❝ this crazy person here is Robin, Kie's slightly younger cousin from her mother's side. She doesn't live in the obx sadly, her family has always lived on the mainland and only visited in the summer break or during other holidays. I knew Robin since I was eleven due to her almost running me over with her bike and killing me, I'm just being dramatic, but since then we always hung out whenever they were here. She's also apart of the puges but she's more of an occasional member. Robin is also absolutely nothing like Kie, she's like the stereotypical crazy cousin, sometimes she even exceeds JJ's craziness which is not so good. She's also a really good tennis player and sometimes practices with frying pans and random pingpong balls or anything she can get her hands on at the Chateau. I'm missing a window because of her... I haven't seen her in a while though, but Kie mentioned something about her coming to the outer banks but we'll see!❞

Robin Coldwell has always loved the outer banks. It truly was paradise on earth for her since she only went there with her family whenever there was a holiday or in the summer. It was mostly so they could visit her cousin, Kiara, and her family since Robin's mother and Kie's mother were siblings. Compared to were Robin lived she was never really able to connect with teenagers her age since her parents decided to find a home in the snobbiest part of their town that they could.

The first friend she made was in the outer banks, it was a boy named John B. Routledge. Their meeting was a but unfortuante due to Robin immediately giving him a sprained wrist after literally bumping into him while biking around the island. They continued to hang out many times when she came over and soon met JJ Maybank, Pope Heyward as the years passed and of course, she knew Kiara already. Robin and JJ almost immediatey clicked due to their love for the Chateu's rooster, who Robin decided to call Benedict Bartholomew the third. They became a small grouo of friends with the famous 'pouge' title even though the two girls would've been considered kooks due to their wealth.

Robin's father was friends with John B's father so their friendship worked out pretty well, although her mother was a bit reluctant to trust the man. Their teenage daughter never really understood what they could've been talking about whenever they went away while her and John B played outside the Chateau. It wasn't really their buisness anyway, they were ignorant kids.

As time passed on and the grouo of friends turned sixteen Robin was rarely seen in the outer banks. Her parents had too much work to do, mostly her father who even stayed up late at night to answer the tons and tons of calls that he was getting, so she was forces to stay on the mainland for months. She wished to go back to the outer banks as soon as possible. After the news of John B's father vanishing at sea she felt horrible for not being able to see her friend and the messages she sent were either not answered or were only replied with short sentences. Robin wanted to help him but with the distance she was at she just couldn't.

However in the may of 2020 Robin should've not wished for what she did. Her return to the Outer Banks was sudden and she still had not understood what happened. The police decided to have her stay at her cousins for the time being or maybe even forever, but Kiara's parents took Robin in with no questiones asked. Sure, she was back at the outer banks where all her friend were, but at what cost. One day she woke up to bullet holes in the walls of their house, her parents nowhere to be found and a paper with a simple wheat symbol.

Little did Robin know that she was just about to be pulled into the biggest mess that she ever experienced along with her friends and a certain blonde whom she still had a little childhood crush on.
