Once I found Ricky just messing around on his guitar I realized that it was the first time that we were seeing him alone since we kissed,

"Ricky we need to talk," I said as he nodded and patted the ground next to him,

"What's up?" He asked me as I sat down,

"What happened with EJ?" I asked getting straight to the point

"What do you mean?" He asked as he put. his guitar down and look at me,

"I was busy walking to come and see you guys yet out of nowhere he walked out of those doors with a bloody nose. So I am going to ask you again, what happened with EJ?" I asked him as he realized that EJ must have not told me the full story,

"We were busy doing that stupid warm-up and he said somethings about you and Nini and I could. help but get annoyed so I took my anger out on the ball." He explained as I couldn't help but smile,

"You aren't mad at me?" He asked as I giggled

"No silly why would I be mad at you for standing up for me. Slightly hurt by the voice message but I could never be mad at you for it." I answered him as my eyes went wide,

"How do you know about the voice message?" He asked me as I got up

"I really must get going," I said avoiding the question and started speed walking out of the room

"Aurora!" He yelled as he caught up to me and pulled me around,

"Spill," He said still not letting go of my wrist

"It's not my place," I stated tugging on my wrist despite the fact that Ricky would not release it,

"By bringing up the voicemail, you made it your place to tell me how exactly you found out about it." He said as I realized he was right,

"Stairwell?" I asked since that was like the place we always used to go to whenever one of us had something serious to tell the other. Once we arrived in the stairwell I jokingly ran up two flights of steps.

"Aurora," Ricky groaned as I giggled

"Come here," I smiled as I heard him running up the steps

"Okay now, will you tell me?" He asked as I nodded

"So basically when you sent it to Nini EJ had stolen her phone-" I explained as he scoffed

"Still talking, and he listened to the voicemail you sent her and then when I overheard him talking to Ashlyn about it. So when I spoke to him about it he told me about the voicemail and what you had said." I added as he sat there for a moment just thinking,

"So that's why I never got a response." He said to himself as I shook my head

"You really have to stop trying to get in between their relationship, she is with EJ and you just have to accept that," I stated sourly as we both got up

"Not for long," Ricky muttered as I scoffed,

"Do you even hear yourself right now? You are willing to ruin Nini's relationship with a different guy just to benefit yourself." I said as I shook my head and was about to start walking down the stairs back to the bomb shelter as I landed badly on my ankle and fell down the flight of steps,

"Aurora!" Ricky yelled as he came after me to check if I was alright,

"I'm fine,  I'm fine," I said as I tried to get up I made an awful cry out of pain as Ricky grabbed my waist to stop me from falling,

"We have to get you to the nurse," Ricky said as I nodded. He put my one arm around his shoulder in an attempt to take all the weight off of my leg,

"This is all my fault, I am really sorry," Ricky whispered as I shook my head,

"Don't be stupid it was my fault, I should have looked where I was walking," I stated as he picked me up bridal style,

"Bowen what the hell do you think you are doing?!" I squealed as he just laughed

"This is what we call me helping you." He said as he jokingly dropped me

"You drop me and you can kiss me being your friend goodbye," I stated seriously as he stuck his tongue out at me.

Ricky and I had been sitting in the sitting in the nurse's office for the past 5 minutes with an ice pack on my leg,

"Is there anyone I can call to take you to the hospital?" The nurse asked me as I shook my head looking at my swelling leg

"No, my brothers are in San Fransico on a business trip, so please don't tell them. They need to be there for the next two weeks and I don't want them to worry." I told her as she looked at me and nodded

"Call my dad, he can take her and you are staying with my dad and me until your brothers are back in town,"  Ricky stated looking at me until the nurse pointed to the black phone on her desk,

"You are lucky to have him, he really cares about you. He seems like a great boyfriend," The nurse whispered to me as my eyes went wide.

"Oh, he isn't my boyfriend, he is actually going for another girl," I told her as she smirked,

"Not for long," She said as she walked out to talk to Ricky's dad.

"I got here as soon as I could kiddos," Mike said as he rushed into the nurse's office,

After sitting in the ER for about an hour I was finally released,

"I am really sorry that you won't be able to be in the musical anymore," Ricky whispered to me as his dad was on the phone,

"Don't be Rick, there is always the spring musical and who knows maybe it'll be a princess as the lead," I smiled as he laughed

"It is kinda like your name given right," Ricky said as I nodded

"Sorry kids, I need to go pick up Ricky's mom from the airport, is it alright if I drop you off at Aurora's and then you pack your stuff?" Mike asked as Ricky nodded,

"Don't worry about coming to pick us up tonight Mr Bowen, I am sure Ricky and I will do fine at my house for one night," I told him as I looked over at Ricky as he helped me into the car,

"Aurora, I have known you since you were a baby, just call me Mike. And as long as it is fine with you two staying the night at Aurora's alone," Mike said as Ricky and I both turned to each other,

"Yea dad, we will be fine with each other for the night," Ricky said as I nodded
