She picked up the book she had been reading earlier and began to read, occasionally glancing at Avyan.

However, he continued to ignore her, his attention fixed on the TV screen.

Avyan, on the other hand, was engrossed in a Hollywood movie, shouting and yelling at the screen due to the thrill he was experiencing.

"Yes! Like that! I knew it! Hit him! Yes! Knock him out! Yeahhh!" Avyan yelled, completely caught up in the excitement of the movie.

Veda closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm herself down, resisting the urge to throw the flower vase near her at Avyan's head.

"Avyan, don't shout..." Veda said, looking at Avyan, who ignored her completely, too focused on the movie.

"Avyan! Stop shouting..." Veda said again, but he ignored her once more.

Veda, having had enough, threw the flower vase at him.

"Aahh, my leg! Why did you throw this at me?" Avyan exclaimed, picking up the flower vase Veda had thrown.

"Oh dear, does it hurt?" Veda asked, faking a pitiful expression.

"Of course, it does..." Avyan replied, rubbing his leg.

"You deserved it! I told you so many times to shut up, yet you were yelling like a monkey. Now, don't shout, or I'll throw another flower vase at your head next time," Veda said, looking at Avyan, who immediately shut his mouth, but a sly smile spread across his lips.

Ayur sat in the study room, his head hidden behind his hands. A glass of wine sat beside him on the table, next to the wine bottle.

"Fvck!! Why did I do that?!" Ayur exclaimed, hitting his fist on the table.

"Did I make her uncomfortable? Of course I did!! But I couldn't help myself in that moment. Fvck!! Fvck!!" Ayur muttered, remembering what he had done in their room.

"She's driving me crazy! I can't...argh!!" He threw the glass on the ground, shattering it, with the deep red wine flowing across the white marble.

A sly smile spread across Avyan's lips.
Veda looked at him weirdly. "Why are you smiling?"

Avyan got up from the bed, making Veda's eyes widen in alarm.

"Wait! Don't you dare, Avyan!" she shouted, looking at Avyan.

Avyan just smirked as he walked towards Veda, who tried to get up from the couch. Avyan picked her up by the waist and walked towards the bed, throwing her onto it.

Veda looked at him with wide eyes. "What the heck are you doing, Avyan?"

Avyan just smirked as he jumped onto the bed, making Veda back away from him. He pulled her closer by the waist, and she felt a tingling sensation all over her body as he touched her.

He looked at her while leaning close, making her heart go crazy.

"Now... let's watch the movie together..." he whispered near her ear and leaned back with a smile.

"It's my favorite movie... the action in this movie is just...!" Avyan continued to babble.

Veda, whose eyes were wide with alarm, looked at him. He was clearly enjoying the movie. She placed her hands on her chest, trying to calm herself down.

"What the heck was I thinking? Am I going to die? Why is my heart beating so fast? Calm down..."

Avyan put his hand around her shoulder and pulled her closer to him. He continued to watch the movie while talking to Veda, who sat beside him with a rapidly beating heart

Tejal was in their room, putting the saree inside the laundry box.

She sighed as she sat on the bed. "Why isn't he coming inside yet? Isn't he going to sleep?" Tejal wondered, looking at the closed bedroom door.

She suddenly remembered the kiss, making her face flush, her heartbeat rise. "Oh god! Stop thinking about it." She shook her head.

"Why should I care?! I should sleep!" She said, laying on the bed and turning off the light. After a few minutes, she got up and turned the light back on for Ayur.

Tejal quickly closed her eyes when she felt the bedroom door opening. She could feel Ayur lying beside her.

'Is he really going to act like nothing happened?!' She turned slightly to look at Ayur, seeing him facing away from her.

'Seriously! Aren't you going to say anything about it, Ayur? Aren't you going to explain it to me?! Does he think it was a mistake...' Her last thought made her heart ache for an unknown reason.

'He probably doesn't care! Look at him sleeping like nothing happened,' she thought, gazing at the ceiling.

But little did she know that Ayur's eyes were wide open, his mind racing with thoughts of the kiss.

He was trying to process his own emotions, wondering why he had given in to his desires. He knew he had made her uncomfortable, but he couldn't help himself.

As he lay there, he could feel Tejal's gaze on him, sense her confusion and uncertainty. He wanted to turn to her, to explain himself, but he didn't know where to start.

So he remained still, pretending to sleep, hoping that the darkness would hide his true emotions.

He knew she hates him, but he didn't want her to hate him more.

The silence between them was palpable, filled with unspoken words and unresolved tension.

Tejal's thoughts swirled with questions, her heart aching with a mix of emotions.

Ayur's silence only added to her confusion, leaving her wondering if she had imagined the entire thing.

As the night wore on, the only sound in the room was the quiet hum of the air conditioner, a stark contrast to the turmoil brewing inside them.
