Interesting pronunciation, I would've expected "No-Ah".

Name Origin- I had a weird friend who was named Noah (Noah is also based on him)

I get it's an original sort of thing, but this seems a bit much, also age is the current age.

For a cat? Unless they are anthropomorphic, which wasn't stated at all if he is, but I guess I'll just assume he is anthro.

Weight- 163 lb

Body Build- Lanky and slim, his arms have slight muscle. His hips are on the wide side
Fur color- Off white
Secondary colors- Pumpkin orange and chocolate brown
Hair length- On the short side, longer near his crotch and ✨boobs✨
He has boobs...? Is he a trans? If so maybe mention that, since that would be a bit more useful to know.

Hair texture- Floofy, although if Noah hasn't washed it in a while it gets rough and greasy

Eye color- Dark, DARK brown
Maybe mention a certain shade? I get what you mean by dark, dark, but that's a bit too vague, since there's a multitude of browns.

Eye shape- Big and round, basically just imagine the number zero 0
Markings- Orange markings on his right ear, right paw, lower right leg, left upper head, and left upper chest. Brown markings on his left ear, left paw, upper right leg, and left knee.
Considering the creativity in the furry fandom (sorry if I'm offending anyone),
this design seems a bit boring to me, he just seems like a normal Calico.
And mention the fact he's immortal..?
I'm not all too sure about this choice for a character design.

Voice type- It is on the airy side. Like, imagine Shane Dawson and Joey Graceffa had a baby together.

Well, that's more on the common side of illnesses, but good to see this oc has some sort of flaws to help deepen its design a bit.

Personality- In summary, Noah is if you blended Drugs and Caffeine, put some tea in, and made it British. Just kidding! Noah is a "graceful" individual. He is known for being the friend you can count on if the cr*p hits the fan. But you also don't wanna be there if he has a breakdown.
He can be sarcastic at times but he means no harm.
The same way with his very dark jokes.
He is quite the klutz, once he almost killed his husband. When he is sleepy he calms down purrs a lot.
He is usually like that all the time but his husband introduced him to tea with caffeine in it soooo. Basically, Noah is the "weird friend" you can talk to about aliens and he'll probably agree with you. He's just the person that you can't describe in words and have to meet him in person.
Interesting personality, he definitely does sound like that of "weird" friend we all have, the only thing I have with this is the klutz thing, it's a bit of an overused trait when used in ocs.

Positive traits- He's willing to listen to any of your problems, he is quite friendly, and loves helping a buddy out.
Sounds familiar— also, seems pretty realistic so I'll give you a bit points on that.

Negative traits- He'll probably tell you to kill yourself if you vent about your life (with the best intentions in mind), he'll expect a small thing in return for helping you (hand mirror,flower, penny, etc), and will harass you until he gets what he wants
W h o a, and is this the same person I just read about in the last paragraph..? I feel like theses negative traits and the positive traits previously clash, like in the way they seem like they don't exactly belong to same person.

Habits- Scratching himself or things and having a ducked up sleep schedule
Relatable sleep schedule- and as a cat, it's expected he would scratch himself.

Likes- Tea, biscuits, napping, gaming (but he's horrible at it), birdwatching with the Mr, reading, doing book reviews or talking about weird topics, walking, mint chocolate ice cream, and collecting things.
Yet again, from the the negative traits section, I feel like those traits don't exactly match him.

Dislikes- Being told what to do, small spaces, bright lights, screaming childern, unfinished books, dead leaves, cold tea, being called stupid, and getting lost

Pet Peeves- People eating with mouth open and when people chew gum
*Me chilling with chewing gum rn*
Also theses seem more on the reasonable side.

Fears- Never finding his way back home, spiders, being booed off a stage, and husband going out to get "milk"
Pffft, not the milk- and theses other fears seem to resonate well with the other sections (not including the negative traits)

Sexuality- A loud and proud Bisexual

Weakness- Not hurting himself for a week, staying on schedule, and splinters (his whole floor is wood)

Strengths- Having a sense of direction and finding things
Being a cat from what I've been told, theses would be reasonable.

