal advisor was a good friend of our appa and is like a father to us...and he seeing my desperate attempts agreed for the wedding'

' That's where things went wrong' Jin sighed

' Jin!' Namjoon barged into the king's chamber where Jin was sitting with Jungkook

' Hey Joon' Jin immediately stood up smiling

' Don't hey Joon me' Namjoon scoffed ' Why did you do this?'

' Do what?' Jin frowned... Jungkook now staring at both of them 

' How could you announce our wedding without even asking me?' Namjoon spat ' Didn't  you think that my consent is needed?'

' Joon' Jungkook called

' No Jungkook...' Namjoon stopped him ' And you... Don't you think that my feelings matters? What if I am in love with someone else? What will I do then?'

' D-do you love someone else?' Jin asked..his throat going dry...

' Does it matter anymore? The whole kingdom is getting ready for our wedding and if I dare break this off they will behead me for hurting their beloved king'

A tear left Jin's eyes...his hands shaking in fear...how can I do this to him and the person he loves....I can't just selfishly keep him with me No

' Namjoon enough!' Jungkook's voice pulled Jin out of his thoughts

' I told you to keep quiet!'

' Joon' Jin called out...his voice wavering ' Am sorry..'

'What?' Namjoon tilted his head

' I will call off the wedding... I am the king..no will question me...you c-can go back to the person you love'

' Go Joon... please' A sob left the beta taking both Jungkook and Namjoon off guard

' Ok' Namjoon nodded...as Jungkook's eyes widened...

A chuckle left Namjoon when he saw the shocked look on the King...' You straight away decided to get married to me even before I could propose or confess to you? No way Jeon Seokjin.... You are going to be Kim Namjoon's mate...and you won't marry me before I confess to you'

' Jinnie... it's you whom I have ever loved all my life... ' So this is how Jeon Seokjin became Kim Seokjin' Sana laughed

' I really got scared in the middle' Taehyung said keeping his hand over his chest

' You bet!  I almost had a heart attack!'  Jin said dramatically making everyone laugh..and that's when Taehyung noticed something

' Soobin' He gasped ' You have dimples'

' Yeah' Soobin grinned proudly as Taehyung poked him

' I see you have a weird obsession with dimples' Jin said laughing

' I don't know why...but it fascinates me' Taehyung chirped up

' Isn't it beautiful' Soobin asked mischievously

' Yes' Taehyung quickly replied

' See... it's beautiful' Soobin said wiggling his brows at Yeonjun

' As the saying goes... beauty and brains Don't go together...and see you turned out to a handsome dumb' Yeonjun scoffed but stilled when he understood what he just told

' So you do admit that am handsome huh?' Soobin smirked making Yeonjun go all red

Taehyung was still laughing hard when he got a whiff of his favorite scent making him turn his head only to be met with a pair of mismatched orbs

Jungkook was back in the palace... trying to find Namjoon when he heard loud laughs and giggles... He walked towards the courtyard and saw his mate sitting with his family while Sana kept on talking to them....

Jungkook wanted to laugh seeing the change of expression on the younger's face...he would be having a wide grin which would morph into horror that would then be breaking out into the biggest of boxy smiles...

A chuckle left Jungkook when he saw Taehyung poking Soobin's cheeks... He was so lost in the omega that he didn't notice the younger staring at him until he heard Taehyung's voice in the link

Jungkook snapped out of his thoughts...a frown on his forehead as his smile faded out and the alpha walked off

' I'll come now' Taehyung said standing up running behind his mate

' Kookie...waitt' Taehyung called out as he held onto Jungkook's arm only to have his hand jerked back

' When did you come back yesterday?' Taehyung asked ignoring the pain in his heart

' Which promise are you talking about Taehyung? The only promise I made was to make you my mate and here you are' Jungkook shrugged ' If I remember all the other promises were made by you....so it's upto you to decide if you want to keep them or break them'

' What are you running away from?' Taehyung spoke up when he saw the elder leaving ' What are you so scared off?'

Taehyung sighed as Jungkook went still ' I know that you don't want to run away from me.... but I don't know what it is that's keeping you away from me... I have seen the real Jungkook on those nights at our Arcane...the Jungkook who dies Everytime he steps into the palace...tell me what's scaring you Koo ...  I can help you'

Jungkook chuckled seeing the youngest...he saw the way Taehyung was staring at him...a sigh leaving him as he understood the meaning behind the gaze ' Tae...take them in'

Taehyung just nodded as he guided both Yoongi and Jimin in.... and Jungkook left

Yoongi was about to get inside the palace when he suddenly noticed a certain beta

' Hey Jin'

' Hey Yoongi hyung' Jin smiled back...both of them ready to start their bickering ' I was looking forward to meet you'

' I was not' Yoongi deadpanned

' Oh I can understand hyung' Jin smiled mischievously ' I know it's not easy to handle Kim Seokjin's charms if you meet me every day'

Yoongi blinked as he looked at Namjoon who now had an apologetic smile ' Charms? What charms?'

' Huh?' Jin's smirk fell

' No one told me about that till now...the next time you decide to put that on display.. please do inform me so that I won't miss it ' Yoongi smiled sweetly before walking in... leaving Jin to just curse under his breath

But his whole facade broke the moment the trueblood left

' They are here' Jin mumbled ' What if Kook does something?'

' Last time when the friendship broke it was turned into years of Rivalry' Namjoon spoke up..his gaze fixed on the retreating back of Jimin and Yoongi ' But this time if it breaks..it will be a deadly war'

Am so sorry for not updating all these days and I know this chapter was not thatt good... I am actually caught up with some family matters...and I am not even getting time to do anything...I couldn't write for the past few days...and have jst updated a previously written chptr
