Hey guys! (Edit: holy crap I almost had a heart attack, I reloaded the page on accident while writing this and everything disappeared but thank gods I got it back lmao)

I know updates about the tv show have been slow, but that makes sense-- it appears they've pretty much finished all the reshoots, and it's all post-production from here on out. 

We've still been getting photos every so often to see what the cast has been up to, but they're not usually together.

Starting off with something wholesome, Rick and Becky took a trip to Ireland for two weeks, and this was a wish Rick wrote:

"Please let the Percy series live up to fans' hopes and please our readers."

I know he feels so much guilt because of the movies (because it impacted everyone involved's careers), but it absolutely was not his fault. I'm glad he seems so hopeful about the tv show, and ofc it's going to be AMAZING this time around.

Next, Becky said something very interesting on Twitter the other week...

"Backstory"... My theory is that it'll have something to do with Annabeth, Thalia, and Luke or maybe Percy? I think it would be awesome to get a flashback to Luke giving Annabeth the bronze knife, and then maybe having a flash of young Thalia turning around or screaming or something.

If you read my past posts, you'll already know that we have a pretty solid prediction on who's playing younger Percy, so maybe we'll get some more backstory on bullying or Gabe.

Either way, this makes me really excited:))

In other news, it looks like we have a possible composer for pjo! I know this isn't super exciting lol, but I (and likely most of you), recognized some of his past projects so that's cool:D

Bear McCreary worked on Lord of the Rings, Godzilla, Foundation, The Walking Dead, Thor Ragnarok, Black Sails (which has Toby Stephens, Poseidon, by the way), Star Wars, Agents of SHIELD,  and many many more. 

Unfortunately we can't expect too much big news, like leaked casting or a trailer, but we'll probably continue getting little hints from Becky to read into.

My prediction is that the next BIG news or long photo dump from the show will be closer to August 18, Percy's bday. I can't promise anything, but that seems the most probable at the moment.

Quick note though, I went to Hoover Dam a few days ago when I was in Vegas, and the tour guide said they've only once denied a movie/tv show access to filming on site. This means that IF a season 3 comes (thinking very very far ahead here), they'll almost definitely film there. It's not a lot, but that's all I got lol.
