Ichika is a girl slightly below average height with a slim figure (despite her slightly big bust). She has long jet black hair that reflects dark purple and blue in the sunlight reaching below her waist, she often ties it into two low twin-tails or either keeps it loose, or has it in a low ponytail when she's on a mission or combat training.

She has sapphire blue eyes, in which a notable trait of hers, but her eyes turn fully black when she's using her cursed technique. Many have quoted that when she joined the first few months at Jujutsu Tech, her eyes were known to be quite "dull" but after joining them and getting closer to everyone, her eyes became much clearer.

She shares the same facial shape and features, which is a soft diamond with light blue eyes (despite being different shades) and the same black hair that reflects dark blue in the light. Ichika's complexion is quite pale due to living in solitary confinement for almost a majority of her life due to being quite frail in her childhood.

Underneath her clothes, Ichika holds scars from her father's and her families abuse in her childhood and further on in her life. She often wears a cloth bandage binder around her breasts due to them being quite big which she often comments are a hindrance.

While she's out with her friends, she will wear light shades of makeup on her face and will style her hair (with Nobara's help) in a cute way.

During the events of Jujutsu Kaisen Season One as a first year student, Ichika Fujimura's jujutsu uniform consists of a dark blue gakuran-style top (a button down jacket) with a white button up long sleeved shirt underneath with a matching long skirt that is more loose and flows more than Nobara's reaching slightly to her knees, Ichika even put in a custom order behind her family's back by putting designs of her own in the uniform, such as a black corset that hugs her waist that she keeps loose on her waist when on missions to be comfortable enough for her. She also sports black leggings with a crescent moon signature on her left knee and black knee high boots with buckles and straps for decoration.

For her hair, she keeps it in a half up half down style in a small purple, black or white ribbon tied into a bow or she will tie it up in a ponytail or braid if the mission is harder than she expects it to be and doesn't want her hair to be in the way.

For makeup, sometimes Ichika wears makeup alongside Nobara and some days they will match with each other or sometimes complement each other's style.

𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐋:

For normal days and casual outfits, she wears girly and feminine styled clothing in mainly black, white, lighter shades of purple, blue, green and pink and other light and soft color variations. She will also wear jewelry with witch symbol pendants, flowers, charms and such.

𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐋:

All formal events are categorized differently in each of her different styles depending on the events that is attending:

𝘍𝘖𝘙 𝘋𝘈𝘛𝘌𝘚:

If she is on a romantic date with Nobara and/or Maki, Ichika will style herself more fancier and sometimes more formally with clothes that she had sewn, decorated and styled herself. She styles in her signature colors of lighter and softer colors with beautiful dresses, tops, skirts and shoes. Depending on the date and locations, Ichika will wear different outfits for the different dates. She also styles her hair in different ways and wears jewelry that will make her outfit better.

𝘍𝘖𝘙 𝘊𝘓𝘜𝘉𝘉𝘐𝘕𝘎:

If she is with her twin brother Ren, Megumi Yuji, Nobara, Junpei and Chia after a mission, if they go to a club to party (legal for their age), she will wear beautiful outfits that make her feel happy and confident in herself with her usual signature colors as well as black and white and often keeps her hair loose.

For formal events, whether it be with the school or any other, depending on the occasion and event, Ichika has a range of fancy outfits that she bought with Nobara, she will wear a fancy outfit regardless and she will jewelry and accessories to match the outfit. She will also do her makeup and style her hair as she wishes.

𝘍𝘖𝘙 𝘉𝘈𝘓𝘓𝘚/𝘍𝘈𝘕𝘊𝘠 𝘗𝘈𝘙𝘛𝘐𝘌𝘚:

For any fancy parties and balls that she is invited too, Ichika has a range of beautiful and fancy dresses and outfits. She often even wears the clothes that she designed herself and adds her own unique style to her outfits, she adds shoes, jewelry and accessories to her outfits that suits best. She also styles her hair and makeup that match the look as well.

𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆:

When she is combat training or sparring with her teachers and friends/classmates/upperclassmen, Ichika keeps these outfits comfortable and plain. Usually with long sleeved sweaters and shirts or sometimes tank tops and short sleeved shirts as well as well as sweatpants and leggings and sneakers too, with black, white, light grey, pink, purple and blue and other lighter color variations as always.

𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄:

To have the day off with her friends/classmates/upperclassmen, whether it's just watching movies, laughing and kicking back with everyone, sewing and designing clothes in her bedroom and creating art, she wears outfit comfortable shorts and pants with oversized sweaters, t-shirts and tank tops with either slippers or flats.

𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄:

During the nighttime, whether Ichika is taking the chance to get a well deserved good nights of sleep or just to have a sleepover in Nobara/Maki's dorm room, she wears comfortable light colored pajama shorts or pants with matching pajama shirt or tank top with matching gown, she sometimes even wears sleep dresses as well. She also wears slippers and often keeps her hair loose or sometimes keeps her hair in twin tail braids to keep it from getting mess in the night.

For jewelry, Ichika has a variation of jewelry. She has mainly purple, black and white pendants as well as flower, butterfly and other cute pendants and charms in jewelry.

Ichika Fujimura at first, is quiet and reserved while holding an emotionless expression, showing that she is quite shy and anxious when you first meet her. However, she is shown that she can sometimes get along with people quite easily, such as Nobara Kugisaki who was eager to introduce herself (and happy to see she had another girl with her as a jujutsu student) after talking about things that she enjoys such as sewing and art being one of the few times she truly smiled.

However when meeting new people, especially those who are the same age as her, she is shown to be very shy and anxious as shown when she first met Yuji and Megumi, this due to growing up sheltered and isolated in her home for a majority of her life and due to her dangerous cursed energy and technique that she inherited from her family.

Ichika's overall personality is that despite her emotionless and "doll like" manner of speech and movements, Ichika is a generally kind, caring and empathetic individual who holds a fascination of the outside world that she never got the chance to explore until now. She shows to be talented at sewing as well as fabric and visual arts as well and enjoys playing video games. She is shown she is willing to try activities that she was able to do growing up in the past due to her home life. She is shown to be have a fascination with many things such as nature and has an undying curiosity, she also appreciates the small things, such as a little stuff animal she liked with endearment and care.

In flashbacks, it is shown that growing up, Ichika's body was known to be quite frail for her age which resulted her in being bedridden. This however, didn't stop her father and a few of her paternal family members from abusing her physically, verbally, emotionally and mentally, which caused her to cry often and sometimes the physical abuse and the harsh training that she endured caused her to often be in the Akukagi family mansion infirmary. This kind of childhood caused her to be reclusive and developed low self esteem, causing her to cry a majority of the times until her emotions shut down and she developed an emotionless expression to cope.

The only source of happiness in her childhood that she remembers is the memories she spent with her mother and her twin brother, Ren. Despite the two being separated for a long time due to their different cursed energy and cursed technique abilities, they grew very close and it is shown even now how much they love and trust each other as they only had each other growing up.

Ichika has also come out as homosexual, as shown that her twin brother and her mother had already suspected and knew it long before Ichika realized it herself. While she was grateful to have Ren accept and love her unconditionally, unfortunately her paternal (and some of her maternal) family were less of understanding as they wished to have Ichika married to a wealthy heir to a jujutsu family when she was older, even a traumatic incident for Ichika happened after figuring out her sexuality but while she survived the incident and killed the man with her powers, the trauma itself stayed with her for the longest time.

When she has romantic feelings for a girl, Ichika will often become shyer and will deny the feelings due to not being sure if the girl has the same feelings for her. She often learns about the girls interests and picks up the same hobbies as her, wanting to learn so she can join them with her. She also asks her questions and allows them to help her, she also tries to match them in an intellectual way and tries to talk to them about their interests, likes, dislikes and more to learn about them as a person. When Ichika accepts her romantic feelings, she sometimes doesn't know how to confess and sometimes she might burst out her confession without meaning too at times.

