PAIN. PAIN WAS THE ONLY EMOTION one can manage after losing a loved one who was remarkably close to them. Aurora Winchester was just six years old when she received the news that her mother passed away.

The trauma that sweet little Aurora had to endure, certainly had an effect on her mental health. Washington was her home, but now, all that state was filled with was memories of her mother that she did not want to remember.

When Aurora was holding her mother's hand at the hospital, the very last words she spoke to her was something she never thought she had.

Find Dean Winchester.

The thought of having a father made the child ecstatic, but at the same time, the rage she was feeling overwhelmed her as well, not sure why her dad would not be in the picture. She has heard of him several times from her mother's stories, but she said that it was too dangerous to be around him.

But in times like this, Aurora was desperate. Not only was it her mother's last dying wish, but she also didn't want to stay in the same city, knowing that's where her mom was murdered.

Aurora was forced to grow up early. It certainly wasn't something she planned, but she had to without a choice. There was no other family left, besides her father.

However, Aurora is more intelligent for a six-year-old. She wasn't Stephen Hawking, but the girl knew her way around the house most of the time, and her mother taught her several moves for protection, considering her life was filled with her mother hunting monsters. However, after all, she is still a child who deserves to have fun and live a life without stress and worry.

Currently, Aurora was packing up a bag to go to the location her mother provided for her, a note that she wrote before she passed. Luckily, there was a bus stop near Aurora's home, making it easier to travel in hoping to find her father.

The girl was out the door and sitting under the gray cloudy skies, ironic, considering that's how she was feeling at the moment. Aurora was sitting patiently at the bus stop, waiting for her transportation to arrive, but little did she know, Dean and Sam Winchester were in town for a case, driving down the exact same road she was waiting at.

"Dude, I'm telling you, this is the best pie I have ever had in my life." Dean was currently driving in the '67 Chevy Impala as Sam was staring at him humorously, also slightly terrified that Dean had one hand on the wheel and the other with a fork, stabbing the cherry pie.

Sam rolled his eyes at his brother once more before taking his eyes back on the road. Up ahead, Sam spotted a small child, sitting alone with an adorable pink Hello Kitty suitcase next to her. Sam's eyes widened, seeing the little girl alone.

"Woah, Dean, am I seeing things, or is that a little girl sitting alone at that bench?" Dean furrowed his eyebrows in confusion before looking up ahead to see that indeed there was a little girl.

"Yeah, there is. Where the hell are her parents? Nobody should ever leave a kid alone, especially out in the middle of nowhere." Dean slowly parked the car a comfortable distance away from the girl, fearing that he would startle her.

Both of the Winchester men stepped out of the car and slowly approached their way to the girl. They both saw that she had tears running down her cheeks, making it even harder for them to see.

"Hi honey, why are you out here alone? What's your name?" Sam used a slightly higher-pitched voice, hoping to not frighten the girl.

Aurora whipped her head up, startled at the sight of two tall men. Dean and Sam seemed to notice, so they crouched down to her level, quickly making her more relaxed.

"Aurora, but my friends call me Rory. Also, my mommy just died," was all Aurora said, making Sam and Dean's eyes widen.

"What about your daddy, sweetheart? Where is he?" Dean asked in a cautious tone.

"Mommy said in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She said there is this car place that knows where my dad is at." When Aurora said that Dean and Sam stared at each other as their bodies stiffened, knowing that the car place, was most likely Bobby's.

Sam saw from his peripheral vision that Dean was slowly taking out his gun, but Sam eyed him, telling his older brother to 'put it away.'

Dean reluctantly obliged his brother and put away his gun. Considering what the brothers have been through, a demon or any monster could potentially possess anyone, making it easier for them to find them which is why Dean is always on guard.

"Um, Aurora, who is your father?" Aurora looked up and her green eyes met both of the men.

"Dean Winchester."

Once Dean heard his name, he lost it. He was so certain that there was a supernatural creature in front of him so he pulled out his gun, making Aurora scream in fear.

The little girl rummaged through her backpack frantically to try and find the knife that her mother gave her, but before she could, she saw Sam holding back Dean.

"Woah, Woah, Woah, Dean, stop! I think she's telling us the truth."

"Bullshit, how can we be sure, Sam?"

"A-Are you guys demons?" Both of the Winchester's looked back at the young girl, wondering how she could know about this stuff. Especially at a young age.

Aurora was holding a photo of her mother and stuck out her hand cautiously for either of the men to grab.

Dean snatched it out of her hand and she jumped back slightly. He stared at the photo and saw the woman he used to love so much.

"How the hell do you know Kate Montera?" A small tear fell down Aurora's cheek before she spoke.

"That's my mommy."

"Wait Dean, you mean the Kate? Like your almost wife Kate?" Dean nodded his head at his brother and stared back at Aurora. He hated to admit it, but there was definitely a resemblance between them. Aurora inherited Dean's emerald green eyes and Sam's luscious brunette hair.

"Kid, how old are you?"

"Six."

"Dammit," Dean muttered under his breath. As he thought about it, it made sense for Aurora to be his child, but he was still in denial. Grabbing his flask out of his jacket pocket, Dean swiftly splashed holy water on Aurora, making her shut her eyes harshly.

"Really, Dean?" Sam asked, seeing the wet child in front of him.

"Well, had to be sure." Dean let out a long exhale before speaking again." Aurora, do you like pie?" With the mention of pie, Aurora's sad and scared expression soon turned into a humongous smile at the sound of pie.

"Pie is my life." Dean smiled lightly, definitely seeing the resemblance now. Now, the three Winchester's were on their way to a local diner, not knowing how their lives will forever be different from this point onward.
