TLT is at chapter 9 at this point in time. We're at chapter 4. just saying-

I wake up in the middle of the night to find my friend-protector Grover (who is now entirely unimportant) banging on my door of Cabin 3. "Wake up!" he yells, "Mr. D wants to kill - I mean talk to you!" I stand up (because I'm awesome) and open the door. Grover drags me out to the big house.

Chiron and Mr. D were waiting in front. Mr. D says, "I wish I could make you explode into ashes. Or turn you into a dolphin. Bye." Then he vanished.

Chiron said, "Go visit the Oracle."

"Visit what?" I ask

"Not what, who." Chiron corrects, "Go to the attic and get a prophecy." Because I'm awesome, I know exactly what to do. I run to the attic and say, "Hey Oracle. Give me a prophecy. Pleeeeeeeeeeease?"

The mummy started to spit smoke and hiss. I'm amazing, so I didn't jump or run or freak out. The Oracle started talking:

You will go to McDonalds,

With people you've never met.

You will fight monsters.

And eat Happy Meals.

Perseus Jackson is awesome.

I come down from the attic where Chiron and Grover are waiting. Grover is eating tin cans.

"What did she say?" Chiron asks.

"She said: you will go to McDonalds, with people you've never met. you will fight monsters. and eat Happy Meals. Perseus Jackson is awesome."

"Well then," Chiron says, "you will go to McDonalds! You cannot ignore the Oracle!" I nod and then Annabeth appears out of thin air.

"I'll go with him." she says.

I nod. "Okay. And Grover is coming too. Then we can meet 'people we've never met'."

"Sounds like a plan." Annabeth says. Then a bunch of Pegasi came down from the sky, let us climb on their backs, and flew away. We were off!
