"I'm kinda glad we got a chance to wear the FBI shirts." Alexa hummed as she walked beside Robby as they follows Johnny to where a phone call lead them. "All these fighters like like amateurs."

"Lex." Robby flashed her a crazy look. "Shh."

"I need man." Johnny spoke in loud Spanish to one of the fighters. "Hector the Salazar."

The man just continued his aggressive warm up as they moved around them, Alexa eyed the man oddly. "You have bad form."

"Alexa." Robby scolded her again with a pull to her arm.

They walked further into the club, coming face to face with a fighting ring. The Wolf Gonzales was announced as the music got louder and louder.

"Miguel!" Johnny yelled out.

"You see him?" Alexa hadn't spotted him yet, but Johnny was pointing like he had. He lead them over quickly before three tall men blocked them, coming chest to chest with the trio.

"Move." the blonde demand .

"You're not getting near Hector." the man said in return, Spanish, but Johnny didn't seem to care as he pushed him back into the fence, getting pushed back, before he threw a fist to his face. The blonde yelled out as he kicked, getting his leg caught and tossed on the ground.

He rolled away as Robby tried to step in. "No, Robby. I got this. You stay here."

His shoulder was yanked on, causing him to turn around but quickly block the punch. Johnny took the man and pushed him before kicking him in the ribs, then two to the face. One of the other men held Johnny back as he got hit three times in the abdomen.

"Ooh!" Alexa winced as her old sensei was tossed on the ground and hit over and over, his shirt tearing on the boxers glove. "Hey, Johnny!"

"Lex-" Robby started before Alexa flipped over his attackers back, her arms locking tight around his neck to make him fall to the ground where Johnny wrapped his arm around his neck.Alexa was immediately grabbed and held back, but it had given Johnny a small bit of chance.

"Dad!" Robby yelled, tossing his saved pepper toward his father as Johnny shoved it into the man's eyes. Alexa elbowed the man that had her and took the chance to run back over, ducking under Johnny as he kicked the man in the face one final time.

"That was badass what you did back there, kid." Johnny spoke as they drove through the night, a good idea of where Hector would be. "Not gonna lie...I was waiting for you to do the move I taught you."

"You taught her a move?" Robby gave a questionable look from the passengers seat.

"Yeah." Alexa wasn't as excited as she was when they first got in the car. "The one Devon tried to use against me at the All Valley. That was my move...he taught her too."

Johnny sighed, he hadn't broken through to her yet. Her eyes casted out of the window, looking up at the place they passed. "My last name."

Johnny slammed on the breaks at the figure infront of the car, getting out. "Miguel!"

Robby and Alexa stayed in the car, watching Johnny run to Miguel and engulf him in a hug. The pair got out seconds later as Miguel's eyes locked on Alexa first, relief and more pain in his eyes, before they fell onto Robby, and the complete opposite took over.

Alexa watched Robby sleep that night. He didn't say much as he fell asleep next to her, her hand finally coming to a stop after rubbing his hair until he was asleep. She watched him for a while, listening to him breath before getting up. She took the hotel key and snuck out of the room, looking for a vending machine.

tory: he didn't come back. i couldn't get a pic....when are you coming home?

alexa: i'm headed back now. i'll be there in the morning....meet me at my apartment?

tory: i'll be there

Alexa reached the lobby without finding one vending machine, about to  ask the man at the counter before she saw Miguel sitting on one of the chairs. An empty one right next to him. She hesitated, they hadn't spoken at all. "Can't sleep?"

Miguel looked up at her as she walked over. Her orange sweatpants were so familiar, she use to wear them all the time when she was at home. That was back when they actually hung out at each other's apartments. "Not with Sensei snoring that loud. You?"

"Just not tired." she exhaled, sitting down and nodding to his phone. "You call your mom, dickhead? I bet she's worried."

