If you know who the users are for the last two parts of the credit then please let us know.

1. Open the add on as the background and your person or whatever you want in the frame as the foreground

2. Go to the mask tab and mask the person  so they look like they're in the frame.

3. Go to the filter tab and press foreground and play with the saturation, exposure, brightness, contrast and anything else you need to get the perfect b&w filter.

Save and add your text and the lighting add on and any other textures you need to and you're done!
