- Judges must provide proof of review experience and credentials.

- Inline comments only; submissions outside this format will be deleted.

- Minimum 5 solid chapters (excluding Author's Note, disclaimer, Introduction, and Prologue).

- No withdrawals after submission; doing so may result in ban from future awards.

- No romanticization of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, or toxic relationships.

- Books with over 40% mature themes are not permitted.

- Payment must be made before submitting the form.

- No refunds; payment cannot be withdrawn once made.

- Password: Use the title of a book featuring the Phoenix, Book titles must be real and published.

- Review categories carefully before submitting.

- Treat judges, participants, hosts, and co-hosts with respect and patience.

- Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