"Yeah. Yeah, I did." Miguel cleared his throat, stuffing his phone under his leg. "I really didn't expect to see you get out of that van."

"Yeah." Alexa exhaled. "Robby needed me here. So, I came."

Miguel nodded his head and didn't make eye contact with her. "Still...I didn't expect to see you."

Alexa nodded her head as she messed with the string on her sweatpants. "Well....i'm glad you didn't get your organs sold or anything. At least...let's hope you didn't."

Miguel had to laugh as he nodded his head. "Yeah, let's hope."

He looked over at her, finally making eye contact. "So...how'd the All Valley end up going?"

"I got kicked out of Cobra Kai and Kreese got arrested." she shrugged her shoulders. "Tory won...I was really proud of her."

"You got kicked out of Cobra Kai?" Miguel seemed taken back by her words.

"Yeah." Alexa exhaled. "Shocker right? Considering i'm the only one who's been there since it first opened. But, you know, no one can appreciate legacy, I guess."

"Why'd Terry throw you out?" he was curious, he couldn't think of why.

"Because I told Tory to do the right thing. To do what she wanted to do...to remember who she was deep down." Alexa shrugged her shoulders. "And even after she won, he still dropped me."

"He's an asshole." Miguel shook his head. "I appreciate legacy, you know? Even though I don't support everything that happened...I saw how loyal you were to the dojo. I'm sorry he didn't see that."

Alexa shrugged as she looked at her socks. They were two different colors. "It's whatever. I didn't really like it after Terry....and there's no reason for me to stay if Sensei Kreese isn't there anymore."

Miguel hated that he got excited over the idea of her coming back to them. Back to him, back to Hawk and Demetri. He missed their old days together, he missed it all the time. But, she still messed up. She still did things that he didn't want to forgive her for immediately, but it was hard when he knew who she truly was deep in her heart. "You know....you still have a family that misses you. It won't be the same, probably never, but we can budge if you're willing to do the same."

Alexa laughed. "Budge? Hawk is the biggest grudge holder i've ever met."

"Not with you." Miguel look over at her. "I know he really misses you. He lost Demetri at some point, but he never lost you until Christmas. I don't think there's anything you can do that he wouldn't forgive you for. He misses you...I miss you too."

Alexa was quiet as she bite on the inside of her mouth. "I'm scared."

"What are you scared of?" he didn't understand, he never understood.

"I don't want to be like how I was." her eyes locked with her, and they were sad. "Desperate, running after a guy that didn't love me back, weak. I don't want to be that way again."

"So you'd rather hurt people and stay loyal to a dojo that doesn't want you?" his words were harsh, but they were the truth. "You can be tough without being mean to the people who love you. And we do love you, even after all the shit you did. I know you love us too, don't pretend you don't."

"Yeah." she laughed, feeling her eyes swell some. "I do love you guys. And I miss you too."

Miguel waved her over, moving over so she could sit next to him. His arm wrapped around her as she held onto his waist. "I'm so sorry, Miguel. For being so horrible to you."

"It's okay." he held the side of her head. "I wasn't the best either."

"You're right." they laughed on sync, hugging each other tighter. "Can you promise me something though? If i'm gonna try with everyone again....you have to at least try with Robby. He's really important to me, if we're gonna get along you guys have to get along too. Or at least try to."

Miguel exhaled. "Will you try with Sam?"

Alexa winced. "I'll try. No promises."

"Then me too." Miguel nodded. "No promises."

After an hour of catch up, Alexa went back to her room. She snuck in to see Robby still asleep, smiling as she crawled in behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist. He felt her, moving slightly as Alexa kissed him on the shoulder. "You're still awake back there?"

"Robby." she whispered into the darkness. "You're my first choice."

He was confused. "What?"

"I'd choose you before I choose anyone else." the words were comforting after seeing his Dad with Miguel. "I promise."

Robby shut his eyes and let her hold him a little longer. "I'd choose you first, too."
