Brian went to stand only to have Carter motion for him to sit down, "No, no, no. Sit down." Brian stayed seated as Reyna and Roman shared a glance. "Nice Ferrari you got in the driveway," Brian says as Carter sat down in his seat. "I'm glad you like it," Carter says as he opened the package they retrieved. Carter then dumps a cigar and cigar cutter onto the table, "Darlin', will you hold that?" Carter handed Reyna the empty envelope not noticing her tense shoulders at the name, though Brian and Roman noticed.

Roman looked at the products from the package before looking at Carter, "We did all that for a damn cigar?" Carter placed the cigar in his mouth as he answered Roman, "No, you did that for a job." He looked up at the men, "Do you really think that I would let somebody impound my car? The boatyard's mine. Oh, by the way, you two owe me a gate. But I'll just take it off your cut." Roman let out a fake laugh as he spoke, "Off out cut." Carter nodded, "Yeah." Reyna smirked.

Roman nodded slightly, "I like that." Brian leaned forward in his seat, "What's this job you got for us anyway?" Reyna stayed in her seat as Carter led Monica, Roman and Brian away from the house to talk. She took a moment to breathe before pulling out her phone and calling Amira being sent to voicemail, "Hey Mir, I'm gonna be gone longer than I originally said. I can't share any details but I thought I'd call to let you know I'm alright. Talk soon." She hung up and made her way towards Carter.

Carter placed his arm around Monica's waist, "Reyna. I want you riding with them for now. See exactly what type of people we are dealing with. They're waiting for you." Reyna nodded in agreement as she turned to walk towards Brian and Roman's cars. She finally reached them and let out a breath, "I'll ride with Brian, we gotta talk." Brian nodded as they climbed into the cars. Reyna let herself relax as they drove away from the mansion, "Are you alright?" Brian questioned casually glancing at the stressed girl.

She smiled lightly as she looked at him, "I don't know how you do it... This job is more stressful than doing the crimes." Brian laughed, though he couldn't help but agree with her. "Yeah, but you'll be free after this," Brian says as they finally reach the highway, Roman keeping behind Brian. "That is very true but I don't know... I'll be back to racing and running again soon, I'm a Toretto by influence," Reyna says as she crosses her legs on the seat.

Brian looked over at Reyna as they stopped at a light, "Have you heard from any of them?" Reyna looked out the window, "I spoke with Leon. He organised Jesse's funeral and paid for everything, he's a few graves down from my dad." She turned to look at Brian as he started driving at the sight of green, "But I haven't heard anything from anyone else. I haven't tried reaching out in case I'm being watched, you know?" Brian nodded as he sighed.

Reyna looked back out the window as they sat in silence for a few minutes before she looked at Brian. "I don't blame you, you know?" Reyna spoke softly making Brian look at her as she continued, "You were doing your job, you went against it and incriminated yourself in a sense to help us." He smiled slightly before shrugging, "I don't know, Rey. I still feel like things could've gone differently." Reyna shook her head, "Don't dwell on the past, Brian. Focus on the present and the future, who you are now is what matters. Not who you were." Brian smiled at her words.

Brian pulled up to a garage as he smiled at Reyna, "You'll like this crew." Reyna smiled back before climbing out of the car. "Man, Tej's garage is ridiculous. He's got the best of everything, snap-on tools. All these lifts are brand-new. They're only maybe a couple of months old," Brian explains as he leads Roman and Reyna inside. "Hey, yo, Jimmy. What's up, man?" Brian shook Jimmy's hand, "What's up, Bullet?" Reyna smiled as Jimmy looked at her and Roman.

Brian smiled at Reyna before doing the introductions, "That's Rome right there. And this is Reyna, a great friend." Reyna smiled at Brian as Jimmy nodded. "When you get a second, I want you to check out the Evo and the Eclipse and make sure everything's copacetic," Brian tells Jimmy who looked over at the cars, "Evo? Where'd you get an Evo from?" Reyna laughed, "That's a long story." Jimmy nodded, "You got it." Brian nodded, "All right, thanks, Jimmy."

Brian continued along with Rome and Rey following behind him until they walked out into the sun spotting a large crowd and people on the water. "You're making me lose money. Don't do that to me right now. I cannot take that right... Come on, Ray! Do it!" The same man from the race spoke through a speaker as he hosts a jet ski race, Reyna took the moment to check him out. Rome nudged her before smirking at her making her roll her eyes.

Brian approached him, "Hey, Tej Parker. Roman Pearce and Reyna Roshani." Brians says to Tej as they fist bump. "Basically, he's the man to know in Miami. He's got his finger in absolutely everything. It's just the way he is," Brian explains smirking at Reyna who looked at Tej impressed. Brian turned to a woman, "What's up, Suki?" Suki smiled at Brian as he spoke, "What's this? What's the latest?" Suki held out the drawing for them to see, Reyna smiled as it reminded her of working with Jesse on sketches.