It is shown that when Ichika has emotional outbursts and reactions when in intense situations, causes her powers to automatically manifest during and/or immediately after a few situations in the series. Despite her anxious and emotionless demeanor, Ichika can be very serious when she needs to be and when she is angry, it can be either very explosive and loud or can get very violent and silent. She has developed a deep hatred towards her father and learning the history of her paternal family and what her father did to her mother, this hatred often blinds her at times.

However, after running away from home and moving to Jujutsu Tech to start her new life as a jujutsu sorcerer as well as growing closer to her classmates and the second years, she started to become a bit happier and less shy with herself, however in her abilities she was still insecure and could barely work with her true potential in fearing that she would become an abusive and violent person just like her father and a majority of her paternal family members. However with encouragement from her teachers, testing her abilities and learning control, she started to grow slowly but surely more confident in her abilities, showing that she had less fear in her abilities and what she was capable of.

It shown in season two mainly that despite her kind personality, she has a darker nature to herself that shows a blood lustful and someone takes her anger and pain out on her enemies at any given point with her new found control in her abilities. However after coming back to her senses, realizing if she harmed anyone such as her friends or those she cares about, she will deeply regret her actions and sometimes this regret can cloud her mind and she can sometimes dwell on her mistakes for prolonged periods of time.

It has shown how much trauma from the past and the current events of the series had impacted her negatively, her sense of morality starts to become shaky, admitting she is willing to kill if needed if they are in her way (unless they are friends, whom she will still seriously injure so they won't intervene), she will dispose of her opponents in order to preserve the safety of her twin brother and her friends in jujutsu tech. Despite not wanting to be, Ichika has shown to be very vengeful as shown that she wants to kill her father and those who hurt and her Ren, as shown when she killed a man who her father attempted to "correct" her homosexuality. This is shown that her dark nature and her cold and calculating side can be used when the situation calls for it. Despite this, Ichika has strong will as shown that she can overcome anything she puts her mind too, she is willing to acknowledge her wrongs and make things right. She wants to prove to herself and others that she is nothing like her father who was violent and abusive to his own family.

Due to her fathers and her paternal family's abuse, Ichika has very low self esteem, she believes that she is worth very little and this caused her to develop Major Depressive Disorder which she didn't know until much later in the series, along with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. She had also shown that she had to grow up very fast and is very mature and independent for her age but despite this, she can sometimes have unintentionally childish tendencies and can be stubborn when it comes to asking for help (especially when she needs it the most).

She shows to love her twin brother and found family more than anything else in the world, this is shown when she is willing to protect (as shown that while she would injure them to keep them out of her way, she doesn't want them to get hurt) and sacrifice her life for them. She shows the skills of a leader that would surprise many, she thinks about her teammates as well as considers their point of views, cursed techniques and more, she'll show to take charge when she really needs too and when the situation calls for it.

When Ichika feels her cursed energy and cursed techniques as well as her powers growing far beyond her control, others can see it's like she becomes a totally different person from who she truly is, even to a point where she can barely stop it and often has to ask people to run so she doesn't hurt them. She often quotes that she sometimes sees her father smiling at her, seeing him happy that she's becoming an evil person just like him which often makes her terrified. Her powers can sometimes slip free from her control when her trauma overwhelms her with her outbursts, sometimes almost killing friends. Due to quotes from the higher ups who have often said that she is cursed with an evil cursed spirit like Ryomen Sukuna, this angers her because she is cursed and evil, that she is forever broken from what has happened to her and Ren and her life.

She has shown to have immense guilt in knowing what happened to Ren in their childhood. Knowing what he has endured such as ostracism from inheriting his mothers cursed beast form, sadistic torture methods both physical, emotional and mental for just inheriting his mothers cursed beast technique as well as being ignored by the family until he had died multiple times, knowing that they can be together again and not with their harsh family and despite the horrors they endured in their home, Ichika and Ren only faltered once but grew closer after it. They were very close in their childhood and are still very close now, as shown that one cannot live without the other. They kept their vow of escaping their father and his families clutches together and live the life they've always wanted.

Underneath the stoic exterior, is a girl who just wants to live a normal life of a teenage girl to see the outside world for herself, who loves her friends, art, designing and drawing clothes, painting on fabric, animals, plushies and the ocean. This also helps with healing herself or others, even when limbs are lost and the person is near death, however this can take a lot of power and energy out of Ichika.

