"Why are you stressing?" Big Red asked as we walked through the halls when he realized I was looking for someone,

"I am just trying to find Ricky, so if you would like to help me it'd be greatly appreciated," I stated as he laughed,

"Aurora, firstly breathe and secondly he is in the theater," Big Red said as I went off on a trip during lunch to go find the young Bowen boy.

As I walked into the theater I heard someone slam their hands onto the piano keys out of frustration,

"Before you break the keys or your hands, can we talk please?" I asked as he looked down to see me he nodded,

"If you came to yell at me again, then please don't," Ricky whispered as we both sat down on the piano bench,

"No Ricky, I actually came here to apologize for earlier," I explained to him as he tried to hold out his smile,

"I'm listening," he smirked as I giggled,

"I was just stressed about everything and I know that it gives no right. But truth be told I am just not used to someone being there for me and like wanting to help me 24/7," I said as we both laughed moving closer to each other,

"I can't lose you," I whispered as we both leaned in,

"Oh shit sorry I'll leave you both," Ricky and I jumped away from each other as we turned to see Nini standing there,

"No don't worry Nini, what's up?" I asked as I got up,

"Can I talk to Aurora please?" She asked Ricky as he got up and nodded,

"I'll see you at rehearsal then," He said to me with a smile as he kissed my cheek,

"See you later," Nini and I both said at the same time and looked at each other and busted out laughing.

"So what was that about?" She asked wiggling her eyebrows as we sat back down on the piano bench,

"I was just apologizing for this morning," I said as she smirked,

"Now what was it that you wanted?" I asked trying to change the conversation,

"EJ and I just broke up," She told me as we sat there in silence,

"Aren't you going to say anything?" She added as I shrugged,

"Well I don't know what happened between the two of you, therefore I don't know whether I should be saying congrats or I'm sorry," I said as she smiled at my thought,

"What are we going to do with you, Aurora Blake?" She asked as she laughed,

"I don't know, but let's first find me a boyfriend before we decide," I giggled as I motioned for her to continue her story.

"Well do you think that you made the right call?" I asked as she finished explaining to me how and why their breakup went down,

"I mean yeah," She nodded as she thought about it for a moment,

"Well then I'm proud of you for doing what you deem appropriate and correct for you," I said as we got up and hugged,

"Thank you, but there is something that I need to tell you," She stated in a much more serious tone which did scare me,

"You aren't pregnant. are you?" I asked as I slightly giggled and stopped when I realized what she wasn't laughing,

"So about two or three days after you left Ricky's house to stay with Kourtney, he did come over and we did almost kiss but that was all that happened," She looked quite nervous as I smiled,

"You aren't mad at me?" She asked waiting for me to lash out at her,

"Why would I be, yes I like the boy but you said it yourself you almost kissed and the fact that you came here meant that you felt that I needed to know," I said as she nodded,

"I'm just glad that you aren't mad at either of us," Nini responded as I smiled,

I can't be mad and I'm not it's more of I'm hurt over nothing

"Can we go before I die of starvation?" I asked her realizing that I hadn't eaten since this morning,

"Sure I'm starving," Nini responded as I let out a small cheer.

I was busy grabbing a few books from my locker as one of EJ's old teammates came up to me,

"Aurora, right?" He asked as I nodded and smiled,

"Yea, what's up?" I asked him as I turned and actually faced him,

"I was wondering if you wanted to go to homecoming with me." He said as I choked on the air,

"Yea sorry, I knew it was a stupid idea," He felt embarrassed as he rubbed the back of his neck,

"No no, Nick how about we do something this weekend and if it goes well we can go to homecoming," I proposed to him as he smiled,

"How does Friday evening work for you?" He asked as I started blushing,

"Pick me up from mine at 5," I giggled as he saluted,

"Aurora you coming to rehearsal" Nini asked as I nodded,

"Yea, I'll see you on Friday then Nick." I said with a smile as I gave him a hug and walked over to Nini.

"What's going on with the vice captain?" She wiggled her eyebrows as I giggled,

"He wanted to go to homecoming together, so instead I proposed to hang out with him on Friday," I explained to her as we saw a fuming Ricky walk into rehearsal,

"What do you think got him so annoyed?" Ashlyn asked us as Nini shrugged,

"You don't think it could be?" I whispered to Nini slightly worried,

I mean why would he?

"I don't think he would have heard," she tried to reassure me as all the nerves went to my heart,

"Aurora just breathe, if he doesn't want to get you then that's on him. It's not your fault that you're gorgeous and that other guys actually go for you," Nini added as I nodded,

"Where were you as my wingwomen all this time?" I asked as we both laughed.
