CHRIS JONES WAS WELL-KNOWN FOR BEING THE BAD BOY OF RIVERDALE AND OCCASIONALLY THE LONER LIKE HIS BROTHER. He never had that many friends except five, Betty Cooper, Jughead Jones, Riley Mantle, Kaitlyn Keller, and Jason Blossom. Those were the few people Chris needed and he was fine with that. Only he had gained a wide selection of people who slowly came into his life and brightened it ever so slightly. But no amount of light could truly shine some insight into the cruel things in his life.

HE FOUND HAVING MORE THAN 4 OR 5 FRIENDS WOULD LEAD TO PAIN AND CHRIS HAD EXPERIENCED ENOUGH OF THAT THROUGHOUT HIS LIFE. All he wanted was to just get through his next few years of high school then go to college. Get himself a girl, get a good-paying job, then just live his life in peace. Be close with the ones that mattered the most to him and have a happy life. That's what he strived to do since his dad couldn't do it and Jughead was just a hard enigma to decipher.

BUT HE SHOULD KNOW THAT WITH RIVERDALE, NOTHING CAN BE PEACEFUL OR EASY FOR ANYONE. So, when the news of the golden boy and his best friend, Jason Blossom had gone missing and was soon found dead. From there, everything seems to spiral out of control as a mystery appears. In the process, Chris finds most of his attention shifted to something, more like someone. Veronica Lodge.

LOVE WITH BLOSSOM, PAIN WILL OCCUR, AND TRAUMA WILL TAKE OVER. All things Chris knew all too well but never had the strength to face them. But now, with the death of his best friend, a piece of himself is pushed away. Denying the truth of what has happened and what was to come to them all. It was just a matter of time until then.
