THE BEAUTY OF THE HOUSE AURORA WAS in, seemed unrealistically real to the girl, considering she never had a settled home for the years she has lived with Sam and Dean, up until they found the bunker. But this house seemed so perfect and it was suspicious to Aurora.

Her room had an open window, with white cotton curtains that flowed with the cool breeze—the sunset shining brightly on her face as she basked in the beauty of nature in her front yard. Aurora was not used to a home setting like this, so she was still on edge for any potential signs of supernatural activity, considering everything was perfect.

As much as she loved this universe and home, it was nothing compared to her real home, which consisted of Sam, Dean, Castiel—and Jack. Wherever they were, home was near.

Walking down the white-wooden staircase, Aurora found her mother and father, watching a movie, with one arm wrapped around another. A smile crept upon the young Winchester's face, seeing her parents happy.

Aurora trod softly around the empty hallway, a crystal chandelier—the luxurious light fixture hanging on top of her. She looked up and took in every single detail as the light shined iridescent sparkles in her vision.

She stumbled upon a mahogany shelf that consisted of books and family portrait frames—more so of her baby portraits. Smiling at her cute baby self, Aurora redirected her vision to a silver frame, flowers, and diamonds encrusted on the edges.

It was Dean and Kate's wedding photo.

She grabbed the frame and traced her fingers along her parents' faces. Aurora also noticed there weren't pictures of Castiel or Jack—but that wasn't too worrisome, probably assuming they don't exist in this world.

But something did seem weird to Aurora and it irked her. It was suspiciously weird, it made Aurora's heart drop slightly in fear.

There were no photos of Sam Winchester. At all.

Now that is when Aurora started to panic—her theory of this world being too good to be true was accurate. Now walking dreadfully towards her parents, she stood in front of them, blocking their vision from the television.

Dean and Kate noticed the worried appearance on their daughter's face and quickly paused the movie for her attention.

"Baby, what's wrong?" Dean asked, fear laced into his voice.

"Um, where's Uncle Sam? I just noticed w-we don't have pictures of him anywhere in this house." Aurora released a nervous laugh, fearing what her parents' answers would be. Dean let out a smile—the look of confusion in it, seeming almost frightening to the teenage girl.

"Rory, who's Sam?"

Aurora stared incredulously at her father and mother, knowing that was certainly the catch for this Barbie-perfect universe.

"Um, he's my uncle, your brother, Dad. You know, the guy you would fight monsters with?" Aurora's heart beat faster,  the look on Dean and Kate's face answering all of her questions.

"Honey, are you okay, do you need to see the doctor? There is nobody named Sam in our life, and monsters don't even exist." Aurora didn't answer—she simply ran her way back up the stairs, the wood creaking louder as her stomps became harsher.

She made her way to her room and slammed the door a little harder than intended—but her mind was frantically spinning to be worried about that at the moment. Pacing back and forth with her breathing labored, Aurora pulled out her phone, hoping to find reception, but as expected, no bars.

This world was physically perfect, yes—but without Sam, Castiel, or Jack, there was no such thing as home. This world was so perfect, Aurora even missed the inclusion of monsters and supernatural creatures in it.

Oh—but the way Aurora spoke way too soon.

The familiar sounds of angel wings fluttering into a room, something she got used to hearing before Castiel couldn't fly anymore, perked her ears up, figuring that there was someone behind her.

When the teenager turned around, her eyes widened in relief, yet intimidation. There stood, Jack—but it wasn't her Jack. This Jack had burn marks scattered across his face and she didn't sense the purity in him like the Jack in her world.

"Well, well, well, who are you, pretty lady? I sensed there was infiltration in our world and apparently it led me to you." Jack was staring at Aurora, tracing her body with his eyes, visibly making her uncomfortable.

"And I see you're not my Jack. So tell me why I shouldn't gouge out your eyes right here and now?" Aurora asked nonchalantly, her angel blade slowly revealing itself from her jacket pocket.

Jack simply smirked at the girl, liking her fierceness. He slowly walked closer to her, Aurora baking up into the wall with nowhere to go, and then lifted up his arms, barricading the girl from escaping. He leaned in closer to her neck and sniffed her hair creepily, causing Aurora to strike him across the face. Jack plainly let out a sadistic laugh, earning a glare from the young Winchester.

"Ouch that hurt, but that was hot, Mommy," Jack said, letting out another maniacal laugh. Aurora tilted her head in confusion at the nickname, but had enough of "Jack's" antics and kneed him harshly in his private area, a painful groan escaping his mouth while she tried to break free. She didn't want to involve her parents, considering that in this universe, they knew nothing of the supernatural world, making it more likely for them to get killed.

Aurora wasn't able to escape far when Jack suddenly teleported in front of her, blocking her from escaping.

"What do you want? Why do you have this fixation with me?"

