𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 - A jock and a nerd, it was almost strange how the two were bought together. But they were also somehow the perfect couple. Running to give her a kiss after games, doing their homework together, like two pieces of a puzzle that fit perfectly together. But Cassie was always there, longingly staring at Ben from afar. Rory was always afraid that she would eventually leaving a move, and she always thought that a girl like Cassie would always win over a girl like her. 
𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝 - Getting drafted meant everything that Rory hated. Working out, shared spaces, having to hurt people, worse- having to kill people. But, she was able to stay strong because Ben was there with her, guiding her through it. And in a way, a safe (ish) place to stay with her lover made her optimistic for a better future.