Being born with these abilities but were locked away, Ichika had only little knowledge of the origins of a jujutsu sorceress in her paternal side of the family named Hanako Genji. There is little known history of Hanako Genji other than that she was able to wield dark magic similar to Ichika. Before she came to jujutsu tech, she wielded little to no control over her abilities but after escaping her home, she started to train with her powers and experimented more of her magical abilities.

However, after training in jujutsu tech, Ichika is able to use her healing powers and abilities without any fatigue or pain. It seems this ability stems from her empathy. She can, however, undo the healing by returning their damage back to them.

During this time, Ichika either has the choice to either allow them to die a quick painful death where she can drive a small pin made of cursed energy into their skull and heart, where the victim will not feel a thing or she can let them die a slow painful death where she makes what looks like a satanic ritual garden, where she has her victim held down by black shadows and she allows them to be mentally tortured for hours until their body and heart dies out from shock. This domain is incomplete due to Ichika's lack of control but however, this domain is completed later in the series.

She shows great memorization in maps and building structures, demonstrated when she names several buildings. This is shown in how she read a driving manual and watched people drive on YouTube, in driving a car, she shows quite a lot of skill but is still a beginner due to not having enough practice.

Both of these can be very crippling for her as her self confidence can wither with her determination, however, as she learns to overcome it, she eventually starts to believe in herself more.

• 𝘓𝘰𝘸 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘮:

Due to her past and everything she and her twin brother Ren had endured, Ichika developed very low self esteem that can with psychological scars that took a very long time for her to recover and heal from, alongside complex post traumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder and borderline personality disorder. She eventually combats this low self esteem with the help and support of those close to her.

• 𝘚𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦:

Due to developing borderline personality disorder due to her past, Ichika can come off as clingy, smothering and overprotective of those close to her. This shows in her mood swings and how she holds those close to her. This eventually starts to grow worse as she worries because she doesn't want to lose her friends like she lost her mother.

• 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘏𝘦𝘳 𝘗𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘶𝘮𝘢:

After moving away from her home alongside her twin brother Ren, Ichika intention of leaving her life behind came with the unhealthy coping mechanism of bottling her emotions caused by her past as well as repressing any pain or trauma that came along with it, which eventually showed to be more harmful than helpful along the story.

• 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘈𝘴 𝘈𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘌𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴:

Ichika has a very polite yet doll-like appearance as she acts emotionless and can be too formal for her age. This can lead to others believing she is aloof and unfriendly unintentionally. This is a coping mechanism from her past.

• 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘺 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯:

Despite not looking like it, Ichika is actually a very highly sensitive person and this can be a great weakness to her as shown to her sensitivity to physical sensory input and emotional and mental sensory is much stronger than an average persons and she can be overwhelmed quite easily and needs more alone time afterwards. However while this can be a weakness at times, it also helps with Ichika's empathetic personality.

• 𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘈𝘳𝘨𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘵:

Due to her trauma of violent arguments in her home that constantly happened and being constantly yelled at by her father, Ichika developed a strong fear of conflict and arguments of any type which shows in the story line.

• 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘴:

Due to her past, Ichika has a fear of people getting angry and upset with her, which can lead her to people pleasing tendencies which she eventually loses and gets rid of these habits throughout the story.

• 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘮:

Ichika has a loud inner critic which can come to anything she does, whether it's martial arts or her creative works. This perfectionism can make her give up too easily and too quickly.

• 𝘕𝘢𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘵𝘺:

Ichika shows that while her observant skills are on par, she is naive about the outside world because of her previous sheltered life. This naivety eventually fades away as she learns more about the world outside of the home she grew up in.

• 𝘗𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩:

Despite her cursed techniques and soul self able to give her physical strength, her actual body is physically weaker than of her classmates and her upperclassmen due to being frail and sickly in her childhood.

• 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺:

One of Ichika's greatest weaknesses is that her powers are unstable since she can't control them all the time.

Despite being talented in art, Ichika has shown to be less than skilled in candle making and pottery as well and shows dislike in doing these two activities.