"Well, first of all, you're gorgeous, it's hard not to resist you, and second, you're the key to helping me destroy the world." Aurora gave Jack a dazed look of bewilderment, not understanding how she would be the key to destroying the world.

"No way. I'm not helping you with anything. It's not my world—but there's no way I'm helping you, you psycho."

Jack let out a loud sigh of frustration before explaining himself. "This world is too perfect. Well, more like too perfect for my liking, so how about this? I get you back home to your universe, while I hitch a ride with you? Hm? Simple."

Aurora would have automatically said no, but she thought she could trick him into opening the portal so she said: "Yes."

"Goody! Now it's settled, let's open up the rift," Jack said, sadistically cheerful. His eyes started to glow gold and he raised his hand, a rift suddenly appearing in front of the pair.

"After you, sweet cheeks." Aurora cringed at the nickname but obeyed as she stood right in front of the rift. She slowly took out her angel blade, still invisible to Jack's sight, and tilted her head slightly so the Nephilim was in her peripherals.

"By the way—never mess with a Winchester." With one swift movement, Aurora stabbed Jack in the heart, making him fall down to his knees. She knew it wouldn't kill him so she had to escape quickly.

"You'll pay for this, Mommy! So say goodbye to your parents." Jack snapped his fingers, heart wrenching screams filling Aurora's ears. The small sounds of their bodies collapsing on the floor, made Aurora shed tears. Despite this Dean and Kate weren't necessarily her parents, her heart shattered into a million pieces, losing both of her parents, again.

She witnessed her mother die in the hospital once at six years old, she was also at the scene where Dean died multiple times, but it was still no different as her mind became mentally unstable from all of the pain she had to endure with their deaths. Constantly.

Before Aurora could run to her parents, she was already half way through the rift, making it impossible for her to enter back into that world.

"No, Mom! Da-"

Aurora didn't even notice she was back in the bunker as she was still screaming for her mom and dad.

"Mommy, Daddy, no! No, not again, not again, n-not again." Aurora was having another panic attack and with all of the painful screams that filled the bunker, Sam and Dean sprinted to the war room with their guns in hand where they immediately saw the shaking teenager. They embraced the girl, who had her knees buried into her face, rocking back and forth.

"Aurora! Hey, baby, I'm here, we're here." The sound of Dean's voice seemed so unreal. Aurora hesitantly lifted up her head to see that she was indeed, back at the bunker.

"Daddy?" Before Dean could answer, Aurora gave him in the tightest hug she has ever given him. It angered Dean that she had to go through what she went through alone and he was upset with himself that he wasn't there to protect her. The pair stayed in a hug for a while, until Aurora tackled Sam into another large hug. He immediately hugged his niece back, wanting to protect her from whatever she saw.

"I'm here, Flower. Um, can you tell us what you saw?" Aurora still didn't let go of Sam as she embraced him tighter than ever at the memory of him not existing in the other universe. Theoretically, Aurora was only there for a day, but it felt like forever to the youngest Winchester.

"Y-You never existed and Jack was evil and Mom and Dad were d-dea-" Aurora could barely finish her sentence, but Sam and Dean understood and decided not to pry. Both of the men were so distraught seeing the most important girl in their lives like this, tears started to slip down their cheeks too.

"Um, where's Jack? Did we find him yet? Dean and Sam glanced at each other before turning to Aurora who still had gloss in her emerald eyes.

"No, baby, we didn't find him yet, but we will soon, I promise." Aurora softly nodded at her father and didn't even notice that she was slowly dozing off in Sam's arms. The tallest Winchester gave his brother a look, both of them agreeing that they should take her to bed.

Sam carried Aurora, just like he did when she was a child. When they reached her room, he gently placed his niece on her bed and tucked in her blankets. Right as the brothers were about to leave, a soft voice spoke up, making them turn their heads.

"Can you guys please stay with me?" Aurora's voice was still shaky and the brothers would never deny the sweet teenager they both practically raised.

"Of course, baby." Dean got in Aurora's bed and once he laid there, she hugged him again, this time not daring to leave her father's embrace. Sam sat in her clear lavender sparkled chair, reading the romance novel that was placed on her desk.

With both of the brothers in her room, Aurora fell asleep quickly, Dean soon after, the pair still in the same position as before. Sam noticed the soft snores coming out from Dean's mouth and couldn't help but smile at the sight in front of him. He discreetly pulled out his phone from his pocket and took a picture of the most important people in his life.

But his mind was soon fogged with the fact that they had to talk to Aurora about what happened, knowing it definitely wasn't good, but they will let her talk when she's ready. Aurora was drained. She was drained from life and how all of them were dying over and over again, despite them coming back to life.

Her trauma never ended and it probably never will, leaving the teenage Winchester with a pernicious future ahead of her.