Suki smiled at them, "It's a work in progress. It's not finished yet." Rome nodded with an impressed smile, "That's some artistic shit." Roman shook her hand as Reyna stepped forward, "You got talent, Suki." Suki smiled at Reyna as they shook hands, "Thanks, girl." Brian turned back to Tej as he spoke through the speaker, "Do or die. Bring it home, Ray. Bring it home, Ray. Bring it home. Bring it home. Yeah, baby! Pay up! Pay up! Pay up!" Reyna smiled at the sight and she couldn't help but feel at home.

Rome looked at Brian, "That's how they do it out here, man?" Reyna smiled as she stepped up next to Brian. "Every day," Brian answers him. "That's crazy," Rome responded before admiring the sight before him. Tej turned to look at them, his eyes landing on Reyna for a moment longer than the others which Brian noticed causing him to smirk. He made his way over as Rome spoke to him, "I'll see you about your money, homie. You race too?" Tej shook his head, "No, man. I hit a wall doin', like, a buck twenty couple years ago, you know?" He shrugged.

Tej looked between the three, "Ever since then, I just been organizing and collecting, man." Roman nodded as Reyna smiled at him, he smiled back at her as Brian spoke up, "Tej, check it out. He's gonna be in town for a while. Is there any way he could use that cot?" Tej looked up at Brian though a part of him hoped that Reyna needed a place to crash. "What's wrong with your place, man?" Tej asks him getting a quick response from Roman, "No, I don't wanna stay with him. Knowing him, he got bad habits." Reyna laughed quietly before she and Rome fist-bumped.

Brian, Rome and Reyna walked up to Jimmy by the Evo. "What's up, Jimmy? So you ever seen anything like this before?" Brian asks as Reyna looked at the engine of the Evo. "No. Both of them are wired up like I never seen before," Jimmy responded as Reyna leaned over the engine more to get a better look. "Yeah, man. They got us wired with GPS. That's why Markham knew we were gonna be at that impound lot," Brian says making Reyna sigh, "They're gonna ruin everything after we've just started." Brian nodded in agreement.

Roman looked up at Jimmy, "Yo, you the master mechanic. Why don't you just yank that shit up out of there?" Reyna shook her head before Jimmy could speak, "This ain't no Lojack, Rome. The D.I.S box, the engine management system, hell, even the main harness..." Jimmy and Rome looked at Reyna slightly surprised as Tej and Suki walked over, Brian wasn't shocked by her knowledge. "The GPS is connected through all of it, you ain't removing this easily without alerting them or damaging something," Reyna turned to them and shyly pushed some hair out of her face.

Tej was impressed by Reyna's knowledge, he was shocked by it and like Rome, they wanted to know more about the woman. "Hey, tell me somethin', man. Do I even want to know where the skyline is. dawg?" Reyna smirked at Brian who sheepishly smiled at Tej while he continued talking, "Or where you have been the past couple of days? Or where the hell you got these rides from?" Reyna and Brian shared a glance as Suki looked at them, "They're hot." Reyna nodded in agreement, if she had it her way, she'd take the risk and remove the GPS to keep them.

Jimmy nodded, "Yeah, they're hot. They wired so hot that whoever's trackin' these things will know every time you don't wear your seat belt." Reyna smirked as she leaned against the car, "Well, looks like I'm trouble." Brian wrapped an arm around her shoulders, "I'm sure you're fine." She shook off his arm and smiled, "Oh baby, I know I'm fine." Brian smiled widely as he chuckled while Rome looked between them, "I need to know this story." Reyna shrugged as Tej, Suki and Jimmy agreed with Rome.

Reyna smirked, "Oh yeah. You'd be seeing a whole new side to Brian." Brian shook his head looking at Reyna. "You were a major influence," Brian says making Reyna smile, "What can I say? I'm like gravity." He nodded in agreement as he remembered his conversation with Mia. "Yeah, you got a point there." The two of them laughed as the others just watched and listened to the conversation. "We'll tell the story eventually," Reyna says as Brian nodded in agreement.

Reyna looked at Jimmy, "All right, Jimmy. Just do what you can for us." He smiled at Reyna, "I got ya." Brian smiled at Jimmy, "Thanks, man." Brian, Rome and Reyna walked away from the cars. Reyna took another glance at Tej, his gaze already on her making her smile at him before looking back at Brian. "Yo, guys, check it out. You see that Cadillac across the street over there?" Brian asks Rome and Reyna. "Yeah," Rome answers while Reyna shakes her head. "Yeah, they've been on us since we left Verone's house," Reyna says. Rome nodded before Reyna and Brian walked over to get the Evo ready, while Rome came up with a plan.