History/Backstory (Oh lordy)-
Alright, kids gather around the lighter it is time for a story.
Hmm, I feel it would be better just to tell a normal third person story since we'll know a bit more about how his relations came to be or why is he the way he is.
The camp fire tale thing just isn't the best, in my opinion, it just doesn't tell all too much about the character since it's a secondary source.

And it would be much better to hear it from Noah's pov, also how or why is this person telling this tale? And to children?

Once upon the timest of times, there were 2 cats. A male and female. The female, Cherri had just given birth to her 1 kitten. They decided to name him Noah.
I'm not sure cats would've chosen a name like that.

A beautiful name for a beautiful boy.
No offense, but it's kinda a plain name to be honest here :/

At the age of 10 Noah was in 5th grade. He was a little trouble maker. Causing all types of mayhem. For the 6th time that week his principal called him in. He said "One day you will pay for you actions, karma comes when you least expect it."
A h, another common troupe the ol' "karma will get you back boi" thing, it's a bit overused and it honestly doesn't match with his personality that much.
I know people can change, but they can't just entirely.

Noah took this with a grain off salt. Thinking it was the principal trying to be deep and 'get through to him'.

Fast-forward 6 years he made a bet. The bet was verus a demom so it could very well be rigged. But Noah was drunk at the time so who cares?!
Underage drinking I see- and betting with a demon? Um, very confused how this universe works? I feel like you should've at least put some groundwork exactly explaining what this universe is, since it's very confusing.
And I'm having trouble is this magical in any way or more like irl with a pinch of magic, ya know that sorta thing.
You probably should do that next time, I guess.

The bet was that he couldn't beat the demon at building a house.
Okay, that's strangely specific? I mean I doubt demons are like that? But you haven't really told me are demons normal? Are Calico cats normally anthro?
I'm just confused honestly.

Noah thought this would be easy. He could just make a small shack and call it a home. But when Noah finished his 'house' the demon was already finished.
Because Noah lost this bet he was trapped in the very room he made. Except it was endless and there was no way out.
He has been trapped there for millions of years. Being haunted by the Cyan walls and spurce flooring he once loved.

Eventually a male cat came along. He was a chocolate brown with a light patch of fur around his muzzle. This was George, Noah's future husband. You see, George is like a demigod.
Okay, so, I feel like George coming in is a bit too random for my liking, I mean you could've built up to it. I mean would a demigod just randomly say "oh saw some guy lose a bet, ima go say him now".
Also, this world has demigods? Please add more context.

He just got bored and started opening random portals. After first, Noah was weary of him. But after 10-17 vists they became great friends. And then lovers. George loved him so much he didn't take him out. He didn't LET him out. One day he'll let him be free. But not anytime soon.
O.o the fact George is holding him captive makes this seems more like Stockholm syndrome rather than "true love", you probably should fix that-

Y e a h, I get he lost a bet. It's just I have a thing with immortality, I just don't really like the idea, it honestly feels like "Mary Sue" sort of thing, (Not saying Noah is one-)
You also should've put in this in the backstory, since that would've been much more important to know.

That took a bit of time, but time to discuss the oc overall.

Physical appearance: 2/10
It was a bit plain, just was hoping for more, it really was just p l a i n. There's nothing wrong with plain. It's just the plainness didn't really integrate into his character design, really.

Personality wise: 4/10
I liked the original personality section, but when it came to the positive and negative traits it just didn't really match, and I felt you should've included some of that in the personality section.

Originality: 6.5/10
Besides the most major flaws I pointed out, they seem pretty unique with the demon bet and immortality and demigod George (out of literally nowhere-).
But all those events just seemed out of the b l u e.

Overall: 5.5
A h, you really need to get this oc together, just didn't seem cohesive that much, some parts just didn't make sense.
And his backstory feels like it has too many plot holes that don't really make any sense honestly.
