" This is Quinn Harlow, otherwise known as the menace to society. That nickname comes from the kooks but to us on the Cut, she is like an idol to some of the kids. I personally don't know her very well since she is surrounded by a completely different group of people than I am. She is a bit similar to JJ if I'm being honest, she despises the kooks, is impulsive and actually does something to show her dislike to the ways of life on the island so I think the two of them would definitely get along well. The only interaction I had with her personally was when she pierced one of my ears at a random party (it was an drunk decision). Pope is terrified of her, that is probably over exaggerating but he looks like he pissed his oants anytime we see her doing something wild around the town. Kiara however, I don't know how she feels about her, I once saw them talking to each other by the station but she didn't tell us anything about that. I would be glad to get to know her better since she seems like a cool person. "

QUINN HARLOW WAS born a pogue, raised as a pogue and lived as a pogue. She grew up on the Cut in a small house that looked like it would become one with the ground any minute, but it was still the place she considered home. Her only parent, her father, raised her as best as he could since her mother was who knows where, probably on the other side of the country. Quinn never knew her and by the way her father described her she was not worried about not having her as a mother at all.

The teenage girl was the living nightmare of the kooks. She was the most rebellious pogue on the island, in her and many others opinion. Quinn had absolutely no regard for the rules, her mouth said things quicker than she thought (if she even thought through anything), and the way she expressed her opinion on things was through vandalism. The girl liked to say that she came out swinging and as a professional thief from the womb, which after getting to know her some thought to be true. Quinn despised the kooks with a burning passion, she didn't hate anything as much as she hated them. The way they had the audacity to live on the same island as them whilst they were so damn wealthy that they had money flowing out from their wallets, and then say that there was nothing wrong with the econmy on the island.

Quinn took matters into her own hands when she became a teenager and began terrorizing the kooks the same way their sons and daughters insukted the ones on the Cut non stop. She crashed parties, trashed cars, soraypainted entire houses, stole wallets constantly, scratched the most expensive vehicles until they were unrecognizable. The teen earned a reputation on Figure eight and everybody knew her name. Quinn did however end up in the police station many times but she didn't really care, her motto "we only live once" was something she took literally so nothing stopped her from doing crazy actions. Shoupe and Peterkin at the beginning tried to get her to stop but by now they just accepted the weird situation. Quinn always said that the station is her second home and Shoupe is her adoptive mother, just to annoy the man.

One day when Quinn was on a rampage due to some kooks threatening to buy the land that she and some of her friends lived on, she bumped into a girl. She recognized her as the daughter of the kooks who had a restaurant on the Cut but she didn't expect to soon form a close relationship with her. That half pogue, half kook girl would soon become the anchor to Quinn's rage and the only person to be able to extinguish the fire that the Harlow girl was.

⚓️ ° . ⭒ I absolutely love Quinn's character fr like I dunno if I would wanna be Kie or her cus ugh, had to have milly as a fc cus pls she was my gay awakening🛐 but yeah also just to point out that this fic will be dealing with some strong topics such as abuse, mental and physical, and Mike and Anna's characters will be a bit different than in the show (although not that different cus they did cannonly send their daughter away to freaking wilderness theraphy when they know its fucked) so yeah it will be sad, and stuff ✊️
