"I got the lead!" I screamed into the phone as Sebastian and Jackson laughed at me

"That's great pumpkin," Matthew said on the other side of the phone,

"What time will you arrive at?" I asked as someone knocked on the door and Jackson got up to answer it.

"No clue, I will definitely be back for your musical."I smiled at his words as Jackson said someone was at the door for me,

"Um, I have to go one of my friends is at the door. See you soon." I said as Nini walked in

"Bye Pumpkin." He said as I hung up,

"What's up?" I asked as I hugged her

"I need to talk to you," She replied as I pointed upstairs due to the urgency in her voice.

"Who was that on the phone?" She asked as I smiled

"Oh, that was Matthew, before my parents died he was my dads best friend. So he pops in every once and a while to make sure we haven't killed each other, he is actually coming to visit this weekend." I said as we sat on my bed

"That's nice of him, look the reason I came here is that I need to talk about EJ to somebody." She gobbled her words up but I understood the main idea.

"Look, I'm all ears," I said with a smile motioning for her to continue

"Was he like this with you? Like possessive?" She asked as I thought about it

"I don't think he ever was, but then again we started dating around the time as my parents passing. So it would have been hard to be possessive of the sad girl," I said ending it jokingly

"Well, it's just I'm worried that something is going on with us." She said as I pulled her in for a hug

"Aww, I am really sorry Nini. Maybe just talk to him, if this relationship is going to work out you both need to communicate." I stated as she nodded and my phone went off

"Do you need to get that?" Nini asked as I shook my head,

"It's not important right now," I answered her as we both smiled

"Can we like never let a guy get between us, I really need someone like you in my life?" she whispered as I did a hair flip and we both busted out laughing.

"Of course Nini, I need some female friends," I said as an idea came into her head

"I'm having a few girls over for a girls night this weekend, you wanna join us?" She asked me as I shook my head

"Sorry, Ricky is staying over this weekend," I responded to her as she smiled remembering Ricky and my little tradition,

"It's sweet how close you two are, now I need to get going to talk to EJ but you should really answer that phone of yours." She said as I walked her downstairs

"Ready for the first day of rehearsal?" I asked as I opened the front door

"Who isn't," She responded as she hugged me and walked over to EJ's house.

I walked downstairs worried as he hung up

"Sebby, Rick just phoned and he didn't sound too well. You won't mind if he possibly stays over for the night if needs be?" I asked still being worried about Ricky

"Nah it won't be, let me grab him some clothes to sleep in and then I'll message his dad," Sebastian answered as we walked into his room and opened his closet.

"I never understood why mom and dad let you have the other downstairs room," I said as we both laughed thinking back to when all three of us fought over who would be getting this room when we first moved here into this house.

"Because I'm the better sibling, duh." He responded as I scoffed and there was a clang that came from upstairs

"He does know he can use the front door like normal people right?" Sebby added referring to Ricky having had known that sound too well as he handed me the spare clothes we had grabbed out

"Since when has Ricky ever been like normal people?" I giggled as I walked up and into my room

"You know the front door was invented for a reason," I said with a smile until I saw how sad Ricky was and my heart broke

"Aww, baby what's wrong?" I asked him as I dropped the clothes and pulled him in for a hug

"It's my parents." He sobbed out as I just held him

"I was going to go to Nini, but then you answered," He said as I smiled

"Sorry I didn't answer sooner," I said as he sniffed

"Have you eaten dinner?" I asked as I got up assuming he didn't as he slightly chuckled and grabbed my hands

"It's 10:30, yes I have eaten dinner." He smiled as I blushed all of a sudden feeling really embarrassed,

"I'm sorry for coming this later," He added as I shook my head

"Don't be, as I've always said you are always welcomed here." I smiled as he looked as though he had a sense of relief rush over him

"Here are some of Sebby's old clothes, cause I thought if you were going-" I rambled on as he laughed

"Thank you," He said with a smile

"No worries." I got up and put a record on as I got an idea to take his mind off of this all.

"May I have this dance, Troy?" I asked as I held out my hand to him

"Why yes, you may Gabriella." He chuckled as he got up and put his hands around my waist,

We both just quietly moved back and forth having Crimson and Clover playing in the background,

"I don't think I ever thanked you for being there for me after my parents," I whispered as he hushed me trying to not mess up the simple slow dance we were doing.

"I did what anyone would do," he said as he looked down at me as the song ended

"I think we need to be heading to sleep," I said with a smile as I went and grabbed my stuff,

"I'm going to use the spare bathroom, you can use my bathroom if you want," I added as he nodded,

I was in one of Ricky's old hoodies and a pair of Nike pros as I walked back into my room,

"Nice hoodie, Princess," Ricky smirked as I looked at him

"Princess?" I repeated slightly confused as to where he came up with the new nickname.

"Yea, like in the movie, you're princess Rora." He explained as I smiled and hopped into bed with him,

"I need to find me a prince charming then." I joked as he laughed.

"Should I be offended that I wasn't considered for the role?" Ricky gasped as I felt my cheeks get rosy once again that evening,

"Of course not, you are already on a mission to rescue your very own princess," I stated referring to his mission to get Nini back.

"Oh, yeah right," Ricky said awkwardly and I turned over,

"Goodnight Bowen," I said as I shut my eyes,

"Goodnight Princess," He responded.

I was just about to fall asleep as Ricky whispered

"Princess, you still awake?" After hearing that I turned over to face him

"Yea, what's up Rick?" I asked as he faced the ceiling

"Can I cuddle you?" He asked as I nodded, deciding to just tell myself that he wanted some form of physical contact I scooted over and cuddled up to him,

"Try to get some sleep." I yawned as a deep sleep instantly took over me

The young curly-haired boy couldn't sleep merely due to how memorizing her beauty was and how the moonlight which had shone in from her blinds which hadn't been shut. He remembered the last time he was like this with her was the week after her parents died, and how it had taken her a week to reach out to him for help due to the fact that she felt as though her brothers had bigger problems, he smiled remembering how she looked back then. That was an important night for him, it was the night where he realized that he had feelings for the youngest Blake sibling.
