WHEN LUNA WOKE UP, Jasper was no longer in her room. After eating all of the churros made by him, he asked if he could stay the night. Luna could tell that he was doing it because he was worried about her after the whole panic attack thing.
There was no point in saying that she's got over it and that she's fine because Jasper could feel what she's feeling. Therefore, she just let him stay there to watch her over. But not before telling him that he looks like a creep.
Surprisingly, Luna has the energy to tolerate school today. Which made her wake up early to get ready, while Charlie looked at his daughter in shock since he was expecting her to stay home after having a panic attack.
"You up already?" Charlie said, looking at one of his daughters with furrowed brows.
Luna opens the fridge and scans it as she answered her father.
"Why not? I have school today." Luna said.
She answered with her eyes not wavering from the inside of the fridge. She's oddly starving which made her grab the bowl of strawberries chilling inside and transfers them to the newly cleaned bento box that Jasper brought last night.
"Well, you had a panic attack yesterday and you refuse to tell me what triggered it. You just said and I quote 'I'm a bad bitch, nothing can hurt me.'" Charlie said, a mix of a confused and an unamused expression lingering on his face.
She bites a strawberry while holding a box full of them before she walks past her father.
"Well, you just gotta believe that." She said as she walked out of the kitchen. But before Luna could step a foot out of the house, Charlie spoke again.
"Luna, you have got to talk to me." Charlie said, which made Luna stop with her back facing him. "You can't just shut me out however and whenever you want to. Especially about things like this." He added.
The raven-haired girl gulped at the statement of her father. He knew he had the right to know what's going on with her. But the wound the trauma had left was still fresh that even the slightest thought of what happened made her clench her fist and her heart sink deep in her chest that practically made her feel physical pain.
It was a conversation she wasn't yet ready to open up about and she wasn't sure if she will be able to open up.
"Maybe another time." Luna said before she recovered from her serious and gloomy state to her usual loud and sarcastic self.
"Hey Pork Belly, can you get any slower?!" Luna yelled, her gaze turning towards the stairs where Bella eventually cane running down on.
"Let's go?" Bella asked.
Luna rolls her eyes, feeling her blue contact lenses shift, and took it upon herself to exit the house first while Bella followed.
Bella, as she walked behind Luna towards the red truck, flickered her gaze between her sister and her dad standing on the porch. The two climb in the truck with Bella on the driver's seat and Luna on the passenger's side.
Bella inserted the key but remained frozen, not bothering to turn it to start the engine. Luna noticed the time Bella just not moving there, making the raven-haired girl look at her twin with a mix of annoyance and confusion.
"What? Are we playing 'Dumb and Dumber' or did you just sincerely forget how to start the truck?" Luna said.
Her brows were pushed against each other as she stared at her fraternal twin. It took a while before Bella finally spoke up.
"You know, at some point, you've got to tell dad, right?" Bella reminded her sister.
Luna's confused expression shifted into a grim one at the reminder of her twin sister. She was clearly not amused by Bella's approach in this that Luna knew she and her are going to end up fighting about it.
"What he doesn't know can't hurt him." Luna simply answered, leaning back into her seat and staring right out the window.
"But it is hurting him. He kept asking me last night about what happened to you. And I don't want to take away the chance for you to tell him. So, I stacked another lie on top of the many lies that I have already made and said that I had no idea." Bella explained.
Luna tightens her grip on her jacket as she continues to look out the window, resisting the urge to glance at her sister because she knows she'd snap and lash out at her.
"I suggest you don't go down that road, Bella." Luna said. The gritting teeth while she said those words were quite obvious in her voice. However, Bella remained clueless about Luna's feelings at the moment while she continued to lecture her.
"Luna, we're your family. What happened to you can't be just ignored-" Bella said but before she could finish her sentence, Luna lost a part of her control as she slams her against the car door which created a dent, leaving a crack on the window in the process.
"Believe me, Bella, I'm definitely not ignoring it! He is going to pay for what he did to me but it'll all be according to me and me only. So, can this conversation end and just fucking drive?" Luna ranted, her golden eyes nearly peeking through her contact lenses as she looks at her sister in fury.
Bella simply sighed in defeat before she turned the keys to roar the engine to life and drive away towards school.

Jasper could tell that Luna was upset about something from across the hallway. Not only because he could sense what she's feeling, but also because her locker was echoing as she throws her books harshly into it, earning a couple of stares from the students.
The golden-haired boy sighs before he makes his way towards the raven-haired girl with his hands inside the pockets of his jeans. The stares grew curious when their eyes caught the boy approaching Luna.
Of course, they would be curious, no one really talks to Jasper from outside his family except for Bella, and Jasper doesn't really talk to anyone except for them either.
They have to say, this weird infatuation that the Cullens have with the Swans is starting to annoy them.
"Hey." Jasper greeted, feeling a bit shy as he stood beside her with her hands still in his pockets.
