"Yeah! Demetri!" Hawk cheered loudly when Demetri had won his match, his arm being held in the air. She looked for Robby when she saw Kyler and a few of the other boys go to bother Hawk, finding him walking away from Daniel LaRusso.

"What'd he want?" Alexa asked, the two stopping infront of each other in their matching gis.

Robby shrugged, giving her a tiny smile. He liked the way her hair was, first it was pulled up high, but now that she was out of the match it was down and two pieces were pinned back. "Nothing important. What are you doing over here?"

"Trying to seem useful." she smiled up at him.

"What's that smile for?" he laughed at her slightly.

Alexa shrugged. "Can I not smile at you?"

"Guess i'm just getting use to it." he hummed with a teasing grin, his eyes looking toward the mat once more. "Kylers up next."

"Partly why I came to find you." she hummed, dropping her voice to a whisper. "It's painful to watch him fight alone."

Robby laughed, accepting her arm around his waist, his going around her shoulder as they headed back to their corner, watching Kyler get on the mat as Hawk hopped up on his side. They bowed to the ref, then to each other, being announced to fight immediately after. Haw kicked at him first, spinning on his heels and easily punched Kyler in the chest. If Alexa wasn't on his team, she'd have thought it was pathetic how quick he got out.

Taking their marks again, Kyler charged at him, Hawk easily kicking him in the chest and winning the point. One final match, Eli hoping off his feet and kicking Kyler again, announced winner. Kyler held his chest, getting up and walking over. Alexa shook her head in disbelief. "What the hell was that? That was the easiest win i've ever seen."

Kyler waved her off, making her do the same with a smack upside the head. Sam hid her laugh at the action from across the mat, tearing her eyes away before anyone could see her.

"Next match Samantha LaRusso verses Piper Elseith of Cobra Kai." Daryl announced for the pair, Piper taking her mark on the mat while Sam joined her soon after, Amanda cheering loudly for her. The act made her look over herself, looking for her mom. She saw Ty, but no mom.

"Did you see my mom get up?" Alexa whispered to Robby, he looked over at her in questioning. "I don't see her."

"I'm sure she had to run to the bathroom." Tory elbowed her slightly from the other side. "You know those bathrooms are long."

"Yeah, I almost pissed on myself last year." Alexa nodded her head with a cringing look. "Thank god I pushed an old lady out of the way."

Robby hummed with a disappointing smile. "Thank god for that."

"You got this, Sam! Just like we practiced!" Daniel called to his daughter after her and Piper bowed to each other. Alexa was smart enough to know that if Sam could take her down, she'd easily be able to take Piper down.

"Fight!" the ref called, Piper striking first as Sam blocked the punches she was sending her way, pushing her back before Piper snuck her leg up, kicking her in the face. Cobra Kai clapped for her. "Point! One-zero."

Alexa could see Piper say something to Sam, the LaRusso girl looking over her shoulder to her dad, then to Johnny, facing Piper with a bounce on her feet and her fist rose. "Fight!"

Sam struck first, kicking toward Piper. She spun with three punches, Piper backing away from them rather then blocking. Sam picked off her back leg, Piper did block that one, trying to kick back, but Sam was on the ground, her leg coming up and kicking Piper right in the shoulder. "Point!"

"Yes!" Johnny called out loudly.

Sam rose to her feet and smiled, Alexa had to admit that she admired her fighting skills when she wasn't all about defense all the time.

Piper looked back in embarrassment, joining Sam back on the mat as they took their marks once again, Sam swinging around and kicking Piper across the face immediately. Alexa winced. "Ooh!"

Tory elbowed her quickly to get her to shut up, Alexa shook her head with a squinted face. "Sorry, that looked like it hurt."

One more round, Sam had caught Pipers leg, coming up between her legs and hitting her on the chest. "Winner!"

Daniel looked about as impressed as Kreese and Terry did, and that annoyed Alexa. Her and Sam had never gotten along, never friends before, and then bound enemies after Alexa got with Cobra Kai, but even she could admit that what she did out there was badass and Daniel had no business bumming her out when she seemed so proud of herself. Alexa looked back at Kenny and Robby, their fight next, and clearly having a quick talk.

"For our final quarterfinal match, we have a real snake fight. It's Cobra Kai verses Cobra Kai!" Daryl announced over the mic when Robby and Kenny got up on either side of the mat, walking to the center where their marks had been. They bowed to the ref, then each other, taking their starting positions opposite each other. "Fight!"

Kenny backed up at first when Robby went his way, coming at him full force after that with a string of kicks, punching forward. Robby blocked them a good number of times, but Kenny was fast and landed a punch right to his chest. "Point!"

"Time out." Kreese called, waving Robby over as Kenny ran to Terry. Alexa looked to Robby as he stood before Kreese. "Are you fighting your friend or your opponent? I thought you wanted to be a champion."

"Competitors, on the line." the ref called. Robby met Alexas eye as he turned his back to her, walking back to stand infront of Kenny. "Ready? And fight!"

Robby gave a yell, his leg coming up and kicking Kenny across the face. Alexa and Tory both winced slightly, watching Kenny hold the side of his face as Robby was granted the point. Taking their marks again, Kenny had managed to dodge all of Robbys kicks, though he missed it when Robbys fist collided with his chest, knocking him back on the mat. He was up again as the ref spoke. "Fighters, ready? Fight!"

Kenny jumped forward, trying to hit him, Robby dodging it with a shove to the side of the mat. Kenny kicked him in the shoulder, throwing a punch over his head as Robby ducked, kicking Kenny in the back, but granted no point. Kenny charged at Robby full force, jumping up just as Robby turned on his heels and kicked him right in the face. A gasp went over the crowd as Kenny's small body hit the mat hard, a pained noise escaping him as he held his face, the ref checking on him after announcing Kenny winner.

He was on his feet, running off. Robby and Alexa reacted the same way, going to head after him before Tory stopped them both. "Let him cool off."

Robby looked hesitant. "Yeah."

Alexa patted his back when he joined her on the mat. "You did good out there. Kenny will understand."

"And now, our first semifinal match will be Miguel Diaz of Eagle Fang versus Eli Moskowitz of Miyagi-Do!" Daryl announced as Eli and Miguel talked to their senseis a second longer. "Gentlemen, take your positions."

Kreese was watching Alexa's every move as she watched the pair closely, biting painfully at the inside of her mouth, tasting the metallic of blood a second later. Miguel and Hawk did their little hand shake, bowing at the ref then each other. "Fight!"

Miguel spun around, trying to hit him, but Hawk managed to block his arms, ducking down when Miguel swung over his head. Miguel followed him across the mat with swing after swing, Hawks blocks advancing each time before the two jumped at the same time, kicking each other on sync. Alexa squinted slightly, crossing her arms across her stomach.

Miguel swung at him harshly again, getting blocked just as fast. Alexa didn't think she'd seen anyone this entire day move as quick as they did, imagining how tired their arms were. Hawk went to kick Miguel, getting hit in return and fell back against the mat. "No point, that's a block. Continue."

Miguel grunted out, jumping off his legs as he spun around in the air, coming around a second time with his foot risen, reading to kick Hawk across the face and score the point. Only, instead, he was met with a cracking noise as he fell on the ground, holding his back in pain.

Alexa felt her blood run cold, the worst type of chills running across her body. Before she realized what she was doing, she was taking off on the mat. "Miguel!"

"Alexa!" Terry and Kreese yelled at her on sync.

"Medic!" the ref called, Hawk felt Alexa push her hand into his shoulder harshly as she kneeled next to him, looking over Miguel in worry as he cried out in pain.

"Sensei!"