"Not now, Jasper." Luna replied.
The statement made the boy raise his eyebrows, both in amusement and in concern.
"You called me by my real name. Something must really be going on." Jasper responded.
Luna shuts her locker with a force that echoed through the corridor, earning another wave of stares that none of the two cared about.
"Look, Pasta-head," Luna started and Jasper made a face that said 'there it is' as he heard the new nickname Luna has for him. "I've had a crappy morning with an equally crappy sister so if you don't mind, I'd like this day to not be any more crappy than it already..." Luna started off strong with her tone however she trailed off at the end when her eyes wandered behind Jasper.
With curiosity because of the bubbling confusion and anger he could sense in Luna, the golden-haired boy turns around to see a tanned-skinned girl with short wavy brown hair and hips that seemed to sway every step she took.
"...is." Luna finished.
Jasper didn't need to ask who the girl was, because as soon as his eyes landed on her, he immediately recognized her from when Luna's memories were played back in his mind while they were still unconscious together.
She was Jacqueline Morrison a.k.a. Luna's ex-boyfriend's partner in crime.
"What in the skank's pompoms is that air-headed, dick-sucking, skinny bitch doing here?" Luna said with her teeth gritted.
Jasper has his eyebrows furrowed as he frowned before his eyes caught a glimpse of Alice looking at the allegedly former cheerleader with a face like she had seen a ghost.
"Alice." Jasper whispered, enough to be picked up by Alice's vampire hearing.
The pixie-haired girl looks at her best friend with guilt filling her eyes before she was yanked away by Edward, dragging her away from Jasper, Luna, and Jacqueline.
Jasper couldn't do anything but sigh before he turns around to face Luna only to find her nowhere near him. Instead, he saw her enter the ladies' room with rather furious stomps.
The former cheerleader was nowhere to be found, therefore, he figured that Luna went in after her.
His body tensed as he took long strides towards the ladies' restroom, not bothered by the fact that he wasn't allowed to be there.
Luna pushes the door open to the restroom and there she saw a mildly surprised Jacqueline standing in front of the mirror, looking at the reflection of her perfect appearance.
"Luna. Took you a little quick to find me." She said, being the first to start the inevitably messy conversation.
"What are you doing here, Jackie?" Luna asked.
Luna couldn't help but dig her nails into her palms. It wasn't enough to make her bleed, but she was sure going to if she keeps doing that.
"Take a little guess." Jackie replied.
At the same time that Luna lunged after Jackie, Jasper barged in and grabbed Luna before she could even lay a finger on Jackie. Jasper pulls Luna to his chest and wraps his arms around her tightly, keeping her from breaking free as she soothes her.
"Let me go." Luna snarled as she struggled to get away from her soulmate's grasp. But Jasper didn't listen.
Slowly, Luna's anger started to drift away, and she began to feel the wave of calmness washing over her. She knew she wasn't doing this to herself. There was no way she could calm herself when the former cheerleader was standing a few feet away from her.
"Stop manipulating me." Luna told Jasper.
But her palms that keep hitting Jasper's chest eventually stopped as she felt herself relax. A deep sigh was released from Luna's lips, her eyes closing as she rested her forehead on his chest. Jasper could feel Luna's steady breathing and he loosens his grasps around Luna before he caresses her back.
While he calmed Luna down, Jasper was sending deadly glares towards Jackie that made the girl feel intimidated. Sure, she was standing tall and looked unbothered, but Jasper could feel how scared she was of him.
Jasper planned to threaten the girl but the doors of the restroom opened again and it revealed Jasper's 'twin' sister.
"Jasper, you're not supposed to be here." Rosalie said.
After getting a message from Edward, Rosalie practically ran out of her class before it started and went to look for Luna.
"Like I had a choice." Jasper replied, not bothering to spare Rose a look. He continued to glare at Jackie.
"Just take Luna and get out of here." Rose told Jasper.
Jasper took one last glare at the brunette before Jasper gently pulls Luna away and make their way out of the comfort room, leaving Jackie and Rosalie alone in the white-tiled room.
Rosalie looks at the brunette with her ever-so threatening self while she takes a few steps forward, causing Jackie to take steps back until her back was pressed against the wall.
"Stay away from Luna or I'll shove your pompoms and itsy bitsy skirts down your throat. You hear me?" Rosalie said.
Rosalie didn't need a verbal confirmation. All she needed was to see Jackie gulp which was enough proof that Jackie was scared of her.
The golden-blonde girl glared at the brunette one last time before turning around to make her way out of the restroom and towards her class.
Jackie was left there, bewildered and uneasy. She closed her eyes and leaned against the sink, sighing as she did.
"I knew this was a bad idea." She muttered under her breath.

Now, don't hate on Jackie just yet. I have a lot planned for her. ;) and in case some of you have forgotten, Jackie Morrison is portrayed by Naomi Scott. Hence, the gorgeous picture of Naomi on top. <3
